本发明涉及一种由大蒜、蜂蜜、冰糖、茶叶和蒸馏
水制成的大蒜蜂蝗茶及其制造方法,该茶具有味美可
口,清毒杀菌、防治霍乱、行气暖胃、强肝补血、降脂降
压、美容润肤、防感冒、消除疲劳、润气化痰、止渴、提
高机体免疫力等综合功效,是居家、旅行必备的最佳
保健饮料。
Description
本发明涉及一种饮料及其制造方法,特别是一种大蒜蜂蝗茶其制造方法。
目前,市场上饮料的种类比较多,但大都是普通饮料,具有保健功能的比较少。中国发明专利公报1993年8月4日公开的“一种保健茶的制作方法”(申请号为92106035.1),该茶采用中草药和茶叶配制的。
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用纯天然食物制成的,具有保健效能的饮料及其制造方法。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:是由大蒜、蜂蜜、冰糖、茶叶和蒸馏水制成,其重量百分比为:大蒜5~20%、蜂蜜2~8%、冰糖2~5%、茶叶1~4%、蒸馏水70~85%;其最佳配比为:大蒜10%、蜂蜜5%、冰糖3%、茶叶2%、蒸馏水80%。
其制造方法为:将大蒜剥皮、切片,在37℃以下的恒温里进行烤干,按配比加入蜂蜜和茶叶拌匀,进行除臭,再加入60℃以下的蒸馏水拌动,捂盖一会,将冰糖用开水溶化,倒入一起拌匀后过滤,进行短时间冷冻,即可罐瓶、包装。
本发明的大蒜蜂蝗茶采用纯天然的大蒜、蜂蜜和茶叶等食物制成,除去了令人讨厌的蒜臭味,保留了大蒜、蜂蜜的有效成份和功效以及茶叶的口味,因而具有味美可口、消毒杀菌、防治霍乱、行气暖胃、强肝补血、降脂降压、美容润肤、防感冒、消除疲劳、润气化痰、止渴、提高机体免疫力等综合功效。
实施例:
将10份洗净剥皮的大蒜切片,在37℃以下的恒温下进行烤干,再加入5份蜂蜜、2份茶叶拌匀,进行除臭,然后将其加入到60℃以下的80份蒸馏水里拌匀,捂盖,让其闷10分钟,再将3份冰糖用小量开水溶化,倒入一起拌匀,静置10分钟后过滤,将滤液冷冻20分钟后移出,静置20分钟后即可罐瓶、包装。

1、一种大蒜蜂蝗茶,含有茶叶,其特征在于:是由大蒜、蜂蜜、冰糖和蒸馏水制成。
2、如权利要求1所述的大蒜蜂蝗茶,其特征在于:其重量百分比为:大蒜5~20%、蜂蝗2~8%、冰糖2~5%、茶叶1~4%、蒸馏水70~85%。
3、如权利要求1所述的大蒜蜂蝗茶,其特征在于:其重量百分比为:大蒜10%、蜂蝗5%、冰糖3%、茶叶2%、蒸馏水80%。
4、一种制造大蒜蜂蝗茶的方法,其特征在于:将大蒜剥皮、切片、烤干,按配比加入蜂蜜和茶叶拌匀,再加入蒸馏水拌动,将冰糖用少许开水溶化倒入,一起拌动,再过滤后进行冷却即成。
5、如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于:切片烤干工序是在37℃以下恒温进行的。
