Abstract
本发明提供一种具有血糖控制功能的固体饮料及其制备方法,属于保健食品领域,该固体饮料包括以下原料:葡甘聚糖、白芸豆提取物、燕窝、胶原蛋白、菊粉、木糖醇及阿拉伯糖。该固体饮料能够有效调节血糖代谢,减少食物摄入量,控制体重增长,减缓脂肪蓄积,安全有效、口感佳,适用于对血糖控制有特殊需求的人群食用,特别适用于肥胖及糖尿病患者。

本发明涉及保健食品领域,特别涉及一种具有血糖控制功能的固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,人民群众的生活水平日益提高,随之而来的代谢疾病也成为影响人们健康的一大原因。长时间摄入高热量及结构不合理膳食,容易导致肥胖症、高血脂、高血压等相关疾病,同时由于缺乏体育运动,使得血糖长期处于较高水平,容易形成病理性的高血糖症,甚至会导致胰岛素分泌缺陷和II型糖尿病的发生。
糖尿病,临床上以高血糖为主要特点,典型病例可出现多尿、多饮、多食、消瘦等表现,即“三多一少”症状。常并发心脏、血管、肾、眼、神经系统疾病,严重时可发生酮症酸中毒,非酮症高渗性糖尿病昏迷,而且常伴有各种感染,是危害人体健康较严重的一种疾病。
现有糖尿病的治疗主要是服用药物像磺脲类药物、胰岛素增敏剂、双胍类降糖药等,但是服用药物会产生药物依耐性,且药物都或多或少的具有一定的毒副作用,长期服用不利于人体健康。而通过饮食治疗虽然能够缓解症状,却对血糖的控制效果不佳,治疗的进度缓慢。因此,急需开发一种能够有效控制血糖的辅助保健食品,且依赖性小,安全可靠,无毒副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有血糖控制功能的固体饮料及其制备方法,该固体饮料能够有效调节血糖代谢,减少食物摄入量,控制体重增长,减缓脂肪蓄积,特别适合肥胖及糖尿病患者食用。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,特采用以下技术方案:
一种具有血糖控制功能的固体饮料,其包括以下原料:葡甘聚糖、白芸豆提取物、燕窝、胶原蛋白、菊粉、木糖醇及阿拉伯糖。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,按重量份数计,所述葡甘聚糖为10-15份,所述白芸豆提取物为10-15份,所述燕窝为1-3份,所述胶原蛋白为0.5-2份,所述菊粉为5-10份,所述木糖醇为1-4份,所述阿拉伯糖为1-3份。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,按重量份数计,所述葡甘聚糖为12-13份,所述白芸豆提取物为11-12份,所述燕窝为2-3份,所述胶原蛋白为0.8-1.2份,所述菊粉为7-8份,所述木糖醇为2-3份,所述阿拉伯糖为1-2份。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,所述原料还包括:青金桔果粉、茯苓、藜麦以及蓝莓。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,按重量份数计,所述青金桔果粉为5-10份,所述茯苓为4-7份,所述藜麦为3-7份,所述蓝莓为4-8份。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,所述白芸豆提取物的制备方法包括:
将80-100目的白芸豆粉与水按照料液比1:7-10混合,调节pH至5-6,于60-70℃下搅拌提取8-10h,将所得上清液超滤后,冷冻干燥。
进一步地,在本发明较佳的实施例中,对所述上清液进行两次超滤,两次超滤过程中所使用的超滤膜的截留分子质量依次为50ku和10ku。
一种上述固体饮料的制备方法,按重量份数,将所述葡甘聚糖、白芸豆提取物、燕窝、胶原蛋白、菊粉以及木糖醇混合均匀,过80-100目筛。
本发明的效果如下:
本发明提供的固体饮料中,葡甘聚糖可以使人产生饱腹感,减少和延缓葡萄糖的吸收;白芸豆提取物能够抑制α-淀粉酶活力,减少血糖的产生。同时,通过胶原蛋白和菊粉,能够进一步降低血脂水平,调节血糖含量。四者协同增效性的发挥调节血糖、控制体重的功效。再通过燕窝益气补中,提高患者的免疫力。
该固体饮料能够有效调节血糖代谢,减少食物摄入量,控制体重增长,减缓脂肪蓄积,安全有效、口感佳,适用于对血糖控制有特殊需求的人群食用,特别适用于肥胖及糖尿病患者。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
本发明提供一种具有血糖控制功能的固体饮料,其能够有效调节血糖,包括以下原料:葡甘聚糖、白芸豆提取物、燕窝、胶原蛋白、菊粉、木糖醇及阿拉伯糖,具体如下:
(1)葡甘聚糖,是一种可溶性膳食纤维,不易被人体吸收,不含热量,有饱腹感,且能减少和延缓葡萄糖的吸收,是糖尿病的良好辅助药物,且可预防肥胖和缓慢减肥。同时,葡甘聚糖能吸水、保水,并能够通过酵解增加粪便体积和松软度,利于通便,防止便秘。
(2)白芸豆提取物,是从豆科植物白芸豆中提取获得的。白芸豆,生物学名为多花菜豆,是一种在世界范围内广泛种植的豆类作物,营养丰富,含有较多的生理活性物质,如过氧化酶、黄酮类物质、α-淀粉酶抑制剂、胰蛋白酶抑制剂、植物凝集素等。其中,α-淀粉酶抑制剂是一种能特异性抑制人体唾液和肠道内α-淀粉酶活力的蛋白质,其具有减肥和减低血糖水平的功效。
白芸豆提取物可以直接从市面上购买,也可以采用下述方法制备得到:将80-100目的白芸豆粉与水按照料液比1:7-10混合,调节pH至5-6,于60-70℃下搅拌提取8-10h,将所得上清液超滤后,冷冻干燥。采用这种制备方法制得的白芸豆提取物中,α-淀粉酶抑制剂的含量大,对α-淀粉酶的抑制效率高。
优选地,白芸豆提取物的制备方法包括:将80-100目的白芸豆粉与水按照料液比1:8混合,调节pH至5,于65℃下搅拌提取9h,将所得上清液超滤后,冷冻干燥。
优选地,对上清液进行两次超滤,两次超滤过程中所使用的超滤膜的截留分子质量依次为50ku和10ku。通过超滤后,进一步地提高了所制备的白芸豆提取物中α-淀粉酶的含量。
(3)燕窝,为一种药食两用的传统补品,具有养阴润燥、益气补中、化痰止咳的功效,常用于养阴润燥,益气补中。在该固体饮料中,主要取燕窝的滋补之效,与葡甘聚糖和白芸豆提取物一起,协同增效性的发挥控制血糖的功效。
(4)胶原蛋白,可以降低甘油三酯和胆固醇,并可以增高体内某些缺乏的必需微量元素使之维持在一个相对的正常范围之内。在该固体饮料中,与燕窝一起,通过降低血脂水平来调节血糖含量。
(5)菊粉,是一类植物多糖,其不会升高血糖水平和胰岛素含量。且有研究表明,空腹血糖的降低是低聚果糖在结肠发酵所产生的短链脂肪酸的结果。同时,其具有控制血脂,调节肠道微生物菌群的功效。
(6)木糖醇,作为甜味剂,其是人体糖类代谢的中间体,在体内缺少胰岛素影响糖代谢情况下,无须胰岛素促进,木糖醇也能透过细胞膜,被组织吸收利用,促进肝糖元合成,供细胞以营养和能量,且不会引起血糖值升高。
(7)阿拉伯糖,其能够有选择性地影响小肠中的蔗糖酶,从而抑制蔗糖的吸收。其作为一种低热量的糖,抑制因摄入蔗糖而导致的血糖升高,因此可以抑制肥胖,预防并治疗与高血糖相关的疾病。
进一步地,按重量份数计,葡甘聚糖为10-15份,白芸豆提取物为10-15份,燕窝为1-3份,胶原蛋白为0.5-2份,菊粉为5-10份,木糖醇为1-4份,阿拉伯糖1-3份。
优选地,按重量份数计,葡甘聚糖为12-13份,白芸豆提取物为11-12份,燕窝为2-3份,胶原蛋白为0.8-1.2份,菊粉为7-8份,木糖醇为2-3份,阿拉伯糖1-2份。
更为优选地,按重量份数计,葡甘聚糖为12份,白芸豆提取物为12份,燕窝为2份,胶原蛋白为0.9份,菊粉为8份,木糖醇为2份,阿拉伯糖1份。
为进一步加强调节血糖的功效,改善饮料的口味,本实施方式还提供第二种配方的固体饮料,该固体饮料除了上述1~6种成分外,还包括:青金桔果粉、茯苓、藜麦以及蓝莓。具体如下:
(8)青金桔果粉,其是通过将青金桔干燥粉碎所得。青金桔果中富含多种氨基酸、维生素及微量元素,且呈酸甜味。将其加入到该固体饮料中,能极大的改善其风味。
(9)茯苓,是一味传统中药,味甘、淡,性平,具有利水渗湿、健脾宁心的功效,将其加入到该固体饮料中,能够使该固体饮料在控制血糖的同时,具有安神的作用,有助于糖尿病人清心除烦。
(10)藜麦,是一种全谷全营养完全蛋白碱性食物,富含多种维生素、多酚、类黄酮类、皂苷和植物甾醇类物质,具有补益功效。
(11)蓝莓,其富含花青素,不仅具有良好的营养保健作用,还具有防止脑神经老化、强心、抗癌、软化血管、增强人体免疫等功能。将其加入到该固体饮料中,在改善饮料风味的同时,还能够提高其营养价值。
进一步地,按重量份数计,青金桔果粉为5-10份,茯苓为4-7份,藜麦为3-7份,蓝莓为4-8份。
优选地,按重量份数计,青金桔果粉为8份,茯苓为5份,藜麦为5份,蓝莓为6份。

葡甘聚糖为15份,白芸豆提取物为15份,燕窝为1份,胶原蛋白为2份,菊粉为5份,木糖醇为4份,阿拉伯糖3份。
其中,白芸豆提取物是通过下述方法制备的:
将80-100目的白芸豆粉与水按照料液比1:7混合,调节pH至5,于70℃下搅拌提取10h,将所得上清液超滤后,冷冻干燥。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种具有血糖控制功能的固体饮料,其是通过将下述原料混合均匀后,过80目筛所得。
其原料按重量份数计包括:
葡甘聚糖为10份,白芸豆提取物为10份,燕窝为3份,胶原蛋白为0.5份,菊粉为10份,木糖醇为1份,阿拉伯糖1份。
其中,白芸豆提取物是通过下述方法制备的:
将80-100目的白芸豆粉与水按照料液比1:10混合,调节pH至6,于60℃下搅拌提取8h,将所得上清液超滤后,冷冻干燥。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种具有血糖控制功能的固体饮料,其是通过将下述原料混合均匀后,过80目筛所得。
其原料按重量份数计包括:
葡甘聚糖为12份,白芸豆提取物为12份,燕窝为2份,胶原蛋白为0.9份,菊粉为8份,木糖醇为2份,青金桔果粉为8份,茯苓为5份,藜麦为5份,蓝莓为6份,阿拉伯糖2份。
其中,白芸豆提取物是通过下述方法制备的:
将80-100目的白芸豆粉与水按照料液比1:8混合,调节pH至5,于65℃下搅拌提取9h,将所得上清液依次通过截留分子质量为50ku和10ku的超滤膜,冷冻干燥。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种具有血糖控制功能的固体饮料,其是通过将下述原料混合均匀后,过80目筛所得。
其原料按重量份数计包括:
葡甘聚糖为13份,白芸豆提取物为12份,燕窝为2份,胶原蛋白为0.8份,菊粉为7份,木糖醇为3份,阿拉伯糖2份,青金桔果粉为10份,茯苓为7份,藜麦为3份,蓝莓为8份。
其中,白芸豆提取物的制备方法与实施例3一致。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种具有血糖控制功能的固体饮料,其是通过将下述原料混合均匀后,过80目筛所得。
其原料按重量份数计包括:
葡甘聚糖为12份,白芸豆提取物为11份,燕窝为3份,胶原蛋白为1.2份,菊粉为8份,木糖醇为2份,阿拉伯糖1份,青金桔果粉为5份,茯苓为4份,藜麦为7份,蓝莓为4份。
其中,白芸豆提取物的制备方法与实施例3一致。
下面结合试验对本发明实施例提供的固体饮料控制血糖的效果进行评价:
1.试验方法:
选择年龄、性别及空腹血糖(空腹血糖值>10mmol/L)含量相当的患者300例为受试者,随机分为6组,每组50例,其中第一组为空白对照组,第2-6组为实验组。
6组患者年龄、性别、病程、病情等方面比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。在正常餐后2小时时,分别测每位受试者的餐后血糖值,然后实验组随餐服用本发明实施例1-5提供的固体饮料(每次用水冲服100g),过2h测其血糖值,连续服用3个月,定期检测每位受试者的空腹血糖(FBG)、尿糖、和三多一少症状,根据其表现的程度可分为正常(-),轻度异常(+),中度异常(++),重度异常(+++),结果如表1所示。
2.实验结果:

由表1可见,相比于空白对照组,治疗组(实施例1-5)中的患者在治疗后,空腹血糖值有了较为显著的降低,且尿糖表现正常,三多一少症状消失。由此说明,本发明治疗组中提供的固体饮料经长期服用后,控制血糖的效果显著,其中以实施例3效果最佳。
