本公开涉及一种筒体涂装装置。
本案基于2017年9月7日在日本提出申请的特愿2017-171966号要求优先权并在此引用其内容。
背景技术
下述专利文献1公开了一种在喷气发动机主轴等细长的筒体的内面形成涂装膜的筒体涂装装置。该筒体涂装装置具有:将筒体水平地支撑且以筒体的轴线为中心对筒体进行旋转驱动的支撑台、使与支撑于支撑台的筒体的表面隔开间隔设置的喷涂枪与筒体的轴线平行地移动并向筒体的表面喷射涂料的涂装机,从筒体的一端到另一端在其内面形成涂装膜。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
另外,有时利用筒体在形成的涂装膜上重叠地形成功能不同的其它的涂装膜、顶涂膜等多种涂装膜。在这种情况下,现有技术是对涂装机的喷涂枪进行清洗分解,更换涂料供给管道并换装涂料,之后在通过重新对喷涂枪进行装配等,该过程要比涂装时间更长。另一方面,在按照每一种涂料来准备专用的涂装机的情况下,需要与涂料的种类和筒体的种类对应地准备多台涂装机,会导致高昂的设备投资。
本公开针对上述问题而做出,目的是提供一种能够削减换装涂料所需的时间,且形成多种涂装膜的生产率较高的筒体涂装装置。
用于解决课题的方案
本公开的一种方案的筒体涂装装置具有:涂装头,其能够插入到筒体的内部;多个涂装喷枪,其设置于所述涂装头,并向与所述涂装头的长度方向交叉的方向喷出涂料;以及旋转罩,其在从所述多个涂装喷枪中的第一涂装喷枪和第二涂装喷枪中的任一方喷出所述涂料时将另一方覆盖,所述多个涂装喷枪分别与不同系统的涂料供给装置连接。
另外,在上述一种方案的筒体涂装装置中,可以是,所述第一涂装喷枪和第二涂装喷枪在所述涂装头的长度方向上设置于互不相同的位置。
另外,在上述一种方案的筒体涂装装置中,可以是,所述涂料供给装置具有与所述涂装喷枪连接的涂料供给管道和空气供给管道,所述涂料供给管道配置为相比于所述空气供给管道通过所述涂装头的中心轴附近。
另外,在上述一种方案的筒体涂装装置中,可以是,所述涂料供给管道和所述空气供给管道配置为避开所述涂装喷枪的喷出区域。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图对本公开的实施方式的筒体涂装装置进行说明。
图1是本公开的实施方式的筒体涂装装置1的整体结构图。
筒体涂装装置1如图1所示,在筒体100的内面100a形成涂装膜。本实施方式的筒体100例如与上述的现有技术文献1同样地是具有直管部101和扩径部102的喷气发动机主轴。筒体100是长度为几米而直管部101的内径则为几十厘米左右的细长的筒体。
筒体涂装装置1具有:将筒体100水平地支撑的支撑台2;对筒体100的内面100a进行涂装的涂装头10;向涂装头10供给涂料的涂料供给装置20A、20B;以及使涂装头10以能相对于筒体100的内部插入以及脱离的方式进行移动的移动装置30。
支撑台2具有对筒体100进行支撑的多个辊子3。多个辊子3在筒体100的前后方向上空开间隔设置。另外,辊子3在夹持筒体100的轴线100L的左右方向(在图1中为纸面进深方向)上成对地设置。辊子3通过绕与轴线100L平行地延伸的旋转轴进行旋转驱动,从而使筒体100绕轴线100L进行旋转。
涂装头10呈具有能够沿着轴线100L插入到筒体100的内部的外径的圆筒形状。在涂装头10设置有向与涂装头10的中心轴10L延伸的长度方向交叉的方向喷出涂料的涂装喷枪40。本实施方式的涂装喷枪40向与涂装头10的长度方向正交的铅垂方向下方喷出涂料。此外,涂装喷枪40的涂料的喷出方向不限于铅垂方向,只要是与涂装头10的长度方向交叉的方向即可,例如也可以是当设定水平面为0°时的45°或60°这样的倾斜方向。
涂装头10经由臂11支撑于移动装置30。臂11呈内部能够通过涂料供给装置20A、20B的涂料供给管道21A1、21B1和空气供给管道22A1、22B1的圆筒形状。臂11具有与筒体100的全长大致相同的长度。在臂11的前端部支撑涂装头10,臂11的基端部固定于移动装置30的移动台车31。
移动台车31沿着与筒体100的轴线100L平行地设置的导轨32进行移动。导轨32具有与筒体100的全长大致相同的长度。在导轨32上设置有经由未图示的环状链条使移动台车31移动的驱动装置。当移动台车31沿着导轨32进行移动时,则涂装头10和臂11相对于筒体100的内部进行插入、脱离。
图2是本公开的实施方式的涂装头10的内部结构图。图3是沿着图2中的箭头A-A的剖视图。图4是沿着图2中的箭头B-B的剖视图。图5是沿着图2中的箭头C-C的剖视图。图6是沿着图2中的箭头D-D的剖视图。图7A是设置于图2所示的涂装头10的旋转罩80的俯视图,图7B是旋转罩80的侧视图。
如图2所示,在涂装头10设置有多个涂装喷枪40。在本实施方式中,由于在筒体100的内面100a形成两种涂装膜,因此设置有两个涂装喷枪40(第一涂装喷枪40A和第二涂装喷枪40B)。此外,在筒体100的内面100a形成三种以上的涂装膜的情况下,也可以在涂装头10设置三个以上的涂装喷枪40。
涂装头10具有对涂装喷枪40进行支撑的支撑板部50(第一支撑板部50A和第二支撑板部50B)。支撑板部50具有从涂装喷枪40的喷出区域W退避的倒角部51。倒角部51以与从涂装喷枪40喷出的涂料的喷射角大致相同的角度进行了切削。支撑板部50如图6所示那样对涂装喷枪40进行支撑。此外,在图6中示出了对第一涂装喷枪40A进行支撑的第一支撑板部50A的结构,而对第二涂装喷枪40B进行支撑的第二支撑板部50B也是同样的结构。
在第一支撑板部50A的背面侧形成有安装涂料供给装置20A的空气供给管道22A1的安装面53。安装面53是相对于中心轴10L倾斜地交叉的面,并形成有从安装面53相对于中心轴10L向倾斜方向延伸的管道安装孔54。涂装喷枪安装孔55以贯通于第一支撑板部50A的厚度方向的方式形成于第一支撑板部50A的中心,管道安装孔54与涂装喷枪安装孔55的内面连通。
第一涂装喷枪40A具有:喷出涂料的喷嘴部41、向喷嘴部41供给涂料和空气的流路形成部42、以及将涂料供给装置20A的涂料供给管道21A1固定于流路形成部42的固定部43。在喷嘴部41设置有向铅垂方向下方开口的喷出孔41a。流路形成部42与涂装喷枪安装孔55的内面嵌合。在流路形成部42的内部形成有:供涂料流通的第一流路42a、以及供空气流通的第二流路42b。
第一流路42a沿着涂装头10的中心轴10L延伸。第二流路42b配置在第一流路42a的周围且与第一流路42a平行地延伸。在第一流路42a插入有涂料供给管道21A1,第一流路42a的后端扩径为可供固定部43插入的大小。固定部43通过与第一流路42a的后端嵌合而将涂料供给管道21A1固定于流路形成部42。另外,在第二流路42b形成有向径向外侧延伸并与管道安装孔54连接的连接流路42c。
当经由涂料供给管道21A1向第一流路42a供给涂料,并经由空气供给管道22A1向第二流路42b供给空气时,则两者进行混合并从喷嘴部41的喷出孔41a以预定压力使涂料呈圆锥状喷出。
上述结构的第一涂装喷枪40A如图2所示,在涂装头10的长度方向上设置在与第二涂装喷枪40B互不相同的位置。
对第一涂装喷枪40A进行支撑的第一支撑板部50A和对第二涂装喷枪40B进行支撑的第二支撑板部50B通过连结杆60进行了连结。此外,第二支撑板部50B经由连结杆60与臂前端部61连结。另外,第一支撑板部50A经由连结杆60与头前端部62连接。即,头前端部62、第一支撑板部50A、第二支撑板部50B、臂前端部61在涂装头10的长度方向上空开间隔地连结。
臂前端部61是与圆筒状的臂11的端部嵌合的筒状体。在臂前端部61形成有沿着中心轴10L贯通的贯通孔61a。贯通孔61a为了使涂装喷枪40的喷出侧和配置于相反侧的连结杆60与臂前端部61连结而相对于中心轴10L略微向涂装喷枪40的喷出侧偏心。贯通孔61a与涂料供给管道21A1、21B1及空气供给管道22A1、22B1连通。
涂料供给管道21B1及空气供给管道22B1与第二涂装喷枪40B连接。另外,涂料供给管道21A1和空气供给管道22A1通过形成于第二支撑板部50B的贯通孔52,并与第一涂装喷枪40A连接。
这样,第一涂装喷枪40A和第二涂装喷枪40B分别与不同系统的涂料供给装置20A、20B连接。
涂料供给装置20A如图1所示那样具备:与涂料供给管道21A1连接的由罐和泵等构成的涂料供给源21A、以及与空气供给管道22A1连接的由罐和泵等构成的空气供给源22A。涂料供给源21A例如将包含铝粉末的涂料经由涂料供给管道21A1向第一涂装喷枪40A供给。空气供给源22A将预定压力的空气经由空气供给管道22A1向第一涂装喷枪40A供给。
涂料供给装置20B具备:与涂料供给管道21B1连接的由罐和泵等构成的涂料供给源21B、以及与空气供给管道22B1连接的由罐和泵等构成的空气供给源22B。涂料供给源21B例如将用于在通过第一涂装喷枪40A形成的含铝膜上形成防止剥离的顶涂膜的顶涂涂料经由涂料供给管道21B1向第二涂装喷枪40B供给。空气供给源22B将预定压力的空气经由空气供给管道22B1向第二涂装喷枪40B供给。
如图2所示,涂料供给管道21A1配置为相比于空气供给管道22A1通过涂装头10的中心轴10L附近。另外,涂料供给管道21B1配置为相比于空气供给管道22B1通过涂装头10的中心轴10L附近。具体而言,涂料供给管道21B1如图5所示,在臂前端部61的贯通孔61a,相比于空气供给管道22B1通过涂装头10的中心轴10L附近,且相比于空气供给管道22B1以不弯曲的方式与第二涂装喷枪40B连接(参照图2)。
涂料供给管道21A1与涂料供给管道21B1同样地,在臂前端部61的贯通孔61a,相比于空气供给管道22A1通过涂装头10的中心轴10L附近(参照图5)。之后,涂料供给管道21A1如图2所示,与空气供给管道22A1一起以避开第二涂装喷枪40B的喷出区域W的方式通过在第二涂装喷枪40B的喷出侧的相反侧形成的第二支撑板部50B的贯通孔52。涂料供给管道21A1如图4所示,在第二支撑板部50B的贯通孔52,也相比于空气供给管道22A1通过涂装头10的中心轴10L附近,且相比于空气供给管道22A1以不弯曲的方式与第一涂装喷枪40A连接(参照图2)。
此外,如图5所示,在臂前端部61的贯通孔61a,以涂料供给管道21A1、21B1的铅垂方向的位置与中心轴10L的铅垂方向的位置大致相同的方式进行了配置。
如图2所示,在涂装头10设置有固定罩70及旋转罩80。固定罩70形成为将第一涂装喷枪40A和第二涂装喷枪40B的喷出侧的相反侧覆盖的半圆形,且在支撑板部50经由未图示的安装螺栓进行了固定。旋转罩80相对于固定罩70以能够相对地进行旋转的方式设置,且如图2所示,当从第一涂装喷枪40A和第二涂装喷枪40B的任一方喷射涂料时将另一方覆盖。
旋转罩80如图7A和图7B所示那样具有:在涂装头10的中心轴10L延伸的长度方向上形成于互不相同的位置的第一开口80a和第二开口80b。第一开口80a在涂装头10的长度方向上设置于能够与第一涂装喷枪40A对置的位置。另外,第二开口80b在涂装头10的长度方向上设置于能够与第二涂装喷枪40B对置的位置。第一开口80a和第二开口80b在旋转罩80的径方向上开口于彼此相反的方向(相差180°的方向)。
如图2所示,旋转罩80的两端部通过滑动轴承82A、82B而以能够绕涂装头10的中心轴10L旋转的方式被支撑。滑动轴承82A和形成于头前端部62的外周面的台阶部62a以能够滑动的方式卡合。滑动轴承82A固定于将旋转罩80的开口端闭塞的盖体81。另外,旋转罩80固定于盖体81。
滑动轴承82B如图2所示,与在臂前端部61的外周面形成的台阶部61b能够滑动地卡合。旋转罩80在滑动轴承82B上经由未图示的安装螺栓进行了固定。
如图3所示,在盖体81设置有对旋转罩80的旋转进行抑制的柱塞84。柱塞84与在盖体81形成的柱塞安装孔85嵌合,并利用未图示的弹簧将柱塞84的前端部84a朝向头前端部62的外周面进退自如地按压。
在头前端部62的外周面形成有供柱塞84的前端部84a卡合的卡合槽62b。卡合槽62b如图3所示那样具有圆弧状的截面轮廓,并与前端圆化的柱塞84的前端部84a以能够沿着周向脱离的方式卡合。卡合槽62b在头前端部62的外周面夹持中心轴10L成对地形成。当一对卡合槽62b中的任一方与柱塞84卡合时,第一涂装喷枪40A和第二涂装喷枪40B的任一方被旋转罩80覆盖。
根据上述结构的筒体涂装装置1,具有:能够插入到筒体100的内部的涂装头10;以及设置于涂装头10并向与涂装头10的长度方向交叉的方向喷出涂料的多个涂装喷枪40,且多个涂装喷枪40分别与不同系统的涂料供给装置20A、20B连接。因此,不必进行涂料的换装作业,便能够喷出两种涂料。因此,与以往相比能够缩短筒体100的涂装时间,并可构建生产率高的生产线。
另外,第一涂装喷枪40A和第二涂装喷枪40B如图2所示,在涂装头10的长度方向上设置在互不相同的位置。根据该结构,能够使涂装头10小径化,因此即使在像喷气发动机主轴那样筒体100的内径较小的情况下,也能够在筒体100的内部配置多个涂装喷枪40。另外,在本实施方式中,如图1所示那样将涂料供给源21A、21B和空气供给源22A、22B设置在远离涂装头10的部位,因此能够使涂装头10小径化。
如图2所示,涂料供给管道21A1(21B1)配置为相比于空气供给管道22A1(22B1)通过涂装头10的中心轴10L附近。根据该结构,能够使供涂料流通的涂料供给管道21A1(21B1)相比于空气供给管道22A1(22B1)以不弯曲的方式与第一涂装喷枪40A(第二涂装喷枪40B)连接。包含铝粉末的涂料、顶涂涂料与空气相比粘性等较大,因此通过这样减小涂料供给管道21A1(21B1)的弯曲所引起的压力损失,从而能够抑制涂料发生堵塞。
另外,如图2所示,涂料供给管道21A1和空气供给管道22A1避开第二涂装喷枪40B的喷出区域W进行了配置,因此避免了对第二涂装喷枪40B的涂料的喷射造成妨碍。
此外,对涂装喷枪40进行支撑的支撑板部50具有从涂装喷枪40的喷出区域W退避的倒角部51,因此能够抑制涂料附着于支撑板部50。
另外,在本实施方式中,具有当第一涂装喷枪40A和第二涂装喷枪40B的任一方(在图2例中为第二涂装喷枪40B)喷出涂料时对另一方(在图2例中为第一涂装喷枪40A)进行覆盖的旋转罩80。根据该结果,例如即使从第二涂装喷枪40B喷出的涂料在筒体100的内部呈雾状扩散,也能够抑制其附着于第一涂装喷枪40A的喷出孔41a(参照图4)等的问题。
此外,在本实施方式中,如图3所示,设置有对旋转罩80的旋转进行抑制的柱塞84,因此,例如即使存在喷出涂料时的振动也能够避免旋转罩80发生旋转。由此,能够可靠地抑制涂料附着于未喷出涂料的涂装喷枪40的问题。此外,在对涂料进行切换时,通过从筒体100的内部拔出涂装头10并使旋转罩80进行周向旋转,从而解除柱塞84与卡合槽62b的卡合,并使旋转罩80旋转180°。
这样,根据上述的本实施方式,得到一种能够削减换装涂料所需的时间且能够短时间地形成多种涂装膜的生产率高的筒体涂装装置1。
以上参照附图对本公开的优选实施方式进行了说明,但是本公开并不限定于上述实施方式。上述实施方式中示出的各结构部件的各形状、组合等仅为例示,在不脱离本公开主旨的范围可以根据设计要求等进行各种变更。
例如,虽然在上述的实施方式中例示了将多个涂装喷枪在涂装头的长度方向上设置于互不相同的位置的方式,但是在筒体的内径较大的情况下也可以将多个涂装喷枪在涂装头的长度方向上设置于重叠的位置。另外,也可以将多个涂装喷枪在涂装头的长度方向的同一位置上以向相反的方向喷出涂料的方式进行设置。
产业上的利用可能性
根据本公开,得到一种能够削减换装涂料所需的时间且形成多种涂装膜的生产率高的筒体涂装装置。

Claims (6)

1.一种筒体涂装装置,其特征在于,具有:
涂装头,其能够插入到筒体的内部;
多个涂装喷枪,其设置于所述涂装头,并向与所述涂装头的长度方向交叉的方向喷出涂料;以及
旋转罩,其在从所述多个涂装喷枪中的第一涂装喷枪和第二涂装喷枪中的任一方喷出所述涂料时将另一方覆盖,
所述多个涂装喷枪分别与不同系统的涂料供给装置连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的筒体涂装装置,其特征在于,
所述第一涂装喷枪和第二涂装喷枪在所述涂装头的长度方向上设置于互不相同的位置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的筒体涂装装置,其特征在于,
所述涂料供给装置具有与所述涂装喷枪连接的涂料供给管道和空气供给管道,
所述涂料供给管道配置为相比于所述空气供给管道通过所述涂装头的中心轴附近。
4.根据权利要求3所述的筒体涂装装置,其特征在于,
所述涂料供给管道和所述空气供给管道配置为避开所述涂装喷枪的喷出区域。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的筒体涂装装置,其特征在于,
所述涂装头具有对所述涂装喷枪进行支撑的支撑板部,
所述支撑板部具有从所述涂装喷枪的喷出区域退避的倒角部。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的筒体涂装装置,其特征在于,
具有抑制所述旋转罩的旋转的柱塞。
