技术领域

4.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述指状件各自具有至少一个单层褶层和至少一个双层褶层。
5.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中每个堆叠的指状件包括用于在相应的套圈的压接之前维持所述堆叠的点焊。
6.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述联接器端由被适配成与机动车辆中的电子模块配对的凹形插口构成。
7.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述套圈由双金属圆柱体构成,所述双金属圆柱体具有包括与所述叶片指状件相容的第一金属的内层和包括与所述接触主体相容的第二金属的外层。
8.一种汽车接线系统,所述汽车接线系统包括:
绝缘电缆区段,所述绝缘电缆区段嵌入在一端处延伸作为暴露的指状件的多根扁平导线,每个指状件具有形成端部堆叠的横向褶层;
相应的金属套圈,所述相应的金属套圈压接在每个端部堆叠上方;
多个接触主体,每个所述接触主体在一端处具有联接器并且另一端压接到相应的套圈上;以及
载体块,所述载体块具有多个孔,每个所述孔接纳相应的联接器。
9.如权利要求8所述的系统,其中每个压接的套圈具有圆形轮廓,所述圆形轮廓具有被适配成由所述接触主体的所述压接端压接的预定截面面积,并且其中每个端部堆叠具有厚度和横向宽度,所述横向宽度在对应于所述预定截面面积的压接之前提供矩形轮廓。
10.如权利要求8所述的系统,其中所述指状件各自具有多个单层褶层。
11.如权利要求8所述的系统,其中所述指状件各自具有至少一个单层褶层和至少一个双层褶层。
12.如权利要求8所述的系统,其中每个堆叠的端部包括用于在相应的套圈的压接之前维持所述堆叠的点焊。
13.如权利要求8所述的系统,其中所述联接器由被适配成与机动车辆中的电子模块配对的凹形插口构成。
14.如权利要求8所述的系统,其中所述套圈由双金属圆柱体构成,所述双金属圆柱体具有包括与所述指状件相容的第一金属的内层和包括与所述接触主体相容的第二金属的外层。
15.如权利要求14所述的系统,其中所述第一金属是铝并且所述第二金属是铜。
