本发明的富硒营养粉以大豆磷脂、大豆分离蛋白、富硒麦芽、红参等为主要原料,辅以南非醉茄、低聚果糖、黑芝麻粉、核桃粉、乳酸钙、酪蛋白磷酸肽和蓝莓粉制备而成的。大豆磷脂是从生产大豆油的油脚中提取的产物,是由甘油、脂肪酸、胆碱或胆胺所组成的酯,能溶于油脂及非极性溶剂。大豆磷脂的组成成分复杂,主要含有卵磷脂(约34.2%)、脑磷脂(约19.7%)、肌醇磷脂(约16.0%)、磷酯酰丝氨酸(约15.8%)、磷脂酸(约3.6%)及其他磷脂(约10.7%)。大豆磷脂不仅具有较强的乳化、润湿、分散作用,还在促进体内脂肪代谢、肌肉生长、神经系统发育和体内抗氧化损伤等方面发挥很重要的作用。如其中卵磷脂对动脉硬化症、肝脏病和老年痴呆症的预防都有一定的作用;大豆分离蛋白是以低温脱溶大豆粕为原料生产的一种全价蛋白类食品添加剂,大豆分离蛋白中蛋白质含量在90%以上,氨基酸种类有近20种,并含有人体必需氨基酸,其营养丰富,不含胆固醇,是植物蛋白中为数不多的可替代动物蛋白的品种之一;红参具有大补元气、复脉固脱、益气摄血的功效,具有抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗氧化等功能;南非醉茄内含生物碱、甾类内酯、南非醉茄内酯和铁,生物碱有镇静止痛、降血压的功能,显著的抗氧化能力和增强免疫力的功能;乳酸钙和酪蛋白磷酸肽可促进人体钙的补充和吸收;低聚果糖、黑芝麻、核桃、蓝莓粉等辅料的添加提升了营养价值,增加了不同的风味。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有抗氧化抗衰老补钙功能的富硒营养粉的制备方法。
一种具有抗氧化抗衰老补钙功能的富硒营养粉的制备方法其特征在于,包括步骤如下:
(1)粉碎过筛:将大豆磷脂、大豆分离蛋白、富硒麦芽粉、红参粉过80-100目筛备用。
(2)称量配比:分别按比例称取大豆磷脂、大豆分离蛋白、富硒麦芽粉、红参粉和其他原料。
(3)搅拌混合:将过筛并称量好的主料和辅料加入混合器搅拌均匀,得到混合粒料。
(4)成品:将混合好的粒料再次过80-100目筛,紫外照射30-40min后装入包装袋中。
方法特点:本发明的特点是利用小麦种子发芽可将无机硒转化为有机硒,将富硒麦芽粉作为补硒原料,具有抗氧化、抗衰老等多种功能,大豆分离蛋白、大豆磷脂的加入可在补充蛋白质的同时起到抗氧化作用,在配料的选择方面加入南非醉茄等具有抗氧化性的原料,同时加入了乳酸钙和酪蛋白磷酸肽起到了补充钙的作用,低聚果糖、黑芝麻、核桃、蓝莓粉在补充营养的同时为产品增加的良好的风味,多种成分、多种功能、多重功效相辅佐、产生叠加效能,增强和放大了单元产品的功效,进一步提高产品的抗氧化性和免疫功能。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
(1)粉碎过筛:取大豆磷脂、大豆分离蛋白、富硒麦芽粉、红参粉过80目筛备用。
(2)称量配比:分别称取大豆磷脂20g、大豆分离蛋白20g、富硒麦芽粉10g、红参粉10g、南非醉茄10g、低聚果糖3g、黑芝麻粉8.5g、核桃粉9g、乳酸钙0.4g、酪蛋白磷酸肽0.1g和蓝莓粉9g。
(3)搅拌混合:将过筛并称量好的主料和辅料加入混合器搅拌3min,得到混合粒料。
(4)成品:将混合好的粒料再次过80目筛,紫外照射30min后装入包装袋中。
实施例2
(1)粉碎过筛:取大豆磷脂、大豆分离蛋白、富硒麦芽、红参粉过90目筛备用。
(2)称量配比:分别称取大豆磷脂18g、大豆分离蛋白18g、富硒麦芽粉9.5g、红参粉9g、南非醉茄10g、低聚果糖5g、黑芝麻粉10g、核桃粉10g、乳酸钙0.8、酪蛋白磷酸肽0.12g和蓝莓粉10g。
(3)搅拌混合:将过筛并称量好的主料和辅料加入混合器搅拌4min,得到混合粒料。
(4)成品:将混合好的粒料再次过90目筛,紫外照射35min后装入包装袋中。
实施例3
(1)粉碎过筛:取大豆磷脂、大豆分离蛋白、富硒麦芽粉、红参粉过100目筛备用,
(2)称量配比:分别称取大豆磷脂20g、大豆分离蛋白15g、富硒麦芽粉10g、红参粉10g、南非醉茄9g、低聚果糖5g、黑芝麻粉10g、核桃粉10g、乳酸钙1g、酪蛋白磷酸肽0.15g和蓝莓粉10g。
(3)搅拌混合:将过筛并称量好的主料和辅料加入混合器搅拌5min,得到混合粒料。
(4)成品:将混合好的粒料再次过100目筛,在紫外照射40min后装入包装袋中。

1.一种具有抗氧化抗衰老补钙功能的富硒营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤如下:
(1)粉碎过筛:将大豆磷脂、大豆分离蛋白、富硒麦芽粉、红参粉过80-100目筛备用;
(2)称量配比:分别按比例称取大豆磷脂、大豆分离蛋白、富硒麦芽粉、红参粉和其他原料;
(3)搅拌混合:将过筛并称量好的主料和辅料加入混合器搅拌均匀,得到混合粒料;
(4)成品:将混合好的粒料再次过筛,紫外照射后装入包装袋中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗氧化抗衰老补钙功能的富硒营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于1)中所述的制备主料包括以下成分:大豆磷脂18%-20%,大豆分离蛋白15%-20%,富硒麦芽9.5%-10%,红参粉9%-10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗氧化抗衰老补钙功能的富硒营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于2)中所述的制备主料的配制比例为:大豆磷脂:大豆分离蛋白:富硒麦芽:红参为15-20:13-15:8-10:8-10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗氧化抗衰老补钙功能的富硒营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于2)中所述的一种具有抗氧化抗衰老补钙功能的富硒营养粉的制备方法辅料包括以下成分:南非醉茄、低聚果糖、黑芝麻、核桃、乳酸钙、酪蛋白磷酸肽、蓝莓粉,配制比例为:南非醉茄:低聚果糖:黑芝麻:核桃:乳酸钙:酪蛋白磷酸肽:蓝莓粉为9-10:3-5:8.5-10:9-10:0.4-1.0:0.1-0.15:9-10。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗氧化抗衰老补钙功能的富硒营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于3)中所述的搅拌时间为3-5min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗氧化抗衰老补钙功能的富硒营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于4)中所述的混合粒料搅拌后过筛的目数为80-100目,紫外照射时间为30-40min。
