本发明公开了富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉,其特征在于,包括:富硒麦芽粉、L‑天门冬氨基酸钙、海洋鱼低聚肽、魔芋粉、黄精、人参、茯苓、菊苣、大豆多糖、L‑丙氨酸、β‑环状糊精、β‑胡萝卜素、乙基麦芽酚、三氯蔗糖、ε‑聚赖氨酸盐酸盐、乳酸链球菌素。本发明的优点:本发明不仅从食品营养方面满足每天中老年人对钙、硒的需求量,并且在低聚肽、葡甘聚糖、氨基酸、复合维生素方面给予了最大限度的补充。同时也调整了人体内脏,达到了提高免疫力,增强抵抗力,对降三高、补气、养胃、理肝、润肺、调节嘌呤代谢、强肾、美顔、排毒、解毒、排便等方面达到一定效果。

本发明涉及营养粉生产技术领域,尤其涉及富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋 复合营养粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平提高,对补充全面营养提出了很高的需注,但 是目前从事营养补充的厂家大都是研发力量薄弱,加之利益驱使,生 产的营养产品营养价值单一。营养粉作为营养补充的重要组成部分, 市场上大部分是单一粉料包装,这样不能满足人们日益提高的需求。 有少许厂家生产复合成份的营养粉,大都以常规的方式掺加,不能做 到色香味具全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的富硒 高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉,其原料包括:富硒麦芽粉、L- 天门冬氨基酸钙、海洋鱼低聚肽、魔芋粉、黄精、人参、茯苓、菊苣、 大豆多糖、L-丙氨酸、β-环状糊精、β-胡萝卜素、乙基麦芽酚、三 氯蔗糖、ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐、乳酸链球菌素。
优选地,所述海洋鱼低聚肽为深海鳕鱼皮制成。
优选地,所述L-天门冬氨基酸钙粉选用L-天门冬氨基酸含量在 86%以上、钙含量在12%以上的L-天门冬氨基酸钙粉。
优选地,所述富硒麦芽粉采用含有机硒220ppm的富硒麦芽粉。
本发明还公开了一种富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉的制备方 法,包括以下步骤:
S1、向温水中加入海洋鱼低聚肽并搅拌均匀得到溶液A;
S2、向所述溶液A中加入L-天门冬氨基酸钙并搅拌均匀得到溶 液B;
S3、向所述溶液B中加入富硒麦芽粉并搅拌均匀得到溶液C;
S4、向所述溶液C中加入魔芋粉搅拌均匀成半透明液体,静置后 成胶着状液体;
S5、向所述胶着状液体中加入茯苓、人参、黄精、菊苣,胶着状 液体变成棕黄色液体;
S6、向所述棕黄色液体中依次加入L-丙氨酸、β-环状糊精、可 溶性大豆多糖、β-胡萝卜素、乙基麦芽酚、三氯蔗糖搅拌均匀并烘 干后得到所述富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉。
本发明的优点在于:本发明不仅从食品营养方面满足每天中老年 人对钙、硒的需求量,并且在低聚肽、葡甘聚糖、氨基酸、复合维生 素方面给予了最大限度的补充。同时也调整了人体内脏,达到了提高 免疫力,增强抵抗力,对降三高、补气、养胃、理肝、润肺、调节嘌 呤代谢、强肾、美顔、排毒、解毒、排便等方面达到一定效果。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合 实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具 体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
本发明提供的富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉,其原料包括:富 硒麦芽粉、L-天门冬氨基酸钙、海洋鱼低聚肽、魔芋粉、黄精、人参、 茯苓、菊苣、大豆多糖、L-丙氨酸、β-环状糊精、β-胡萝卜素、乙 基麦芽酚、三氯蔗糖、ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐、乳酸链球菌素。其中: 所述海洋鱼低聚肽为深海鳕鱼皮制成;L-天门冬氨基酸钙粉选用L- 天门冬氨基酸含量在86%以上、钙含量在12%以上的L-天门冬氨基酸 钙粉;富硒麦芽粉采用含有机硒220ppm、大肠杆菌≤1,霉菌≤1, 菌落总数≤100的富硒麦芽粉。采用L-天门冬氨基酸钙使得人体吸收 率达95%以上,并增加了人体必须的氨基酸。海洋鱼低聚肽能够消除 原料的苦味。黄精、人参、菊苣、茯苓是针对中老人常发生的病症进 行预防与调节。采用大豆多糖能够防止富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养 粉冲泡的过程中发生打结块的现象。采用β-胡萝卜素能够使得富硒 高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉呈现柔和的浅棕黄色汤汁,解决人们恐惧 喝药的感觉。采用乙基麦芽酚作为调味剂,提高人们喝产品的体验感, 做到色香味俱全。采用β-环状湖精与L-丙氨酸以解决酸苦涩的口感 的问题。ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐和乳酸链球菌素作为绿色生物防腐剂。 富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉能在饮用150ml的冲调粉溶液补能 中老年人半天大部分人体所需的营养,并且不影响其再吃其他食物。 与食药同源的中药材相配伍,启到养胃、补气、润肺及调理肝脏平衡 嘌呤代谢。
富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉能够达到以下目的:

实施例2
本发明公开了一种富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉的制备方法, 包括以下步骤:
S1、向150ml 50℃的温水中加入2.421g海洋鱼低聚肽并搅拌均 匀至全溶解与水,溶解时间为11s,得到溶液A。
S2、向所述溶液A中加入1.6g的L-天门冬氨基酸钙并搅拌均匀 至全溶解与水,溶解时间8s,得到溶液B,其中L-天门冬氨基酸含 量在86%以上,钙含量在12%以上。
S3、向所述溶液B中加入0.8g的提纯后的富硒麦芽粉并搅拌均 匀得到溶液C,其中富硒麦芽粉硒含量在200ppm以上,有机硒占比 在99%以上。
S4、向所述溶液C中加入1.5g的魔芋粉搅拌均匀成半透明液体, 静置分钟后成胶着状液体;其中魔芋粉的粒度小于160目,魔芋粉的 黏度大于等于90%,溶解时间20s。
S5、向所述胶着状液体中加入茯苓、人参、黄精、菊苣,胶着状 液体变成棕黄色液体,茯苓、人参、黄精、菊苣的分量比为4∶6∶ 10∶5。
S6、向所述棕黄色液体中依次加入0.68g的L-丙氨酸、0.08g的 β-环状糊精、0.048g的可溶性大豆多糖、0.02g的β-胡萝卜素、 0.0132g的乙基麦芽酚、0.002g三氯蔗糖搅拌均匀并烘干后得到所述 富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉。通过L-丙氨酸消除酸味,通过β- 环状糊精消除苦涩味,通过可溶性大豆多糖是的重置魔芋粉时不容易 结团,通过β-胡萝卜素将水溶液变成棕红色,通过乙基麦芽酚掩盖 腥味。主要营养成分:有机硒:21780μg/kg,钙28700mg/kg,低聚 肽32.4%,葡甘聚糖45%,氨基酸总量51%,蛋白质53%。PH值6。气 味果香。淡黄色稍带黄红粉粒。搅拌溶解时间20钞。适水150亳升。
对易吸潮的如大豆多糖要最后配。对粉料目数小的物料进行二次 研磨,以达相互均匀掺合。搅拌要20分钟,搅拌机要正反转,选用 360度的搅拌机比较合适。烘箱烘干减少水的同时,增加紫外线照射 和臭气熏蒸,以减少细菌的存活,保证有效期内不变质。分装机进行 改造,采取扁袋分装,尽量挤出不余的空气,以减少产品的氧化机会。

1.富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉,其特征在于,包括:富硒麦芽粉、L-天门冬氨基酸钙、海洋鱼低聚肽、魔芋粉、黄精、人参、茯苓、菊苣、大豆多糖、L-丙氨酸、β-环状糊精、β-胡萝卜素、乙基麦芽酚、三氯蔗糖、ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐、乳酸链球菌素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉,其特征在于:所述海洋鱼低聚肽为深海鳕鱼皮制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉,其特征在于:所述L-天门冬氨基酸钙粉选用L-天门冬氨基酸含量在86%以上、钙含量在12%以上的L-天门冬氨基酸钙粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉,其特征在于:所述富硒麦芽粉采用含有机硒220ppm的富硒麦芽粉。
5.一种富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、向温水中加入海洋鱼低聚肽并搅拌均匀得到溶液A;
S2、向所述溶液A中加入L-天门冬氨基酸钙并搅拌均匀得到溶液B;
S3、向所述溶液B中加入富硒麦芽粉并搅拌均匀得到溶液C;
S4、向所述溶液C中加入魔芋粉搅拌均匀成半透明液体,静置后成胶着状液体;
S5、向所述胶着状液体中加入茯苓、人参、黄精、菊苣,胶着状液体变成棕黄色液体;
S6、向所述棕黄色液体中依次加入L-丙氨酸、β-环状糊精、可溶性大豆多糖、β-胡萝卜素、乙基麦芽酚、三氯蔗糖搅拌均匀并烘干后得到所述富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉。
