对易吸潮的如大豆多糖要最后配。对粉料目数小的物料进行二次 研磨,以达相互均匀掺合。搅拌要20分钟,搅拌机要正反转,选用 360度的搅拌机比较合适。烘箱烘干减少水的同时,增加紫外线照射 和臭气熏蒸,以减少细菌的存活,保证有效期内不变质。分装机进行 改造,采取扁袋分装,尽量挤出不余的空气,以减少产品的氧化机会。

Claims (5)

1.富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉,其特征在于,包括:富硒麦芽粉、L-天门冬氨基酸钙、海洋鱼低聚肽、魔芋粉、黄精、人参、茯苓、菊苣、大豆多糖、L-丙氨酸、β-环状糊精、β-胡萝卜素、乙基麦芽酚、三氯蔗糖、ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐、乳酸链球菌素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉,其特征在于:所述海洋鱼低聚肽为深海鳕鱼皮制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉,其特征在于:所述L-天门冬氨基酸钙粉选用L-天门冬氨基酸含量在86%以上、钙含量在12%以上的L-天门冬氨基酸钙粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉,其特征在于:所述富硒麦芽粉采用含有机硒220ppm的富硒麦芽粉。
5.一种富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、向温水中加入海洋鱼低聚肽并搅拌均匀得到溶液A;
S2、向所述溶液A中加入L-天门冬氨基酸钙并搅拌均匀得到溶液B;
S3、向所述溶液B中加入富硒麦芽粉并搅拌均匀得到溶液C;
S4、向所述溶液C中加入魔芋粉搅拌均匀成半透明液体,静置后成胶着状液体;
S5、向所述胶着状液体中加入茯苓、人参、黄精、菊苣,胶着状液体变成棕黄色液体;
S6、向所述棕黄色液体中依次加入L-丙氨酸、β-环状糊精、可溶性大豆多糖、β-胡萝卜素、乙基麦芽酚、三氯蔗糖搅拌均匀并烘干后得到所述富硒高钙肽纯化魔芋复合营养粉。
