本发明公开了一种备孕期男士营养粉及其制备方法,属于保健品技术领域。所述备孕期男士营养粉按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉81.9992‑87.9996%、叶酸0.0004‑0.0008%、玛咖粉8‑12%和菊粉4‑6%。本发明还公开了上述备孕期男士营养粉的制备方法。本发明以小麦胚芽为原料,可以为备孕期男性提供备孕期间所需的营养补充及微量元素,预防和减少因营养失衡和微量元素缺乏而可能诱发的胎儿畸形等疾病的发生。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种备孕期男士营养粉及其制备方法,属于保健品技术领域。
背景技术
我国长期倡导“晚婚”、“晚育”的生育政策,现代人婚恋观念也随之改变,“大龄未孕”现象普遍,加之环境污染、工作压力大等原因,使很多适龄及超龄夫妇“想孕而不得”,因此迫切需要一种绿色、有机、无添加,且能辅助适龄及超龄夫妇备孕的健康食品来满足这样的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一,是提供一种备孕期男士营养粉。本发明以小麦胚芽为原料,可以为备孕期男性提供备孕期间所需的营养补充及微量元素,预防和减少因营养失衡和微量元素缺乏而可能诱发的胎儿畸形等疾病的发生。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种备孕期男士营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉81.9992-87.9996%、叶酸0.0004-0.0008%、玛咖粉8-12%和菊粉4-6%。
本发明所采用的原料的作用和功效:
麦胚粉,以新鲜麦胚为原料,经干燥、炒制、粉碎后所得。麦胚,又称小麦胚芽、麦芽粉、胚芽,金黄色颗粒状,是小麦发芽及生长的器官,约占整个麦粒的2.5%,是小麦籽粒的精华,营养成分丰富,含有极其丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素、钙、钾、镁、铁、锌、铬、硒、磷、锰、铜等多种矿物质和微量元素,被营养学家们誉为“人类天然的营养宝库”。《本草纲目》记载:“麦胚可治心悸失眠,养心安神,养肝气,止泻,降压,健胃”。美国营养学博士哈桑先生在《想年轻长生不老》写道“小麦胚芽包含着丰富均衡的且对生长发育又是必需的营养素,半杯小麦胚芽胜过四个鸡蛋的蛋白质成份。”小麦胚芽蛋白是一种完全蛋白,含有人体必需的8种氨基酸,占总氨基酸的34.7%。特别是在氨基酸中,蛋氨酸占2%,组氨酸占2.5%,而一般谷物中短缺的,能有效促进幼儿生长和发育的,人类第一限制性氨基酸——赖氨酸的含量高达18.5g/kg,远远高出大米、面粉。麦胚能提高黄体荷尔蒙及男性荷尔蒙分泌的作用,以提高生殖力,治疗不孕症及消除早产,流产等危险现象,保护母体的安全。
玛咖粉,是以玛咖为原料,经切片、干燥、粉碎、杀菌后所得,为市面购买。玛咖,学名Lepidium meyenii Walpers,为内含玛咖酰胺、玛咖烯等特征化学成分的十字花科(Cruciferae)独行菜属(Lepidium)的一年生或两年生草本植物的根茎;质地坚实,气香特异,味微甘辛辣,根茎表皮颜色为黄色、紫色、黑色、青色、白色等,果实形状呈类球形;生长区域一般宜在海拔3000米以上。1999年,美国科学家发现了玛卡中含有两类新的植物活性成份,玛卡酰胺(macamides)和玛卡稀(macaenes),并确定这两种物质对平衡人体荷尔蒙分泌有显著作用,所以玛卡又被称为天然荷尔蒙发动机。
菊粉,是以菊苣根为原料,经去除蛋白质和矿物质、喷雾干燥后所得,为市面购买。菊苣根,为菊科植物菊苣的根。气微,味淡,有清肝利胆、健胃消食、利尿消肿之功效,用于湿热黄疸、胃痛食少、水肿尿少等病症。菊粉中含有一种功能性强、水溶性好的植物多糖——低聚果糖,具有以下作用:增殖人体内双歧杆菌,可抑制腐败菌的生长,促进肠道蠕动,调节肠胃功能;促进维生素的合成和矿物质吸收,增强免疫,提高免疫力;排除体内毒素,减轻肝、肾等脏器负担;改善脂质代谢,降低血脂、胆固醇及脂肪;5、控制血糖,防止龋齿等。
叶酸,为市面购买。叶酸是一种含单一有效成分的维生素,能够预防胎宝宝畸形,从孕前3个月开始,直到孕后3个月结束,每天需要补充0.4-1mg叶酸。叶酸缺乏可导致胎儿畸形,包括无脑儿、脊柱裂等,还可引起早期的自然流产。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述备孕期男士营养粉按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉84.9994%、叶酸0.0006%、玛咖粉10%和菊粉5%。
采用上述进一步的有益效果是:此为最佳参数。采用上述参数,得到的备孕期男士营养粉的效果最好。
本发明的目的之二,是提供上述备孕期男士营养粉的制备方法。本发明的制备方法简单,市场前景广阔,适合规模化生产。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种备孕期男士营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备麦胚粉
步骤1.1干燥:取新鲜麦胚,于55-65℃,干燥10-20分钟,得到干燥后的麦胚;
步骤1.2炒制:将步骤1.1得到的干燥后的麦胚,炒制30-40分钟,得到炒制后的麦胚;
步骤1.3粉碎:将步骤1.2得到的炒制后的麦胚,粉碎,过筛,得到麦胚粉;
步骤2:混合
一种备孕期男士营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉81.92-87.96%、叶酸0.04-0.08%、玛咖粉8-12%和菊粉4-6%,取步骤1得到的麦胚粉、再取玛咖粉、菊粉和叶酸,分别粉碎,过筛,混合均匀,即得到所述备孕期男士营养粉。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,步骤1.2所述炒制后的麦胚的含水率≤3wt%。
进一步,步骤1.3所述过筛的目数为80目。
进一步,步骤2所述过筛的目数为80目。
本发明的备孕期男士营养粉的规格为20g/袋,3袋/日,即按照每日服用60g计算。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明以小麦胚芽为原料,可以为备孕期男性提供备孕期间所需的营养补充及微量元素,预防和减少因营养失衡和微量元素缺乏而可能诱发的胎儿畸形等疾病的发生。
(2)本发明的制备方法简单,市场前景广阔,适合工业化生产。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1:
本实施例的备孕期男士营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉81.9992%、叶酸0.0008%、玛咖粉12%和菊粉6%。
上述备孕期男士营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备麦胚粉
步骤1.1干燥:取新鲜麦胚,于55℃,干燥20分钟,得到干燥后的麦胚;
步骤1.2炒制:将步骤1.1得到的干燥后的麦胚,炒制30分钟,得到含水率为3wt%的炒制后的麦胚;
步骤1.3粉碎:将步骤1.2得到的炒制后的麦胚,粉碎,过80目筛,得到麦胚粉;
步骤2:混合
一种备孕期男士营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉81.9992%、叶酸0.0008%、玛咖粉12%和菊粉6%,取步骤1得到的麦胚粉,再取玛咖粉、菊粉和叶酸,分别粉碎,过80目筛,混合均匀,即得到所述备孕期男士营养粉。
实施例2:
本实施例的备孕期男士营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉84.9994%、叶酸0.0006%、玛咖粉10%和菊粉5%。
上述备孕期男士营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备麦胚粉
步骤1.1干燥:取新鲜麦胚,于60℃,干燥15分钟,得到干燥后的麦胚;
步骤1.2炒制:将步骤1.1得到的干燥后的麦胚,炒制35分钟,得到含水率为2.5wt%的炒制后的麦胚;
步骤1.3粉碎:将步骤1.2得到的炒制后的麦胚,粉碎,过80目筛,得到麦胚粉;
步骤2:混合
一种备孕期男士营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉84.9994%、叶酸0.0006%、玛咖粉10%和菊粉5%,取步骤1得到的麦胚粉、再取玛咖粉、菊粉和叶酸,分别粉碎,过80目筛,混合均匀,即得到所述备孕期男士营养粉。
实施例3:
本实施例的备孕期男士营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉81.9992%、叶酸0.0008%、玛咖粉12%和菊粉6%。
上述备孕期男士营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备麦胚粉
步骤1.1干燥:取新鲜麦胚,于65℃,干燥10分钟,得到干燥后的麦胚;
步骤1.2炒制:将步骤1.1得到的干燥后的麦胚,炒制40分钟,得到含水率为2wt%的炒制后的麦胚;
步骤1.3粉碎:将步骤1.2得到的炒制后的麦胚,粉碎,过80目筛,得到麦胚粉;
步骤2:混合
一种备孕期男士营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉81.9992%、叶酸0.0008%、玛咖粉12%和菊粉6%,取步骤1得到的麦胚粉、再取玛咖粉、菊粉和叶酸,分别粉碎,过80目筛,混合均匀,即得到所述备孕期男士营养粉。
实施例1-3所得备孕期男士营养粉的检测指标,具体如表1所示。

由此可见,本发明的备孕期男性营养粉,可以为备孕期男性提供备孕期间所需的营养补充及微量元素,预防和减少因营养失衡和微量元素缺乏而可能诱发的胎儿畸形等疾病的发生。

1.一种备孕期男士营养粉,其特征在于,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉81.9992-87.9996%、叶酸0.0004-0.0008%、玛咖粉8-12%和菊粉4-6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种备孕期男士营养粉,其特征在于,所述备孕期男士营养粉按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉84.9994%、叶酸0.0006%、玛咖粉10%和菊粉5%。
3.一种备孕期男士营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备麦胚粉
步骤1.1干燥:取新鲜麦胚,于55-65℃,干燥10-20分钟,得到干燥后的麦胚;
步骤1.2炒制:将步骤1.1得到的干燥后的麦胚,炒制30-40分钟,得到炒制后的麦胚;
步骤1.3粉碎:将步骤1.2得到的炒制后的麦胚,粉碎,过筛,得到麦胚粉;
步骤2:混合
一种备孕期男士营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉81.92-87.96%、叶酸0.04-0.08%、玛咖粉8-12%和菊粉4-6%,取步骤1得到的麦胚粉,再取玛咖粉、菊粉和叶酸,分别粉碎,过筛,混合均匀,即得到所述备孕期男士营养粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种备孕期男士营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1.2所述炒制后的麦胚的含水率≤3wt%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种备孕期男士营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1.3所述过筛的目数为80目。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种备孕期男士营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2所述过筛的目数为80目。
