Claims (1)

1. A construction waste screening and sorting device comprises a screening machine body, wherein an elevating device is arranged on the left side of the screening machine body, the elevating device comprises an elevating shell which is fixedly arranged above the left end surface of the screening machine body and inclines towards the lower left side, an elevating cavity is arranged in the elevating shell, and construction waste is elevated into the screening machine body from the elevating cavity; a first sorting cavity is formed in the upper side in the screening machine body, a second sorting cavity with a downward opening is formed in the lower side, a partition plate is fixedly arranged between the first sorting cavity and the second sorting cavity, and a falling opening penetrating through the partition plate from top to bottom is formed in the right side of the partition plate; the first sorting cavity is internally provided with a first sorting device, the first sorting device comprises an electromagnet fixedly arranged on the left side of the upper wall of the first sorting cavity, the electromagnet sucks and draws out metal objects in the construction waste, a cutter rotating shaft is rotatably arranged between the front wall and the rear wall of the right side of the falling opening of the first sorting cavity, a cutter rotating drum is fixedly arranged on the outer circular surface of the cutter rotating shaft, six groups of blades are arranged on the outer circular surface of the cutter rotating drum in an annular array mode, and the blades break plastic bags in the waste; the first sorting device comprises a conveying rotating shaft which is rotatably arranged between the front wall and the rear wall below the first sorting cavity and is bilaterally symmetrical relative to the electromagnet, a rotating drum is fixedly arranged on the outer circular surface of the conveying rotating shaft, the rotating drum on the right side is positioned below the left side of the cutter rotating shaft, and a second conveying belt is wound between the rotating drums; a linkage cavity which is inclined to the upper right is arranged in the front wall of the first sorting cavity, a second motor is fixedly arranged in the front wall of the linkage cavity and right faces the front side of the right conveying rotating shaft, and the front end of the right conveying rotating shaft extends into the linkage cavity and is in power connection with the second motor; a first chain wheel is fixedly arranged in the linkage cavity of the conveying rotating shaft, the front end of the cutter rotating shaft extends into the linkage cavity and is fixedly provided with a second chain wheel, and a transmission chain is wound between the first chain wheel and the second chain wheel; the second sorting device comprises a supporting net fixedly arranged at the right end of the air blowing cavity, a third motor is fixedly arranged on the left end face of the supporting net, and the fan is in power connection with the left end of the third motor; a partition board is fixedly arranged in the second sorting cavity between the front wall and the rear wall below the blast cavity, and a recovery cavity is arranged on the left side of the partition board; the gravel cavity is positioned on the right side of the isolation plate, and the lower end face of the isolation plate is fixedly provided with a filter screen of which the left end and the right end are fixedly connected to the left wall and the right wall of the second sorting cavity and the rear side is inclined downwards; a gear cavity is arranged in the front wall of the gravel cavity, a fourth motor is fixedly arranged on the front wall of the gravel cavity, the front end of the gravel shaft extends into the gear cavity and is fixedly provided with gears which are meshed with each other, and the front end of the left gravel shaft is dynamically connected to the fourth motor; the rear end surfaces of the recovery cavity and the gravel cavity are respectively communicated with a pouring outlet with a backward opening;
a baffle is rotatably arranged between the left wall and the right wall of the lower side in the dumping outlet, a baffle control cavity with a backward opening is arranged on the rear end surface of the screening machine body and above the dumping outlet, the upper wall of the baffle control cavity is bilaterally symmetrical and is fixedly provided with a fifth motor, and the lower end of the fifth motor is in power connection with a screw rod of which the lower end extends into the lower wall of the baffle control cavity; the baffle control cavity is internally provided with a connecting block which is connected with the screw rod in a threaded manner and can slide up and down, the rear end of the connecting block extends to the outside and is rotatably provided with a connecting rod, and the lower end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the rear side of the lower end surface of the baffle; the water storage cavity is arranged in the right wall of the gravel cavity, a water feeding pump is fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the water storage cavity, a spray head is fixedly arranged on the left wall and the right wall of the second sorting cavity below the filter screen, and water in the water storage cavity is sprayed out by the spray head to reduce flying of dust.
