Please refer to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the number of the gears 8 is two, and the two sets of gears 8 are engaged with each other, wherein the end of one set of gears 8 is connected with the output end of one set of motor 4, two crushing operations can be performed by the two sets of crushing rollers 6 on the processing box 1 and the operation box 5, and the two sets of gears 8 are driven by the output end of the motor 4 to rotate towards the inside by the gears 8 at the end of the crushing rollers 6, so that the two sets of crushing rollers 6 can crush the waste material.
Please refer to fig. 2 and 5, the filter screen 18 is an inclined structure, the second feed opening 19 and the third feed opening 20 are respectively located at two ends of one side of the screening frame 17, the screening frame 17 is vibrated by the vibration motor 24 to separate sand and soil, the filter screen 18, the second feed opening 19 and the third feed opening 20 are inclined structures to allow the sand and the soil to fall along the inclined plane, and the filter screen 18 can separate the sand and the soil for convenient recycling.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the first feed opening 14, the second feed opening 19, the third feed opening 20 and the fourth feed opening 21 are all inclined downward, so that the separated metal waste material, sand, stone, silt and light domestic garbage are separated, and garbage disposal can be performed respectively, thereby processing the metal waste material and the recyclable waste material such as sand, stone and brick.
Please refer to fig. 4, the crushing blades are fixed outside the rotating shaft 16 and are in a spiral structure, the crushing blades are located below two groups of crushing rollers 6, the rotating shaft 16 is driven to rotate by the output end of the motor 4, so that the rotating shaft 16 drives the crushing blades to crush the waste for three times, and the gravel and the brick in the waste are reduced, thereby facilitating transportation.
The working principle is as follows: the construction waste moves upwards through the flange conveyor belt on the conveying mechanism 3 and then enters the feeding hole 2, the gear 8 and the crushing roller 6 are driven to rotate through the motor 4, the crushing roller 6 drives the crushing cutter 7 to rotate, the crushing roller 6 and the gear 8 on the right rotate anticlockwise, the construction waste is crushed by two groups of crushing cutters 7, then the crushed waste enters the first conveying crawler belt 11, the waste with magnetic substances is adsorbed by the first magnetic roller 9, the magnetic substances move to the scraper brush 13 at the bottom along with the rotation of the first conveying crawler belt 11, and similarly, the construction waste falls on the second conveying crawler belt 12 through the first conveying crawler belt 11, the magnetic substances are cleaned in the first discharging hole 14 through the two magnetic separation of the first magnetic roller 9 and the second magnetic roller 10, and then the construction waste continues to enter the crushing roller 6 on the operation box 1, carry out the regrinding, the rubbish after being smashed enters into smashes the chamber 15 in, carries out the cubic through smashing the blade and smashes, and effect through vibrating motor 24 makes screening frame 17 vibrate, and filter screen 18 can make grit and earth separation, makes grit and earth can fall along the inclined plane, separates grit and earth, utilizes air outlet 23, can carry out the selection by winnowing separation with the grit with the domestic waste of the light in the waste material, conveniently retrieves.
