背景技术
银杏树的果实和叶子均有很高的药用价值和食用价值,银杏果在治疗咳嗽、哮喘方面具有独特的效果,通过对白果药用成分分析得知,果肉内含黄酮、内酯、白果酸、白果醇、白果酚、鞣酸、抑菌蛋白及多糖等有效成分,具有抑制真菌、抗过敏、通畅血管、改善大脑功能、延缓老年人大脑衰老、增强记忆能力、治疗老年痴呆症和脑供血不足等功效,除此以外,银杏还具有耐缺氧、抗疲劳和延缓衰老的作用,但是白果含有小毒物质,过量食用会引起腹痛、发烧、呕吐、抽搐等症状,鉴于此,有必要研究一种银杏粉的脱毒工艺。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种对环境无害,提高了脱毒效果的银杏粉的脱毒工艺。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种银杏粉的脱毒工艺,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、挑选出颗粒饱满的银杏果,并将其中的坏果剔除;
S2、将挑选出的银杏果原料送入清洗罐中使用清水进行清洗三次;
S3、清洗干净的银杏果送入蒸煮锅中进行蒸煮处理,在蒸煮的过程中持续搅拌;
S4、蒸煮后的银杏果送入烘烤炉中进行高温烘烤,烘干后的银杏果总入去壳机中进行去壳处理,去壳后再将银杏果肉表面的粘膜去除,得到银杏果肉;
S5、将银杏果肉送入辊压机中进行烘干,烘干后的银杏果肉送入粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,得到银杏粉;
S6、将银杏粉和提取液混合在一起,并缓慢滴加离子液体,搅拌1~1.5h后,静置浸泡一段时间,得到分层浸泡液;
S7、分层后的浸泡液的下层为银杏粉溶液,上层为有毒提取液,将上层有毒提取液分离,下层银杏粉溶液进行加热回收提取液后,再采用喷雾干燥法进行干燥,得到脱毒银杏粉。
优选地,前述步骤S2中,清水的温度为35~45℃,一次清洗所用清水的量与银杏果原料的质量比为(3~4):(1~2)。
再优选地,前述步骤S6中,离子液体选用[Bmim]Br或[Bmim]Cl。
更优选地,前述步骤S6中,提取液包括正十二烷和四氯化碳,所述正十二烷和四氯化碳的质量比为(2~5):(3~4)。

本发明的有益之处在于:本发明银杏粉的脱毒工艺简单易操作,提高了工作效率,且对环境无害,在制备银杏粉的过程中,通过对银杏果的高温蒸煮和高温烘烤,可以对银杏果进行初步的脱毒处理;银杏粉溶剂解于正十二烷和四氯化碳提取液中,加入的离子液体可有效吸附银杏粉中的有毒物质,因离子液体不溶于该提取液,故提取有毒物质后的离子液体可分层出来,再将银杏粉溶液中的提取液加热回收再利用,有效降低了使用成本,且提高了脱毒效果。

实施例1
一种银杏粉的脱毒工艺,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、挑选出颗粒饱满的银杏果,并将其中的坏果剔除;
S2、将挑选出的银杏果原料送入清洗罐中使用清水进行清洗三次,清水的温度为35℃,一次清洗所用清水的量与银杏果原料的质量比为3:1;
S3、清洗干净的银杏果送入蒸煮锅中进行蒸煮处理,蒸煮锅的温度为 60℃,蒸煮时间为1.2,在蒸煮的过程中持续搅拌;
S4、蒸煮后的银杏果送入烘烤炉中进行高温烘烤,烘烤炉的温度为 65℃,烘烤时间为0.5h,烘干后的银杏果总入去壳机中进行去壳处理,去壳后再将银杏果肉表面的粘膜去除,得到银杏果肉;

S4、蒸煮后的银杏果送入烘烤炉中进行高温烘烤,烘烤炉的温度为 68℃,烘烤时间为1h,烘干后的银杏果总入去壳机中进行去壳处理,去壳后再将银杏果肉表面的粘膜去除,得到银杏果肉;
S5、将银杏果肉送入辊压机中进行烘干,辊压机的温度为 55℃,烘烤时间为0.7h,烘干后的银杏果肉送入粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,得到银杏粉;
S6、将银杏粉和提取液混合在一起,提取液为质量比为3:4的正十二烷和四氯化碳,并缓慢滴加离子液体[Bmim]Cl,搅拌1.2后,静置浸泡3h,浸泡温度为75℃,得到分层浸泡液;
S7、分层后的浸泡液的下层为银杏粉溶液,上层为有毒提取液,将上层有毒提取液分离,下层银杏粉溶液进行加热回收提取液后,再采用喷雾干燥法进行干燥,得到脱毒银杏粉。
使用传统的脱毒方法处理银杏粉,作为对比例,采用高效薄层色谱法计算其中的
脱毒率,测试结果如下表:

由上表可知,本发明的脱毒方法可有效脱去银杏粉中的有毒物质,且对其中的活性物质伤害低。

Claims (8)
1.一种银杏粉的脱毒工艺,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、挑选出颗粒饱满的银杏果,并将其中的坏果剔除;
S2、将挑选出的银杏果原料送入清洗罐中使用清水进行清洗三次;
S3、清洗干净的银杏果送入蒸煮锅中进行蒸煮处理,在蒸煮的过程中持续搅拌;
S4、蒸煮后的银杏果送入烘烤炉中进行高温烘烤,烘干后的银杏果总入去壳机中进行去壳处理,去壳后再将银杏果肉表面的粘膜去除,得到银杏果肉;
S5、将银杏果肉送入辊压机中进行烘干,烘干后的银杏果肉送入粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,得到银杏粉;
S6、将银杏粉和提取液混合在一起,并缓慢滴加离子液体,搅拌1~1.5h后,静置浸泡一段时间,得到分层浸泡液;
S7、分层后的浸泡液的下层为银杏粉溶液,上层为有毒提取液,将上层有毒提取液分离后,下层银杏粉溶液进行加热回收提取液后,再采用喷雾干燥法进行干燥,得到脱毒银杏粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种银杏粉的脱毒工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,清水的温度为35~45℃,一次清洗所用清水的量与银杏果原料的质量比为(3~4):(1~2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种银杏粉的脱毒工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S6中,离子液体选用[Bmim]Br或[Bmim]Cl。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种银杏粉的脱毒工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S6中,提取液包括正十二烷和四氯化碳,所述正十二烷和四氯化碳的质量比为(2~5):(3~4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种银杏粉的脱毒工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,蒸煮锅的温度为 60~75℃,蒸煮时间为1.2~1.5h。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种银杏粉的脱毒工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中,烘烤炉的温度为 65~70℃,烘烤时间为0.5~1.5h。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种银杏粉的脱毒工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中,辊压机的温度为 50~60℃,烘烤时间为0.5~0.8h。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种银杏粉的脱毒工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S6中,浸泡时间为2~4h,浸泡温度为70~85℃。
