上述食品,注重了产品的功能特性和食用的方便性,但在食品的美味及咀嚼方面以及药材提取工艺存在不足,且在产品功能的组方上也有所缺陷。
针对上述现状,迫切需要开发一款能够改善人体亚健康状况,具有健脾养胃功能,又能方便食用的产品。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品及其制备方法,所制备出来的食品具有健脾养胃、咀嚼口感好,且好吃又方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品,其特征在于:所述食品的原料由以下重量份组成:人参2~8份、茯苓10~20份、白扁豆10~20份、猴头菇5~10份、薏苡仁10~20份、莲子5~10份、山药5~10份、甘草2~5份、桔梗2~5份、橘皮2~5份、砂仁2~3份、坚果组合物3~7份、香辛料组合物0~2份、FD鱼肉组合物0~5份、FD果蔬组合物0~5份、调味料0~1份、小米20~30份、燕麦100~200份,粳米300~600份。
所述的坚果组合物为花生仁、葵花子仁、黑芝麻、杏仁的混合物。
所述的香辛料组合物为花椒、小茴香、八角、干姜、丁香、白芷、肉豆蔻、草果的混合物。
所述的FD鱼肉组合物为银鱼、三文鱼、小虾的混合物。
所述的FD果蔬组合物为胡萝卜、苹果的混合物。
所述的调味料为糖、食用盐的混合物。
一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品的制备方法为:将中药材先水提2次、再将提取的药渣采用CO2超临界萃取,所得提取液与多种谷物经滚筒干燥工艺成糊片,然后将糊片与坚果组合物或香辛料组合物或FD鱼肉果蔬组合物或FD果蔬组合物或调味料混合即可。
所述的具体的制备方法为:
1)将人参、猴头菇、甘草、桔梗、橘皮与水按重量比为1:2进行水提、提后的药渣经CO2超临界萃取,所得提取液的质量百分比浓度为20%±1%;
2)将茯苓、白扁豆、薏苡仁、莲子、山药、砂仁进行清洗、烘烤、粉碎,所制得粉,全部100%通过80目筛;
3)将小米、燕麦、粳米制成80目粉,然后加水,与步骤1)所得提取液和步骤2)所得粉混合搅拌成浆料,并用胶体磨磨细,再将细浆料进行滚筒干燥,制成健脾养胃的中药材米糊;
4)将健脾养胃的中药材米糊与坚果组合物、或香辛料组合物、或FD鱼肉组合物、或FD果蔬组合物、或调味料,一起加入到混合机进行混合,然后包装成小袋即可。
所述的滚筒干燥工艺采用导热油作为热源媒介。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点和效果:
本发明药食同源,健脾养胃,口感细腻爽滑,坚果、香辛料、调味料等与中药米糊相结合,美味有咀嚼感。
本发明采用二氧化碳超临界萃取,充分获取了药材的有效成分,提高了药材的利用率;
本发明中添加坚果和香辛料,有咀嚼感,增强口味。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明的技术方案做进一步的限定:
参苓白术散是中医经典名方,古典医籍共十四书记载,作为培补脾胃的经典方,经久不衰;历代医家广泛应用于治疗脾胃病,收效甚丰。其中《太平惠民和剂局方》卷三述说,参苓白术散治脾胃虚弱,饮食不进,多困少力,中满痞噎,心忪气喘,呕吐泄泻及伤寒咳噫。此药方中和不热,久服养气育神,醒脾悦色,顺正辟邪;《冯氏锦囊》记有,脾胃属土,土为万物之母。东垣曰:脾胃虚则百病生,调理中州,其首务也。脾悦甘,故用人参、甘草、苡仁;土喜燥,故用白术、茯苓;脾喜香,故用砂仁;心生脾,故用莲肉益心;土恶水,故用山药治肾;桔梗入肺,能升能降。所以通天气于地道,而无否塞之忧也。
本发明的功能性健脾养胃源自参苓白术散,是对参苓白术散的增减,减少了白术,增加了猴头菇、粳米、小米、燕麦。
猴头菇在《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准》第15册207页有记载:“本品为猴头菇经加工制成的片剂,具有养胃和中的功效,用于胃、十二指肠溃疡及慢性胃炎的治疗。”
粳米是粳稻的种仁,其味甘淡,其性平和,每日食用,是滋补之物;唐代医药学家孙思邈在《千金方·食治》中强调说,粳米能养胃气、长肌肉;《食鉴本草》也认为,粳米有补脾胃、养五脏、壮气力的良好功效。
燕麦性味甘平,能益脾养心,又富含膳食纤维,能促进肠胃蠕动,利于排便。
小米味甘寒,入脾,胃,肾经,有防治消化不良,清热解渴,健胃除湿,和胃安眠,防止反胃呕吐,保护心血管的保健功效,可以用来治疗体虚,失眠,消化不良,肠胃虚寒等症,适合脾胃虚弱的人群食用。小米味甘寒,入脾,胃,肾经,有防治消化不良,清热解渴,健胃除湿,和胃安眠,防止反胃呕吐,保护心血管的保健功效,可以用来治疗体虚,失眠,消化不良,肠胃虚寒等症,适合脾胃虚弱的人群食用。
本发明实现健脾养胃功能的原料为人参、茯苓、白扁豆、猴头菇、薏苡仁、莲子、山药、甘草、桔梗、橘皮、砂仁、小米、燕麦,粳米;
本发明实现咀嚼、美味功能的原料为坚果组合物、香辛料组合物、FD鱼肉组合物、FD果蔬组合物、调味料。
实施例一:
一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品由以下重量份组成:人参6份、茯苓15份、白扁豆18份、猴头菇7份、薏苡仁12份、莲子8份、山药6份、甘草3份、桔梗4份、橘皮5份、砂仁3份、坚果组合物5份、香辛料组合物1份、小米25份、燕麦150份,粳米400份。
所述的坚果组合物为花生仁、葵花子仁、黑芝麻、杏仁的混合物。
所述的香辛料组合物为花椒、小茴香、八角、干姜、丁香、白芷、肉豆蔻、草果的混合物。
一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品的制备方法为:将中药材先水提2次、再将提取的药渣采用CO2超临界萃取,所得提取液与多种谷物经滚筒干燥工艺(采用导热油作为热源媒介)成糊片,然后将糊片与坚果组合物、香辛料组合物混合即可;

一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品由以下重量份组成:人参6份、茯苓13份、白扁豆18份、猴头菇9份、薏苡仁13份、莲子7份、山药6份、甘草5份、桔梗3份、橘皮4份、砂仁2份、坚果组合物4份、FD鱼肉组合物3份、小米23份、燕麦180份,粳米500份。
所述的坚果组合物为花生仁、葵花子仁、黑芝麻、杏仁的混合物。
所述的FD鱼肉组合物为银鱼、三文鱼、小虾的混合物。
一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品的制备方法为:将中药材先水提2次、再将提取的药渣采用CO2超临界萃取,所得提取液与多种谷物经滚筒干燥工艺(采用导热油作为热源媒介)成糊片,然后将糊片与坚果组合物、FD鱼肉果蔬组合物混合即可。
所述的具体的制备方法为:
1)将人参、猴头菇、甘草、桔梗、橘皮与水按重量比为1:2进行水提、提后的药渣经CO2超临界萃取,所得提取液的质量百分比浓度为20%±1%;
2)将茯苓、白扁豆、薏苡仁、莲子、山药、砂仁进行清洗、烘烤、粉碎,所制得粉,全部100%通过80目筛;
3)将小米、燕麦、粳米制成80目粉,然后加水,与步骤1)所得提取液和步骤2)所得粉混合搅拌成浆料,并用胶体磨磨细,再将细浆料进行滚筒干燥,制成健脾养胃的中药材米糊;

一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品由以下重量份组成:人参3份、茯苓10份、白扁豆20份、猴头菇7份、薏苡仁13份、莲子6份、山药6份、甘草4份、桔梗4份、橘皮3份、砂仁3份、坚果组合物4份、FD果蔬组合物5份、小米30份、燕麦200份,粳米500份。
所述的坚果组合物为花生仁、葵花子仁、黑芝麻、杏仁的混合物。
所述的FD果蔬组合物为胡萝卜、苹果的混合物。
一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品的制备方法为:将中药材先水提2次、再将提取的药渣采用CO2超临界萃取,所得提取液与多种谷物经滚筒干燥工艺(采用导热油作为热源媒介)成糊片,然后将糊片与坚果组合物、FD果蔬组合物混合即可。

1.一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品,其特征在于:所述食品的原料由以下重量份组成:人参2~8份、茯苓10~20份、白扁豆10~20份、猴头菇5~10份、薏苡仁10~20份、莲子5~10份、山药5~10份、甘草2~5份、桔梗2~5份、橘皮2~5份、砂仁2~3份、坚果组合物3~7份、香辛料组合物0~2份、FD鱼肉组合物0~5份、FD果蔬组合物0~5份、调味料0~1份、小米20~30份、燕麦100~200份,粳米300~600份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品,其特征在于:所述的坚果组合物为花生仁、葵花子仁、黑芝麻、杏仁的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品,其特征在于:所述的香辛料组合物为花椒、小茴香、八角、干姜、丁香、白芷、肉豆蔻、草果的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品,其特征在于:所述的FD鱼肉组合物为银鱼、三文鱼、小虾的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品,其特征在于:所述的FD果蔬组合物为胡萝卜、苹果的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品,其特征在于:所述的调味料为糖、食用盐的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的方法为:将中药材先水提2次、再将提取的药渣采用CO2超临界萃取,所得提取液与多种谷物经滚筒干燥工艺成糊片,然后将糊片与坚果组合物或香辛料组合物或FD鱼肉果蔬组合物或FD果蔬组合物或调味料混合即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种参苓白猴头菇健脾养胃食品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的具体的制备方法为:
1)将人参、猴头菇、甘草、桔梗、橘皮与水按重量比为1:2进行水提、提后的药渣经CO2超临界萃取,所得提取液的质量百分比浓度为20%±1%;

3)将小米、燕麦、粳米制成80目粉,然后加水,与步骤1)所得提取液和步骤2)所得粉混合搅拌成浆料,并用胶体磨磨细,再将细浆料进行滚筒干燥,制成健脾养胃的中药材米糊;
4)将健脾养胃的中药材米糊与坚果组合物、或香辛料组合物、或FD鱼肉组合物、或FD果蔬组合物、或调味料,一起加入到混合机进行混合,然后包装成小袋即可。
