背景技术
目前,市场上纺织面料常用的面料大多以棉、涤纶、锦纶及再生纤维素纤维为主,这些面料虽然基本能满足人们的需求,但也存在一些不足。近些年,随着新型纤维的不断涌现,多元纤维复合织物应用更为广泛,如涤纶与羊毛、蚕丝、醋纤、氨纶等纤维混纺织物由于集合了各种纤维的优点,使面料具有独特的风格,越来越受到消费者的青睐。但是多组分的混纺织物在印染过程中存在一定的困难和问题。竹纤维具有优良的吸湿性、透气性、舒适性以及抗紫外线、抗菌抑菌性,但其存在弹性回复性差,具有纤维吸湿后强力明显下降等缺点,给染整加工带来了一定的困难;涤纶纤维是一种结构紧密的疏水性纤维,分子中无特定染色基团,缺乏亲水性,在水中膨化程度低,其色牢度固定型温度变化很大,给染色带来了一定困难,而羊毛的耐碱性差,不适合强碱高温处理,且容易发生褶皱,此外羊毛相对于涤纶和竹纤维的上染速度慢,上染率低。因此对于竹涤毛弹力平纹混纺织物染色,由于每个纤维具有不同的结构,对染液的吸收程度不同,染色性能不同,容易造成织物染色困难,上染色程度不一,上染率不高,染色后得到的成品后续容易褪色,色牢度不够理想的问题。
因此,现有的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色存在染色均匀性不一、上染率不高、色牢度有待提高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺。本发明具有染色均匀、上染率高、色牢度高的特点。
本发明的技术方案:
竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物进行退浆和漂白处理,去除织物表面的油渍、毛羽,稳定织物结构尺寸,减少褶皱,得A品;
b、将A品置于40-50℃的含有5-10%乙醇的水中用超声波清洗软化5-15min,然后加入布料柔软剂和水质软化剂,加热至60-80℃继续软化10-30min,两次软化整理,得B品;
c、将B品放入染料槽中多重多阶段上染染液,第一阶段加热至40-60℃,加入第一染色液,调整pH为7-9,超声保温处理10-30min;第二阶段加热至60-70℃,加入第二染色液,调整pH为6-8,超声保温处理10-30min;第三阶段加热至70-90℃,加入第三染色液,调整pH为5-7,保温20-40min;随后降温至30-40℃,保温10-20min,得C品;
d、将C品水洗、皂洗,得D品;
e、将D品柔软处理、松式整理烘干,使得织物丰满、柔软,得成品。
前述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺中,所述退浆处理为将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物置于80-90℃的热水下浸渍20-30min,冲洗5-10min,然后置于pH为6-8,温度为70-90℃的退浆液中浸轧30-50min。
前述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺中,所述退浆液包括生物酶3-8g/L、酶活化剂1-3g/L、渗透剂2-3g/L、螯合剂0.5-1.5g/L。
前述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺中,所述漂白处理为将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物置于80-90℃的热水下浸渍20-30min,冲洗5-10min,然后置于pH为7-9,温度为60-80℃的漂白液30-50min。

前述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺中,所述染色槽包括槽体,槽体的底部设有超声波振子,槽体内沿着进布方向依次设有第一导布辊、若干并列分布的浸布辊以及第二导布辊,浸布辊通过固定杆连接在槽体的内壁上,浸布辊的内部设有空腔,浸布辊的圆周面上设有与空腔连通的出水孔,固定杆的内部设有与空腔连通的进料通道,进料通道上设有第一进料口和第二进料口;所述浸布辊的下方设有若干沿着进布方向分布的喷水管,每个喷水管的两端通过连接管连接,喷水管上设有向上的喷水头,槽体内还设有抽水泵,抽水泵的出水口分别与第一进料口和连接管连接;利用浸布辊内部浸染B品,利用染色液外部浸轧B品,且利用喷水管将染色液冲击到B品上,进行多重上染。
前述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺中,所述槽体内位于第一导布辊和相邻的浸布辊以及第二导布辊与相邻的浸布辊之间设有摆动杆,摆动杆的一端通过摆动电机驱动,摆动杆的另一端设有拍打杆,拍打杆的两端呈弧形。
与现有技术相比,本发明改进现有的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,先利用退浆液和漂白液对织物进行退浆和漂白处理,利用生物酶处理退浆,条件温和,对羊毛纤维损伤小,使用安全,去除织物表面的油渍、毛羽,稳定织物结构尺寸,减少褶皱,便于后续的染色处理,然后经过在含有乙醇的水中用超声波先软化,将织物外表面的纤维软化,同时进一步将织物上的浆料去除,提高织物的洁净性能,防止织物的二次污染,便于后续的然色处理,再利用布料柔软剂和水质软化剂再次软化,通过布料柔软剂将布料软化,通过水质软化剂,将硬水软化,两者相结合,使得在印染过程中更好地保证竹涤毛弹力平纹织物的染色鲜艳度,减少印染污点,提高染色固色程度;通过将织物进行两次软化,使纤维充分溶胀,织物内部的纤维产生空隙,变的疏松,染色时染料分子更易进入到纤维的空隙,并向内部扩散,提高上染率;
然后将织物浸润在染液内染色,染液一部分上染在竹涤毛弹力平纹织物的外部,从外向内染色,一部分被抽水泵抽取,抽水泵将抽取的一部分染液通过第一进料口进入到浸布辊的内部,从出水孔侵入到织物上,从内向外染色,同时抽水泵将抽取的另一部分染液注入到喷水管内,从喷水头喷向织物,染液具有一定的冲力,深入到纤维内部,把溶解或者残留在织物内部的气体驱逐至染液中,通过气穴作用排除,缩短染色时间,三种方式同时进行多重上染,提高染液的染色速度、上染率和色牢度,配合拍打杆的拍打,减少褶皱,避免染色不均;采用三个阶段进行加热染色处理,且每个阶段的升温温度均在90℃以内,并控制每个阶段的升温速度,避免织物吸色快易染花的问题,每个阶段调整不同的酸碱度,且酸碱度在5和9之间,可以使染色剂更好地扩散到纤维内部,不仅使竹纤维、涤纶和羊毛染色均匀充分,可以获得比较相近的颜色,而且不会使羊毛、竹纤维或者涤纶受到损伤,不会影响织物的品质和服用性能,由于羊毛的染色率低于竹纤维和涤纶,在每个阶段进行保温处理,上染到竹纤维和涤纶上的染料会有部分转移到羊毛上,增加羊毛的染色率,同时通过超声波处理,使得纤维表面的染液边界层变薄,产生搅拌作用,配合喷水头喷出染液的搅拌作用,两者结合加速染料对纤维表面的吸附,穿透覆盖在纤维上的隔层,促进染料在纤维内的扩散,促进染料和纤维之间的相互作用或者化学反应,促进上染,再经过后续的水洗、皂洗、柔软处理、松式整理烘干,使得织物丰满、柔软。
因此,本发明具有染色均匀、上染率高、色牢度高的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。
竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物进行退浆和漂白处理,先将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物置于80℃的热水下浸渍30min,冲洗10min,然后置于pH为6,温度为90℃的退浆液中浸轧30min;然后将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物置于80℃的热水下浸渍30min,冲洗10min,然后置于pH为7,温度为80℃的漂白液50min,去除织物表面的油渍、毛羽,稳定织物结构尺寸,减少褶皱,得A品;
竹涤毛弹力平纹织物为竹纤维、涤纶纤维和羊毛纤维混纺而织成的平纹织物。
所述退浆液包括生物酶3g/L、酶活化剂1g/L、渗透剂2g/L、螯合剂0.5g/L。所述漂白液包括30%的双氧水4.5g/L、螯合剂0.5g/L、精练漂白剂2g/L、硅酸钠1.5g/L。
b、将A品置于40℃的含有10%乙醇的水中用超声波清洗软化15min,然后加入布料柔软剂和水质软化剂,加热至60℃继续软化30min,两次软化整理,得B品;所述布料柔软剂包括以下重量配比的原料:20份硬脂酸酰胺、10份改性氨基硅油、15份硅油乳化剂;所述水质软化剂包括以下重量配比的原料:25份六偏磷酸钠、20份焦磷酸钠、25份乙二胺、12份葡萄糖酸钠、12份酚醛树脂。
c、将B品放入染料槽中多重多阶段上染染液,第一阶段,升温速度为0.5℃/min,加热至40℃,加入第一染色液,调整pH为9,超声波频率为80khz,超声保温处理10min;第二阶段,升温速度为1℃/min,加热至60℃,加入第二染色液,调整pH为6,超声波频率为50khz,超声保温处理10min;第三阶段,升温速度为3℃/min,加热至90℃,加入第三染色液,调整pH为5,保温20min,随后以1℃/min的速度降温40℃,保温10min,得C品。所述第一染色液包括活性染料2g/L、2%的渗透剂(owf);第二染色液包括分散染料1.5g/L、螯合分散剂1.5g/L;第三染色液包括阳离子染料0.5g/L、匀染剂0.3g/L。
d、将C品水洗、皂洗,得D品;
e、将D品柔软处理、松式整理烘干,使得织物丰满、柔软,得成品。
对本发明实施例1工艺染色的织物进行耐皂洗色牢度测试、耐水洗色牢度测试、耐摩擦色牢度测试、耐光照色牢度测试、耐汗渍色牢度测试、耐过氧化物牢度测试、耐热压色牢度测试,测试条件以及标准:耐皂洗色牢度按照国标GB/T3921-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐皂洗色牢度》测试,耐水洗色牢度按照GB/T 12490-2014《纺织品色牢度试验耐家庭和商业洗涤色牢度》,耐摩擦色牢度按照GB/T3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》测试,耐光照色牢度按照GBT 8427-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐人造光色牢度:氙弧》测试,耐汗渍色牢度按照GB/T 3922—2013《纺织品色牢度试验耐汗渍色牢度》,耐过氧化物牢度按照JIS L0857-1975《耐过氧化物漂白色牢度试验方法》,耐热压色牢度按照GB/T6152-1997《纺织品色牢度试验耐热压色牢度》。

实施例2。
竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物进行退浆和漂白处理,先将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物置于90℃的热水下浸渍20min,冲洗5min,然后置于pH为8,温度为70℃的退浆液中浸轧50min;然后将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物置于90℃的热水下浸渍20min,冲洗5min,然后置于pH为9,温度为60℃的漂白液30min,去除织物表面的油渍、毛羽,稳定织物结构尺寸,减少褶皱,得A品;
竹涤毛弹力平纹织物为竹纤维、涤纶纤维和羊毛纤维混纺而织成的平纹织物。
所述退浆液包括生物酶8g/L、酶活化剂3g/L、渗透剂3g/L、螯合剂1.5g/L。所述漂白液包括30%的双氧水10g/L、螯合剂1.5g/L、精练漂白剂4g/L、硅酸钠2g/L。
b、将A品置于50℃的含有5%乙醇的水中用超声波清洗软化5min,然后加入布料柔软剂和水质软化剂,加热至80℃继续软化10min,两次软化整理,得B品;所述布料柔软剂包括以下重量配比的原料:10份硬脂酸酰胺、5份改性氨基硅油、10份硅油乳化剂;所述水质软化剂包括以下重量配比的原料:20份六偏磷酸钠、15份焦磷酸钠、15份乙二胺、10份葡萄糖酸钠、8份酚醛树脂。
c、将B品放入染料槽中浸轧染液,第一阶段,升温速度为1℃/min,加热至60℃,加入第一染色液,调整pH为9,超声波频率为30khz,超声保温处理30min;第二阶段,升温速度为1.5℃/min,加热至70℃,加入第二染色液,调整pH为8,超声波频率为70khz,超声保温处理10min;第三阶段,升温速度为1℃/min,加热至70℃,加入第三染色液,调整pH为7,保温20min,随后以2℃/min的速度降温至30℃,保温20min,得C品。所述第一染色液包括活性染料1g/L、碳酸钠5g/L、硫酸钠5g/L、1%的渗透剂(owf);第二染色液包括分散染料1g/L、硫酸钠20g/L、螯合分散剂0.5g/L;第三染色液包括阳离子染料1g/L、醋酸1.5g/L、匀染剂1g/L。
d、将C品水洗、皂洗,得D品;
e、将D品柔软处理、松式整理烘干,使得织物丰满、柔软,得成品。

实施例3。
竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物进行退浆和漂白处理,先将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物置于85℃的热水下浸渍25min,冲洗8min,然后置于pH为7,温度为80℃的退浆液中浸轧40min;然后将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物置于85℃的热水下浸渍25min,冲洗8min,然后置于pH为8,温度为75℃的漂白液40min,去除织物表面的油渍、毛羽,稳定织物结构尺寸,减少褶皱,得A品;
竹涤毛弹力平纹织物为竹纤维、涤纶纤维和羊毛纤维混纺而织成的平纹织物。
所述退浆液包括生物酶5g/L、酶活化剂2g/L、渗透剂2.5g/L、螯合剂1g/L。所述漂白液包括30%的双氧水6g/L、螯合剂1g/L、精练漂白剂3g/L、硅酸钠1.8g/L。
b、将A品置于45℃的含有8%乙醇的水中用超声波清洗软化10min,然后加入布料柔软剂和水质软化剂,加热至70℃继续软化15min,两次软化整理,得B品;所述布料柔软剂包括以下重量配比的原料:15份硬脂酸酰胺、7份改性氨基硅油、13份硅油乳化剂;所述水质软化剂包括以下重量配比的原料:22份六偏磷酸钠、18份焦磷酸钠、20份乙二胺、11份葡萄糖酸钠、10份酚醛树脂。
c、将B品放入染料槽中浸轧染液,第一阶段,升温速度为0.8℃/min,加热至50℃,加入第一染色液,调整pH为8,超声波频率为50khz,超声保温处理20min;第二阶段,升温速度为1.3℃/min,加热至65℃,加入第二染色液,调整pH为7,超声波频率为60khz,超声保温处理20min;第三阶段,升温速度为2℃/min,加热至80℃,加入第三染色液,调整pH为6,保温30min,随后以1.5℃/min的速度降温至35℃,保温15min,得C品。所述第一染色液包括活性染料1.5g/L、碳酸钠8g/L、硫酸钠10g/L、1.5%的渗透剂(owf);第二染色液包括分散染料1.2g/L、硫酸钠30g/L、螯合分散剂0.8g/L;第三染色液包括阳离子染料0.8g/L、醋酸2g/L、匀染剂0.5g/L。
d、将C品水洗、皂洗,得D品;
e、将D品柔软处理、松式整理烘干,使得织物丰满、柔软,得成品。
对本发明实施例3工艺染色的织物进行耐皂洗色牢度测试、耐水洗色牢度测试、耐摩擦色牢度测试、耐光照色牢度测试、耐汗渍色牢度测试、耐过氧化物牢度测试、耐热压色牢度测试,测试条件以及标准:耐皂洗色牢度按照国标GB/T3921-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐皂洗色牢度》测试,耐水洗色牢度按照GB/T 12490-2014《纺织品色牢度试验耐家庭和商业洗涤色牢度》,耐摩擦色牢度按照GB/T3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》测试,耐光照色牢度按照GBT 8427-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐人造光色牢度:氙弧》测试,耐汗渍色牢度按照GB/T 3922—2013《纺织品色牢度试验耐汗渍色牢度》,耐过氧化物牢度按照JIS L0857-1975《耐过氧化物漂白色牢度试验方法》,耐热压色牢度按照GB/T6152-1997《纺织品色牢度试验耐热压色牢度》。

实施例1-实施例3中的螯合剂可以采用羟基羧酸,活性染料可以采用氟代均三嗪型乙烯砜型双活性基染料,匀染剂可以采用非离子聚氧乙烯醚类化合物;
实施例1-实施例3中的染色槽如图1-3所示,所述染色槽包括槽体1,槽体1的底部设有超声波振子11,槽体1内沿着进布方向依次设有第一导布辊12、若干并列分布的浸布辊13以及第二导布辊14,浸布辊13通过固定杆17连接在槽体1的内壁上,浸布辊13通过传送带15与传送电机16连接,传送电机16通过传送带15带动浸布辊13在固定杆17上转动,浸布辊13的内部设有空腔21,浸布辊13的圆周面上设有与空腔21连通的出水孔22,固定杆17的内部设有与空腔21连通的进料通道23,进料通道23上设有第一进料口24和第二进料口25;所述浸布辊13的下方设有若干沿着进布方向分布的喷水管31,每个喷水管31的两端通过连接管32连接,喷水管31上设有向上的喷水头33,槽体1内还设有抽水泵34,抽水泵34的出水口分别与第一进料口24和连接管32连接;利用浸布辊13内部浸染B品,利用染色液外部浸轧B品,且利用喷水管31将染色液冲击到B品上,进行多重上染,排除织物中的气体,提高上染速度和染色率。
所述槽体1内位于第一导布辊12和相邻的浸布辊13以及第二导布辊14与相邻的浸布辊13之间设有摆动杆41,摆动杆41的一端通过摆动电机42驱动,摆动杆41的另一端设有拍打杆43,拍打杆43的两端呈弧形。通过摆动电机42带动摆动杆41转动,在转动过程中摆动杆41带动拍打杆43周期性拍打织物,绷紧织物,减少织物的褶皱,避免染色不均匀的现象,同时去除织物内部含有的气体,提高染液的上染率,拍打杆43弧形的端部设计,避免对织物造成损伤。

Claims (10)

1.竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物进行退浆和漂白处理,去除织物表面的油渍、毛羽,稳定织物结构尺寸,减少褶皱,得A品;
b、将A品置于40-50℃的含有5-10%乙醇的水中用超声波清洗软化5-15min,然后加入布料柔软剂和水质软化剂,加热至60-80℃继续软化10-30min,两次软化整理,得B品;
c、将B品放入染料槽中多重多阶段上染染液,第一阶段加热至40-60℃,加入第一染色液,调整pH为7-9,超声保温处理10-30min;第二阶段加热至60-70℃,加入第二染色液,调整pH为6-8,超声保温处理10-30min;第三阶段加热至70-90℃,加入第三染色液,调整pH为5-7,保温20-40min;随后降温至30-40℃,保温10-20min,得C品;
d、将C品水洗、皂洗,得D品;
e、将D品柔软处理、松式整理烘干,使得织物丰满、柔软,得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,其特征在于:所述退浆处理为将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物置于80-90℃的热水下浸渍20-30min,冲洗5-10min,然后置于pH为6-8,温度为70-90℃的退浆液中浸轧30-50min。
3.根据权利要求2所述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,其特征在于:所述退浆液包括生物酶3-8g/L、酶活化剂1-3g/L、渗透剂2-3g/L、螯合剂0.5-1.5g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,其特征在于:所述漂白处理为将竹涤毛弹力平纹织物置于80-90℃的热水下浸渍20-30min,冲洗5-10min,然后置于pH为7-9,温度为60-80℃的漂白液30-50min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,其特征在于:所述漂白液包括30%的双氧水4.5-10g/L、螯合剂0.5-1.5g/L、精练漂白剂2-4g/L、硅酸钠1.5-2g/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,其特征在于:所述布料柔软剂包括以下重量配比的原料:10-20份硬脂酸酰胺、5-10份改性氨基硅油、10-15份硅油乳化剂;所述水质软化剂包括以下重量配比的原料:20-25份六偏磷酸钠、15-20份焦磷酸钠、15-25份乙二胺、10-12份葡萄糖酸钠、8-12份酚醛树脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤c具体为,将B品放入染料槽中多重多阶段上染染液,第一阶段,升温速度为0.5-1℃/min,加热至40-60℃,加入第一染色液,调整pH为7-9,超声波频率为40-80khz,超声保温处理10-30min;第二阶段,升温速度为1-1.5℃/min,加热至60-70℃,加入第二染色液,调整pH为6-8,超声波频率为50-70khz,超声保温处理10-30min;第三阶段,升温速度为1-3℃/min,加热至70-90℃,加入第三染色液,调整pH为5-7,保温20-40min,随后以1-2℃/min的速度降温至30-40℃,保温10-20min,得C品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,其特征在于:所述第一染色液包括活性染料1-2g/L、1-2%的渗透剂(owf);第二染色液包括分散染料1-1.5g/L、螯合分散剂0.5-1.5g/L;第三染色液包括阳离子染料0.5-1g/L、匀染剂0.3-1g/L。
9.根据权利要求1所述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,其特征在于:所述染色槽包括槽体(1),槽体(1)的底部设有超声波振子(11),槽体(1)内沿着进布方向依次设有第一导布辊(12)、若干并列分布的浸布辊(13)以及第二导布辊(14),浸布辊(13)通过固定杆(17)连接在槽体(1)的内壁上,浸布辊(13)的内部设有空腔(21),浸布辊(13)的圆周面上设有与空腔(21)连通的出水孔(22),固定杆(17)的内部设有与空腔(21)连通的进料通道(23),进料通道(23)上设有第一进料口(24)和第二进料口(25);所述浸布辊(13)的下方设有若干沿着进布方向分布的喷水管(31),每个喷水管(31)的两端通过连接管(32)连接,喷水管(31)上设有向上的喷水头(33),槽体(1)内还设有抽水泵(34),抽水泵(34)的出水口分别与第一进料口(24)和连接管(32)连接;利用浸布辊(13)内部浸染B品,利用染色液外部浸轧B品,且利用喷水管(31)将染色液冲击到B品上,进行多重上染。
10.根据权利要求9所述的竹涤毛弹力平纹染色工艺,其特征在于:所述槽体(1)内位于第一导布辊(12)和相邻的浸布辊(13)以及第二导布辊(14)与相邻的浸布辊(13)之间设有摆动杆(41),摆动杆(41)的一端通过摆动电机(42)驱动,摆动杆(41)的另一端设有拍打杆(43),拍打杆(43)的两端呈弧形。
