本申请是申请日为2012年11月29日,申请号为201280058593.6,名称为“内窥镜装置”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内窥镜装置,更特别地,本发明涉及一种还提供气道的内窥镜装置。
背景技术
某些外科诊断内窥镜手术需将器械或观察仪器插入患者的上消化道。例如,在内镜术中,将内窥镜直接经过患者口中通入食道,向下插入胃及十二指肠。内窥镜包括其尖端的照明灯及可视化装置(如摄影机)并可包括工作通道,操作人员可将其他器具穿过该工作通道。在内镜术中,通常对患者实施某种形式的局部麻醉,某些情况下还会施加镇静剂。口腔防护器置于患者牙齿之间,内窥镜穿过口腔防护器,届时需患者吞咽内窥镜的前段或远端。当患者咽下远端后,操作人员则须通过手动力将内窥镜向下压过食道进入胃及十二指肠。
这种需以不可视的方式插入器具或可视化装置并在手动力下插入患者食道的内镜术等手术存在诸多问题。首先,在某些患者中并不适于采用局部麻醉或镇静剂,这可能导致心肺系统并发症,其中包括患者生命体征的微小变化而导致心律不齐、呼吸停止、心肌梗塞、休克、乃至死亡(参见胃肠病学BSG指南第2006年11月期,上消化道内镜术的并发症,作者:莱利与奥尔德森,第7页)。另外,上消化道内镜术还会引起感染、穿孔或在某些情况下引起出血等问题。具体而言,通常在病理部位或由于不可视地插入内窥镜,可能在患者咽部或食道发生感染(参见胃肠病学BSG指南第2006年11月期,上消化道内镜术的并发症,作者:莱利与奥尔德森,第7-8页)。此外,人们已知,上消化道内镜治疗通常比内镜诊断耗时更长。另外,在许多情况下,采用这种技术会使有关患者更不舒适,并且需要结合静脉镇痛的静脉麻醉程度更高,这可能导致心肺系统并发症(参见胃肠病学BSG指南第2006年11月期,上消化道内镜术的并发症,作者:莱利与奥尔德森,第8页)。
另外,在上呼吸道内镜术之后,患者的喉咙及腹部可能感到些许轻微的不适。尽管这种不适感通常极为轻微,但某项前瞻性研究表明,约2%患者会继续征求医疗建议,而某些患者则会入院治疗(参见胃肠病学BSG指南第2006年11月期,上消化道内镜术的并发症,作者:莱利与奥尔德森,第7页)。
目前,内窥镜通常独立插入患者的食道,即不借助导向装置。一般而言,这会在全身麻醉过程中引发很多问题,由于空气补充过少或缺乏,会干扰阻碍患者的呼吸。因此,在这种情况下,迅速进行探测过程并尽量减少内窥镜的插入时间则尤为重要。这可能导致探测过程中所获取的信息减少,对患者造成危害,并且发生的费用增高。
人们已知采用导管为内窥镜进入体腔提供通路。第EP2368481号及第EP2368483号专利文献涉及一种用于将内窥镜的入端导入患者体腔的导向装置。
人工气道装置(如喉罩气道装置)是用于为昏迷患者建立气道的常用装置。在其最基本的形式中,喉罩气道装置是由导气管和气罩组成,气罩装于导气管的一端,气罩具有通常称为“套囊”的外围形成部,该外围形成部能够符合并配合于患者喉头后侧的实际隙间和潜在隙间中,从而该外围形成部绕着喉部入口形成密封。套囊可充气,在大多数的各种类型中,套囊围绕气罩的中空内部空间或内腔,至少一个导气管开口于内腔中。第4509514号美国专利是描述此类喉罩气道装置的诸多公开文献之一。喉罩气道装置相对更易于插入患者并由此建立气道。此外,喉罩气道装置是一种“宽容”装置,其原因在于即使喉罩气道装置是以不适当的方式插入,它仍然有助于气道的建立。因此,喉罩气道装置通常被认为是一种“救生”装置。此外,仅需对患者的头部、颈部和颌部进行相对较小地推移即可插入喉罩气道装置。再者,喉罩气道装置无需接触敏感的气管内层即可为患者肺部提供通气,并且其所建立的气道的尺寸通常显著大于利用气管内导管所建立的气道的尺寸。此外,喉罩气道装置并不会同气管内导管一样妨碍到进行咳嗽。由于喉罩气道装置主要具有这些优点,因此喉罩气道装置在近些年来得到日益普及。
在内镜术过程中,为有助于检查患者的上呼吸道,纤细柔韧的内窥镜更佳。这种装置通常柄部适于以喉罩的方式使用,喉罩一般会限制内窥镜在患者体内移动。另外,喉罩与内窥镜相结合的方式会对使用者造成困难,其原因在于,内窥镜会妨碍喉罩插入患者食道内,从而与单独插入气罩比较而言,插入结合内窥镜的喉罩一般更有难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于寻求可减轻诸如此类问题的解决方式。
根据本发明的第一方面,提出一种便于使用内窥镜的内窥镜装置,该内窥镜装置包括至少一个导气管以及载于该至少一个导气管一端的气罩,气罩具有远端、近端和外围形成部,该外围形成部能够符合并配合于患者喉头后侧的实际隙间和潜在隙间中,从而该外围形成部绕着喉部入口形成密封,外围形成部环绕气罩的中空内部空间或内腔,所述至少一个导气管开口于气罩内腔,该装置还包括适于在气罩定位后将内窥镜通入患者食道的导管。
根据本发明提供的内窥镜装置具有在患者体内建立气道以及防止内窥镜可能造成气道回流或呕吐物相结合的优点。因此,本发明的装置有利于为安全精确地将内窥镜插入患者食道提供协助,而同时在患者体内建立气道。
优选地,本发明的装置包括近端及远端,其中主轴设于其间,在一定角度设置导管,从而该导管偏离装置主轴的中线。有利地,偏离中线一定角度设置导管可使导管和导气管均可置于患者食道内,使可用于导气管置入食道的空间增大并防止气道堵塞。典型地,套囊及导气管的位置基本毗邻装置主轴的中线。
典型地,本发明的装置使导管内壁与插入其中的内窥镜之间的摩擦接触最小化。有利地,本发明的装置有助于内窥镜插入导管内并由此插入患者食道内。
优选地,导管具有较大孔径。典型地,基于内窥镜装置的尺寸,导管直径约是5至25mm;更典型地,其直径约是10至20mm;最典型地,其直径约是15mm。有利地,导管的直径可使内窥镜穿过导管。因此,导管形成“手术通道”,外科医生可通过该通道观察患者的上呼吸道。另外,可根据患者的身体结构改变导管的直径。优选地,导管的径向壁厚约是1至2mm。
优选地,导管包括多个孔道。典型地,导管包括多个通道,有利于提供硬度增强的结构。另外,导管优选具有较大柔韧性,从而有助于将装置插入患者体内。
在一优选实施方案中,导管包括硅树脂材料。在另一实施方案中,导管可包括如聚氯乙烯(PVC)等塑性材料或橡胶优选地,导管的计示硬度具是60至70肖氏(Shore)。这种计示硬度的优势在于,插入之后,不在需要大力将导管插入患者食道内。
典型地,根据本发明的内窥镜装置插入患者的食道上段括约肌。由于这部分身体结构的宽度较窄,因而需仔细插入装置。典型地,借助于套囊尖端,将根据本发明的内窥镜装置插入食道上段括约肌,套囊尖端提供导向插入装置。此外,装置尖端的末端柔韧性会有助于在插入装置之后追踪患者喉部后段的曲率,减轻对患者喉部的损伤。
根据本发明的内窥镜装置与内窥镜结合使用比单独使用内窥镜更安全,并有利于允许内窥镜长期插在患者食道内。
典型地,外围形成部可充气。优选地,外围形成部是充气式套囊。套囊一般能够符合并配合于患者喉头后侧的实际隙间和潜在隙间中,从而绕喉部入口形成密封。典型地,套囊由近端伸向远端。优选地,气罩从近端向远端形成大体呈凸状弯曲的形状。更优选地,气罩包括背板,背板具有背侧和腹侧,背侧基本上平滑并沿其宽度方向具有凸曲度。同样优选地,导气管的背侧面的曲度与背板宽度方向的曲度对应。这些优选方案均有助于使气罩的插入更为容易。
优选地,导气管包括比气罩材料的硬度更强的材料。典型地,导气管的直径小于导管的直径,由此在装置插入患者之后为导管提供更多空间。优选地,导气管进行加固,从而避免管内形成扭结。优选地,导气管和气罩主体均包括塑性材料。在一实施方案中,导气管可包括硅树脂材料
在某些实施方案中,导气管在其近端可包括连接件。连接件可设置用于将导气管连至供气装置。在一优选实施方案中,导气管在其近端并不包括连接件。有利地,导气管近端不具有连接件有助于将导气管插入患者食道内。
在一优选实施方案中,导管具有一定长度,从而在使用中,导管由气罩远端伸出、经过患者口部并置于患者牙齿之间。有利地,可将导管并由此将内窥镜插过患者口部。
在一实施方案中,导气管包括相对较软的壁状部分,该壁状部分接近于在使用中会靠近患者齿部的位置。优选地,相对较软的部分形成牙垫。在导气管相对较软的部分设置牙垫的优势在于,可借由低硬度部分防止患者齿部受到损伤。在另一实施方案中,牙垫可设置于导管上。在导气管或导管上设置牙垫的其它优势在于,可防止由各组件提供的通道坍塌。为免疑义,内窥镜装置可具有或无需具有用于移除食道物质的装置。
优选地,导管远端大体毗邻套囊的远端。更优选地,导管远端设置成与水平面成角α(其中装置大体呈线性结构的情况下,水平面垂直于装置的主轴)。典型地,角α与水平面约成10至15度;更优选地,角α与水平面约成45度。优选地,角α是锐角。设置具有相对于水平面成角α设置的远端的导管有助于将装置插入患者体内。有利地,相对于水平面所成角度α越大,越易于将装置插入患者体内。优选地,导管远端并未明显伸出套囊远端,从而在插入装置过程中其不会阻碍套囊尖端(在套囊的远端)所有的导向装置。
典型地,导管的位置可设置成其相对于装置主轴向左或向右突出(由装置正面所示)。有利地,可根据内窥镜操作人员惯用左手还是右手,选择导管相对于装置主轴伸出的方向。
在一优选实施方案中,套囊内可具有开口。更优选地,开口可设置于套囊的远端。有利地,在套囊内设置开口便于将导管安装至套囊。另外,在套囊内设置开口会有助于在内窥镜插入导管后使用这种器具观察患者的上消化道。
典型地,导管采取直线或线性结构。在另一实施方案中,导管可成型为弯曲形状并遵循患者气道的结构形状。
在一优选实施方案中,内窥镜装置包括保持分开结构的导管及导气管。其优势在于,可在插入装置的基础上建立气道并确保该气道免受可能由插入内窥镜引起的回流和/或呕吐物。在另一实施方案中,导气管及导管可彼此相连。在该实施方案中,仍需使部件在装置的某一部位相互分开,从而在插入装置时建立气道并使气道免受插入内窥镜引发的回流和/或呕吐物。

具体实施方式
现在参照附图,图中表示一种便于使用胃窥镜的装置1,该装置1包括至少一个导气管2以及载于该至少一个导气管一端的气罩3,气罩3具有远端4、近端5和外围形成部6,该外围形成部6能够符合并配合于患者喉头后侧的实际隙间和潜在隙间中,从而该外围形成部6绕喉口圆周形成密封,外围形成部6环绕气罩3的中空内部空间或内腔7,所述至少一个导气管2开口于气罩内腔7,该装置还包括适于在气罩3定位后将胃窥镜通入患者食道的导管8。
就整体外观而言,根据本发明的装置1所包含的基本部分(如导气管2和气罩3)虽未构成这种装置的整体,但这些基本部分构成了大部分的结构,因此装置1略类似于现有的喉罩气道装置。参照附图,装置1具有近端1a(装置使用中最靠近使用者的端部)、远端1b(装置使用中最远离使用者的端部)、背侧或咽部侧、腹侧或喉部侧以及左右侧。
导气管2由近端2a延伸至远端2b,远端2b开口于中空气罩部分3的内部中。导气管2可弹性变形或相对较硬,以使其作为手柄及导引装置协助装置1插入患者体内。导气管2可由目前本领域技术人员容易获得的任意材料制成,如硅橡胶或塑性材料。该导气管2应连续柔韧或成型为与人体结构相称的曲形。
首选参照图1至图7的实施方案,气罩部分3包括通常称为背板9的主体部分(参照图3)以及采用充气式套囊形式的外围形成部6,充气式套囊6由近端6a延伸至远端6b。充气式套囊6可具有充气管路14。有利地,充气式套囊6能够符合并配合于患者喉头后侧的空间内,无需将装置1穿入喉内,即可绕喉口周围形成密封。体型不同的患者需要不同尺寸的气罩。
套囊6可包括吹塑成型的PCV,并可采用通常椭圆形的充气环形式。套囊6通常一体成型为一片式结构。
优选地,气罩从近端向远端形成大体呈凸状弯曲的形状。更优选地,背板9包括背侧和腹侧,背侧基本上平滑并沿其宽度方向具有凸曲度。同样优选地,导气管2的背侧面的曲度对应于背板9宽度方向的曲度。背板9通常是由Shore 50A Vythene PVC及PU模制成型。这种材料通常比导气管2的材料更加柔软且更容易发生变形。背板9一般包括通常椭圆形构型(由背侧或腹侧方向所示)。

导管8优选具有相对较大的孔径。典型地,导管具有5至25mm的直径;更典型地,其直径是10至20mm;最典型地,其直径约是15mm。这一直径可设置成可使胃窥镜(如内窥镜或纤维镜)穿过导管8。然而,可根据患者的身体结构改变导管8的直径。优选地,导管8包括多个孔道11(如图4所示),这些孔道增加柔韧性。优选地,导管8在孔道11之间包括多个通道或网状结构13,该通道13为导管8提供增强的硬度。有利地,导管8还保持一定的柔韧度,由此有助于将装置插入患者食道内。另外,本发明的装置1使导管8的内壁与插入其中的胃窥镜之间的摩擦接触最小化,由此有助于将胃窥镜插入导管8内,因而有助于将其插入患者食道内。
导管8优选伸过装置的气罩部分3并与套囊6的远端6b相接。优选地,导管8的远端8b设置成毗邻套囊6的远端6b。优选地,导管8的远端8b设置成与水平面成角α(其中装置1大体呈线性结构的情况下,该水平面大体垂直于装置1的主轴)。优选地,角α与水平面约成10至15度;更优选地,角α与水平面约成45度。设置具有与水平面成角α设置的远端8b的导管8有助于将装置1插入患者食道内。优选地,导管8的远端8b并未大幅伸出套囊6的远端(即套囊的尖端),从而在插入装置1的过程中其不会阻碍套囊6的尖端所提供的导向装置。参见图5和图6,图6表示如图5所示圆圈内的部分。具体地,参照图6,导管8的远端8b设置成与水平面成角α。典型地,当角α相对于水平面增大时,装置1变得更易于插入患者食道内并在插入过程中对患者食道造成的损伤更小。
导管8在其大部分长度适于由柔性或弹性材料(如硅树脂、其它塑料或橡胶)模制或锻压而成,其计示硬度优选在60至70肖氏区间内。用于成年人时,导管8的内径可约为15mm,其径向壁厚可约为1至2mm。
图2表示根据本发明一实施方案的装置,其中导管12设于导气管2的近端2a。在该实施方案中,连接件12可用于将导气管2连至供气装置。由相对较硬的塑性材料(相较于导气管2)形成连接件12,从而更易于连接空气传输管路与吸气管。然而,在一优选实施方案中,装置在导气管2的近端2a并不包括连接件。在导气管2的近端2a并未设置连接件的实施方案中,装置1插入患者食道更顺利。
如图2所示,装置1还优选包括用于选择对充气式套囊进行充气和放气的充气管路14,该充气管路14由于套囊6的近端6b相连的远端14b延伸至在装置1的使用中置于患者外的近端14a。止回阀16通常置于柔性管14内。
在使用中,装置1插过患者口部并向下越过会厌插过喉部,直至气罩3随着套囊远端6b到达喉底而停止,抵靠于正常闭合的食道上端(气罩3由于其尺寸而不易于进入食道)。然后将套囊6充气,从而在喉口周围形成密封。
插入装置之后,可将胃窥镜(如纤维镜或内窥镜)插过导管8。以一定角度设置导管8(如偏离装置1的主轴中线)的优势在于,导管8不会阻碍导气管2并为导管8及导气管在患者食道内提供更多空间。因此,借助导气管2在患者体内建立气道,并可同时将胃窥镜插过导管8。
现在参照图8,表示如图1至图7所示装置的变化方案。在该变化方案中,导管8设有牙垫17,该牙垫17还可包括便于插入内窥镜的连接件。
现参照图9至图20,图中表示根据本发明的装置1的第三实施方案。如图所示,特别参见图10至13,装置1类似于如图1至8所示的装置并包括至少一个导气管2以及载于该至少一个导气管一端的气罩3,气罩3具有远端4、近端5和外围形成部6,该外围形成部6能够符合并配合于患者喉头后侧的实际隙间和潜在隙间中,从而该外围形成部6绕喉口圆周形成密封,外围形成部6环绕气罩3的中空内部空间或内腔7,所述至少一个导气管2开口于气罩内腔7,该装置还包括适于在气罩3定位后将胃窥镜通入患者食道的导管8。如上所述的各材料及结构细节亦可应用于该实施方案。
如图所示,在该实施方案中,导气管2及导管8均容纳于部分18中,在该实施方案中的部分18采用牙垫18的形式。牙垫18是一体成型的塑料部分并具有两个孔道,各用于容纳导气管2和导管8。作为可选方案,应当理解牙垫18可与导气管2和导管8的其中之一或与二者均一体成型。牙垫18具有上下咬面18a和18b(在使用中),这两个咬面可利用相对较软的材料或软质材料一体成型,以防在装置1的使用中对患者牙齿造成损伤。牙垫18具有近端及远端19a和19b,并且在其远端19b设有锥形部分19c,从而有助于插入装置1。如图18所示,在其近端19a,牙垫18具有包括孔道20a和20b的大致平面。如图所示,导气管延长部分2a可装于孔道20b,或者可选择采用相对较长的导气管2,该导气管2由气罩部分穿过牙垫18并伸出另一侧。可以理解,牙垫18不仅用于防止刺穿导气管2和导管8,还可为装置1提供结构完整性及刚性,使导气管2和导管8保持相对位置,并且也可定位装置1的其它部件。
现在参照图13,如图所示,导管8具有椭圆部分,有助于插入装置1,导管8还具有内表面21,该内表面21设有用于减小摩擦的纵向延伸的凸脊形式的部件22。凸脊22共同形成的内表面区域远小于另外由平滑内孔提供的内表面区域并由此减小导管8与插入的内窥镜之间的摩擦。凸脊可在导管的整个长度延伸,或在其极大部分延伸。作为减摩部件的其它可选方案,导管8可设有用于润滑的聚硅氧烷涂层。如图13所示,导管8的内表面设有两个相对的纵向延伸的通道23,所述通道23在此类似于V形切口。这些通道用作铰接点,可更易于压扁或扩张导管8(如图13由上至下所示),有助于插入装置1并有助于将内窥镜穿过导管8。
图15至20表示如何方便地组成装置1。如图所示,装置1由三个主要部分组成:套囊部分6、导气管与导管组合的组件2/8以及充气管路,导气管与导管组件2/8可称作背板。如图15和16所示的套囊部分6可由塑性材料或硅树脂一体成型。其通常是现有技术中已知的常规形状,但包括曲状安装面24,该曲状安装面24在其上侧(使用中)具有粘性凸脊24a。如图17和18所示的导气管与导管组件2/8可一体成形或可包括预制、精制及组装的部分。可以理解,如图18所示的组件并未精制完成,从而导气管2和导管8就长度而言大于如图17所示的成品组件。参照图17可以看出,导气管2终止于向下张开的尾部25,如图所示,该尾部25在导管8的水平线以下并与套囊部分6的安装面24紧密配合。然后可通过任意适当部件将充气管路安装至套囊部分6。如图所示,优选与垂直于导管纵轴的平面成20度角向后削切导管8的尾端。
图21至29表示根据本发明的装置的第四实施方案。如前述实施方案,装置1包含至少一个导气管2以及载于该至少一个导气管一端的气罩3,气罩3具有远端4、近端5和外围形成部6,该外围形成部6能够符合并配合于患者喉头后侧的实际隙间和潜在隙间中,从而该外围形成部6绕喉口圆周形成密封,外围形成部6环绕气罩3的中空内部空间或内腔7,所述至少一个导气管2开口于气罩内腔7,该装置还包括适于在气罩3定位后将胃窥镜通入患者食道的导管8。如上所述的各材料及结构细节亦可应用于该实施方案。
可以理解,这种装置与前述装置的主要区别在于导管8的远端结构。在该实施方案中,导管8的远端呈锥状并设有使出口27扩张的部件26。在该实施方案中,部件26采用在导管8的壁部上的四个裂缝的形式,这四个裂缝由出口向回延伸一段距离,该距离足以使出口在5mm到至少15mm的范围内大幅扩张。因此,在如图26和27所示的第一部分,出口27的半径足够大,毋须扩张即可容纳直径约为5mm的内窥镜28,而在图28和29中,在第二部分所示的出口扩张至容纳直径约为15mm的内窥镜。尽管目前所用内窥镜的直径不再大于15mm,但本发明在日后仍可容纳更大的范围。
由此已证实,本发明提供一种可安全精确地将内窥镜28插入患者食道的装置,同时建立气道并使气道免受可能由插入内窥镜引起的回流和/或呕吐物。
Claims (29)
1.一种便于使用一内窥镜的内窥镜装置,该内窥镜装置包括至少一导气管以及一载于该至少一导气管一端的气罩,该气罩具有一远端、一近端和一外围形成部,该外围形成部能够符合并配合于患者喉头后侧的实际隙间和潜在隙间中,以在喉口周围形成密封,所述外围形成部环绕所述气罩的一中空内部空间或内腔,所述至少一导气管开口于所述气罩的内腔,该装置还包括一导管,该导管适于在所述气罩定位后将一内窥镜通入患者食道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述装置包括一近端及一远端,其中一主轴设于两端之间;在一角度设置一导管,从而该导管偏离所述装置的所述主轴的中线。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述装置适于使所述导管壁部的内表面与一插入其中的内窥镜之间的摩擦接触最小化。
4.根据权利要求3所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述装置设有用于减小所述导管内壁的表面区域的部件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述部件包括多个纵向延伸的凸脊。
6.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导管的孔径大于所述导气管的孔径。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导管的直径约是5至25mm;更典型地,其直径约是10至20mm;最典型地,其直径约是15mm。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导管的径向壁厚约是1至2mm。
9.根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导管包括多个形成于其壁部的孔道。
10.根据权利要求7所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导管包括多个形成于其壁部的通道。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导管包括硅树脂材料。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导管的计示硬度是60至70Shore。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述外围形成部是充气式套囊。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述气罩包括背板。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导气管的直径小于所述导管的直径。
16.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导气管受到加固。
17.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导管具有一定长度,以使所述导管在使用中由所述气罩的所述远端伸出、经过患者口部并置于患者牙齿之间。
18.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导气管和/或导管包括一牙垫。
19.根据权利要求16所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述牙垫包括一相对较软的壁状部分,该壁状部分接近于在使用中会靠近患者齿部的位置。
20.根据权利要求16所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述牙垫包括一在其一远端的锥状部分。
21.根据权利要求1-15中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中一牙垫设置于所述导管上。
22.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导管的所述远端大体接近所述套囊的所述远端。
23.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导管的所述远端设置为与水平面成10至15度的角α;更优选地,设置为与水平面约成45度的角α,其中在所述装置大体呈线性结构时,所述水平面垂直于所述装置的主轴。
24.根据权利要求19或20所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导管的所述远端并非大幅延伸超过所述套囊的所述远端。
25.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中一开口设置于所述套囊的所述远端。
26.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导管及所述导气管保持在二者相互分开的构型。
27.根据权利要求1-22中任一项所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述导管及所述导气管相互连接。
28.根据任一前述权利要求所述的内窥镜装置,其中该内窥镜装置包括用于使所述导管的开口扩张的部件。
29.根据权利要求26所述的内窥镜装置,其中所述部件包括邻近所述导管开口的裂缝。
