背景技术
含有月桂基醚硫酸盐结合另外类型的阴离子表面活性剂作为主要表面活性剂的水性家用洗衣液制剂是普遍存在的。第二种阴离子表面活性剂通常是直链烷基苯磺酸盐。期望的是表面活性剂完全溶解在水中,以提供具有光学澄清的水溶液;为了促进这种澄清,加入了水溶助长剂。需要有效的二元阴离子表面活性剂体系,其在水中完全溶解而不需要额外的水溶助长剂。水溶助长剂的实例包括乙二醇,1,3丙二醇,1,2丙二醇,四亚甲基二醇,五亚甲基二醇,六亚甲基二醇,2,3-丁二醇,1,3丁二醇,二甘醇,三甘醇,聚乙二醇,甘油缩甲醛二丙二醇(glycerol formal dipropylene glycol),聚丙二醇,二丙二醇正丁醚,对甲苯磺酸钠,二甲苯磺酸钠及其混合物。
WO2013/087286(Unilever)公开了含有烷基醚羧酸,甜菜碱,阴离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂的液体制剂,用于提供软化有益效果。
WO2014/060235(Unilever)公开了洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其包含(a)非离子表面活性剂,(b)阴离子表面活性剂,(c)烷基醚羧酸或其羧酸盐,和(d)聚氨基葡萄糖或者氨基葡萄糖与N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖的共聚物;及其软化织物的用途。
发明内容
我们已经发现,当特定烷基醚羧酸盐是具有特定月桂基醚硫酸盐的二元体系的一部分时,具有光学澄清而不需要另外的水溶助长剂。
在一个方面,本发明提供一种水性液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)3至10重量%,优选4至8重量%的月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂,其中所述月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂具有每摩尔表面活性剂分子1至4摩尔,优选2.5至3.5摩尔的乙氧基化的摩尔平均值;
(ii)3至10重量%,优选4至8重量%的具有以下结构的烷基醚羧酸阴离子表面活性剂:
R2-(OCH2CH2)n-OCH2-COOH,
其中:
R2选自饱和和单不饱和C10-C18直链或支链烷基链,优选选自:C12、C14、C16、和C18饱和直链烷基链,其中n选自:15至20,其中月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂/烷基醚羧酸阴离子表面活性剂的重量分数为0.4至1.6,优选0.7至1.3;
(iii)至少60重量%,优选至少70重量%的水;
(ⅳ)0至4重量%,优选0至3重量%的乙氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂,优选选自:用每摩尔醇平均6至10摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C10-C16脂族伯和仲醇,最优选用每摩尔醇7至9摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C12-C15脂族伯醇,其中乙氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂/(月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂+烷基醚羧酸阴离子表面活性剂)的重量分数为0至0.4,优选0至0.2;

(ⅵ)0至3重量%,优选0.5至1.5重量%的对苯二甲酸酯聚酯去污聚合物;和,
(ⅶ)另外的阴离子表面活性剂,其中另外的阴离子表面活性剂/(月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂+烷基醚羧酸阴离子表面活性剂)的比率为0至0.4,优选0至0.2。
一种或多种另外的阴离子表面活性剂(整体vii)可用于控制发泡。
另一方面,本发明提供一种处理纺织品的家用方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(i)用1g/L以上的如前述权利要求中任一项限定的洗衣洗涤剂组合物的水溶液处理纺织品;和,
(ii)使所述水性洗衣洗涤剂溶液与所述纺织品保持接触10分钟至2天,然后漂洗和干燥所述纺织品。
优选地,待洗涤的衣物含有0.1至2重量%的人体皮脂。
在本发明的方法方面,所用表面活性剂优选为如本发明的组合物方面所优选的。
家用方法优选在家用洗衣机中或通过手洗进行。洗涤温度优选为285至313K。主洗时间优选为5至30分钟。
纺织品优选是衣服、床上用品或桌布的物品。优选的衣服物品是含棉衬衫、裤子、内衣和套头衫。
尽管本发明要消除对水溶助长剂的存在的需要,但为了冗余或其它目的,可以加入水溶助长剂。例如,另一个目的是我们在用于添加到洗涤剂中的酶预混合物的稳定剂方面发现的目的。
优选水性液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物包含小于或等于5重量%(0至5重量%),更优选小于或等于0.2重量%(0至0.2重量%)的选自以下的水溶助长剂:乙二醇;1,3丙二醇;1,2丙二醇;四亚甲基二醇;五亚甲基二醇;六亚甲基二醇;2,3-丁二醇;1,3丁二醇;二甘醇;三甘醇;聚乙二醇;甘油缩甲醛二丙二醇;聚丙二醇;二丙二醇正丁醚;及其混合物。优选地,低水平的水溶助长剂选自:1,2-丙二醇;二丙二醇;聚丙二醇;2,3-丁二醇;二丙二醇正丁醚;及其混合物。
具体实施方式
本发明的表面活性剂优选是非胺中和的。用于中和表面活性剂的典型胺是烷基醚羧酸单乙醇胺,三乙醇胺,二异丙醇胺,三异丙醇胺,单氨基己醇,2-[(2-甲氧基乙基)甲基氨基]-乙醇,丙醇胺,N-甲基乙醇胺,二乙醇胺,单丁醇胺,异丁醇胺,单戊醇胺,1-氨基-3-(2-甲氧基乙氧基)-2-丙醇,2-甲基-4-(甲基氨基)-2-丁醇,6-氨基-1-己醇,庚胺醇(heptaminol),异他林(isoetarine),去甲肾上腺素,鞘氨醇,苯丙醇胺及其混合物。
本发明的表面活性剂优选用氢氧化钠水溶液中和。
表面活性剂由天然或合成衍生的化学品制成,优选它们是天然衍生的,最优选烷基链是从可再生的天然来源获得。
阴离子表面活性剂的重量计算为其质子化形式。
烷基醚羧酸
烷基醚羧酸的重量计算为质子化形式,R2-(OCH2CH2)n-OCH2COOH。它们可以以盐形式使用,例如钠盐或胺盐。整数n是每摩尔表面活性剂的乙氧基化的摩尔平均值。
烷基链可以是直链或支链的,优选其是直链的。
烷基链可以是脂族的或含有一个顺式或反式双键。
烷基链优选选自CH3(CH2)11、CH3(CH2)13、CH3(CH2)15、CH3(CH2)17。烷基醚羧酸的另一个实例是CH3(CH2)7CH=CH(CH2)8-。
烷基醚羧酸最优选选自以下结构:
CH3(CH2)15(OCH2CH2)20OCH2COOH;
和,
CH3(CH2)17(OCH2CH2)20OCH2COOH。
烷基醚羧酸可从KaoHuntsman和Clariant获得。最优选烷基醚羧酸的钠盐。
AEC掺入的另一个优点是它对衣服上的人体皮脂中发现的游离脂肪酸的Ca和Mg盐有效力,将它们转化为有用的皂表面活性剂。这允许在洗衣液洗涤剂中使用较少的表面活性剂以获得相同的一般去污力。在这方面,棕榈酸和sapienic acid是人体皮脂的特别有用的组分。
月桂基醚硫酸盐
月桂基醚硫酸盐的重量计算为质子化形式。每摩尔表面活性剂的乙氧基化的平均摩尔数优选为1至4,最优选为2.5至3.5。月桂基醚硫酸钠盐是优选的。
非离子表面活性剂
非离子表面活性剂优选为乙氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂,优选选自:优选选自:用每摩尔醇平均6至10摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C10-C16脂族伯和仲醇,最优选用每摩尔醇7至9摩尔环氧乙烷乙氧基化的C12-C15脂族伯醇,其中乙氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂/(月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂+烷基醚羧酸阴离子表面活性剂)的重量分数为0至0.4,优选0至0.2。
优选地,烷基链是直链的。
另外的表面活性剂
水性液体洗衣洗涤剂可包含0至4重量%的另外的表面活性剂,例如“SurfaceActive Agents”,卷1,Schwartz&Perry,Interscience1949;卷2,Schwartz,Perry&Berch,Interscience 1958;Manufacturing Confectioners Company出版的“McCutcheon'sEmulsifiers and Detergents”的当前版本,或“Tenside-Taschenbuch”,H.Stache,第2版,Carl Hauser Verlag,1981,或Helmut W.Stache编辑的Anionic Surfactants:OrganicChemistry(Marcel Dekker 1996)中描述的那些。

直链烷基苯磺酸盐优选以0至1重量%的含量存在于水性液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物中,并且理想地,该组合物基本上不含直链烷基苯磺酸盐。
烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺
烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺包含聚乙烯亚胺骨架,其中聚乙烯亚胺骨架的改性旨在使聚合物不经季铵化。这样的材料可以表示为PEI(X)YAO,其中X表示未改性的PEI的分子量,Y表示未取代的聚乙烯亚胺骨架中每个可用NH的烷氧基化(AO)的平均摩尔数。Y优选为7至40,更优选为16至26,最优选为18至22。X选自约300至约10000重均分子量,优选约600。
烷氧基化优选选自乙氧基化或丙氧基化,或两者的组合,最优选乙氧基化。烷氧基链可以用选自以下的基团封端:H;CH3;SO3 -;CH2COO-;PO3 2-;C2H5;正丙基,异丙基;正丁基;叔丁基;和磺基琥珀酸盐,最优选H。
最优选地,烷氧基化PEI是PEI(600)20EO。
对苯二甲酸酯聚酯去污聚合物
对苯二甲酸酯聚酯去污聚合物包括芳族二羧酸和亚烷基二醇的聚合物(包括含有聚亚烷基二醇的聚合物),如WO2009/153184,EP2692842和WO2014/019903中所述。
对苯二甲酸酯聚酯去污聚合物的实例是由Rhodia提供的聚合物系列,包括 SRP6和 SF-2。其他合适的去污聚合物包括聚合物,包括 SRA-100, SRA-300, SRN-100, SRN-170, SRN-240,SRN-300和 SRN-325,全部由Clariant提供。
优选的结构是-[(Z)a-O-OC-Ar-CO-]b和(Z)a-O-OC-[Ar-CO-O-C3H6-O-OC]b-Ar-CO-O-(Z)a,其中Ar选自1,4-取代的亚苯基和1,3-取代的亚苯基,其在5位被磺酸盐(SO3 -)基团取代;Z选自乙氧基;丙氧基;和乙氧基和丙氧基的混合物;a为5至100,b为2至40。C3H6是异丙基。

聚合物
组合物可包含一种或多种另外的聚合物。实例是羧甲基纤维素,聚(乙二醇),聚(乙烯醇),聚羧酸盐如聚丙烯酸盐,马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物和甲基丙烯酸月桂酯/丙烯酸共聚物。可以存在WO2014/082955(Unilever)中描述的共聚物。
可存在用于防止染料沉积的聚合物,例如聚(乙烯基吡咯烷酮),聚(乙烯基吡啶-N-氧化物)和聚(乙烯基咪唑)。
这样的聚合物优选以低于0.5重量%的含量存在。
组合物优选不含硅酮聚合物和带有季铵化N基团的聚合物。
助洗剂和螯合剂
洗涤剂组合物还可任选含有相对低含量的有机洗涤剂助洗剂或螯合剂材料。实例包括碱金属,柠檬酸盐,琥珀酸盐,丙二酸盐,羧甲基琥珀酸盐,羧酸盐,多羧酸盐和聚乙酰基羧酸盐。具体实例包括氧二琥珀酸、苯六甲酸(mellitic acid)、苯多羧酸、乙二胺四乙酸、二乙烯三胺五乙酸、烷基或烯基琥珀酸、次氮基三乙酸和柠檬酸的钠、钾和锂盐。其他实例是由Monsanto销售的有机膦酸盐型螯合剂DEQUESTTM,和烷烃羟基膦酸盐。
其它合适的有机助洗剂包括已知具有助洗剂性质的较高分子量聚合物和共聚物。例如,这样的材料包括合适的聚丙烯酸,聚马来酸和聚丙烯酸/聚马来酸共聚物及其盐,例如由BASF以商品名SOKALANTM销售的那些。
如果使用,水性液体洗衣洗涤剂制剂包含0.1至2.0重量%的助洗剂和螯合剂材料。柠檬酸盐是最优选的。
制剂的pH优选为6.5至8.5,最优选6.8至7.5。可以通过添加碱如NaOH或胺来获得pH。
调色染料
染料在Color Chemistry Synthesis,Properties and Applications ofOrganic Dyes and Pigments(H Zollinger,Wiley VCH,Zürich,2003)和Industrial DyesChemistry,Properties Applications(K Hunger(ed),Wiley-VCH Weinheim 2003)中描述。
用于洗衣洗涤剂的调色染料优选在可见范围(400-700nm)中的最大吸收处具有大于5000L mol-1cm-1,优选大于10000L mol-1cm-1的消光系数。染料的颜色是蓝色或紫色。
优选的调色染料发色团是偶氮,吖嗪,蒽醌和三苯甲烷。优选的单偶氮染料含有杂环,最优选噻吩染料。单偶氮染料优选被烷氧基化,并且优选在pH=7时不带电荷或带阴离子电荷。烷氧基化噻吩染料在WO/2013/142495和WO/2008/087497中讨论。噻吩染料的优选实例如下所示:
吖嗪染料优选选自磺化吩嗪染料和阳离子吩嗪染料。优选的实例是酸性蓝98,酸性紫50,具有CAS-No 72749-80-5的染料,酸性蓝59。
调色染料以0.0001至0.5重量%、优选0.001至0.1重量%的范围存在于组合物中。取决于调色染料的性质,存在取决于调色染料的效力的优选范围,所述调色染料的效力取决于类别和任何特定类别内的具体效力。如上所述,调色染料是蓝色或紫色调色染料。
可以使用调色染料的混合物。
调色染料最优选是与烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺共价连接的活性蓝蒽醌染料。烷氧基化优选选自乙氧基化和丙氧基化,最优选丙氧基化。优选地,通过丙氧基化将聚乙烯亚胺中80至95摩尔%的N-H基团替换为异丙醇基团。优选地,在与染料反应和丙氧基化之前,聚乙烯亚胺的分子量为600至1800。

蛋白酶

优选地,另外的酶选自:α-淀粉酶;脂肪酶;和纤维素酶。

优选的可商购脂肪酶包括LipolaseTM和Lipolase UltraTM、LipexTM和LipocleanTM(Novozymes A/S)。
本发明的方法可以在分类为EC 3.1.1.4和/或EC 3.1.1.32的磷脂酶存在下进行。如在本文中所使用的,术语磷脂酶是对磷脂具有活性的酶。
磷脂,例如卵磷脂或磷脂酰胆碱,由在外部(sn-1)和中间(sn-2)位置被两个脂肪酸酯化,并在第三位置被磷酸酯化的甘油组成;磷酸反过来可以被酯化成氨基醇。磷脂酶是参与磷脂水解的酶。可以区分磷脂酶活性的多种类型,包括磷脂酶A1和A2,其水解一个脂肪酰基(分别在sn-1和sn-2位置)以形成溶血磷脂;和溶血磷脂酶(或磷脂酶B),其可以水解溶血磷脂中剩余的脂肪酰基。磷脂酶C和磷脂酶D(磷酸二酯酶)分别释放二酰基甘油或磷脂酸。
本发明的方法可以在分类为EC 3.1.1.74的角质酶的存在下进行。根据本发明使用的角质酶可以具有任何来源。优选地,角质酶具有微生物来源,特别是细菌、真菌或酵母来源。
合适的淀粉酶(α和/或β)包括具有细菌或真菌来源的那些。包括化学修饰的或蛋白质工程化的突变体。淀粉酶包括例如获自芽孢杆菌,如在GB 1,296,839中更详细描述的地衣芽孢杆菌的特殊菌株,或在WO 95/026397或WO 00/060060中公开的芽孢杆菌菌株的α-淀粉酶。可商购的淀粉酶是DuramylTM、TermamylTM、Termamyl UltraTM、NatalaseTM、StainzymeTM、FungamylTM和BANTM(Novozymes A/S)、RapidaseTM和PurastarTM(来自GenencorInternational Inc.)。
合适的纤维素酶包括具有细菌或真菌来源的那些。包括化学修饰的或蛋白质工程化的突变体。合适的纤维素酶包括来自以下的纤维素酶:芽孢杆菌属、假单胞菌属、腐质霉属、镰刀菌属、梭孢壳属、支顶孢属,例如从公开于US 4,435,307、US 5,648,263、US 5,691,178、US 5,776,757、WO 89/09259、WO 96/029397和WO 98/012307的特异腐质霉、太瑞斯梭孢壳霉、嗜热毁丝霉和尖孢镰刀菌产生的真菌纤维素酶。可商购的纤维素酶包括CelluzymeTM、CarezymeTM、CellucleanTM、EndolaseTM、RenozymeTM(Novozymes A/S)、ClazinaseTM和Puradax HATM(Genencor International Inc.)和KAC-500(B)TM(KaoCorporation)。CellucleanTM是优选的。
合适的过氧化物酶/氧化酶包括具有植物、细菌或真菌来源的那些。包括化学修饰的或蛋白质工程化的突变体。有用的过氧化物酶的实例包括来自鬼伞属,例如来自灰盖鬼伞的过氧化物酶,及其变体,如在WO 93/24618、WO 95/10602和WO 98/15257中所述的那些。可商购的过氧化物酶包括GuardzymeTM和NovozymTM51004(Novozymes A/S)。
另外的适用的酶在WO2009/087524、WO2009/090576、WO2009/107091、WO2009/111258和WO2009/148983中讨论。
酶稳定剂
存在于组合物中的任何酶可以使用常规的稳定剂稳定化,例如多元醇,如丙二醇或甘油;糖或糖醇;乳酸;硼酸或硼酸衍生物,例如芳族硼酸酯,或苯基硼酸衍生物,如4-甲酰基苯基硼酸,并且组合物可以如例如WO 92/19709和WO 92/19708中所述配制。
当烷基足够长以形成支链或环状链时,烷基包括支链、环状和直链烷基链。烷基优选是直链或支链的,更优选直链的。
荧光剂
组合物优选包含荧光剂(光亮剂)。荧光剂是众所周知的,并且许多这样的荧光剂是可商购的。通常,这些荧光剂以其碱金属盐,例如钠盐的形式提供和使用。
荧光剂的优选类别是:二苯乙烯基联苯化合物,如Tinopal(商标)CBS-X,二胺芪二磺酸化合物,如Tinopal DMS pure Xtra和Blankophor(商标)HRH,以及吡唑啉化合物,如Blankophor SN。
优选的荧光剂是:2-(4-苯乙烯基-3-磺基苯基)-2H-萘并(napthol)[1,2-d]三唑钠、4,4'-双{[(4-苯胺基-6-(N-甲基-N-2-羟乙基)氨基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基}芪-2-2'-二磺酸二钠、4,4'-双{[(4-苯胺基-6-吗啉基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基}芪-2-2'-二磺酸二钠以及4,4'-双(2-磺基苯乙烯基)联苯二钠。
组合物中使用的一种或多种荧光剂的总量优选为0.0001至0.5重量%,更优选0.005至2重量%,最优选0.05至0.25重量%。
优选的是方法中使用的水溶液具有荧光剂存在。当荧光剂存在于方法中使用的水溶液中时,其优选在0.0001g/L至0.1g/L,优选0.001至0.02g/L的范围内。
香料
组合物包含香料。香料优选为0.001至3重量%,更优选0.05至0.5重量%,最优选0.1至1重量%。在由CFTA Publications出版的CTFA(Cosmetic,Toiletry and FragranceAssociation)1992International Buyers Guide和由Schnell Publishing Co.出版的OPD1993Chemicals Buyers Directory 80th Annual Edition中提供了香料的许多合适实例。
优选地,香料包含以下的至少一种香型(note)(化合物):α-异甲基紫罗酮,水杨酸苄酯;香茅醇;香豆素;己基肉桂醛;芳樟醇;2-甲基戊酸乙基酯;辛醛;乙酸苄酯;3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇3-乙酸酯;2-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-环己醇1-乙酸酯;δ-大马酮(damascone);β-紫罗酮;乙酸三环癸烯酯(verdyl acetate);十二醛;己基肉桂醛(hexylcinnamic aldehyde);环十五内酯;苯乙酸2-苯基乙基酯;水杨酸戊酯;β-石竹烯;十一碳烯酸乙酯;邻氨基苯甲酸香叶酯;α-鸢尾酮;β-苯基乙基苯甲酸酯;α-檀香醇;雪松醇;乙酸柏木酯;甲酸柏木酯(cedry formate);水杨酸环己酯;γ-十二内酯,和β-苯乙基苯基乙酸酯。
香料的可用组分包括天然和合成来源二者的材料。它们包括单一化合物和混合物。这样的组分的具体实例可见于现有文献,例如,Fenaroli's Handbook of FlavorIngredients,1975,CRC Press;Synthetic Food Adjuncts,1947,M.B.Jacobs著,VanNostrand编辑;或Perfume and Flavor Chemicals,S.Arctander著,1969,Montclair,N.J.(USA)中。
在制剂中存在多种香料组分是常见的。在本发明的组合物中,设想将存在四种或更多种、优选五种或更多种、更优选六种或更多种、或甚至七种或更多种不同的香料组分。
在香料混合物中,优选15至25重量%是头香。头香是由Poucher(Journal of theSociety of Cosmetic Chemists 6(2):80[1955])所定义的。优选的头香选自柑桔油、芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯、薰衣草、二氢月桂烯醇、玫瑰醚(rose oxide)和顺-3-己醇。

国际日用香料研究所提供了具有安全性信息的香料(香氛)数据库。
香料头香可用于提示本发明的白度和亮度益处。
一些或所有香料可以被包封,有利于包封的典型香料组分包括具有相对低的沸点的那些,优选沸点小于300℃,优选为100-250℃的那些。包封具有低Clog P(即,将具有更高的被分配到水中的倾向的那些),优选具有小于3.0的CLog P的香料组分也是有利的。这些具有相对低沸点和相对低CLog P的材料已经被称为“延迟释香(delayed blooming)”的香料成分,并且包含以下材料中的一种或多种:己酸烯丙酯、乙酸戊酯、丙酸戊酯、茴香醛、苯甲醚、苯甲醛、乙酸苄酯、苄基丙酮、苯甲醇、甲酸苄酯、异戊酸苄酯、丙酸苄酯、β-γ己烯醇、樟脑胶、左旋-香芹酮、d-香芹酮、肉桂醇、甲酸肉桂酯(cinamyl formate)、顺-茉莉酮、顺-3-己烯基乙酸酯、枯茗醇、cyclal c、二甲基苄基甲醇、二甲基苄基甲醇乙酸酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酰乙酸乙酯、乙基戊基酮、苯甲酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯、乙基己基酮、乙基苯基乙酸酯、桉树脑、丁香酚、乙酸葑酯(fenchyl acetate)、flor acetate(三环癸烯基乙酸酯)、frutene(三环癸烯基丙酸酯)、香叶醇、己烯醇、乙酸己烯酯、乙酸己酯、甲酸己酯、龙葵醇(hydratropicalcohol)、羟基香茅醛、茚酮、异戊醇、异薄荷酮、乙酸异胡薄荷酯(isopulegyl acetate)、异喹啉酮、女贞醛、芳樟醇、芳樟醇氧化物、甲酸芳樟酯、薄荷酮、薄荷基苯乙酮(menthylacetphenone)、甲基戊基酮、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、甲基苄基乙酸酯(methylbenyl acetate)、甲基丁香酚、甲基庚烯酮、甲基庚炔碳酸酯(methyl heptinecarbonate)、甲基庚基酮、甲基己基酮、甲基苯基甲基乙酸酯、水杨酸甲酯、甲基-n-甲基邻氨基苯甲酸酯、橙花醇、辛内酯、辛醇、对甲酚、对甲酚甲基醚、对甲氧基苯乙酮、对甲基苯乙酮、苯氧乙醇、苯基乙醛、苯基乙基乙酸酯、苯基乙基醇、苯基乙基二甲基甲醇、乙酸异戊二烯酯、propyl bornate、胡薄荷酮、氧化玫瑰、黄樟素、4-萜品烯醇(4-terpinenol)、α-萜品烯醇和/或苯乙醛二甲醇缩醛(viridine)。多种香料组分存在于制剂中是常见的。在本发明的组合物中,设想将有来自上文给出的延迟释香香料的给定列表的四种或更多种,优选五种或更多种,更优选六种或更多种,或甚至七种或更多种不同的香料组分存在于香料中。
可以与本发明一起应用的另一组香料是所谓的“芳香疗法”材料。这些包括也用于香水中的许多组分,包括精油的组分如鼠尾草、桉树、天竺葵、薰衣草、肉豆蔻干皮(Mace)提取物、橙花油、肉豆蔻、留兰香、甜紫罗兰叶和缬草。
优选的是洗衣处理组合物不含过氧漂白剂,例如过碳酸钠,过硼酸钠和过酸。
除非另有规定,否则如本文中所用不定冠词“一个/种(a或an)”及其对应的定冠词“所述/该(the)”指的是至少一个/种,或一个/种或多个/种。
本发明最优选的方面,含有至少60重量%的组合物包含4至6重量%的月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂,其具有每摩尔表面活性剂2.5至3.5摩尔的乙氧基化的摩尔平均值;4至6重量%的硬脂基醚羧酸阴离子表面活性剂,其具有每摩尔表面活性剂15至20摩尔的乙氧基化的摩尔平均值;0至2重量%的C12-C15脂族伯醇,其具有每摩尔醇非离子表面活性剂7至9摩尔的环氧乙烷。
液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物可以存在于水溶性单位剂量制品中。在这样的实施方式中,水溶性单位剂量制品包括至少一个水溶性薄膜,其形状使得单位剂量制品包括至少一个被水溶性薄膜包围的内部隔室。至少一个隔室包含液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物。水溶性薄膜被密封,使得液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物在储存期间不从隔室中泄漏出来。然而,在将水溶性单位剂量制品加入水中后,水溶性薄膜溶解并将内部隔室的内容物释放到洗涤液中。
试验
制备水性洗衣液洗涤剂,如下表所示。将液体的pH调节至7。光吸收率是在470nm处在1cm比色皿中测量,并且也在表中报告。较高的吸光度值表明由表面活性剂混合物的不完全溶解造成的散射效应。
含有烷基醚羧酸的本发明制剂发明1和发明2具有比对比参比制剂更低的吸光度,表明表面活性剂混合物的更好的溶解。
Claims (8)
1.一种水性液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)3至10重量%的月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂,其中所述月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂具有每摩尔表面活性剂分子1至4摩尔的乙氧基化的摩尔平均值;
(ii)3至10重量%的具有以下结构的烷基醚羧酸阴离子表面活性剂:
R2-(OCH2CH2)n-OCH2-COOH,
其中:
R2选自饱和和单不饱和C10-C18直链或支链烷基链,优选选自:C12、C14、C16、和C18饱和直链烷基链,其中n选自:15至20,且其中月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂/烷基醚羧酸阴离子表面活性剂的重量分数为0.4至1.6;
(iii)至少60重量%的水;
(ⅳ)0至4重量%的乙氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂,其中乙氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂/(月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂+烷基醚羧酸阴离子表面活性剂)的重量分数为0至0.4;
(v)0至8重量%的烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺;
(ⅵ)0至3重量%的对苯二甲酸酯聚酯去污聚合物;和
(ⅶ)另外的阴离子表面活性剂,其中另外的阴离子表面活性剂/(月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂+烷基醚羧酸阴离子表面活性剂)的比率为0至0.4,优选0至0.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂具有2.5至3.5的乙氧基化的摩尔平均值。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水性液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中R2选自C12、C14、C16和C18饱和直链烷基链。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的水性液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂/烷基醚羧酸阴离子表面活性剂的重量分数为0.7至1.3。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的水性液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中所述乙氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂是C12至C16脂族伯醇,其具有每摩尔醇7至9摩尔环氧乙烷。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的水性液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中乙氧基化醇非离子表面活性剂/(月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂+烷基醚羧酸阴离子表面活性剂)的重量分数为0至0.2。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性液体洗衣洗涤剂组合物,其中另外的阴离子表面活性剂/(月桂基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂+烷基醚羧酸阴离子表面活性剂)的比率为0至0.2。
8.一种处理纺织品的家用方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(i)用1g/L以上的如前述权利要求中任一项限定的洗衣洗涤剂组合物的水溶液处理纺织品;和
(ii)使所述水性洗衣洗涤剂溶液与所述纺织品保持接触10分钟至2天,然后漂洗和干燥所述纺织品。
