Abstract

Description
发明领域
本发明涉及水性洗涤剂组合物,其包含烷基醚羧酸盐、氧化胺和至少一种烷基醚硫酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂。
所述洗涤剂组合物特别适合用于人工洗碟、用于洗涤厨房用具以及在某些家庭清洁中的通用用途,例如硬表面的清洁。
现有技术
大部分已知的洗涤剂化合物使用阴离子、两性和/或非离子型表面活性剂来获得在去垢力和泡沫分布型方面显示满意性质的最终产物。然而,大部分这些化合物关于生态毒性和对眼睛及皮肤的刺激性的问题,通常不令人满意。
另一方面,在使用表面活性剂的大量应用中,消费者要求大量泡沫。例如,在洗涤过程中不产生稳定的、乳脂状泡沫的洗发剂不期望在市场被很好地接受。这同样适用于人工洗碟,即使当发泡力和清洁效果之间不能形成直接联系时。
表面活性剂制剂的主要特征涉及决定其在诸如个人卫生和家庭清洁、食品部门、消防部门、矿物浮选的领域中的用途的泡沫,且许多其它特征是:发泡能力、泡沫稳定性(一段时间后的泡沫残留)、泡沫量(与良好的清洁效果有关)、泡沫的乳脂状(与梳理效果有关)、泡沫密度、泡沫结构和发泡速度(在很短的一段时间后产生泡沫)。另一方面,期望迅速产生泡沫(例如,在几秒钟后)。另外,泡沫还必须耐受硬水和油和/或脂的存在。
解决这种复杂需求的表面活性剂的组合的数量有减少的趋势,这解释了为什么市场上总是相同的制剂。克服这种问题的一种方式会是加入被称为泡沫增强剂或增强剂的添加剂。
另一方面,还被命名为轻质液体(LDL)洗涤剂组合物的、用于人工洗碟的液体洗涤剂组合物在本领域中是众所周知的。通常,配制这样的产品以提供多种美学和性能特征及性质。首先且更值得注意的是,用于洗碟的产品必须将表面活性剂和其它清洁佐剂的类型和量配制为能够提供可接受的增溶作用和对食物污渍的消除作用,尤其是对于在待清洁碗碟上或在由所述产品形成的水溶液中的油渍的消除作用。
除了适合用于洗碟之外,所述LDL或凝胶组合物还会期望具有改善消费者对于人工洗碟操作的有效性所具有的美感或感觉的其它特性。因此,用于人工洗碟的液体或凝胶还必须使用改善由所述产品形成的洗涤溶液的发泡特性(皂洗)的材料。发泡性能包括在最初洗涤水中产生适量的泡沫以及在碗碟洗涤过程中形成良好持久性的泡沫。
用于人工洗碟的洗涤液体或凝胶还必须使用提高产品在低温下的相稳定性的材料。缺乏相稳定性能够引起不可接受的流变学和美学性质以及性能问题。用于人工洗碟的液体和凝胶还必须使用提高产品与水的溶解速度或混合速度的材料。用于人工洗碟的液体和凝胶还必须使用提高体系对硬度的耐受性的材料,尤其是防止钙盐从阴离子表面活性剂中沉淀的材料。已知钙盐从阴离子表面活性剂中沉淀引起发泡抑制和皮肤刺激。
另一方面,包含烷基醚羧酸盐、氧化胺和阴离子表面活性剂的洗涤剂组合物是本领域技术人员公知的。
因此,专利申请GB-A-2219594描述了液体洗涤剂组合物,以重量百分数表示,其包含
a)10%至40%的阴离子表面活性剂,其选自:聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、烷烃磺酸盐和聚氧乙烯烷基醚羧酸盐,
b)0.5%至10%的氧化叔胺,
c)0.5%至10%的多元醇的环氧丙烷加合物,以及
d)0.5%至10%的磺基甜菜碱。
根据GB-A-2219594的描述,所述组合物是透明的,并且具有优秀的清洁和发泡能力,以及良好的低温稳定性。前述专利申请GB-A-2219594中的实施例描述了聚氧乙烯(3)十二烷基醚羧酸钠,虽然仅与十二烷基二甲基氧化胺和十二烷基羟基磺基甜菜碱结合。
另一方面,专利申请DE-A-4233385描述了沐浴用水性液体组合物,以重量百分数表示,其包含5%至50%的硫酸盐、磺酸盐或烷基磷酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂,以及包含以下的混合物:

专利申请WO-A-9520025描述了产生低泡沫并自发乳化油脂的洗涤剂组合物,以重量百分数表示,其包含:
a)5%至99%的支链羧酸盐型洗涤剂表面活性剂,其选自C12-C16烷基乙氧基羧酸盐和C11-C20仲碳皂(secondary soap),优选C11-C13的仲碳皂,
b)0.1%至40%的C10-C22氧化胺。
如专利申请WO-A-9520025所指明的,烷基乙氧基羧酸盐是以下通式的化合物

其中R是C12-C16烷基基团,优选C12-C14烷基,x是3至10的数,优选4至10的数,且M是优选自碱金属、铵、单乙醇铵、二乙醇铵和三乙醇铵的阳离子,更优选钠、钾、铵或其混合物。上述专利申请WO-A-9520025中的实施例描述了包含C12-C13氧化胺和烷基乙氧基(1-3)羧酸盐的低泡沫组合物。
另一方面,专利申请WO-A-9520027描述了产生高泡沫和以液体或凝胶形式自发乳化油脂的洗涤剂组合物,以重量百分数表示,其包含:

最后,专利申请GB-A-2292562描述了液体洗涤剂组合物,以重量百分数表示,其包含:
a)0.5%至50%的一种或多种阴离子或非离子表面活性剂或其混合物,其选自C11-C24磺酸盐、具有1至15个烷氧基的C11-C24烷基或羟烷基烷氧基化的硫酸盐、烷基多糖类和多羟基脂肪酸酰胺,以及

上述专利申请GB-A-2292562中的实施例描述了液体洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
i)17%重量比的C12-C13烷基乙氧基硫酸盐
ii)2%重量比的C12-C14烷基氧化胺
iii)7%重量比的C8烷基氧化胺
iv)0.5%重量比的C12-C14烷基二甲基氧化胺
v)2.0%重量比的C12-C14烷基乙氧基羧酸盐等成分。
尽管事实上在GB-A-2219594、DE-A-4233385、WO-A-9520025、WO-A-9520027和GB-A-2292562中描述的组合物显示一定的发泡力,但是在某些情况下需要更高和/或更稳定的发泡。
发明描述
本发明提供对现有技术中提及的问题的有效解决方案,提供包含以下组分的水性洗涤剂组合物,所述组分的指示量以重量百分数表示:
a)0.1%至15%的至少一种通式(I)的烷基醚羧酸盐,
R-O-(CH2CH2O)m-CH2-COOX (I)
其中
-R表示含3至10个碳原子的、直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的烃基或烯基基团,
-m表示0.5至20的数,并且
-X表示氢或合适的阳离子,所述阳离子选自碱金属、碱土金属、铵、烷基氨基、链烷醇氨基或glucammonium,
b)0.1%至15%的至少一种氧化胺,
c)0.1%至40%的至少一种具有含10至18个碳原子的烃链的烷基醚硫酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂,

发明详述
烷基醚羧酸盐
烷基醚羧酸盐是本领域中众所周知的产品。如Helmut W.Stache,ISBN:0-8247-9394-3公开的、Meijer和Smid在Polyether Carboxylates;Anionic Surfactants;Surfactant Science Series(聚醚羧酸盐;阴离子表面活性剂;表面活性剂科学系列),Vol.56(p.313-361)中描述的,烷基醚羧酸盐通常由脂肪醇的烷氧基化及随后的羧甲基化而获得。
获得方法由两个步骤组成,第一个步骤是使具有期望长度的烃链的醇与环氧乙烷在本领域技术人员公知的正常反应条件下反应。另一方面,能够使用预先乙氧基化的醇。然后,使乙氧基化的醇与诸如NaOH、KOH或NaOCH3的强碱在诸如硼氢化钠的还原剂的存在下反应以形成对应的烷氧化物(alkoxylate)。使该产品与单氯乙酸钠反应以形成盐形式的对应的烷基醚羧酸盐。通过硫酸洗涤的方式将所述盐转换成对应的酸。具有宽分布的聚氧乙烯(乙氧基化程度较高)的烷基醚羧酸盐由该方法获得。
对于特定应用,乙氧基化能够由路易斯酸或由金属Na或NaH催化以获得窄分布的聚氧乙烯(乙氧基化程度较窄)。
另一方面,烷基醚羧酸盐还能够如欧洲专利申请EP-A-0580263中描述的方法获得。
根据本发明,在通式(I)的烷基醚羧酸盐中,R优选含3至9个碳原子的、直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的烃基或烯基基团,更优选5至7个碳原子。
还优选通式(I)的烷基醚羧酸盐,其中m是包括1至15的数,更优选1至10的数,还更优选3至9的数。
最后,还优选通式(I)的烷基醚羧酸盐,其中X是氢或碱金属。
通式(I)的烷基醚羧酸盐在本发明的洗涤剂组合物中的总含量相对于组合物的总重量能够占0.1%至15%重量比,优选0.5%至10%重量比,还更优选1%至7%重量比。
市售的通式(I)的烷基醚羧酸盐的实例是:可供商业使用的 LF1(INCI名称为辛醇聚醚-6羧酸)、 LF2(INCI名称为辛醇聚醚-6羧酸)、 LF4(INCI名称为辛醇聚醚-9羧酸+己醇聚醚-4羧酸)和 LF6(INCI名称为辛醇聚醚-9羧酸+丁醇聚醚-2羧酸),其全部均由KAO Chemicals Europe销售。
氧化胺
根据本发明的合适的氧化胺是具有含8至18个碳原子的烃链的氧化胺。特别优选通式(II)的氧化胺

还优选通式(II)的氧化胺,其中A是-COO-或-CONH-基团,更优选-CONH-。
R2还优选亚甲基(-CH2-)或乙烯基(-CH2-CH2-)基团。R3和R4还优选各自是甲基。

市售的通式(II)的氧化胺的实例是:可供商业使用的DM-20(INCI名称为月桂氧化胺)、 DMCLD(INCI名称为椰油氧化胺)、 DM-246(INCI名称为椰油氧化胺)、DM-4(INCI名称为肉豆蔻氧化胺)、 L-75(INCI名称为椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺),所有的均由KAO Chemicals Europe销售。
烷基醚硫酸盐
烷基醚硫酸盐的金属盐以及具有烷基或羟烷基取代的铵盐或有机胺盐能够用作具有含10至18个碳原子的烃链的所述烷基醚硫酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂。
平均乙氧基化程度为0.5至7的、含10至18个碳原子的烷基或烯基链的烷基醚硫酸钠优选作为烷基醚硫酸盐型表面活性剂,更优选平均乙氧基化程度为1至5的、含12至16个碳原子的烷基或烯基链的烷基醚硫酸钠。
十二烷基乙醚硫酸钠(INCI名称为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠盐)特别优选作为阴离子表面活性剂,优选平均乙氧基化程度为1至3的十二烷基乙醚硫酸钠,更优选1至2.5,更优选2至2.5。
烷基醚硫酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂在本发明的洗涤剂组合物中的总含量相对于组合物的总重量能够占0.1%至40%重量比,优选5%至40%重量比,还更优选10%至35%重量比。
市售的烷基醚硫酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂的实例是:商业参考 270D或 270E(INCI名称为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠盐),其包含70%活性成分,且其平均乙氧基化程度为2,由KAO ChemicalsEurope销售。
洗涤剂组合物
优选水性洗涤剂组合物,以重量百分数表示的指示量,其包含:
a)0.5%至10%、优选1%至7%的至少一种诸如前述的烷基醚羧酸盐,
b)0.5%至10%、优选1%至7%的至少一种诸如前述的氧化胺,
c)5%至40%、优选10%至35%的至少一种诸如前述的烷基醚硫酸盐,
d)补足100%的水。
优选地,烷基醚硫酸盐(组分c)与烷基醚羧酸盐(组分a)的重量比为2:1至8:1,优选2:1至5:1,更优选2.5:1至4.5:1,还更优选3.5:1至4.5:1。
还优选地,烷基醚硫酸盐(组分c)与氧化胺(组分b)的重量比为2:1至5:1,优选2.5:1至5:1,更优选3.5:1至5:1。
最后,优选地,烷基醚羧酸盐(组分a)与氧化胺(组分b)的重量比为1:3至3:1,优选1:2至2:1,更优选1:1至1.5:1。
本发明的水性洗涤剂组合物的pH优选为6至8,优选6.5至7.5。
所述洗涤剂组合物在人工洗碟或清洁硬表面中的用途,优选在人工洗碟的用途也是本发明目的的部分。
本发明目的的另一部分是至少一种通式(I)的烷基醚羧酸盐作为泡沫增强剂或促进剂在人工洗碟的洗涤剂组合物或清洁硬表面的组合物中的用途,优选在人工洗碟的洗涤剂组合物中的用途,
R-O-(CH2CH2O)m-CH2-COOX (I)
其中
-R表示含3至10个碳原子的、直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和的烃基或烯基基团,
-m表示0.5至20的数,以及
-X表示氢或合适的阳离子,所述阳离子选自碱金属、碱土金属、铵、链烷醇氨基或glucammonium。
本发明的洗涤剂组合物能够另外包含一种或多种以下添加剂,但不限于该列表:
1.阴离子表面活性剂,例如烷基醚硫酸钠、烷基醚硫酸铵、烷基醚硫酸三乙醇胺、烷基硫酸钠、烷基硫酸铵、烷基硫酸三乙醇胺、烷基磺酸钠、诸如α-烯烃磺酸钠的烯烃磺酸钠、链烷磺酸钠、烷基芳基磺酸钠如烷基苯磺酸盐、磺基琥珀酸盐和磺化琥珀酰胺酸盐。
2.来源于诸如椰子、油酸、大豆和动物脂肪酸的天然或合成物质的脂肪酸或脂肪酸盐。
3.乙氧基化醇。
4.来源于诸如乙二醇(glycol)、1,2-亚乙基二醇(ethylene glycol)、二甘醇、丙二醇、双丙甘醇、蔗糖、葡萄糖或聚甘油的天然或合成物质的脂肪酸酯。
5.来源于羟基型脂肪酸的乙氧基化脂肪酸酯。
6.两性表面活性剂,例如,烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺丙基磺基甜菜碱、烷基磺基甜菜碱、椰油酰两性基乙酸盐和椰油酰胺羟基乙基二乙酸盐。
7.酰胺类,例如单乙醇酰胺、二乙醇酰胺、乙氧基化酰胺或烷基异丙醇酰胺。
9.烷基多葡糖苷。
10.阳离子表面活性剂,例如烷基苄基二甲基卤化铵,烷基三甲基卤化铵,季铵化乙氧基化胺,来源于三乙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺、二甲氨基丙二醇的酯基季铵盐和所述酯基季铵盐的低聚物。
11.改善所述制剂的添加剂,例如增稠剂、珠光剂、遮光剂、防腐剂、着色剂或香料。
12.钙和/或镁离子(以硫酸镁、氯化镁、碳酸镁、硝酸镁和乙酸镁的形式)。
13.蛋白酶和/或诸如纤维素酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶等其它酶类。

LF4(平均乙氧基化程度是8的辛醇聚醚羧酸与平均乙氧基化程度是3的己醇聚醚羧酸的混合物,89%活性物质),由Kao Chemicals Europe销售
根据以下步骤测定在脂(橄榄油)的存在下的发泡力以进行不同组合物的评价。
在浓度0.4g/L(活性产品)、水的硬度20°HF(法国度)和温度40℃下,测试待测产品的水溶液的泡沫体积。
使用“SITA Foam Tester R-2000”搅拌器(SITA Messtechnik GmbH提供)在1500rpm、搅拌周期10秒下进行测量。
在每一搅拌周期之间测量泡沫体积,并加入50μL脂(橄榄油)。
当以泡沫体积(坐标)对油的添加数(横坐标)作图时,获得具有最大泡沫体积的抛物线型曲线。
考虑以下的曲线参数以比较不同产品的性质:
-最大泡沫体积:曲线的最大点
-理论塔板数:与100mL的泡沫体积对应的横坐标截距(油的添加数)
评价结果如表2所示。

Claims (14)
1.水性洗涤剂组合物,其包含以下组分,所述组分的指示量以重量百分数表示:
a)0.1%至15%的至少一种通式(I)的烷基醚羧酸盐
R-O-(CH2CH2O)m-CH2-COOX (I)
其中
-R表示含3至10个碳原子的、直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和烃基或烯基基团,
-m表示0.5至20的数,并且
-X表示氢或合适的阳离子,所述阳离子选自碱金属、碱土金属、铵、烷基氨基、链烷醇氨基或glucammonium,
b)0.1%至15%的至少一种氧化胺,
c)0.1%至40%的至少一种烷基醚硫酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂,其具有含10至18个碳原子的烃链,
d)补足100%的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,在所述通式(I)的烷基醚羧酸盐中,R表示含3至9个碳原子的、直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和烃基或烯基基团。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于,在所述通式(I)的烷基醚羧酸盐中,m表示1至15的数。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的组合物,其特征在于,在所述通式(I)的烷基醚羧酸盐中,X表示氢或碱金属。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述氧化胺存在含8至18个碳原子的烃链。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组合物,其特征在于,在所述通式(II)的氧化胺中,R1表示含10至16个碳原子的、直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和烃基或烯基基团。
8.根据权利要求6所述的组合物,其特征在于,在所述通式(II)的氧化胺中,A表示-COO-或-CONH-。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的组合物,其特征在于,一种或多种所述阴离子表面活性剂选自烷基醚硫酸钠,所述烷基醚硫酸钠具有含10至18个碳原子的烃基或烯基链并且平均乙氧基化程度为0.5至7。
10.根据权利要求8所述的组合物,其特征在于,一种或多种所述烷基醚硫酸钠具有含12至16个碳原子且平均乙氧基化程度为1至5的烃基或烯基链。
11.根据权利要求8或9所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂是平均乙氧基化程度为1至3的月桂基乙醚硫酸钠。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的组合物,其特征在于,以重量百分数表示的指示量,其包含:
a)0.5%至10%的至少一种诸如在前述权利要求中定义的烷基醚羧酸盐,
b)0.5%至10%的至少一种诸如在前述权利要求中定义的氧化胺,
c)5%至40%的至少一种诸如在前述权利要求中定义的烷基醚硫酸盐,
d)补足100%的水。
13.前述权利要求1至11中任一权利要求所述的水性洗涤剂组合物在人工洗碟或清洁硬表面中的用途。
14.至少一种通式(I)的烷基醚羧酸盐作为泡沫增强剂或促进剂在人工洗碟或清洁硬表面的洗涤剂组合物中的用途,
R-O-(CH2CH2O)m-CH2-COOX (I)
其中
-R表示含3至10个碳原子的、直链或支链的、饱和或不饱和烃基或烯基基团,
-m表示0.5至20的数,并且
-X表示氢或合适的阳离子,所述阳离子选自碱金属、碱土金属、铵、烷基氨基、链烷醇氨基或glucammonium。
