Abstract
本发明公开了一种洗涤剂组合物,其组成包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐或/和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸盐,还可以包括氨基酸、维生素、色素、表面活性剂、助剂、香料、水中的至少一种。本发明的洗涤剂组合物中添加有脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐或/和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯琥珀酸单酯磺基盐,具有优异的去污力、乳化力和发泡力,且对人体无毒无刺激,特别适合用作洗衣液、洗洁精、洗发水、沐浴露、洗面奶、洗手液、女性护理清洁液等日用产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗涤剂组合物,属于洗涤剂技术领域。
背景技术
醇醚硫酸盐属于传统的阴离子表面活性剂,被广泛用于洗衣液、厨房用洗涤剂和洗发液等领域。然而,在醇醚硫酸盐的生产过程中,由于磺化反应会导致部分醇醚的分解,产生有毒有害的二噁烷(二氧六环),从而带来不良影响。此外,醇醚硫酸盐流动性差、易产生凝胶,会影响液体洗涤护理产品的配制,且在使用性能上,醇醚硫酸盐洗涤剂对皮肤有一定的刺激性,皮肤感受、泡沫质量欠佳,其在调理性能和环境效应上也存在不足。
相对的,使用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯琥珀酸单酯磺基盐,则可以避免二噁烷带来的不利影响。此外,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐在表面张力、润湿、乳化、去污能力等方面表现优异,且性能温和、易生物降解,所以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐被人们认为是醇醚硫酸盐的理想替代品。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯琥珀酸单酯磺基盐属于改性羧酸盐类表面活性剂,其α位的碳原子上同时接有羧酸钠基团和磺酸钠基团,兼有羧酸钠的温和性和磺酸钠的抗硬水性,是一种性能优异的洗涤剂和发泡剂,且抗水性能特别好,对人体皮肤和眼睛的刺激作用极微,是理想的无刺激表面活性剂。若能将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯琥珀酸单酯磺基盐用于洗涤剂,有潜力开发出一系列温和、高效、环保、绿色的洗涤用品。

本发明的目的在于提供一种洗涤剂组合物。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种洗涤剂组合物,其组成包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐或/和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸盐;所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐的通式为R1-(OCH2CH2)m-OCH2COOX,其中,R1为C2~C30的烷基或烯基,X为碱金属阳离子、碱土金属阳离子、NH4 +中的一种,1≤m≤8;所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸盐的通式为R2-(OCH2CH2)n-OCOCH2CH(SO3Y)COOY,其中,R2为C2~C30的烷基或烯基,Y为碱金属阳离子或碱土金属阳离子,1≤n≤10。
所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐或/和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸盐的添加量为洗涤剂组合物质量的4%~60%。
所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐或/和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸盐的添加量为洗涤剂组合物质量的6%~40%。
所述的洗涤剂组合物还包括以下质量百分比的组分:
氨基酸:0%~10%;
维生素:0%~15%;
色素:0%~10%;
表面活性剂:4%~70%;
助剂:0%~40%;
香料:0%~10%;
水:余量。
所述的表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。
所述的助剂为保湿剂、增稠剂、pH调节剂、皮肤营养剂、防腐剂、抗氧剂中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的洗涤剂组合物中添加有脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐或/和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯琥珀酸单酯磺基盐,具有优异的去污力、乳化力和发泡力,且对人体无毒无刺激,特别适合用作洗衣液、洗洁精、洗发水、沐浴露、洗面奶、洗手液、女性护理清洁液等日用产品。

进一步优选的,所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐或/和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸盐的添加量为洗涤剂组合物质量的6%~40%。

实施例1:
一种沐浴露组合物,其原料组成(质量百分比)和性能测试结果如下表所示:

刺激性:玉米醇溶蛋白本身不溶于水,与表面活性剂混合反应时,由于表面活性剂的作用导致水溶性增加,水中氮含量增加;溶解到水中的氮含量越大,Zein值越大,则表面活性剂的刺激性越大。
Zein值用溶液中氮含量g/L来表示,根据数值大小可把表面活性剂分为三类:
(1)Zein值大于4g/L:此类表面活性剂使Zein的增溶能力较强,为“强刺激性”;
(2)Zein值在2g/L~4g/L之间:此类表面活性剂使Zein的增溶能力一般,为“低刺激性”;
(3)Zein值小于2g/L:此类表面活性剂使Zein的增溶能力很弱,可视为“无刺激性”。
泡沫力:表面活性剂的泡沫性能分为起泡性和泡沫稳定性,起泡性(发泡力)是指泡沫形成的难易程度,而泡沫稳定性则指生成泡沫的持久性;通常泡沫性能的测定主要是对起泡性和泡沫稳定性进行对比研究;泡沫的体积越大说明发泡力越好。
湿润感:由10名专业评审员实施实际使用试验,评价使用后是否有湿润感,评价基准如下:
◎…8名以上的专业评审员认为使用后有湿润感;
○…6名以上、不足8名的专业评审员认为使用后有湿润感;
△…3名以上、不足6名的专业评审员认为使用后有湿润感;
×…不足3名的专业评审员认为使用后有湿润感。
发粘感:由10名专业评审员实施实际使用试验,评价使用后是否有发粘感,评价基准如下:
◎…8名以上的专业评审员认为使用后不发粘,洗净感好;
○…6名以上、不足8名的专业评审员认为使用后不发粘,洗净感好;
△…3名以上、不足6名的专业评审员认为使用后不发粘,洗净感好;
×…不足3名的专业评审员认为使用后不发粘,洗净感好。
由表1可知:以十二醇聚二氧乙烯醚硫酸钠为主要原料的对比例1-1,具有良好的发泡力,但稳泡率较低,虽然泡沫丰富,但泡沫粗大不细腻;以氨基酸型表面活性剂月桂酰肌氨酸钠为主原料的对比例1-2,虽然皮肤刺激性小,但其泡沫较少,清洗感较差。实施例1-3、1-4和1-5不仅对皮肤刺激小,且泡沫稳定细腻,尤其是实施例1-5,其泡沫手感优异,洗净感好,刺激性小。
实施例2:
一种洗发水组合物,其组成如下(质量百分比):
十二醇聚二氧乙烯醚羧酸钠:10%;
十二醇聚二氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠:6%;
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:2%;
椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠:2%;
聚季铵盐-10:0.5%;
丙二醇:2%;
透明质酸钠:1%;
PEG-40氢化蓖麻油:0.5%;
PEG-120甲基葡糖二油酸酯:0.5%;
柠檬酸:1%;
氯化钠:0.5%;
苯氧乙醇:0.5%;
苯甲酸钠:0.5%;
水:余量。
对该洗发水进行基础性能测试,测试结果如下表所示:

润湿力:润湿作用是指固体表面上的一种流体被另一种与之不相混溶的流体所取代的过程,一定规格和大小的帆布浸入液体中,在液体未浸透帆布前,由于浮力的作用,帆布悬浮在液体中,一定时间后帆布被浸透,其比重大于液体的比重而下沉;显然不同液体对帆布润湿力的大小将表现在沉降时间上,沉降时间越短,则润湿力越强。
乳化力:表面活性剂的乳化性能可以通过测定表面活性剂水溶液与液体石蜡发生乳化作用后分离出一定体积水相的时间来进行测定;分离5mL水相所需的时间越长,乳化力越好。
黏度:洗发水的黏度需要保持在一个适当的范围内,黏度过低,产品稳定性差,且使用时易流动,不易控制涂抹;黏度过高,拉丝严重,使用时不易均匀涂抹在头发上;洗发水的适合范围为3000~6000mPa·s。
刺激性:玉米醇溶蛋白本身不溶于水,与表面活性剂混合反应时,由于表面活性剂的作用导致水溶性增加,水中氮含量增加;溶解到水中的氮含量越大,Zein值越大,则表面活性剂的刺激性越大。
梳理功:通过测试梳子梳过头发所做的功来评价产品的干湿梳理性;梳理性越好,则梳理功越小,即发束的梳理性越好。
为实现对发束感官评估的量化,实验对评价指标进行定性和定量描述,由10名专业人员对产品进行打分(5分制),评价指标包括梳理性、手感、光泽度、静电四个指标,评分标准如下表所示:

或者,异构十三醇聚三氧乙烯醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠:12%;椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:4%;
