Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣用液体洗涤剂组合物的用途。
发明背景
染料被广泛用于有色液体洗衣用洗涤剂。
遮光染料是在洗涤过程中对织物具有亲和性的蓝色或紫色染料,并且通过消除白色织物上的泛黄度来增强白度。
白色织物因反复洗涤/磨损循环而老化变黄。
液体洗涤剂可用于直接处理织物上的污渍。对于含有染料的液体洗涤剂,在未稀释的洗涤剂在织物上的纯(neat)接触污渍处理过程中,染料可能给织物着色。需要改进这个问题的方法。
发明内容
需要进一步的技术来减少有色家用液体洗衣产品中的纯接触染料着色。
我们已经发现,烷氧基化多芳基苯酚和多烷基苯酚减少有色家用液体洗衣产品的纯接触染料着色。
在一个方面,本发明提供了一种洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)带电荷的表面活性剂,优选带电荷的表面活性剂的水平为4-50重量%,更优选为6-30重量%,最优选为8-20重量%;
(ii)具有以下结构的烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚:

(iii)染料,优选0.0001-0.1重量%的蓝色或紫色遮光染料。
在另一方面,本发明提供了洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其包含:

发明详述
烷氧基化多芳基苯酚和多烷基苯酚
优选地,烷氧基化多芳基苯酚和烷氧基化多烷基苯酚是不带电荷(中性)的烷氧基化三苯乙烯苯酚。
优选地,烷氧基化三苯乙烯苯酚是聚乙二醇单(2,4,6-三(1-苯乙基)苯基)醚。
优选地,烷氧基化多芳基苯酚含有平均2-70个烷氧基,最优选10-54个烷氧基。
优选地,烷氧基化是乙氧基化。
烷氧基化多芳基苯酚中的芳基优选选自苯基、甲苯基、萘基、四氢萘基、茚满基、茚基、苯乙烯基、吡啶基、喹啉基及其混合物。
最优选地,烷氧基化多芳基苯酚是具有以下结构的聚乙二醇单(2,4,6-三(1-苯乙基)苯基)醚(CAS号:70559-25-0):

染料
染料描述于Color Chemistry Synthesis,Properties and Applications ofOrganic Dyes and Pigments,(H Zollinger,Wiley VCH,Zürich,2003)和IndustrialDyes Chemistry,Properties Applications.(K Hunger(ed),Wiley-VCH Weinheim 2003)中。
染料可溶于施用介质中,在这种情况下为洗衣用洗涤剂液体。

蓝色或紫色遮光染料是最优选的。遮光染料在洗涤过程的洗涤或漂洗步骤期间沉积到织物上,为织物提供可见的色调。就着点而言,染料给白色布料提供色相角为240-345,更优选260-320,最优选270-300的蓝色或紫色。用于本试验的白色布料是漂白的非丝光编织棉布。
遮光染料的织物亲和性使得纯接触着色更差。

可以使用遮光染料的混合物。
遮光染料发色团最优选选自单偶氮、双偶氮和吖嗪。
单偶氮染料优选含有杂环,最优选噻吩染料。单偶氮染料优选是烷氧基化的,并且优选在pH=7下不带电荷或带阴离子电荷。烷氧基化噻吩染料在WO2013/142495和WO2008/087497中讨论。噻吩染料的优选实例如下所示:
双偶氮染料优选是磺化双偶氮染料。磺化双偶氮化合物的优选实例是直接紫7、直接紫9、直接紫11、直接紫26、直接紫31、直接紫35、直接紫40、直接紫41、直接紫51、直接紫66、直接紫99及其烷氧基化形式。

吖嗪染料优选选自磺化吩嗪染料和阳离子吩嗪染料。优选的实例是酸性蓝98、酸性紫50、具有CAS-No 72749-80-5的染料、酸性蓝59和选自以下的吩嗪染料:

遮光染料在液体组合物中的存在量为0.0001-0.1重量%。根据遮光染料的性质,优选的范围取决于遮光染料的效力,这取决于任何特定类别中的类别和特定效力。如上所述,遮光染料是蓝色或紫色遮光染料。
表面活性剂
洗衣用组合物包含带电荷的表面活性剂,并且最优选带电荷的表面活性剂是阴离子表面活性剂(包括其混合物)。
可以使用的合适的阴离子洗涤剂化合物通常是具有含约8至约22个碳原子的烷基的有机硫酸盐和磺酸盐的水溶性碱金属盐,术语烷基用于包括高级烷基的烷基部分。
合适的合成阴离子洗涤剂化合物的实例是烷基硫酸钠和烷基硫酸钾,特别是通过硫酸化例如由牛油或椰子油制得的高级C8-C18醇获得的那些,烷基C9-C20苯磺酸钠和苯磺酸钾,特别是直链仲烷基C10-C15苯磺酸钠;和烷基甘油醚硫酸钠,特别是衍生自牛油或椰子油的高级醇的醚和衍生自石油的合成醇。
阴离子表面活性剂优选选自:直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、肥皂、烷基(优选甲基)酯磺酸盐及其混合物。
最优选的阴离子表面活性剂选自:直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐及其混合物。优选地,烷基醚硫酸盐是平均具有1至3个EO(乙氧基化物)单元的C12-C14正烷基醚硫酸盐。月桂基醚硫酸钠是特别优选的(SLES)。优选地,直链烷基苯磺酸盐是C11-C15烷基苯磺酸钠。优选地,烷基硫酸盐是直链或支链C12-C18烷基硫酸钠。十二烷基硫酸钠是特别优选的(SDS,也称为伯烷基硫酸盐)。
洗衣组合物中的阴离子表面活性剂的水平优选为4-50重量%,更优选为6-30重量%,最优选为8-20重量%。
优选存在两种或更多种阴离子表面活性剂,例如直链烷基苯磺酸盐与烷基醚硫酸盐。
优选地,除了阴离子表面活性剂之外,洗衣组合物还包含烷基乙氧基化的非离子表面活性剂,优选2-8重量%的烷基烷氧基化非离子表面活性剂,优选乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂。
可以使用的合适的非离子洗涤剂化合物特别包括具有脂族疏水基团和反应性氢原子的化合物例如脂族醇、酸或酰胺,特别是环氧乙烷单独或与环氧丙烷的反应产物。具体的非离子洗涤剂化合物是脂族C8-C18伯或仲直链或支链醇与环氧乙烷的缩合产物。
优选地,烷基乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂是平均乙氧基化7EO至9EO单元的C8-C18伯醇。
表面活性剂体系的非离子和阴离子表面活性剂可以选自描述于“Surface ActiveAgents”卷1,Schwartz&Perry,Interscience 1949,卷2,Schwartz,Perry&Berch,Interscience 1958,由Manufacturing Confectioners公司出版的“McCutcheon'sEmulsifiers and Detergents”的当前版本或“Tenside Taschenbuch”,H.Stache,第2版,Carl Hauser Verlag,1981中的表面活性剂。

在另一方面,带电荷的表面活性剂可以是阳离子的,使得制剂是织物调理剂。然而,基于阴离子或阴离子/非离子表面活性剂的洗涤剂组合物是更优选的实施方案。
阳离子化合物
当本发明被用作织物调理剂时,它需要含有阳离子化合物。
最优选的是季铵化合物。
如果季铵化合物是具有至少一个C12至C22烷基链的季铵化合物,则是有利的。
优选地,季铵化合物具有下式:
其中R1是C12-C22烷基或烯基链;R2、R3和R4独立地选自C1-C4烷基链,且X-是相容的阴离子。这种类型的优选化合物是季铵化合物十六烷基三甲基季铵溴化物。
用于本发明的第二类材料是上述结构的季铵,其中R1和R2独立地选自C12-C22烷基或烯基链;R3和R4独立地选自C1-C4烷基链,且X-是相容的阴离子。
组合物任选地包含硅树脂。
助洗剂或络合剂
助洗剂材料可以选自1)钙螯合剂材料,2)沉淀材料,3)钙离子交换材料和4)其混合物。
钙螯合剂助洗剂材料的实例包括碱金属多聚磷酸盐例如三聚磷酸钠,和有机多价螯合剂例如乙二胺四乙酸。
沉淀助剂材料的实例包括正磷酸钠和碳酸钠。
钙离子交换助洗剂材料的实例包括各种类型的水不溶性结晶或无定形铝硅酸盐,其中沸石是众所周知的代表,例如沸石A、沸石B(也称为沸石P)、沸石C、沸石X、沸石Y以及如EP-A-0384070中所述的沸石P型。
组合物还可以含有0-65%的助洗剂或络合剂,例如乙二胺四乙酸、二乙三胺五乙酸、烷基或烯基琥珀酸、次氮基三乙酸或下面提及的其他助洗剂。许多助洗剂也是漂白稳定剂,因为它们具有络合金属离子的能力。
沸石和碳酸盐(碳酸盐(包括碳酸氢盐和倍半碳酸盐))是优选的助洗剂,其中碳酸盐是特别优选的。
该组合物可含有作为助洗剂的结晶硅铝酸盐,优选碱金属铝硅酸盐,更优选铝硅酸钠。这通常以小于15%w的水平存在。硅铝酸盐是具有下式的材料:
0.8-1.5M2O;Al2O3;0.8-6SiO2
其中M是一价阳离子,优选钠。这些材料含有一些结合水,并且需要具有至少50mgCaO/g的钙离子交换能力。优选的铝硅酸钠在上式中含有1.5-3.5个SiO2单元。它们可以通过硅酸钠和铝酸钠之间的反应容易地制备,如文献中充分描述的。表面活性剂与铝硅酸盐(当存在时)的比例优选大于5:2,更优选大于3:1。
可选地,或除了硅铝酸盐助洗剂之外,还可以使用磷酸盐助洗剂。在本领域中,术语“磷酸盐”包括磷酸氢盐、三磷酸盐和膦酸盐物质。其他形式的助洗剂包括硅酸盐,例如可溶性硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐、层状硅酸盐(例如来自Hoechst的SKS-6)。
优选地,洗衣用洗涤剂制剂是非磷酸盐构建的洗衣用洗涤剂制剂,即含有小于1重量%的磷酸盐。优选的粉末洗衣用洗涤剂制剂主要是由碳酸盐构建的。粉末应优选以9.5-11的pH使用。
最优选地,洗衣用洗涤剂是水性液体洗衣用洗涤剂,优选具有7-9的pH。
在水性液体洗衣用洗涤剂中,优选单丙二醇以1-30重量%,最优选2-18重量%的水平存在,以提供具有适当的可倾倒粘度的制剂。
荧光剂
组合物优选包含荧光剂(荧光增白剂)。荧光剂是众所周知的,许多这样的荧光剂可商购获得。通常,这些荧光剂以其碱金属盐例如钠盐的形式提供和使用。

香料

聚合物
组合物可以包含一种或多种另外的聚合物。实例是羧甲基纤维素,聚(乙二醇),聚(乙烯醇),聚羧酸酯如聚丙烯酸酯,马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物和甲基丙烯酸月桂酯/丙烯酸共聚物。
可存在用于防止染料沉积的聚合物,例如聚(乙烯基吡咯烷酮)、聚(乙烯基吡啶-N-氧化物)和聚(乙烯基咪唑)。
酶
当实施本发明的方法时一种或多种酶优选存在于本发明的洗衣组合物中。
优选地,本发明的洗衣组合物中每种酶的水平为0.0001重量%至0.1重量%的蛋白质。
特别考虑的酶包括蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶、过氧化物酶/氧化酶、果胶酸裂合酶和甘露聚糖酶或其混合物。
合适的脂肪酶包括细菌或真菌来源的那些。包括化学修饰或蛋白质工程改造的突变体。有用的脂肪酶的实例包括来自腐质霉属(Humicola)(同义词嗜热霉属(Thermomyces))的脂肪酶,如来自EP 258068和EP 305 216中所述的H.lanuginosa(T.lanuginosus),或来自WO 96/13580中所述的特异腐质霉(H.insolens),假单胞菌脂肪酶,例如来自产碱假杆属菌或产碱假单胞菌属(EP 218 272),洋葱假单胞菌(EP 331 376),施氏假单胞菌(GB 1,372,034),荧光假单胞菌,假单胞菌菌株SD 705(WO 95/06720和WO96/27002),威斯康星假单胞菌(WO 96/12012),芽孢杆菌脂肪酶,例如来自枯草芽孢杆菌(Dartois等人(1993),Biochemica et Biophysica Acta,1131,253-360),嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌(JP 64/744992)或短小芽孢杆菌(WO 91/16422)。

优选的市售脂肪酶包括LipolaseTM和Lipolase UltraTM、LipexTM和LipocleanTM(Novozymes A/S)。
本发明的方法可以在归类为EC 3.1.1.4和/或EC 3.1.1.32的磷脂酶的存在下进行。如本文所用,术语磷脂酶是对磷脂具有活性的酶。
磷脂,例如卵磷脂或磷脂酰胆碱,由在外面(sn-1)和中间(sn-2)位置被两个脂肪酸酯化并在第三位置被磷酸酯化的甘油组成;该磷酸进而与氨基醇酯化。磷脂酶是参与磷脂水解的酶。可以区分几种类型的磷脂酶活性,包括水解一个脂肪酰基(分别在sn-1和sn-2位置)以形成溶血磷脂的磷脂酶A1和A2;和可以水解溶血磷脂中的剩余脂肪酰基的溶血磷脂酶(或磷脂酶B)。磷脂酶C和磷脂酶D(磷酸二酯酶)分别释放二酰基甘油或磷脂酸。
合适的蛋白酶包括动物、植物或微生物来源的那些。优选微生物来源。包括化学修饰或蛋白质工程改造的突变体。蛋白酶可以是丝氨酸蛋白酶或金属蛋白酶,优选碱性微生物蛋白酶或胰蛋白酶样蛋白酶。优选的市售蛋白酶包括AlcalaseTM、SavinaseTM、PrimaseTM、DuralaseTM、DyrazymTM、EsperaseTM、EverlaseTM、PolarzymeTM和KannaseTM、(Novozymes A/S)、MaxataseTM、MaxacalTM、Maxapem TM、ProperaseTM、PurafectTM、Purafect OxPTM、FN2TM和FN3TM(Genencor International Inc.)。
本发明的方法可以在分类在EC 3.1.1.74的角质酶的存在下进行。根据本发明使用的角质酶可以是任何来源的。优选地,角质酶是微生物来源的,特别是细菌、真菌或酵母来源的。
合适的淀粉酶(α和/或β)包括细菌或真菌来源的那些。包括化学修饰或蛋白质工程改造的突变体。淀粉酶包括例如从芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)获得的α-淀粉酶,例如在GB 1,296,839中更详细地描述的地衣芽孢杆菌的特殊菌株,或在WO 95/026397或WO 00/060060中公开的芽孢杆菌属菌株。可商购的淀粉酶是Duramyl TM、Termamyl TM、Termamyl UltraTM、Natalase TM、Stainzyme TM、Fungamyl TM和BAN TM(Novozymes A/S)、Rapidase TM和Purastar TM(来自Genencor International Inc.)。

合适的过氧化物酶/氧化酶包括植物、细菌或真菌来源的那些。包括化学修饰或蛋白质工程改造的突变体。有用的过氧化物酶的实例包括来自鬼伞属(Coprinus),例如来自灰盖鬼伞(C.cinereus)的过氧化物酶及其变体,如WO 93/24618、WO 95/10602和WO 98/15257中所述的。市售的过氧化物酶包括Guardzyme TM和Novozym TM51004(Novozymes A/S)。
适合使用的其他酶在WO2009/087524、WO2009/090576、WO2009/107091、WO2009/111258和WO2009/148983中讨论。
酶稳定剂
组合物中存在的任何酶可以使用常规稳定剂稳定,所述稳定剂例如多元醇,如丙二醇或甘油,糖或糖醇,乳酸,硼酸或硼酸衍生物,例如芳族硼酸酯,或苯基硼酸衍生物例如4-甲酰基苯基硼酸,并且所述组合物可以按照例如WO 92/19709和WO 92/19708中所述配制。
当烷基足够长以形成支链或环状链时,烷基包括支链、环状和直链烷基链。烷基优选是直链或支链的,最优选是直链的。
除非另有说明,否则本文使用的不定冠词“一”或“一个”及其相应的定冠词“所述”是指至少一个或一个或多个。
实验
实施例1
制备具有以下配方的水性液体洗衣用洗涤剂:

该制剂用于预处理10×10cm的编织棉布片;将1ml制剂置于棉布的中心并以圆周运动摩擦。然后将棉布放置在平坦无孔表面上24小时,并在放置在定轨摇床(150rpm)上的塑料瓶中在20℃的26°French硬水中以100:1的液:布比洗涤1小时。移开棉布,并使用反射计测量棉布的颜色。在使用洗涤剂的布的中心处和纯使用洗涤剂未到达的布的边缘处测量颜色。颜色表示为CIE L*a*b*值,边缘和中心之间的颜色差测量为Δb着色:
Δb着色=b(边缘)-b(着色)
Δb着色值越大,中心和边缘之间的颜色差异越大,着色越明显。
用不同水平的染料和不带电荷的烷氧基化多芳基苯酚重复实验。所用的多芳基苯酚是具有不同乙氧基化水平(16和54EO)的聚乙二醇单(2,4,6-三(1-苯乙基)苯基)醚。
所用的染料是上述结构的吩嗪染料。
结果概括在下表中。
多芳基苯酚减少染料的纯接触着色,如通过Δb着色值的减小所见的。16EO化合物更有效。
实施例2
制备具有以下配方的水性液体洗衣用洗涤剂:

(a)具有7个EO的2,4,6-三丁基苯酚醚硫酸盐,
(b)具有13个EO的2,4,6-三丁基苯酚醚,
(c)2,4,6-三苯乙烯基苯酚醚磷酸酯。
使用的染料:
结果概括在下表中。
多芳基/烷基苯酚减少了染料的纯接触染色,如ΔR(590)着色值的减小可见。这对于所有3种化合物都存在:具有磺酸盐基团或没有磺酸盐基团的的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚,和具有磺酸盐基团的烷氧基化多芳基苯酚。多芳基苯酚具有最佳性能。
Claims (18)
1.一种洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)4-50重量%的带电荷的表面活性剂;
(ii)0.1-20重量%的具有以下结构的烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚:
其中R1选自直链或支链C3-C15烷基和芳基,X选自乙氧基或丙氧基;n为2-70,T选自H、SO3 -、COO-和PO3 2-;和
(iii)染料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中R1选自正丁基和苯乙烯基。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中T选自H和SO3 -。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚是聚乙二醇单(2,4,6-三(1-苯乙基)苯基)醚。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚包含平均2-70个烷氧基。
6.根据权利要求5所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚包含平均10-54个烷氧基。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚以0.5-10重量%的水平存在。
8.根据权利要求7所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚以2-9重量%的水平存在。
9.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述带电荷的表面活性剂是阴离子表面活性剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂选自:直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、肥皂、甲酯磺酸盐和它们的混合物。
11.根据权利要求10所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂选自:直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐和它们的混合物。
12.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述染料是以0.0001-0.1重量%的水平存在的蓝色或紫色遮光染料。
13.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含2-8重量%的烷基乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂。
14.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述染料选自:偶氮、蒽醌、酞菁、带有净阴离子电荷或不带电荷的三苯基甲烷染料和带有净阴离子或阳离子电荷的吖嗪染料。
15.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)4-50重量%的阴离子表面活性剂,其选自以下:直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐和它们的混合物;
(ii)0.5-10重量%的不带电荷的烷氧基化多芳基苯酚,其具有以下结构:
其中n选自10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20、21、22、23、24、25、26、27、28、29、30、31、32、33、34、35、36、37、38、39、40、41、42、43、44、45、46、47、48、49、50、51、52、53和54;和
(iii)0.0001-0.5重量%的蓝色或紫色遮光染料。
16.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述染料选自蓝色或紫色遮光染料。
17.根据权利要求16所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述染料选自:磺化双偶氮染料、烷氧基化单偶氮染料、磺化吩嗪染料、酸性蓝98、酸性紫50、具有CAS-No 72749-80-5的染料、酸性蓝59和具有以下结构的吩嗪染料:
其中:
X3选自:-H;-F;-CH3;-C2H5;-OCH3和-OC2H5;
X4选自:-H;-CH3;-C2H5;-OCH3和-OC2H5;和
Y2选自:-OH;-OCH2CH2OH;-CH(OH)CH2OH;-OC(O)CH3和C(O)OCH3。
18.一种处理织物的家用方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(i)用权利要求1-17中任一项所述的洗衣用液体洗涤剂直接处理织物,和
(ii)使所述液体洗涤剂与所述织物保持接触30分钟至2天,然后在水中洗涤所述织物,任选地漂洗和干燥所述织物。
