在家庭洗衣过程中期望保持和改善织物的白度和亮度。问题是从一件衣服上除去的污垢又沉积到另一件衣服上。该问题由于衣服上和洗涤中存在的人油(皮脂)加剧,其有助于增强洗涤中的污垢的沉积。该过程导致整个洗涤加载物的白度和清洁的整体损失。为了改善这个问题,分散聚合物例如烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺已被广泛地加入到洗涤剂中。已知乙氧基化PEI(PEI=聚乙烯亚胺)是来自CA1210009的抗再沉积聚合物。某些纤维素酶也通过改变棉织物的表面性质已经用于防止再沉积。Novozymes在WO02/099091和WO04/053039中描述了用于家庭洗衣的纤维素酶。
EP1321510(Shipley)描述了一种含有烷氧基化多芳基苯酚的工业清洁组合物,用于从制造半导体和其它电子器件和电路中使用的光致抗蚀剂中剥离有机化学残留物。有机化学残留物是生产过程中剩余的材料,包括光引发剂、热引发剂、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸单体。
发明内容
需要进一步的技术以减少家庭洗衣产品中的再沉积并增强清洁。
我们已经发现,带负电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚在家庭洗衣过程中增强衣服的白度和亮度。
在一个方面,本发明提供了一种洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)带电荷的表面活性剂,带电荷的表面活性剂的水平优选为4-50重量%,更优选为6-30重量%,最优选为8-20重量%;
(ii)带负电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚,其水平优选为0.1-20重量%,更优选0.5-10重量%,最优选2-9重量%;和
(iii)香料,优选0.05-0.5重量%的香料。
在另一方面,本发明提供了一种洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)4-50重量%、优选6-30重量%、更优选8-20重量%的阴离子表面活性剂,其选自:线性烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐和它们的混合物;

在另一方面,本发明提供了一种处理织物的家用方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:

烷氧基化多烷基苯酚
优选地,带负电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚是带负电荷的烷氧基化三烷基苯酚,最优选烷氧基化三(正丁基)苯酚。
优选地,带负电荷的烷氧基化三烷基苯酚是带负电荷的聚乙二醇单(2,4,6-三(正丁基)苯基)醚。
优选地,带负电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚含有平均2-70个烷氧基,最优选6-50个烷氧基。

最优选的阴离子表面活性剂选自:线性烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐及其混合物。优选地,烷基醚硫酸盐是平均具有1至3个EO(乙氧基化物)单元的C12-C14正烷基醚硫酸盐。月桂基醚硫酸钠是特别优选的(SLES)。优选地,线性烷基苯磺酸盐是C11-C15烷基苯磺酸钠。优选地,烷基硫酸盐是线性或支链C12-C18烷基硫酸钠。十二烷基硫酸钠是特别优选的(SDS,也称为伯烷基硫酸盐)。
洗衣组合物中的阴离子表面活性剂的水平优选为4-50重量%,更优选为6-30重量%,最优选为8-20重量%。
优选存在两种或更多种阴离子表面活性剂,例如线性烷基苯磺酸盐与烷基醚硫酸盐。
优选地,除了阴离子表面活性剂之外,洗衣组合物还包含烷基乙氧基化的非离子表面活性剂,优选2-8重量%的烷基烷氧基化,优选乙氧基化的,非离子表面活性剂。
可以使用的合适的非离子洗涤剂化合物特别包括具有脂族疏水基团和反应性氢原子的化合物的反应产物,例如脂族醇、酸或酰胺,特别是单独的环氧乙烷或环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷。具体的非离子洗涤剂化合物是脂族C8-C18伯或仲线性或支链醇与环氧乙烷的缩合产物。
优选地,烷基乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂是平均乙氧基化度为7EO至9EO单元的C8-C18伯醇。

在另一方面,带电荷的表面活性剂可以是阳离子的,使得制剂是织物调理剂。然而,基于阴离子或阴离子/非离子表面活性剂的洗涤剂组合物是更优选的实施方案。
阳离子化合物
当本发明用作织物调理剂时,它需要含有阳离子化合物。
最优选的是季铵化合物。
如果季铵化合物是具有至少一个C12至C22烷基链的季铵化合物,则是有利的。
优选地,季铵化合物具有下式:
其中R1是C12-C22烷基或烯基链;R2、R3和R4独立地选自C1-C4烷基链,且X-是可相容的阴离子。这种类型的优选化合物是季铵化合物十六烷基三甲基季铵溴化物。
用于本发明的第二类材料是上述结构的季铵,其中R1和R2独立地选自C12-C22烷基或烯基链;R3和R4独立地选自C1-C4烷基链,且X-是可相容的阴离子。
组合物任选地包含硅树脂。
助洗剂或络合剂
助洗剂材料可以选自1)钙螯合剂材料,2)沉淀材料,3)钙离子交换材料和4)其混合物。
钙螯合剂助洗剂材料的实例包括碱金属多磷酸盐例如三聚磷酸钠,和有机多价螯合剂例如乙二胺四乙酸。
沉淀助剂材料的实例包括正磷酸钠和碳酸钠。
钙离子交换助洗剂材料的实例包括各种类型的水不溶性结晶或无定形铝硅酸盐,其中沸石是众所周知的代表,例如沸石A、沸石B(也称为沸石P)、沸石C、沸石X、沸石Y以及如EP-A-0384070中所述的沸石P型。
组合物还可以含有0-65%的助洗剂或络合剂,例如乙二胺四乙酸、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸、烷基或烯基琥珀酸、次氮基三乙酸或下面提及的其他助洗剂。由于具有络合金属离子的能力,许多助洗剂也是漂白稳定剂。
沸石和碳酸盐(碳酸盐(包括碳酸氢盐和倍半碳酸盐))是优选的助洗剂,其中碳酸盐是特别优选的。
该组合物可含有作为助洗剂的结晶铝硅酸盐,优选碱金属铝硅酸盐,更优选铝硅酸钠。这通常以小于15%w的水平存在。铝硅酸盐是具有下式的材料:
0.8-1.5M2O;Al2O3;0.8-6SiO2。
其中M是一价阳离子,优选钠。这些材料含有一些结合水,并且需要具有至少50mgCaO/g的钙离子交换能力。优选的铝硅酸钠在上式中含有1.5-3.5个SiO2单元。它们可以通过硅酸钠和铝酸钠之间的反应容易地制备,如文献中充分描述的。表面活性剂与铝硅酸盐(当存在时)的比例优选大于5:2,更优选大于3:1。
可选地,或除了硅铝酸盐助洗剂之外,还可以使用磷酸盐助洗剂。在本领域中,术语“磷酸盐”包括磷酸氢盐、三磷酸盐和膦酸盐物质。其他形式的助洗剂包括硅酸盐,例如可溶性硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐、层状硅酸盐(例如来自Hoechst的SKS-6)。
优选地,洗衣用洗涤剂制剂是非磷酸盐作为助剂的洗衣用洗涤剂制剂,即含有小于1重量%的磷酸盐。优选的粉末洗衣用洗涤剂制剂主要是由碳酸盐作为助剂。粉末应优选以pH 9.5-11使用。
最优选地,洗衣用洗涤剂是水性液体洗衣用洗涤剂,优选具有7-9的pH。
在水性液体洗衣用洗涤剂中,优选单丙二醇以1-30重量%,最优选2-18重量%的水平存在,以提供具有适当的可倾倒粘度的制剂。
荧光剂
组合物优选包含荧光剂(荧光增白剂)。荧光剂是众所周知的,许多这样的荧光剂可商购获得。通常,这些荧光剂以其碱金属盐例如钠盐的形式提供和使用。
优选的荧光剂的类型是:二苯乙烯基联苯化合物例如Tinopal(商标)CBS-X,二胺芪二磺酸化合物例如Tinopal DMS pure Xtra和Blankophor(商标)HRH,以及吡唑啉化合物例如Blankophor SN。

香料
组合物包含香料。香料优选在0.001-3wt%,更优选0.05-0.5wt%,最优选0.1-1wt%的范围内。许多合适的香料实例提供在由CFTA Publications出版的CTFA(Cosmetic,Toiletry and Fragrance Association)1992International Buyers Guide和由SchnellPublishing Co.出版的OPD 1993Chemicals Buyers Directory 80th Annual Edition中。

香料的有用组分包括天然和合成来源的材料。它们包括单一化合物和混合物。这些组分的具体实例可以在现有文献中找到,例如Fenaroli's Handbook of FlavorIngredients,1975,CRC Press;Synthetic Food Adjuncts,1947,M.B.Jacobs,编辑VanNostrand;或Perfume and Flavor Chemicals,S.Arctander 1969,Montclair,N.J.(USA)。

在香料混合物中,优选15-25重量%的头香香料。头香香料由Poucher(Journal ofthe Society of Cosmetic Chemists 6(2):80[1955])定义。优选的头香香料选自柑橘油、芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯、薰衣草、二氢月桂烯醇、玫瑰醚和顺式-3-己醇。

头香香料可用于提示本发明的白度和亮度益处。
一些或所有香料可以被包封,包封有利的典型的香料组分包括具有相对低沸点的那些,优选沸点小于300℃、优选100-250℃的那些。包封具有低CLog P(即具有被分配到水中的更大倾向的那些)的香料组分,优选具有小于3.0的CLog P的香料组分也是有利的。这些具有相对低沸点和相对低CLogP的材料被称为“延迟释香”香料成分,并且包括一种或多种以下材料:

本发明可以应用的另一组香料是所谓的“芳香疗法”材料。这些包括也用于香料中的许多组分,包括精油组分,例如鼠尾草、桉树、天竺葵、薰衣草、肉豆蔻提取物、橙花油、肉豆蔻、绿薄荷、甜紫叶和缬草。
优选的是,衣物处理组合物不含有过氧漂白剂,例如过碳酸钠、过硼酸钠和过酸。
聚合物
组合物可以包含一种或多种另外的聚合物。实例是羧甲基纤维素,聚(乙二醇),聚(乙烯醇),聚羧酸酯如聚丙烯酸酯,马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物和甲基丙烯酸月桂酯/丙烯酸共聚物。
可存在用于防止染料沉积的聚合物,例如聚(乙烯基吡咯烷酮)、聚(乙烯基吡啶-N-氧化物)和聚(乙烯基咪唑)。
酶
当实施本发明的方法时一种或多种酶优选存在于本发明的洗衣组合物中。
优选地,本发明的洗衣组合物中每种酶的水平为0.0001重量%至0.1重量%的蛋白质。
酶优选选自蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶,更优选蛋白酶。
特别考虑的酶包括蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶、过氧化物酶/氧化酶、果胶酸裂合酶和甘露聚糖酶或其混合物。

本发明的方法可以在归类为EC 3.1.1.4和/或EC 3.1.1.32的磷脂酶的存在下进行。如本文所用,术语磷脂酶是对磷脂具有活性的酶。

酶稳定剂
组合物中存在的任何酶可以使用常规稳定剂稳定,例如多元醇,如丙二醇或甘油,糖或糖醇,乳酸,硼酸或硼酸衍生物,例如芳族硼酸酯,或苯基硼酸衍生物例如4-甲酰基苯基硼酸,并且所述组合物可以按照例如WO 92/19709和WO 92/19708中所述配制。

实验
实施例1
由以下配方制备水性液体洗衣用洗涤剂:

该制剂用于在设定为200rpm的Tergotometer中洗涤8个5×5cm的针织棉布片。在800ml的6℃的法国硬水中在20℃下用2.3g/L的制剂进行1小时的洗涤。为了模拟微粒污垢,将0.04g/L的100%压缩炭黑(来自Sigma-Aldrich)加入洗涤液体中。为了模拟油状污垢,将6.3g SBL2004污垢条(soil strip)(来自Warwick Equest)加入洗涤液体中。
一旦完成洗涤,就将棉布测试片移去干燥,并在反射计上测量反射率。由740nm下的反射率值R740(排除UV)评估灰度。
测试含有8.7重量%Sokalan HP20(BASF)即乙氧基化聚乙烯亚胺聚合物PEI(600)20EO的制剂,其作为抗再沉积益处的对比聚合物。
测试含有8.7重量%带负电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚的制剂(Hostapal BV CONC,来自Clariant,其为具有7EO的2,4,6-三丁基苯酚醚硫酸盐)。
结果总结在下表中。还从8个测试片的测量的标准偏差计算95%置信限。R740值是来自8个测试片的测量的平均值。
三丁基苯酚醚硫酸钠盐增加了测试片的R740。高R740值相当于更干净、更白的织物。烷氧基化多烷基苯酚提供了比乙氧基化聚乙烯亚胺Sokalan HP20显著更好的益处,后者在当前条件下没有提供明显的益处。
Claims (20)
1.一种洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)4-50重量%的带电荷的表面活性剂;
(ii)0.1-20重量%的除了(i)的带电荷的表面活性剂以外的带负电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚,其中烷氧基化多烷基苯酚中的烷基选自C3-C15的线性烷基;和
(iii)0.001-3重量%的香料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述带负电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚是带负电荷的烷氧基化三(正丁基)苯酚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述带负电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚是带负电荷的乙氧基化多烷基苯酚,且带负电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚具有连接到苯酚上2、4、6位置的3个烷基。
4.根据权利要求2所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中带负电荷的烷氧基化三烷基苯酚是带负电荷的聚乙二醇单(2,4,6-三(正丁基)苯基)醚。

14.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中香料以0.001-3重量%存在并且包含一种或多种香料化合物:α-异甲基紫罗兰酮,水杨酸苄酯;香茅醇;香豆素;己基肉桂醛;芳樟醇;2-甲基-戊酸乙酯;辛醛;乙酸苄酯;1,6-辛二烯-3-醇,3,7-二甲基-3-乙酸酯;环己醇,2-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-,1-乙酸酯;δ-突厥酮(delta-damascone);β-紫罗兰酮;乙酸三环癸烯酯;十二烷醛;己基肉桂醛;环十五内酯;苯乙酸2-苯乙基酯;水杨酸戊酯;β-石竹烯;十一碳烯酸乙酯;邻氨基苯甲酸香叶酯;α-鸢尾酮;苯甲酸β-苯乙酯;α-檀香醇;雪松醇;醋酸柏木酯;甲酸柏木酯;水杨酸环己酯;γ-十二内酯;和苯乙酸β-苯乙酯。
15.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)4-50重量%的阴离子表面活性剂,其选自:线性烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐和烷基醚硫酸盐;
(ii)0.5-10重量%的具有以下结构的带负电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚:
其中R选自SO4 2-、COO-和PO3 -;
其中n选自:6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20、21、22、23、24、25、26、27、28、29、30、31、32、33、34、35、36、37、38、39、40、41、42、43、44、45、46、47、48、49和50;和
(iii)0.001-3重量%的香料。
16.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含0.0001重量%至0.1重量%的酶,所述酶选自:蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶及其混合物。
17.根据权利要求16所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述酶包含蛋白酶。
18.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述洗衣用洗涤剂组合物是洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物。
19.一种处理织物的家用方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(i)用权利要求1-18中任一项所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物的水溶液处理所述织物,所述水溶液包含10ppm至5000ppm的带负电荷的烷氧基化多烷基苯酚和最高6g/L的表面活性剂;和
(ii)任选地漂洗和干燥所述织物。
20.根据权利要求19所述的处理织物的家用方法,其中所述水溶液包含0.2-4g/L的表面活性剂。
