本发明公开了一种减肥营养风味食品及其制作方法,主要由下列重量百分比组分组成:魔芋粉50~90%,膳食纤维2~30%,亚麻籽油1~10%,膨化竹笋干粉1~10%,左旋肉碱0.1~1%,β~胡萝卜素0.05~0.2%,碳酸钙0.1~2%,磷酸氢钙0.1~2%,食盐0.001~0.01%。本发明具有如下技术效果,魔芋粉吸水膨胀,可以抑制食欲,产生饱腹感,使进食量下降;不会对该减肥食品产生厌食,可以降血脂。本发明的采用科学减肥,人们在减肥的过程中,既达到减肥的效果,又不影响身体。

本发明涉及一种减肥食品。
背景技术
随着我国经济的快速发展,人民生活水平也日益提高,肥胖人群大量涌现。严重的肥胖对机体产生不良影响,一是引起高血压;二是引起冠心病和各种心脑血管疾病;三是引起糖尿病和高脂血症;四是引起脂肪肝;特别是女性对自己的身材特别在意,减肥的女性也特别多,为了减肥,一日3餐都只吃蔬菜,也有通过吃减肥药来减肥的,盲目减肥的后果除可导致贫血、甲状腺机能亢进等营养性疾病外,还会引起内分泌功能失调,如月经不调、闭经等,使身体机能发生紊乱,甚至导致神经性厌食症。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种减肥营养风味食品及其制作方法。
本发明的技术方案是,一种减肥营养风味食品,主要由下列重量百分比组分组成:
魔芋粉50~90%,膳食纤维2~30%,亚麻籽油1~10%,膨化竹笋干粉1~10%,左旋肉碱0.1~1%,β~胡萝卜素0.05~0.2%,碳酸钙0.1~2%,磷酸氢钙0.1~2%,食盐0.001~0.01%。
在每千千克上述组分中加入辣椒0.5~2Kg或花椒0.1~1Kg或大蒜0.1~2Kg或肉味香粉0.5~2Kg。
在每千千克上述组分中加入维生素D31~6.6mg,VE2~20g,VB10.5~2g,VB20.5~4g,VB60.5~3g,VB120.5~7g,包膜VC5~100g,VK5~30g,生物素5~60g,叶酸30~300g,烟酰氨2~12g,泛酸1~10g,肌醇5~30g,重酒石碱胆碱5~30g,氨基酸鳌合亚铁5~30g,碳酸镁50~500g,氨基酸鳌合锌10~40g,氨基酸鳌合铜0.5~3g,氨基酸鳌合硫酸锰0.5~10g。
在每千千克上述组分中加入三氯化铬3~60mg,钼酸钠10~100mg,亚硒酸钠10~100mg。
一种减肥营养风味食品的制作方法:按权利要求1至4任一所述的组分配比配制好,用双轴搅拌机搅拌,然后用V型混合机二次搅拌后包装。
本发明具有如下技术效果:1、本发明主要成份为魔芋粉,魔芋粉是一种可溶性的膳食纤维,吸水膨胀,可以抑制食欲,产生饱腹感,使进食量下降;魔芋粉可以延缓、阻止胆固醇、单糖等营养物质的吸收,从而使脂及酸在体内的合成减少;魔芋粉有润肠,通便的功能,可以增加排便量,因此具有肠道清洗的作用;2、增加了辣椒、大蒜、花椒、肉味香粉的风味剂,不会对该减肥食品产生厌食;3、添加了亚麻籽油可以降血脂;4、采用包膜C可用于耐高温时不分解。5、采用氨基酸整合铁、氨基酸整合锌、氨基酸整合铜、氨基酸整合锰,吸收效果好,营养性高,用量少等特点。6、将竹笋干膨化后软性粗纤维,不伤害消化道,同时也可防止由减肥引起的便秘。本发明的采用科学减肥,人们在减肥的过程中,既达到减肥的效果,又不影响身体。

一种减肥营养风味食品的制作方法:按上述组分配比配制好,用双轴搅拌机搅拌,然后用V型混合机二次搅拌后包装。

1.一种减肥营养风味食品,主要由下列重量百分比组分组成:
魔芋粉50~90%,膳食纤维2~30%,亚麻籽油1~10%,膨化竹笋干粉1~10%,左旋肉碱0.1~1%,β~胡萝卜素0.05~0.2%,碳酸钙0.1~2%,磷酸氢钙0.1~2%,食盐0.001~0.01%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减肥营养风味食品,其特征在于:在每千千克上述组分中加入辣椒0.5~2Kg或花椒0.1~1Kg或大蒜0.1~2Kg或肉味香粉0.5~2Kg。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种减肥营养风味食品,其特征在于:在每千千克上述组分中加入维生素D3 1~6.6mg,VE2~20g,VB10.5~2g,VB20.5~4g,VB60.5~3g,VB120.5~7g,包膜VC5~100g,VK5~30g,生物素5~60g,叶酸30~300g,烟酰氨2~12g,泛酸1~10g,肌醇5~30g,重酒石碱胆碱5~30g,氨基酸鳌合亚铁5~30g,碳酸镁50~500g,氨基酸鳌合锌10~40g,氨基酸鳌合铜0.5~3g,氨基酸鳌合硫酸锰0.5~10g。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种减肥营养风味食品,其特征在于:在每千千克上述组分中加入三氯化铬3~60mg,钼酸钠10~100mg,亚硒酸钠10~100mg。
5.一种减肥营养风味食品的制作方法:按权利要求1至4任一所述的组分配比配制好,用双轴搅拌机搅拌,然后用V型混合机二次搅拌后包装。
