Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有增肌功能的复合型营养健肌粉及其制备方法,该健肌粉由蛋白质粉、肌酸、三七、党参、葛根粉、刺五加、西洋参、薄荷油、微晶纤维素、洛神花提取物、杭白菊提取物、薏仁粉、罗汉果提取物、绿茶粉、荷叶粉、海盐、果汁粉、藕粉、改性淀粉、桃花粉、燕麦粉、荞麦粉、藜麦粉、魔芋粉、甜菊糖浸提液、玛咖粉和微量元素补充剂组成,各原料按照各自的重量份混合在一起并充分搅拌,经过干燥和灭菌步骤即制得成品。本发明将蛋白质粉与维生素B族、维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、锌和铁配比,服用时可以极大的降低增肌过程中各种不适症状的发生概率,且对肌肉生长有更有效的促进作用,能够有效遏制健身过后应激反应产生的不适感。

本发明还公开了一种具有增肌功能的复合型营养健肌粉的制备方法,该制备方法为:首先将蛋白质粉、肌酸、三七、党参、葛根粉、刺五加、西洋参、薄荷油、微晶纤维素、洛神花提取物、杭白菊提取物、薏仁粉、罗汉果提取物、绿茶粉、荷叶粉、海盐、果汁粉、藕粉、改性淀粉、桃花粉、燕麦粉、荞麦粉、藜麦粉、魔芋粉、甜菊糖浸提液、玛咖粉和微量元素补充剂按照各自的重量份混合在一起,并且将各原料充分搅拌均匀,然后经过干燥和灭菌步骤即制得成品,最后通过机器灌装即可。

本发明还公开了一种具有增肌功能的复合型营养健肌粉的制备方法,该制备方法为:首先将蛋白质粉、肌酸、三七、党参、葛根粉、刺五加、西洋参、薄荷油、微晶纤维素、洛神花提取物、杭白菊提取物、薏仁粉、罗汉果提取物、绿茶粉、荷叶粉、海盐、果汁粉、藕粉、改性淀粉、桃花粉、燕麦粉、荞麦粉、藜麦粉、魔芋粉、甜菊糖浸提液、玛咖粉和微量元素补充剂按照各自的重量份混合在一起,并且将各原料充分搅拌均匀,然后经过干燥和灭菌步骤即制得成品,最后通过机器灌装即可。
实施例2:本发明具有增肌功能的复合型营养健肌粉由下述重量份的原料组成:蛋白质粉900份、肌酸4份、三七7份、党参8份、葛根粉3份、刺五加5份、西洋参4份、薄荷油3份、微晶纤维素2份、洛神花提取物6份、杭白菊提取物3份、薏仁粉4份、罗汉果提取物3份、绿茶粉5份、荷叶粉4份、海盐2份、果汁粉7份、藕粉2份、改性淀粉3份、桃花粉5份、燕麦粉6份、荞麦粉4份、藜麦粉2份、魔芋粉5份、甜菊糖浸提液10份、玛咖粉22份和微量元素补充剂48份,蛋白质粉是大豆分离蛋白粉。
微量元素补充剂由烟酰胺2.5份、硫酸镁1.7份、葡萄糖酸锌2.4份、共轭亚油酸甘油酯3.6份、膳食纤维3份、复合益生元2.5份、DHA 3.5份、维生素E 2.2份、维生素C 2.8份、牛磺酸2.1份、左旋肉碱2.5份、维生素A 4.5份、维生素D3 1.5份、维生素B1 2.6份、维生素B64.6份、维生素B12 1.5份、碳酸钙2.2份和葡萄糖酸亚铁2.3份组成。
实施例3:一种具有增肌功能的复合型营养健肌粉,该复合型营养健肌粉由下述重量份的原料组成:蛋白质粉1200份、肌酸7份、三七12份、党参18份、葛根粉4份、刺五加5份、西洋参7份、薄荷油6份、微晶纤维素4份、洛神花提取物8份、杭白菊提取物3份、薏仁粉5份、罗汉果提取物5份、绿茶粉7份、荷叶粉6份、海盐3份、果汁粉9份、藕粉3份、改性淀粉4份、桃花粉7份、燕麦粉8份、荞麦粉6份、藜麦粉4份、魔芋粉7份、甜菊糖浸提液12份、玛咖粉26份和微量元素补充剂65份,蛋白质粉是燕麦分离蛋白粉。
微量元素补充剂由烟酰胺4份、硫酸镁2份、葡萄糖酸锌3份、共轭亚油酸甘油酯4份、膳食纤维5份、复合益生元3份、DHA 4份、维生素E 4份、维生素C 3份、牛磺酸4份、左旋肉碱3份、维生素A 5份、维生素D3 2份、维生素B1 3份、维生素B6 7份、维生素B12 2份、碳酸钙3份和葡萄糖酸亚铁4份组成。

1.一种具有增肌功能的复合型营养健肌粉,其特征在于:所述复合型营养健肌粉由下述重量份的原料组成:蛋白质粉800~1200份、肌酸2~7份、三七5~12份、党参4~18份、葛根粉1~4份、刺五加3~5份、西洋参1~7份、薄荷油2~6份、微晶纤维素1~4份、洛神花提取物4~8份、杭白菊提取物1~3份、薏仁粉2~5份、罗汉果提取物1~5份、绿茶粉3~7份、荷叶粉2~6份、海盐1~3份、果汁粉2~9份、藕粉1~3份、改性淀粉1~4份、桃花粉3~7份、燕麦粉1~8份、荞麦粉2~6份、藜麦粉1~4份、魔芋粉3~7份、甜菊糖浸提液5~12份、玛咖粉15~26份和微量元素补充剂32~65份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有增肌功能的复合型营养健肌粉,其特征在于:所述微量元素补充剂由下述重量份的原料组成:烟酰胺1~4份、硫酸镁1~2份、葡萄糖酸锌1~3份、共轭亚油酸甘油酯2~4份、膳食纤维1~5份、复合益生元1~3份、DHA 2~4份、维生素E1~4份、维生素C 1~3份、牛磺酸1~4份、左旋肉碱1~3份、维生素A 3~5份、维生素D31~2份、维生素B11~3份、维生素B62~7份、维生素B121~2份、碳酸钙1~3份和葡萄糖酸亚铁1~4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有增肌功能的复合型营养健肌粉,其特征在于:所述复合型营养健肌粉由下述重量份的原料组成:蛋白质粉850~1100份、肌酸3~6份、三七6~10份、党参7~12份、葛根粉2~3份、刺五加4~5份、西洋参3~5份、薄荷油3~4份、微晶纤维素2~3份、洛神花提取物5~7份、杭白菊提取物2~3份、薏仁粉3~4份、罗汉果提取物2~4份、绿茶粉4~6份、荷叶粉3~5份、海盐2~3份、果汁粉3~8份、藕粉2~3份、改性淀粉2~4份、桃花粉4~6份、燕麦粉2~7份、荞麦粉3~5份、藜麦粉2~3份、魔芋粉4~6份、甜菊糖浸提液6~11份、玛咖粉18~24份和微量元素补充剂39~57份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有增肌功能的复合型营养健肌粉,其特征在于:所述微量元素补充剂由下述重量份的原料组成:烟酰胺2~3份、硫酸镁1.5~1.8份、葡萄糖酸锌2~3份、共轭亚油酸甘油酯3~4份、膳食纤维2~4份、复合益生元2~2.8份、DHA 3~4份、维生素E 2~3份、维生素C 2~3份、牛磺酸2~2.5份、左旋肉碱2~3份、维生素A 4~5份、维生素D31.2~1.8份、维生素B12~3份、维生素B63~6份、维生素B121.3~1.7份、碳酸钙2~2.4份和葡萄糖酸亚铁2~3份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有增肌功能的复合型营养健肌粉,其特征在于:所述复合型营养健肌粉由下述重量份的原料组成:蛋白质粉900份、肌酸4份、三七7份、党参8份、葛根粉3份、刺五加5份、西洋参4份、薄荷油3份、微晶纤维素2份、洛神花提取物6份、杭白菊提取物3份、薏仁粉4份、罗汉果提取物3份、绿茶粉5份、荷叶粉4份、海盐2份、果汁粉7份、藕粉2份、改性淀粉3份、桃花粉5份、燕麦粉6份、荞麦粉4份、藜麦粉2份、魔芋粉5份、甜菊糖浸提液10份、玛咖粉22份和微量元素补充剂48份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有增肌功能的复合型营养健肌粉,其特征在于:所述微量元素补充剂由下述重量份的原料组成:烟酰胺2.5份、硫酸镁1.7份、葡萄糖酸锌2.4份、共轭亚油酸甘油酯3.6份、膳食纤维3份、复合益生元2.5份、DHA 3.5份、维生素E 2.2份、维生素C 2.8份、牛磺酸2.1份、左旋肉碱2.5份、维生素A 4.5份、维生素D31.5份、维生素B12.6份、维生素B64.6份、维生素B121.5份、碳酸钙2.2份和葡萄糖酸亚铁2.3份。
7.根据权利要求1、3或5所述的一种具有增肌功能的复合型营养健肌粉,其特征在于:所述蛋白质粉是燕麦分离蛋白粉、浓缩乳清蛋白粉、大豆分离蛋白粉和豌豆分离蛋白粉中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1、3或5所述的一种具有增肌功能的复合型营养健肌粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述复合型营养健肌粉的制备方法为:首先将蛋白质粉、肌酸、三七、党参、葛根粉、刺五加、西洋参、薄荷油、微晶纤维素、洛神花提取物、杭白菊提取物、薏仁粉、罗汉果提取物、绿茶粉、荷叶粉、海盐、果汁粉、藕粉、改性淀粉、桃花粉、燕麦粉、荞麦粉、藜麦粉、魔芋粉、甜菊糖浸提液、玛咖粉和微量元素补充剂按照各自的重量份混合在一起,并且将各原料充分搅拌均匀,然后经过干燥和灭菌步骤即制得成品,最后通过机器灌装即可。
