背景技术
随着现代人生活节奏的加快,以及人们生活、工作压力的增大,使得越来越多的年轻人没有时间去吃早餐,或者随意的应付,并进而导致饮食不规律,长此以往严重影响了人们的身体健康。据调查,各种因不良饮食习惯引起的病症人群不断增多,易造成营养不良、抵抗力低下等健康问题,对人们的身体健康带来很大的威胁。
代餐即是在此基础上发展而来的早餐替代品,所谓代餐(又名替餐、代餐食品),顾名思义就是取代部分或全部正餐的食物,常见的代餐形式有代餐粉、代餐棒、代餐奶昔以及代餐粥等。代餐除了能够快速、便捷的为人体提供大量的各种营养物质外,还具有高纤维、低热量、易饱腹等特点,如利用魔芋为原料生产的鲜花派、五谷杂粮辗磨的杂粮粉,力求在便捷、饱腹的同时提供更为丰富的营养。
代餐粉是一种由谷类、豆类、薯类等食材为主,以其它属类植物的根、茎、果实等可食用部分为辅,制成的一种单一或综合性冲调粉剂代餐产品常通过添加低热量、易溶胀的辅料,为食用者带来饱腹感,从而减少高热量食物的摄入,进而达到控制体重的目的。但目前现有代餐粉更多的考虑其便捷性和饱腹感,对于营养的均衡及营养搭配,还没有充分的认识,严重影响了代餐粉的推广。
发明内容
为此,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种营养代餐食物,并进一步公开其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种营养代餐组合物,包括如下重量份数的组分:玉米粒20-30份、核桃仁5-10份、花生仁10-20份、燕麦片10-20份、青麦芽10-20份、葡萄干10-20份。

本发明还公开了所述的营养代餐组合物用于制备营养代餐包的用途。
本发明还公开了一种营养代餐包,所述营养代餐包由所述的营养代餐组合物按照常规工艺制备。
所述的营养代餐包,还包括调和剂。
所述调和剂为水和/或牛奶。
所述代餐包加入所述调和剂,调和成糊状食用。
本发明所述的营养代餐组合物,以玉米粒、核桃仁、花生仁、燕麦片、青麦芽、葡萄干为应用原料,各营养原料均具有药食同源的性质,利用各原料组分之间的营养搭配,实现营养成分的均衡搭配,在提供饱腹感的同时,更注重营养的均衡搭配,可作为早餐的食物替代物。本发明所述营养代餐组合物中:
玉米粒中含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,尤其是亚油酸的含量高达60%以上,它和玉米胚芽中的维生素E协同作用,可降低血液胆固醇浓度并防止其沉积于血管壁。因此,玉米对冠心病、动脉粥样硬化、高脂血症及高血压等都有一定的预防和治疗作用。维生素E还可促进人体细胞分裂,延缓衰老。玉米中还含有一种长寿因子----谷胱甘肽,它在硒的参与下,生成谷光甘肽氧化酶,具有恢复青春,延缓衰老的功能。玉米中含的硒和镁有防癌抗癌作用,硒能加速体内过氧化物的分解,使恶性肿瘤得不到分子氧的供应而受到抑制。镁一方面也能抑制癌细胞;
核桃仁,性味甘、温,归肾、肺、大肠经,具有补肾、温肺、润肠的功效,用于腰膝酸软,阳痿遗精,虚寒喘嗽,大便秘结;
花生仁,含有大量的蛋白质、脂肪和热量,含有镁、烟酸和钾、锌、铜、维生素B6等营养元素,并能提供满足人体需要的热量;
燕麦片,属低热食品,是由燕麦粒轧制而成,食后易引起饱感,长期食用具有减肥功效;此外,燕麦中含有丰富的维生素B1、B2、E、叶酸等,可以改善血液循环、缓解生活工作带来的压力;
麦芽,味甘、性平,归脾、胃经,具有行气消食、健脾开胃、退乳消胀之功效;麦芽的营养价值高,含有淀粉酶、转化糖酶、蛋白质、蛋白分解酶、维生素B、卵磷脂、麦芽糖、葡萄糖等成分;
葡萄干,含铁和钙的量十分丰富,是儿童、妇女及体弱贫血者的滋补佳品,可补血气、暖肾,帮助改善贫血,血小板减少;葡萄干内含大量葡萄糖,对心肌有营养作用,有助于冠心病患者的康复;
本发明所述营养代餐组合物,所选择的食材均为五谷杂粮、果蔬等,食物无异味,口感较好,能够让多数人接受,且营养丰富,能够补充人体所需多种营养物质。所述营养代餐组合物制成营养代餐包食用,加入牛奶作为调节剂食用,不仅让人感觉有饱腹感,容易让减肥人群接受,更具有丰富的营养,适用于大多数人群的营养需求,而且食用及携带方便。

1.一种营养代餐组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的组分:玉米粒20-30份、核桃仁5-10份、花生仁10-20份、燕麦片10-20份、青麦芽10-20份、葡萄干10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养代餐组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:玉米粒25份、核桃仁7份、花生仁15份、燕麦片15份、青麦芽15份、葡萄干15份。
3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述的营养代餐组合物的方法,其特征在于,包括将选定量的组分进行混合的步骤。
4.根据权利要求3所述的营养代餐组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,在将各组分混合之前,还包括将玉米粒、核桃仁、花生仁、燕麦片、青麦芽和/或葡萄干进行粉碎的步骤。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的营养代餐食物的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括将所述玉米粒、核桃仁、花生仁、燕麦片、青麦芽和/或葡萄干进行低温烘焙处理的步骤。
6.权利要求1或2所述的营养代餐组合物用于制备营养代餐包的用途。
7.一种营养代餐包,其特征在于,所述营养代餐包由权利要求1或2所述的营养代餐组合物按照常规工艺制备。
8.根据权利要求7所述的营养代餐包,其特征在于,还包括调和剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的营养代餐包,其特征在于,所述调和剂为水和/或牛奶。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的代餐包,其特征在于,所述代餐包加入所述调和剂,调和成糊状食用。
