背景技术
一直以来,寻求确定在空调系统、冷却系统等各种机器内进行循环等的流体(空调系统、冷却系统时为制冷剂等)的泄漏点的手段。
作为确定泄漏点的手段,提出了将肥皂水喷涂至管道、接头(継手)而利用气泡的有无来识别的方法。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
但是,包含荧光剂的润滑油组合物有时热稳定性、化学稳定性不充分。
例如,在空调系统、冷却系统中以往使用的制冷剂对全球变暖带来影响,因此作为全球变暖潜能值(GWP)低的新型制冷剂,研究了在分子中具有不饱和键的制冷剂(R1234yf制冷剂等)、全球变暖潜能值低且可使系统容量小型化的制冷剂(R32等)。在研究这样的全球变暖潜能值低的用于制冷剂的润滑油组合物的基础上,本发明人确认了加入荧光剂的润滑油组合物的热稳定性、化学稳定性不充分。
然而,在专利文献1~7的包含荧光剂的润滑油组合物中,关于热稳定性和化学稳定性没有进行任何研究。
专利文献8~10的包含荧光剂的润滑油组合物的课题在于热稳定性和化学稳定性,但并不能赋予充分的热稳定性和化学稳定性。
本发明是鉴于以上问题点而成的发明,课题在于提供能进行基于荧光剂的润滑油组合物等的泄漏点的检测,同时在长时期内热稳定性和化学稳定性优异的润滑油组合物。
解决课题的手段
本发明提供以下(1)~(3)。
(1)润滑油组合物,其含有基础油(A)、和在分子内不具有氮、氧和硫且具有3环以上的稠环的荧光性的稠环式化合物(B)而成,包含以润滑油组合物总量为基准计为0.001~1.0质量%的前述稠环式化合物(B)。
(2)包含前述(1)所述的润滑油组合物、和制冷剂的冷冻机用组合物。
(3)泄漏点的检测方法,其中,在包含润滑油组合物的机器中,使用前述(1)所述的润滑油组合物,根据前述稠环式化合物(B)是否发光,判断润滑油组合物是否泄漏。
发明的效果
根据本发明,可提供能进行基于荧光剂的润滑油组合物等的泄漏点的检测,同时在长时期内热稳定性和化学稳定性优异的润滑油组合物和冷冻机用组合物。此外,根据本发明,可提供容易检测出润滑油组合物等的泄漏点的方法。
具体实施方式
以下说明本发明的实施方式。
<润滑油组合物>
本实施方式的润滑油组合物含有基础油(A)、和在分子内不具有氮、氧和硫且具有3环以上的稠环的荧光性的稠环式化合物(B)而成,包含以润滑油组合物总量为基准计为0.001~1.0质量%的前述稠环式化合物(B)。
[基础油(A)]
作为基础油,没有特别限制,可使用矿物油和各种合成油。作为合成油,可适合使用聚亚烷基二醇、聚乙烯基醚、多元醇酯、烷基苯和聚α-烯烃。
本实施方式中,基础油优选为选自矿物油、聚亚烷基二醇、聚乙烯基醚、多元醇酯、烷基苯和聚α-烯烃中的1种以上,更优选为选自聚亚烷基二醇、聚乙烯基醚和多元醇酯中的1种以上。特别地,从化学稳定性和热稳定性的观点出发,适合为聚乙烯基醚。
作为矿物油,可举出利用溶剂精制、加氢精制等通常的精制法得到的石蜡基系矿物油、中间基系矿物油和环烷基系矿物油等;利用费托合成等制造的蜡(气-液蜡)、通过使矿物油系蜡等蜡进行异构化而制造的蜡异构化系油等。矿物油优选在美国石油协会的基础油分类中被分类为3类。
作为聚亚烷基二醇,可举出例如下述通式(1)所示的化合物。

式(1)中,R1表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的烷基、碳原子数为2~10的酰基、具有2~6个键合部的碳原子数为1~10的脂肪族烃基,R2表示碳原子数为2~4的亚烷基,R3表示氢原子、碳原子数为1~10的烷基、碳原子数为2~10的酰基,n1表示1至6的整数,m1表示使m1×n1的平均值达到6~80的数。
作为聚亚烷基二醇的具体例,可举出聚丙二醇聚乙二醇二甲基醚、聚丙二醇二甲基醚。
作为聚乙烯基醚,可举出1种乙烯基醚单体的均聚物、2种以上乙烯基醚单体的共聚物、乙烯基醚单体与具有烯属双键的烃单体的共聚物等。
作为乙烯基醚单体,可举出例如乙烯基甲基醚、乙烯基乙基醚、乙烯基-正丙基醚和乙烯基-异丙基醚等。
作为具有烯属双键的烃单体,可举出乙烯、丙烯、各种丁烯、各种戊烯、各种己烯、各种庚烯、各种辛烯、二异丁烯、三异丁烯、苯乙烯、α-甲基苯乙烯、各种烷基取代苯乙烯等。
作为聚乙烯基醚的具体例,可举出聚乙基聚丁基乙烯基醚、聚乙基乙烯基醚和聚甲基乙烯基醚。
作为多元醇酯,优选使用二醇或者具有3~20个羟基的多元醇、与碳原子数为1~24的脂肪酸的酯。
作为多元醇酯的原料的二醇和多元醇中,从水解稳定性的观点出发,优选多元醇,更优选新戊二醇、三羟甲基乙烷、三羟甲基丙烷、三羟甲基丁烷和季戊四醇。进而,润滑油组合物含有制冷剂时,从与制冷剂的相容性的观点出发,优选季戊四醇。
作为多元醇酯的原料的脂肪酸,从润滑性的观点出发,优选碳原子数为3以上,更优选碳原子数为4以上,进一步优选碳原子数为5以上,更进一步优选碳原子数为10以上。此外,润滑油组合物含有制冷剂时,从与制冷剂的相容性的观点出发,优选碳原子数为18以下,更优选碳原子数为12以下,进一步优选碳原子数为9以下。
脂肪酸可以为直链状脂肪酸、支链状脂肪酸中任一者,从润滑性的观点出发,优选直链状脂肪酸,从水解稳定性的观点出发,优选支链状脂肪酸。此外,脂肪酸可以为饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸中任一者。
作为脂肪酸,可举出例如异丁酸、戊酸、己酸、庚酸、辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、十一烷酸、十二烷酸、十三烷酸、十四烷酸、十五烷酸、十六烷酸、十七烷酸、十八烷酸、十九烷酸、二十烷酸、油酸等直链或支链脂肪酸、或者α碳原子为季碳的所谓新酸等。
作为多元醇酯的具体例,可举出新戊二醇与2-甲基戊酸的二酯、三羟甲基丙烷与3,5,5-三甲基己酸的三酯、季戊四醇与2-乙基丁酸的四酯、季戊四醇与正戊酸和2-乙基己酸的四酯、季戊四醇与2-甲基己酸和3,5,5-三甲基己酸的四酯、季戊四醇与2-乙基己酸的四酯、季戊四醇与3,5,5-三甲基己酸的四酯、二季戊四醇与2-甲基丁酸的六酯、二季戊四醇与2-甲基戊酸的六酯以及二季戊四醇与2-乙基己酸的六酯。
作为烷基苯,优选烷基的总碳原子数为20以上的烷基苯。此外,烷基苯的烷基数可以为1,但从热稳定性的观点出发,优选具有2个以上烷基。应予说明,具有2个以上烷基时,前述烷基的总碳原子数酯指全部烷基的碳原子数的总计。
作为聚-α-烯烃,能使用各种聚-α-烯烃,优选使用碳原子数为8~18的α-烯烃的聚合物。此外,碳原子数为8~18的α-烯烃的聚合物中,从热稳定性和润滑性的观点出发,适合为1-十二碳烯、1-癸烯或者1-辛烯的聚合物。
应予说明,作为聚-α-烯烃,从热稳定性的观点出发,优选聚-α-烯烃的氢化处理物。
上述各种合成油的以聚苯乙烯换算的重均分子量(Mw)优选低于5000,更优选为200~3000,进一步优选为250~2000。
基础油的100℃运动粘度优选为0.1mm 2/s以上且50mm 2/s以下,更优选为1mm 2/s以上且30mm 2/s以下,进一步优选为3mm 2/s以上且20mm 2/s以下。
基础油的40℃运动粘度优选为1mm 2/s以上且250mm 2/s以下,更优选为10mm 2/s以上且150mm 2/s以下,进一步优选为30mm 2/s以上且80mm 2/s以下。
基础油的粘度指数优选为60以上,更优选为80以上,进一步优选为100以上。
40℃的运动粘度、100℃的运动粘度和粘度指数根据JIS K2283:2000进行测定。
基础油(A)的含量以润滑油组合物总量为基准计优选为90~99质量%,更优选为92~99质量%,进一步优选为93~98质量%。
[稠环式化合物(B)]
本实施方式的润滑油组合物使用在分子内不具有氮、氧和硫且具有3环以上的稠环的荧光性的稠环式化合物(B)。
本实施方式中,"荧光性"指受到紫外线或可见光线的照射时发出可见光区域的光的性质。稠环式化合物(B)在不发光时可以为无色,也可以为有色。
荧光性化合物的分子内含有氮、氧和硫时,荧光性化合物与基础油容易反应,荧光性化合物和基础油发生变质,由此导致润滑油组合物的变色、酸值的上升、淤泥的产生,而且会腐蚀机器内的金属。特别地,作为合成油有用的聚亚烷基二醇和多元醇酯容易与在分子内含有氮、氧和硫的荧光性化合物反应。此外,首先在分子内含有氮、氧和硫的荧光性化合物即使不与基础油反应,其自身也容易经时性地发生劣化(变质、分解),因此经时性地荧光性能受损,对润滑油组合物的泄漏点的检测产生恶劣影响。
另一方面,作为本实施方式中使用的荧光性化合物的稠环式化合物(B)由于在分子内不具有、氮、氧和硫,因此可抑制与基础油的反应,因此润滑油组合物的热稳定性和化学稳定性优异,可抑制润滑油组合物的经时性的劣化(变质、分解)。此外,作为本实施方式中使用的荧光性化合物的稠环式化合物(B)其自身难以经时性地发生劣化(变质、分解)。即,本实施方式的润滑油组合物可抑制经时性的变色、酸值的上升、淤泥的产生、机器内的金属腐蚀,且也可抑制荧光性能的经时性的劣化。
本实施方式的润滑油组合物以润滑油组合物总量为基准计包含0.001~1.0质量%的稠环式化合物(B)。
稠环式化合物(B)的含量低于0.001质量%时,润滑油组合物的泄漏点的检测变得困难。此外,稠环式化合物(B)的含量超过1.0质量%时,有时在润滑油组合物中稠环式化合物(B)不能溶解,可能对润滑性等带来恶劣影响。此外,即使稠环式化合物(B)的含量超过1.0质量%,也不能期待润滑油组合物的泄漏点的检测精度的提高。
稠环式化合物(B)的含量优选以润滑油组合物总量为基准计为0.001~0.8质量%,更优选以润滑油组合物总量为基准计为0.001~0.5质量%,进一步优选以润滑油组合物总量为基准计为0.002~0.2质量%,更进一步优选以润滑油组合物总量为基准计为0.002~0.1质量%。
稠环式化合物(B)若满足在分子内不具有氮、氧和硫且具有3环以上的稠环这样的条件,则可以具有取代基。取代基优选为烷基、芳基等烃基,更优选为芳基。应予说明,本说明书中,芳基不仅为单纯芳香环,还包括萘基等多环芳族烃基。
通过使用具有这样的取代基的稠环式化合物(B),可提供热稳定性和化学稳定性更优异的润滑油组合物。
作为稠环式化合物(B),可举出苝系化合物、并四苯系化合物和蒽系化合物。
苝系化合物可举出下述通式(2)所示的苝、和在该苝上具有取代基的化合物。作为取代基,可举出烷基、芳基等烃基等。

作为苝系化合物,从抑制在基础油中的溶解性和润滑性的降低的观点出发,优选为具有烷基或芳基作为取代基的苝,更优选为具有芳基作为取代基的苝。
作为具有取代基的苝的具体例,可举出2,3,10,11-四甲基苝、3-甲基苝、3,7-二丙基苝、2,5,7,10-四苯基苝、3,9-双(2-萘基)苝。
并四苯系化合物可举出下述通式(3)所示的并四苯、和在该并四苯上具有取代基的化合物。作为取代基,可举出烷基、芳基等烃基等。

作为并四苯系化合物,从抑制在基础油中的溶解性和润滑性的降低的观点出发,优选为具有烷基或芳基作为取代基的并四苯,更优选为具有芳基作为取代基的并四苯。
作为具有取代基的并四苯的具体例,可举出5,6,11,12-四苯基并四苯、1-甲基并四苯、2,9-二辛基并四苯。其中,优选为5,6,11,12-四苯基并四苯。
蒽系化合物可举出下述通式(4)所示的蒽、和在该蒽上具有取代基的化合物。作为取代基,可举出烷基、芳基等烃基等。

作为蒽系化合物,从抑制在基础油中的溶解性和润滑性的降低的观点出发,优选为具有烷基或芳基作为取代基的蒽,更优选为具有芳基作为取代基的蒽。
作为具有取代基的蒽的具体例,可举出9-苯基蒽、9,10-二苯基蒽、9-9’-联二蒽、9-甲基蒽、2-乙基蒽。其中,优选为9-苯基蒽、9,10-二苯基蒽、9-9’-联二蒽中的任一者。
本实施方式的润滑油组合物可以含有稠环式化合物(B)以外的荧光性化合物(以下有时称为"其他荧光性化合物"。),优选其含量为微量。具体而言,其他荧光性化合物的含量优选以润滑油组合物的总量为基准计低于0.1质量%,更优选低于0.05质量%,进一步优选低于0.01质量%,更进一步优选低于0.005质量%。
[着色剂]
本实施方式的润滑油组合物还可含有着色剂。通过使润滑油组合物中含有着色剂,可调整润滑油组合物为所期望的颜色,即使稠环式化合物(B)在不发光时为无色,也可容易地判断润滑油组合物中是否含有稠环式化合物(B)。此外,通过合成稠环式化合物(B)的发光色、和着色剂的颜色,可调整为在暗处人眼容易辨认的颜色。在暗处人眼容易辨认的颜色是紫色~蓝色~绿色~黄色的范围。橙色~红色在暗处人眼难以辨认。
着色剂的颜色没有特别限定,从容易确认稠环式化合物(B)是否发光的观点出发,优选为黄色、绿色、红色、蓝色等非暗色系的颜色。
作为着色剂,从容易维持润滑性等各性能的观点出发,适合使用染料。
作为染料,可举出偶氮系染料、呫吨系染料、喹啉系染料、三苯甲烷系染料、蒽醌系染料等。此外,作为染料,还可以为其他荧光性化合物,可使用在不发光时会着色的染料(荧光性着色染料)。这些染料中,从容易维持润滑性等各性能的观点出发,适合为油溶性的染料。
作为具有油溶性的染料的具体例,可举出Solvent Yellow116(黄色)、SolventGreen20(绿色)、Solvent Blue35(蓝色)、Solvent Red207(红色)等。
着色剂的含量优选以润滑油组合物总量为基准计为0.0001质量%~0.1质量%,更优选以润滑油组合物总量为基准计为0.0001~0.05质量%,进一步优选以润滑油组合物总量为基准计为0.0002~0.02质量%。
[添加剂]
在润滑油组合物中,可含有选自由抗氧化剂、极压剂、酸捕获剂、氧捕获剂和铜钝化剂构成的添加剂中的至少一种。各添加剂的含量相对于润滑油组合物总量通常为0.01~5质量%,优选为0.05~3质量%。
作为抗氧化剂,可举出2,6-二-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(DBPC)、2,6-二-叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)等苯酚系抗氧化剂、苯基-α-萘胺、N,N’-二-苯基-对苯二胺等胺系抗氧化剂等。
作为极压剂,可举出磷酸酯、酸性磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯、酸性亚磷酸酯和它们的胺盐等磷系极压剂、硫化油脂、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯等硫系极压剂、碳原子数为3~60的脂肪酸金属盐等。
作为酸捕获剂,可举出苯基缩水甘油基醚、烷基缩水甘油基醚、亚烷基二醇缩水甘油基醚、缩水甘油酯、氧化环己烯、氧化α-烯烃、环氧化大豆油等环氧化合物。
作为氧捕获剂,可举出4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、二苯硫醚、二辛基二苯硫醚、二烷基二苯硫醚、苯并噻吩、二苯并噻吩、吩噻嗪、苯并噻喃、噻喃、噻蒽、二苯并噻喃、二硫杂蒽等含硫芳族化合物、各种烯烃、二烯、三烯等脂肪族不饱和化合物、具有双键的萜烯类等。
作为铜钝化剂,可举出N-[N,N’-二烷基(碳原子数为3~12的烷基)氨基甲基]三唑等。
[润滑油组合物的物性]
润滑油组合物的40℃运动粘度、100℃运动粘度和粘度指数的适合的范围与上述基础油(A)的40℃运动粘度、100℃运动粘度和粘度指数的适合的范围相同。
从化学稳定性和热稳定性的观点出发,润滑油组合物的酸值优选为0.05mgKOH/g以下,更优选为0.03mgKOH/g以下,进一步优选为0.02mgKOH/g以下。酸值根据JIS K2501:2003的"指示剂滴定法"进行测定。
应予说明,酸值、以及后述羟值和体积电阻率优选在新油的状态下满足,更优选在进行实施例的压热釜试验后也满足。
从稳定性的观点出发,润滑油组合物的羟值优选为10mgKOH/g以下,更优选为5mgKOH/g以下,进一步优选3mgKOH/g以下。羟值根据JIS K0070:1992的"中和滴定法"进行测定。
润滑油组合物的体积电阻率优选为2.0×10 8Ω・m以上,更优选为5.0×10 8Ω・m以上,进一步优选为1.0×10 9Ω・m以上。体积电阻率达到2.0×10 8Ω・m以上时,润滑油组合物的绝缘性提高,难以发生对如电动车、电动汽车空调等这样的驱动源为电动的机器的工作带来影响的漏电。
润滑油组合物的水分含量优选低于1000ppm,更优选为300ppm以下,进一步优选为150ppm以下。通过使水分含量降低,由此难以发生润滑油组合物的水解,润滑油组合物的稳定性提高,可在长时期内提供良好的润滑性能。
[用途]
上述本实施方式的润滑油组合物的用途没有特别限制,例如,可使用冷冻机油、液压工作油、轴承油、齿轮油、涡轮机油、变速机油、减震器油和电动机冷却油中的任一者。
<冷冻机用组合物>
本实施方式的冷冻机用组合物包含上述本实施方式的润滑油组合物、和制冷剂。
[制冷剂]
作为制冷剂,优选含有选自碳原子数为1~3的饱和氟化烃制冷剂和碳原子数为3的不饱和氟化烃制冷剂中的1种以上。
特别地,碳原子数为1~3的饱和氟化烃制冷剂的稳定性优异且难以分解,因此从可抑制对稠环式化合物(B)和基础油(A)带来恶劣影响、进而可容易抑制润滑油组合物的经时性的变色、润滑油组合物的酸值的上升、基于润滑油组合物的淤泥产生、以润滑油组合物为起因的机器内的金属腐蚀、荧光性能的经时性的劣化等的观点出发,为优选。
作为碳原子数为1~3的饱和氟化烃制冷剂,可举出二氟甲烷(R32)、1,1,1,2,2-五氟乙烷(R125)、1,1,2,2-四氟乙烷(R134)、1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(R134a)、1,1,2-三氟乙烷(R143)、1,1,1-三氟乙烷(R143a)、1,1-二氟乙烷(R152a)、和氟乙烷(R161)等。这些之中,优选为二氟甲烷(R32),特别优选为仅二氟甲烷(R32)制成的制冷剂。
作为碳原子数为3的不饱和氟化烃制冷剂,可举出1,2,3,3,3-五氟丙烯(R1225ye)、1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(R1234ze)、2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(R1234yf)、1,2,3,3-四氟丙烯(R1234ye)、和3,3,3-三氟丙烯(R1243zf)等。这些之中,优选为2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(R1234yf),特别优选为仅2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(R1234yf)制成的制冷剂。
制冷剂可以是含有碳原子数为1~3的饱和氟化烃制冷剂和碳原子数为3的不饱和氟化烃制冷剂的混合制冷剂,此时,特别优选为制成含有二氟甲烷(R32)和2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(R1234yf)的混合制冷剂。
此外,作为制冷剂,在上述制冷剂(选自碳原子数为1~3的饱和氟化烃制冷剂和碳原子数为3的不饱和氟化烃制冷剂中的1种以上的制冷剂)之外,还可含有其他制冷剂。
作为其他制冷剂,可举出氟化醚化合物制冷剂、氟化醇化合物制冷剂、氟化酮化合物制冷剂、和天然制冷剂等。
作为氟化醚化合物,可举出例如六氟二甲基醚、五氟二甲基醚、双(二氟甲基)醚、氟甲基三氟甲基醚、三氟甲基甲基醚、二氟甲氧基五氟乙烷、1-三氟甲氧基-1,2,2,2-四氟乙烷、全氟氧杂环丁烷、全氟-1,3-二氧戊环、五氟氧杂环丁烷的各种异构体、四氟氧杂环丁烷的各种异构体等。
作为氟化醇化合物,可举出例如单氟甲醇、二氟甲醇、三氟甲醇、二氟乙醇的各种异构体、三氟乙醇的各种异构体、四氟乙醇的各种异构体、五氟乙醇、二氟丙醇的各种异构体、三氟丙醇的各种异构体、六氟丙二醇等氟化丙二醇、和与该氟化丙二醇相对应的氟化三亚甲基二醇等。
作为氟化酮化合物,可举出例如六氟二甲基酮、五氟二甲基酮、双(二氟甲基)酮、氟甲基三氟甲基酮、三氟甲基甲基酮、全氟甲乙酮、三氟甲基-1,1,2,2-四氟乙基酮等。
作为天然系制冷剂,可举出二氧化碳(碳酸气);丙烷、正丁烷、异丁烷、2-甲基丁烷、正戊烷、环戊烷、异丁烷、正丁烷等烃;氨等。
冷冻机用组合物中的润滑油组合物与制冷剂的质量比(润滑油组合物的质量/制冷剂的质量)优选为1/99~99/1、更优选为5/95~60/40、进一步优选为40/60~60/40。
[冷冻机]
冷冻机优选为压缩型冷冻机。此外,压缩型冷冻机压缩机更优选具有具备冷凝器、膨胀机构(膨胀阀等)和蒸发器的冷冻循环的冷冻机;或具有具备压缩机、冷凝器、膨胀机构、干燥器和蒸发器的冷冻循环的冷冻机。
例如,冷冻机用组合物可用于润滑在压缩机等中设置的滑动部分。
应予说明,滑动部分没有特别限定,优选滑动部分的任意部分含有铁等金属,优选为在金属-金属间滑动。
冷冻机可用于例如空气调节器、燃气热泵(GHP)、空调、冰箱、自动售卖机、展示柜等冷冻系统、热水供应系统、和取暖系统等。
[冷冻机用组合物的物性]
冷冻机用组合物的酸值、羟值、体积电阻率和水分含量的适合的范围与上述润滑油组合物的适合的范围相同。
<泄漏点的检测方法>
本实施方式的泄漏点的检测方法是在包含润滑油组合物的机器中,使用上述本实施方式的润滑油组合物,根据前述稠环式化合物是否发光,判断润滑油组合物等是否泄漏。
作为包含润滑油组合物的机器,可举出包含选自冷冻机、液压工作机构、轴承、齿轮、涡轮机、变速机、减震器和电动机中的1种以上的机器。
作为这样的机器的润滑油组合物,可使用上述本实施方式的润滑油组合物,利用黑光等对机器照射紫外线或可见光线,由此在润滑油组合物泄漏的部位确认稠环式化合物(B)发出的可见光区域的光,从而可检测出润滑油组合物等的泄漏点。
应予说明,稠环式化合物(B)发出的可见光区域的光的确认可以用肉眼进行,也可以用具备受光元件的机器进行。
此外,本实施方式的泄漏点的检测方法在机器为冷冻机时,可使用上述本实施方式的冷冻机用组合物。具体而言,作为冷冻机的冷冻机用组合物,使用上述本实施方式的冷冻机用组合物,利用黑光等对机器照射紫外线或可见光线,由此在冷冻机用组合物泄漏的部位确认稠环式化合物(B)发出的可见光区域的光,从而可检测出冷冻机用组合物等的泄漏点。
应予说明,稠环式化合物(B)发出的可见光区域的光的确认可以用肉眼进行,也可以用具备受光元件的机器进行。
实施例
以下,利用实施例进一步具体地说明本发明,但本发明不受这些例子的任何限定。
1.润滑油组合物(冷冻机用组合物)的制备
制备包含表1~3的组成的实施例1~26和比较例1~4的润滑油组合物(冷冻机用组合物)。
2.评价
2-1.稳定性
对于实施例1~26和比较例1~4的润滑油组合物(冷冻机用组合物),在下述条件下进行压热釜试验后,评价或测定油的外观(用肉眼观察到的油的颜色)、催化剂的外观(用肉眼观察到的催化剂的颜色)、淤泥的有无、油的酸值。酸值根据JIS K2501:2003的"指示剂滴定法"进行测定。结果示于表1~3。应予说明,表1~3中,油的外观为良好以及催化剂的外观为良好表示在评价前后基本没有颜色的变化。
<压热釜试验>
在内容积200mL的压热釜中密封入实施例1~26和比较例1~4的冷冻机用组合物(组合物中的水分500质量ppm)60g、和包含铁、铜和铝的金属催化剂,抽真空后(空气残量25mL)、在温度175℃的条件下保持336小时。
表1~3中使用的材料的详情如下所示。
<基础油(A)>
・基础油A:聚乙烯基醚(聚乙基乙烯基醚、40℃运动粘度:67.5mm 2/s、100℃运动粘度:8.03mm 2/s、粘度指数:81)
・基础油B:多元醇酯(季戊四醇和二季戊四醇的混合多元醇(质量比5:1)、与2-乙基己酸和3,5,5-三甲基己酸的混合脂肪酸(质量比9:10)的受阻酯、40℃运动粘度:88.33mm 2/s、100℃运动粘度:9.60mm 2/s、粘度指数:91)
・基础油C:聚亚烷基二醇(聚丙二醇二甲基醚、40℃运动粘度:39.2mm 2/s、100℃运动粘度:8.65mm 2/s、粘度指数:208)
<稠环式化合物(B)>
・荧光性化合物A:苝
・荧光性化合物B:5,6,11,12-四苯基并四苯
・荧光性化合物C:9-苯基蒽
・荧光性化合物D:9,10-二苯基蒽
・荧光性化合物E:9,9’-联二蒽
・荧光性化合物F:蒽
<其他荧光性化合物>
・荧光性化合物G:2-(4-叔丁基苯基)-5-(4-联苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑
<添加剂>
・抗氧化剂:2,6-二-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚
・极压剂:磷酸三甲苯酯
・酸捕获剂:2-乙基己基缩水甘油基醚
<制冷剂>
二氟甲烷(R32)
<着色剂>
・着色剂A:Solvent Yellow116(油溶性黄色染料、有效成分10质量%)
・着色剂B:Solvent Green20(油溶性绿色染料、有效成分10质量%)
・着色剂C:Solvent Blue35(油溶性蓝色染料、有效成分10质量%)
・着色剂D:Solvent Red207(油溶性红色染料、有效成分10质量%)。
由表1~3的结果可确认:实施例1~26的润滑油组合物(冷冻机用组合物)能抑制经时性的变色、酸值的上升、淤泥的产生、机器内的金属腐蚀。此外,虽然表中未评价,但实施例1~26的润滑油组合物(冷冻机用组合物)即使在压热釜试验后也具有充分的荧光性能。
另一方面,比较例1~4的润滑油组合物(冷冻机用组合物)不能抑制经时性的变色、酸值的上升、淤泥的产生、机器内的金属腐蚀。此外,虽然表中未评价,但比较例1~4的润滑油组合物(冷冻机用组合物)在压热釜试验后的荧光性能降低,难以在长时期内检测出泄漏点。
3.含有着色剂的润滑油组合物(冷冻机用组合物)的制备和评价
制备包含表4的组成的实施例和比较例的润滑油组合物(冷冻机用组合物)。
对于实施例27~36的冷冻机用组合物、和比较例5~8的冷冻机用组合物,进行与上述2相同的压热釜试验。其结果可确认:实施例27~36的冷冻机用组合物与比较例5~8的冷冻机用组合物相比,能抑制经时性的变色、酸值的上升、淤泥的产生、机器内的金属腐蚀。
此外,实施例27~36的冷冻机用组合物的稠环式化合物(B)在不发光时也能使冷冻机用组合物着色,而且,通过稠环式化合物(B)的发光色、与着色剂的颜色的合成,在发光时可辨认的颜色是在暗处可容易辨认的颜色(紫色~黄色)。
Claims (8)
1.润滑油组合物,其含有基础油(A)、和在分子内不具有氮、氧和硫且具有3环以上的稠环的荧光性的稠环式化合物(B)而成,包含以润滑油组合物总量为基准计为0.001~1.0质量%的所述稠环式化合物(B)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其中,所述基础油(A)选自矿物油、聚亚烷基二醇、聚乙烯基醚、多元醇酯、烷基苯和聚α-烯烃中的1种以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,所述稠环式化合物(B)选自苝系化合物、并四苯系化合物和蒽系化合物中的1种以上。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其中,还包含着色剂(C)。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其用于冷冻机油、液压工作油、轴承油、齿轮油、涡轮机油、变速机油、减震器油和电动机冷却油中的任一者。
6.冷冻机用组合物,其包含权利要求1~4中任一项所述的润滑油组合物、和制冷剂(D)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的冷冻机用组合物,其中,所述制冷剂(D)包含选自碳原子数为1~3的饱和氟化烃制冷剂和碳原子数为3的不饱和氟化烃制冷剂中的1种以上。
8.泄漏点的检测方法,其中,在包含润滑油组合物的机器中,使用权利要求1~4中任一项所述的润滑油组合物,根据所述稠环式化合物(B)是否发光,判断润滑油组合物是否泄漏。
