Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种紧急开启设备,用于有至少一个外门扇和一个内门扇的活动关节门(Drehfalttuer)或活动关节大门(Drehfalttor)。它们有至少两个借助于可回转的铰链互相连接在一起的门扇,其中,外门扇在门框或类似物上的一个旋转铰链中强制导引,以及,内门扇的具有主关闭边的自由端在门框(边框)内或门框(边框)上的拱座或类似物上借助于折叠杆强制导引。
德国专利说明书1814224公开了一种多扇式活动关节大门,其中,外门扇通过一四铰链传动机构驱动,它的铰链轴与回转轴亦即与外门扇的支承轴承不重合。在各门扇的连接区内设有一折叠杆,它保证在活动关节大门打开时各门扇互相平行排列。在这里没有设置紧急开启设备。
由发明人的德国公开说明书4014727已知一种自动滑门,它由两个可在一根装在拱座上的滑轨上导引并相向运动的门扇组成。为了驱动门扇使用带电磁离合器的电动机。在门扇关闭时一个设计为橡胶件的弹性牵引机构(辅助驱动装置)受预紧力,所以在断电或断路并因而离合器脱开时滑动门自动开启,以便在其中设有这种门的紧急出口通道和抢救通道即使在危急情况下也始终畅通。
德国公开说明书2829912介绍了一种折叠式大门,其中,折叠大门门扇的驱动通过一台作用在合页的轴颈上的电动机实现,为了获得一种有利的开关特性,在电动机与合页轴颈之间设一弹性离合器。此外,在驱动装置的传动链中还规定了一种快速脱开的可能性,借此大门可用于操纵。
德国专利说明书3202930涉及一种门或类似物的转动门扇的电磁驱动,其中,一台装在外壳内的直流电机通过一个设在中途的大减速比的行星齿轮传动装置作用在一根操纵转动门扇的肘杆式杠杆系统上。传动链的从动轴这样装在外壳的底板和支板中,即,使杠杆系统可根据选择连接在从动轴的两端。在从动轴上与杠杆系统相对的那一端设复位弹簧装置,在电动机断电时它可使从动轴沿关闭门扇的方向旋转。在这里并未涉及按此类型的紧急开启设备,而只是一种自动关闭机构;此外,由上述专利文件已知的杠杆系统本身没有构成驱动轴并因而没有构成门扇的旋转铰链。
本发明的目的是在前言所述类型的活动关节门或活动关节大门中设紧急开启设备,借助于它以可靠的方式和用尽可能简单的结构措施在紧急情况下可以引入各门扇沿开启方向的折叠过程。因为打开和关闭此类门通常通过适用的驱动装置而并非用人力进行,而此驱动装置一般必须供给电源,所以术语“紧急情况”尤其指的是这样一种情况,即,为开启过程所需的电源中断,或当通过报警装置或手动开关操纵已发出指令打开紧急出口通道和抢救通道时。因此本发明的组成部分是一个设计为电动机驱动的驱动装置,其中为电动机配设一电磁离合器,在断电时离合器自动脱开。在这里尤其应考虑必须将紧急开启设备设计为,能为引入折叠过程提供所需的在折叠过程一开始比较大的扭矩。
为实现上述目的,按本发明提供了这样一种用于至少有一个外门扇和一个内门扇的活动关节门或活动关节大门的紧急开启设备,活动关节门或活动关节大门有至少两个借助于一个可转动的铰链互相连接在一起的门扇,其中,外门扇在门框或类似物上的一个旋转铰链中强制导引,以及,内门扇的具有主关闭边的自由端在门框内或门框上的拱座或类似物上借助于折叠杆强制导引,其中:旋转铰链构成外门扇的驱动轴;用于打开和关闭门扇的驱动装置由一个带可控制的电磁离合器的电动机驱动装置组成;以及,紧急开启设备由一个在活动关节门或活动关节大门关闭时有预紧力和弹性地作用在外门扇驱动轴上或作用在内门扇主关闭边区域内的牵引或压紧机构组成。
为了能一目了然,以下的说明仅涉及一种活动关节门,但本发明同样也针对活动关节大门。
通过将牵引机构或压紧机构直接布置在驱动轴内或内门扇主关闭边的区域内,可借助简单的结构措施在门扇上施加足够的复位力,不会产生大的损失。在通道区内从门扇向外或向内伸出的为紧急开启过程所需的构件均可以取消。
在一种最佳实施形式中设有一扭转弹簧机构,它例如设计为扭转弹簧并装在外门扇设在门框或类似物上的驱动轴的内部。在采用例如扭转弹簧、螺旋弹簧等时,扭转弹簧机构按另一种可选择的方案可相对于外门扇装在门框或类似物上的驱动轴同心地设置。
在本发明的另一项设计中建议,驱动轴有一个与其旋转固定地连接的卷筒,另一端与拱座或类似物连接的线式牵引机构通过此卷筒导引。通过其强度可自由选择的可由一根可通过螺旋弹簧张紧的绳索构成的线式牵引机构,可在外门扇的驱动轴上沿开启方向施加一个足够大的力矩。
有利的是,外门扇的铰接点位于驱动轴旁驱动轴之外,所以当打开或关闭活动关节门时外门扇的铰接点在一个圆形轨道内绕驱动轴运动,这有利于开启和关闭过程。
在本发明的进一步设计中,牵引机构由一根固定在内门扇的主关闭边区域内的绳索组成,绳索必要时为了转向通过导向滑轮导引到一个装在拱座或类似物上的弹性蓄力器,此弹性蓄力器最好是一个扭转弹簧。在这里,也可以通过选择设计为扭转弹簧的弹性蓄力器,自由选择门扇开启过程所需要的复位力,尤其是蓄力器可设在拱座所在区域内适当的地方。
与之不同,还可采用一线式弹性构件取代设计为扭转弹簧的弹性蓄力器。
因此,活动关节门至少有四个门扇,其中各至少两个门扇按这样的方式配属于一根驱动轴,即,配属于该驱动轴的门扇可相向运动。
上面借助于一个具有一个外门扇和一个内门扇的活动关节门说明了本发明。应该指出,本发明可在与具有可相向运动的门扇的活动关节门类似的情况下加以应用,其中分别为左或右驱动轴配设相应的牵引机构或压紧机构。
下面借助于四种示意表示的可能的实施例详细说明本发明。其中:
图1和2分别为按本发明第一和第二实施例的示意俯视图,其中通过在外门扇的驱动轴上沿开启方向产生一个扭矩将门开启;
图3和4分别为按本发明第三和第四实施例的示意俯视图,其中通过产生一个沿开启方向直线地作用在关闭边区域内的力将门开启。
图1至4示意表示总体上用1表示的活动关节门。其出发点是,门扇2、2′、3、3′的打开和关闭按已知的方式通过一台没有表示的带减速器和可控制的电磁离合器的电动机实现,其中要一一详细说明的牵引机构在活动关节门关闭时有预紧力,也就是说牵引机构向活动关节门供应能量。在电动机断电和离合器自动脱开时,在四种实施例内表示的牵引机构由于有储存的能量而将各门扇置于开启位置。
在各附图中相同的构件用同样的符号。
活动关节门1各有两个外门扇2、2′和两个内门扇3、3′。外门扇2、2′通过支座5装在门框4上并可绕驱动轴6、6′转动,其中外门扇2、2′的铰接点8位于回转轴(驱动轴)6、6′之外。两个门扇2、3或2′、3′通过铰链9互相连接起来,其中内门扇3、3′设置成以其主关闭边7、7′彼此面对。
按图1的其总体用11表示的紧急开启设备主要由一个装在驱动轴6、6′内或驱动轴6、6′上的扭转弹簧机构12组成,按图1它设计为扭转弹簧并可以在外门扇2、2′上并因而在内门扇3、3′上施加用Mt表示的扭矩。扭转弹簧机构12按上述方式在每次关闭活动关节门1时被预紧,所以在断电状态并因而图中没有表示的电磁离合器脱开时,门扇2、3或2′、3′被拉到用虚线表示的开启位置。
在按图2的实施例中,按图1的扭转弹簧机构12用一个设计为沿直线作用的弹性构件的螺旋弹簧15代替,它通过一个设计为绳索16的线式牵引机构1 4在一个与驱动轴6、6′旋转固定连接的卷筒13上传递一个用F表示的弹簧力,并因而将门扇2、3或2′、3′置于虚线表示的开启位置。
在按图3的实施例中同样采用了绳索17,绳索17从关闭边7、7′起经由借助于支座5′固定在框架4上的导向滑轮18导引至一个弹性蓄力器,后者设计为扭转弹簧19。扭转弹簧19以适当的方式装在拱座或类似物所在区域内。可以看出,在断电状态扭转弹簧19适合于将绳索17通过扭转弹簧19卷绕,并将门扇2、3或2′、3′置于开启位置。
按图4所示的实施例,图3中的扭转弹簧19用作用在绳索20上的线式弹性构件22代替。
在上述各实施例中,扭转弹簧机构12、螺旋弹簧15、扭转弹簧19和线式弹性构件22为在活动关节门关闭时有预紧力和弹性地作用在外门扇驱动轴上或作用在内门扇主关闭边区域内的牵引或压紧机构。
在上述说明中的出发点是,门扇3、3′在总体用10表示的设在拱座或地板区域内的强制导引装置中强制导引,或至少在两个门扇之间所设的铰链9、9′所在区内装有已知的折叠杆。

Claims (13)
1.用于至少有一个外门扇和一个内门扇的活动关节门的紧急开启设备,活动关节门有至少两个借助于一个可转动的铰链互相连接在一起的门扇,其中,外门扇在门框上的一个旋转铰链中强制导引,以及,内门扇的具有主关闭边的自由端在门框内或门框上的拱座上借助于折叠杆强制导引,其特征为:旋转铰链构成外门扇(2、2′)的驱动轴(6、6′);用于打开和关闭门扇(2、2′、3、3′)的驱动装置由一个带可控制的电磁离合器的电动机驱动装置组成;以及,紧急开启设备(11)由一个在活动关节门关闭时有预紧力和弹性地作用在外门扇(2、2′)驱动轴(6、6′)上或作用在内门扇(3、3′)主关闭边(7、7′)区域内的牵引或压紧机构组成。

8.按照权利要求7所述的紧急开启设备,其特征为:线式牵引机构(14)由一根可通过螺旋弹簧(15)张紧的绳索(16)组成。
9.按照权利要求1或2所述的紧急开启设备,其特征为:外大门门扇或门扇(2、2′)的铰接点(8)位于驱动轴(6、6′)旁驱动轴(6、6′)之外。
10.按照权利要求1或2所述的紧急开启设备,其特征为:牵引机构由一根固定在内大门门扇或门扇(3、3′)的主关闭边(7、7′)区域内的绳索(17)组成,绳索(17)为了转向通过导向滑轮(18)导引到一个装在拱座上的弹性蓄力器。
11.按照权利要求10所述的紧急开启设备,其特征为:弹性蓄力器是一个扭转弹簧(19)。
12.按照权利要求1或2所述的紧急开启设备,其特征为:牵引机构由一根固定在内大门门扇或门扇(3、3′)主关闭边(7、7′)区域内的绳索(20)组成,绳索(20)为了转向通过一个装在拱座上的导向滑轮(21)导引到一个固定在拱座上的线式弹性构件(22)。
13.按照权利要求1所述的紧急开启设备,其特征为:活动关节门(1)至少有四个门扇(2、2′、3、3′),其中各两个门扇(2、3或2、3′)按这样的方式配属于一根驱动轴(6、6′),即,配属于该驱动轴(6、6′)的门扇(2、3或2′、3′)可相向运动。
