Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Versorgung eines schienengebundenen ortsbeweglichen Verbrauchers, insbesondere eines Brücken- oder Portalkranes, mit einer von einer ortsfesten Anschlussstelle zu dem Verbraucher führenden Versorgungsleitung und mit einer die Versorgungsleitung in Abhängigkeit von der Bewegung des Verbrauchers relativ zur Anschlussstelle aufbeziehungsweise abwickelnden Wickeltrommel, die zum Aufbringen einer Zugkraft auf die Versorgungsleitung mit einem Antriebsmotor und mit einer Bremse verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Antriebsstrang zwischen dem Antriebsmotor (9) und der Wickeltrommel (2) eine umlaufende Schwungmasse (11) angeordnet ist und das Bremsmoment der Bremse (10) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bremsmoment der Bremse (10) in Abhängigkeit von der Größe der Schwungmasse (11), des Bremswegs des Brückenkrans (1) und des aktuellen Wickeldurchmessers der Versorgungsleitung (2.1) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremse (10) als mechanischen Stillstandsbremse ausgebildet ist und dem Antriebsmotors (9) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (9) über ein Getriebe (6) auf die Wickeltrommel (2) wirkt und die Schwungmasse (11) zwischen dem Antriebsmotor (9) und dem Getriebe (6) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Antriebsstrang zwischen dem Antriebsmotor (9) und dem Getriebe (6) eine formschlussfreie Kupplung (7) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplung (7) als Magnet- oder Reibkupplung ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickeltrommel (2) an dem ortsbeweglichen Verbraucher (1) gelagert ist und sich der Festpunkt der Versorgungsleitung an der ortsfesten Anschlussstelle (4) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dass die Wickeltrommel (2) an der Anschlussstelle 4) ortsfest drehbar angeordnet und die Versorgungsleitung (2.1) zum ortsbeweglichen Verbraucher (1) geführt und dort befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in oder an der Versorgungsleitung (2.1) ein die Zugkräfte aufnehmendes Zugmittel wie Seil oder dergl. angeordnet ist, das an der Anschlussstelle (4) und am Verbraucher (1) festgelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgungsleitung (2.1) mehrlagig spiralförmig auf die Wickeltrommel (2) aufwickelbar ist.
