背景技术
随着当代人们快节奏的生活与工作,易疲劳、易早衰的状况引起人们对健康的关注以及对保健意识的增强。由于疲劳是一种肌体机能的衰疲,由疲而至衰,由劳而成疾、劳者气伤、气为血之本,血虚则无津养肌体,从而使人出现精神不振,头晕、心悸、失眠、健忘等症状,在当今社会经济的发展和人们生活水平不断提高的情况下;饮用各种增强肌体能力的健体强身酒已为人们生活中不可缺少的部分,而市场上现有的健体强身酒有众多的配方,大多数是属于常规用酒浸泡药用原料而成,由于常规用酒的酿制工艺未经熟化处理,带来了重金属离子,甲醇的污染,和营养活性成分含量极低,破坏了原料药的有效成分的提取,从而造成药用功效低。
与本发明最相近的现有技术是:2005年3月16日中国发明专利申请公开号CN1594534A所公开的“一种元气补酒的配方及其制备方法”它的主要特点是以大枣、桑椹、枸杞子、山茱萸、佛手等纯天然植物果实为主要原料,并配以肉桂、玉竹、黄精、茯苓、当归、龟板胶、酸枣仁、莱菔子、冰糖等具有营养和药用功效的原料与酒浸泡萃取精华而制成。该酒口感配合相宜,饮用后甘甜爽神、可起到滋补营养健体强身酒的效果。但还是未克服浸泡用酒的重金属离子,甲醇的污染的技术问题。

进一步的,步骤(2)中,所述用酒湿润是将老虎七、冬青子、黄仙子、白豆蔻混合分开摊薄,均匀喷洒其质量15-25%的酒,静置25-35min即可。
进一步的,步骤(2)中,所述蒸透,是将混合物A在100-120℃下蒸30-50min。
进一步的,步骤(2)中,所述食盐水的质量分数为0.1-0.5%。
进一步的,步骤(2)中,所述密封放置的环境温度为50-70℃。

本发明的有益效果:
通过老虎七、冬青子、黄仙子、白豆蔻、神仲、巴戟天、神参、白奶参、多儿参、羊角七、百棒七、三月泡、蜂糖罐、黄芪、当归身制备中药酒,使得获得的中药酒的风味独特,口感丰富,营养价值较高,具有很好的防癌抗衰老的功效,能够有效的增强免疫力,改善消化道系统,促进消化的功效;尤其是对上述原料进行针对性的加工调配,使得其各原料之间发生协同功效,增强了保健功效和丰富了口感、营养,改善了中药酒的风味。
制备的中药酒中含有清香味,酒体清澈、透明,柔和爽口,其甲醇低,并且在制备过程中,无添加剂,降低了制备难度,提高了中药酒的品质,而且保健效果较优,并且随着存放时间越长,其香气更加浓郁。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种保元强身酒的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)以质量份计,取神参5份、神仲5份、白奶参5份、多儿参5份、老虎七5份、羊角七5份、百棒七3份、三月泡3份、黄仙子3份、蜂糖罐3份、冬青子3份、巴戟天3份、黄芪3份、当归身3份、白豆蔻3份、备用;
(2)将老虎七、冬青子、黄仙子、白豆蔻混合,切成2mm厚度的薄片,用酒湿润,得到混合物A,将之蒸透后,在阳光下摊开暴晒5h,然后再将混合物A收拢,重复蒸透暴晒2次即可;将神仲、巴戟天混合,切成2mm厚度的薄片,得到混合物B,将之摊开,喷洒其质量20%的食盐水,使得盐水与混合物B均匀接触,再密封放置30min,然后炒制其含水量为8%即可;将神参、白奶参、多儿参、羊角七、百棒七、三月泡、蜂糖罐、黄芪、当归身混合,粉碎为2mm的粉末,得到混合物C备用;其中,所述用酒湿润是将老虎七、冬青子、黄仙子、白豆蔻混合分开摊薄,均匀喷洒其质量15%的酒,静置25min即可;所述蒸透,是将混合物A在100℃下蒸30min;所述食盐水的质量分数为0.1%;所述密封放置的环境温度为50℃;所述炒制温度为90℃;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的混合物A、混合物B、混合物C装入布袋内,与500份酒混合倒入罐中,密封浸泡一个月即可,其中,所述布袋孔径为0.1mm;所述密封浸泡前半个月的环境温度为35℃,后半个月环境温度为25℃。
实施例2
一种保元强身酒的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)以质量份计,取神参8份、神仲8份、白奶参8份、多儿参8份、老虎七8份、羊角七8份、百棒七5份、三月泡5份、黄仙子5份、蜂糖罐5份、冬青子5份、巴戟天5份、黄芪5份、当归身5份、白豆蔻5份、备用;
(2)将老虎七、冬青子、黄仙子、白豆蔻混合,切成4mm厚度的薄片,用酒湿润,得到混合物A,将之蒸透后,在阳光下摊开暴晒8h,然后再将混合物A收拢,重复蒸透暴晒2次即可;将神仲、巴戟天混合,切成4mm厚度的薄片,得到混合物B,将之摊开,喷洒其质量30%的食盐水,使得盐水与混合物B均匀接触,再密封放置50min,然后炒制其含水量为12%即可;将神参、白奶参、多儿参、羊角七、百棒七、三月泡、蜂糖罐、黄芪、当归身混合,粉碎为3mm的粉末,得到混合物C备用;其中,所述用酒湿润是将老虎七、冬青子、黄仙子、白豆蔻混合分开摊薄,均匀喷洒其质量25%的酒,静置35min即可;所述蒸透,是将混合物A在120℃下蒸50min;所述食盐水的质量分数为0.5%;所述密封放置的环境温度为70℃;所述炒制温度为110℃;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的混合物A、混合物B、混合物C装入布袋内,与600份酒混合倒入罐中,密封浸泡一个月即可,其中,所述布袋孔径为0.5mm;所述密封浸泡前半个月的环境温度为55℃,后半个月环境温度为35℃。
实施例3
一种保元强身酒的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)以质量份计,取神参6份、神仲7份、白奶参5份、多儿参8份、老虎七5份、羊角七8份、百棒七3份、三月泡5份、黄仙子3份、蜂糖罐5份、冬青子3份、巴戟天5份、黄芪3份、当归身5份、白豆蔻3份、备用;
(2)将老虎七、冬青子、黄仙子、白豆蔻混合,切成2mm厚度的薄片,用酒湿润,得到混合物A,将之蒸透后,在阳光下摊开暴晒8h,然后再将混合物A收拢,重复蒸透暴晒2次即可;将神仲、巴戟天混合,切成2mm厚度的薄片,得到混合物B,将之摊开,喷洒其质量30%的食盐水,使得盐水与混合物B均匀接触,再密封放置30min,然后炒制其含水量为8%即可;将神参、白奶参、多儿参、羊角七、百棒七、三月泡、蜂糖罐、黄芪、当归身混合,粉碎为3mm的粉末,得到混合物C备用;其中,所述用酒湿润是将老虎七、冬青子、黄仙子、白豆蔻混合分开摊薄,均匀喷洒其质量15%的酒,静置35min即可;所述蒸透,是将混合物A在100℃下蒸30min;所述食盐水的质量分数为0.5%;所述密封放置的环境温度为50℃;所述炒制温度为110℃;
(3)将步骤(2)制得的混合物A、混合物B、混合物C装入布袋内,与500份酒混合倒入罐中,密封浸泡一个月即可,其中,所述布袋孔径为0.5mm;所述密封浸泡前半个月的环境温度为35℃,后半个月环境温度为35℃。

以质量份计,取神参5份、神仲5份、白奶参5份、多儿参11份、老虎七11份、羊角七13份、百棒七1份、三月泡1份、黄仙子1份、蜂糖罐1份、冬青子1份、巴戟天1份、黄芪1份、当归身1份、白豆蔻1份、备用;制作方法同实施例1。

以质量份计,取神参3份、神仲3份、白奶参3份、多儿参3份、老虎七3份、羊角七3份、百棒七13份、三月泡13份、黄仙子13份、蜂糖罐13份、冬青子13份、巴戟天13份、黄芪13份、当归身13份、白豆蔻13份、备用;制作方法同实施例2。
对比例3
以质量份计,取神参6份、神仲7份、白奶参5份、多儿参8份、老虎七12份、羊角七12份、百棒七1份、三月泡1份、黄仙子1份、蜂糖罐1份、冬青子1份、巴戟天1份、黄芪1份、当归身1份、白豆蔻1份、备用;制作方法同实施例3。
试验例1
选用体型相同的健康的雄性小白鼠70只,将小白鼠随机分6组,分别为实验1-3组和对照1-3组、空白组,实验1-3组分别在日粮中添加3%的实施例1-3的药酒,对照组分别在日粮中添加3%的对比例1-3的药酒,空白组在日粮中添加3%的生理盐水,其他管理措施一致。连续饲喂4周后,将小白鼠置于空气压强为0.8个标准大气压的环境中适应3h,然后在同等气压条件下,然后将重量为小白鼠体重5%的铅块绑在小白鼠的尾部,30min后,将9组小白鼠分别放入5℃的水中进行游泳试验,记录小白鼠自游泳开始至沉入水中后5s内不浮出水面的时间作为小白鼠的游泳时间,求各组平均值。

可以看出,在低温低压下,实验组1-3组的小鼠耐力明显好于对照组1-3组和空白组,并且对照组1-3组小鼠耐力略好于空白组。
实验例2本发明的保健实例
贵州省铜仁市万江区工人王某,男,45岁,其睡眠差,易疲劳,早餐、中餐后饮用本发明药酒10ml,连续饮用2个月后,身体力量恢复,工作表现良好,睡眠质量恢复如初。
贵州省六枝张某某,男,68岁,其走路气喘吁吁,易感冒,每日餐后饮用本发明药酒10ml,坚持两个月后,走路不再气喘,常年不易感冒。
贵州省赫章县杨某,女,53岁,因年轻时农活较多,体力消耗过量,造成身体虚弱,双腿乏力,常年卧床,每日餐后饮酒本发明药酒10ml,三个月后身体状态变好,可以起床做简单活动。
贵州省织金县张某,女,36岁,饮酒前,常有体乏感,食欲不振,每日餐后饮酒本发明药酒10ml,两个月后,身体明显变好,能正常干农活,食欲恢复。

Claims (8)
1.一种保元强身酒的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)以质量份计,取神参5-8份、神仲5-8份、白奶参5-8份、多儿参5-8份、老虎七5-8份、羊角七5-8份、百棒七3-5份、三月泡3-5份、黄仙子3-5份、蜂糖罐3-5份、冬青子3-5份、巴戟天3-5份、黄芪3-5份、当归身3-5份、白豆蔻3-5份、备用;
(2)将老虎七、冬青子、黄仙子、白豆蔻混合,切成2-4mm厚度的薄片,用酒湿润,得到混合物A,将之蒸透后,在阳光下摊开暴晒5-8h,然后再将混合物A收拢,重复蒸透暴晒2次即可;将神仲、巴戟天混合,切成2-4mm厚度的薄片,得到混合物B,将之摊开,喷洒其质量20-30%的食盐水,使得盐水与混合物B均匀接触,再密封放置30-50min,然后炒制其含水量为8-12%即可;将神参、白奶参、多儿参、羊角七、百棒七、三月泡、蜂糖罐、黄芪、当归身混合,粉碎为2-3mm的粉末,得到混合物C备用;
