本发明公开了一种布福娜百香果复合饮料及其制备方法,以布福娜和百香果为主要原料,配以含有乌梅、砂仁、沙枣、半枫荷、玫瑰花、天冬、玉竹成份的中药汁,并采用高压灭菌技术,制成的复合饮料能够保持布福娜的清香和百香果的特有香味,最大程度的保留了水果的营养成分,口味纯正,经常饮用还具有生津止渴、祛风活络、养颜美容等保健功效,从而实现了对布福娜和百香果原料的综合利用。

本发明属饮料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种布福娜百香果复合饮料及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
布福娜又名黑老虎,为五味子科木质常绿藤本植物,原生于中国西南部原始森林。布福娜是集食用、药用、绿化及观赏为一体的新型水果,是一种极具开发潜力的多用途果树。布福娜适应性极强,抗高温,喜半阴,无病虫害,易管理,栽培3年即可挂果,4年可达到盛果期,盛果期长达10-15年,花期4-7月,果期7-11月。布福娜原生于原始森林中,是苗族人民世代栽培的水果,意思是美容长寿之果,具有祛风活络、调气止痛、清肝明目、益肾固精、补血养颜等功效。
百香果又名鸡蛋果,为百香果科热带、亚热带多年生常绿藤本植物,原产巴西南部,叶形奇特,花色鲜艳,四季常青,其果实为椭圆形浆果,单果重60-120克,果汁澄黄,馨香优美,风味特殊,因而得名百香果。百香果属于雌雄异花,雌花结果,雄花用于授粉,其授粉媒介主要是蜜蜂和昆虫,也可通过人工授粉。春季种植的百香果,当年7月即可开花,11月可收果。第二年以后,每年4月开始开花,一年可开5-6批,每批花相隔20天,从开花到果实成熟需60-70天,果实收获4个多月。百香果含有17种氨基酸,丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、糖、维生素、钙、磷、铁、钾等多种对人体有益的物质,具有提神醒脑、养颜美容、生津止渴、化痰止咳、缓解便秘、降压降脂等功效。
布福娜和百香果都是季节性水果,通常鲜食,不耐贮藏,如果是在非上市季节,人们比较难吃到布福娜和百香果。而且由于二者易腐烂,每年因腐烂造成的损失比较大。目前市场上未见布福娜和百香果复合产品,所以布福娜百香果复合饮料具有很好的市场前景。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上问题,本发明旨在提供一种布福娜百香果复合饮料及其制备方法,采用该方法制成的布福娜百香果复合饮料口味纯正,保持新鲜口感,营养成分损失少,可实现对布福娜和百香果原料的综合利用,且便于储存,从而提高其经济价值。
为实现以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种布福娜百香果复合饮料,由以下重量配比的原料制成:布福娜汁35-45%、百香果汁25-35%、中药汁2-4%、蜂蜜3-5%、澄清剂0.02-0.1%、余量为水;所述中药汁由乌梅8份、砂仁6份、沙枣4份、半枫荷3份、玫瑰花3份、天冬1份、玉竹1份经拣选、清洗、浸泡、煎煮、过滤的步骤制备而成。
优选的,所述的一种布福娜百香果复合饮料,由以下重量配比的原料制成:布福娜汁40%、百香果汁30%、中药汁3%、蜂蜜4%、澄清剂0.06%、余量为水。
一种布福娜百香果复合饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将布福娜清洗干净,去皮榨汁,百香果洗净切开,取出带籽的果肉,榨汁;
(2)将布福娜果汁和百香果汁混合均匀,加入澄清剂,边搅拌边加热至50-70℃,然后冷却至6-10℃,静置8-12小时后虹吸分离,得混合液A;
(3)将混合液A过滤,过滤精度100-200目,加入中药汁、蜂蜜和水,搅拌均匀,用除菌滤膜除去部分细菌,得混合液B;
(4)将混合液B脱气处理,真空包装,在20-30℃时,压力为300-500Mpa灭菌处理即得布福娜百香果复合饮料。
本发明所采用的几种配料的功能分别为:乌梅,味酸、涩,性平,归肝、脾、肺、大肠经,具有敛肺,涩肠,生津止渴之功效;砂仁,味辛、温,入脾、胃、肾经,具有理气解郁,开胃消食之功效;沙枣,性温,味酸涩,入肝、胃、大小肠经,具有活血散瘀、化痰宽胸、补脾健胃之功效;半枫荷,性平、味甘淡,具有祛风活血、去湿消肿之功效;玫瑰花,微甘、苦、温,入肝、脾经,具有强肝养胃、活血调经、润肠通便、解郁安神之功效;天冬,甘、苦、大寒,入肺、肾经,具有清肺抑火、滋阴润燥之功效;玉竹,味甘、性微寒,入肺、胃经,具有养阴润燥、养胃生津之功效。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
本发明以布福娜和百香果为主要原料,配以含有乌梅、砂仁、沙枣、半枫荷、玫瑰花、天冬、玉竹成份的中药汁,并采用高压灭菌技术,制成的复合饮料能够保持布福娜的清香和百香果的特有香味,最大程度的保留了水果的营养成分,口味纯正,经常饮用还具有生津止渴、祛风活络、养颜美容等保健功效,从而实现了对布福娜和百香果原料的综合利用。

实施例1
一种布福娜百香果复合饮料,由以下重量配比的原料制成:布福娜汁35%、百香果汁25%、中药汁2%、蜂蜜3%、澄清剂0.02%、余量为水;所述中药汁由乌梅8份、砂仁6份、沙枣4份、半枫荷3份、玫瑰花3份、天冬1份、玉竹1份经拣选、清洗、浸泡、煎煮、过滤的步骤制备而成。

(1)将布福娜清洗干净,去皮榨汁,百香果洗净切开,取出带籽的果肉,榨汁;
(2)将布福娜果汁和百香果汁混合均匀,加入澄清剂,边搅拌边加热至50℃,然后冷却至6℃,静置8小时后虹吸分离,得混合液A;
(3)将混合液A过滤,过滤精度100目,加入中药汁、蜂蜜和水,搅拌均匀,用除菌滤膜除去部分细菌,得混合液B;
(4)将混合液B脱气处理,真空包装,在20℃时,压力为300Mpa灭菌处理即得布福娜百香果复合饮料。

一种布福娜百香果复合饮料,由以下重量配比的原料制成:布福娜汁45%、百香果汁35%、中药汁4%、蜂蜜5%、澄清剂0.1%、余量为水;所述中药汁由乌梅8份、砂仁6份、沙枣4份、半枫荷3份、玫瑰花3份、天冬1份、玉竹1份经拣选、清洗、浸泡、煎煮、过滤的步骤制备而成。
一种布福娜百香果复合饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
