本发明还提供了一种制备怀姜糖膏的方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤1)将怀姜清洗干净,榨汁;
步骤2)将姜汁加热至60-90°,熬制1-3小时;
步骤3)将充分吸水的怀姜糖果震动过滤,获得怀姜糖纯果汁;
步骤4)将初步熬制的姜汁加入红糖和大枣,温度在60-90°熬制6-8小时;
步骤5)将枸杞、怀菊花清洗干净,加入6-12倍的水浸泡,加热至60-90°,熬制4-6小时,至食材内容物充分溢出;
步骤6)将熬制的枸杞、怀菊花粉经100木纱网过滤得纯药汁;
步骤7)将过滤所得姜糖枣汁,药汁再次融合熬制,控制温度在60-90°熬制至固形物值为80-83%,添加蜂蜜和阿胶,再熬制1-3小时;
步骤8)冷却收膏即得怀姜糖膏,在25-45°温度下进行罐装,然后,将玻璃瓶至于80-100度沸水中灭菌半小时,完成整个制备流程。
与现有技术相比,本发明怀姜糖膏以野生怀姜作为主材,辅配红糖、蜂蜜、大枣、枸杞、怀菊花、阿胶熬制混合,充分萃取浓缩怀姜中的姜油酮、姜纷等生理活性物质,以及蛋白质、多糖、维生素和多种微量元素,为了提高各组分的功效,创新性地将大量的多种食材,如怀姜、红糖、大枣等,分步并反复熬制,经过加热并高度浓缩,复配而成膏状体可溶性冲剂。在制备过程中没有添加任何的防腐剂、增稠剂、香精色素,更使得内容物有效含量极高。本发明制备工艺所得怀姜糖膏浓缩汁固形物值达80-83%,在营养物含量上有了很大的提升,是目前市场中营养超高含量的纯天然制品。
在选材上,采用地道怀姜,而不是低廉的小黄姜,姜的品种决定了功效和营养成分,注重选材精良,并改良了现有的姜糖膏的配方组分,加入了怀菊花和阿胶相互混融,阿胶具有活血的功效,怀菊花具有清热解毒的功效,各味食材相辅相成,相互融合集合而成,有效提升整体怀姜糖膏的活血功效;在食材的投放顺序上,大枣和红糖与姜汁一起熬制,而不是在收膏时直接加入枣块和红糖混合,经过熬制,不仅使得营养成分充分融入膏体内,且不易变质,延长保质期。
经常服用此膏能使人面色红润、神清气大爽,同时具有暖胃、活络、驱寒、醒酒,尤其对体虚肢冷、脾胃虚寒、风寒感冒、咳嗽有独特的功效,女子服用此膏更有温经止痛、暖宫助孕、调理气血、美颜瘦身之效果。
具体实施方式
本发明怀姜糖膏采用怀姜为主材,辅配红糖、蜂蜜、大枣、枸杞、怀菊花、阿胶进行混合相溶,充分萃取浓缩怀姜中的姜油酮、姜纷等生理活性物质,以及蛋白质、多糖、维生素和多种微量元素,这些食材中的组分都是具有活血暖胃、祛寒祛湿、加快血液循环的功效,通过高度浓缩制备成膏状体,多种食材相混融合,从根源上起到活血暖胃的疗效,达到解体寒胃寒、温经止痛的功能。
怀姜,是同类生姜中的佼佼者。迄今已有1600多年的栽培历史,怀姜在同类生姜可谓首屈一指,也称博爱姜,产地为古怀庆府。在民间就有“早上三片姜,不劳医生开药方”,姜对于胃寒、四肢冰凉、关节疼痛、发汗解表、冻疮、解毒、牙痛等都有非常好的效果。历史上,人们就制作出“糖晒伏姜”、“糖腌姜片”用来医治胃寒病。“糖晒伏姜”是治疗“老胃寒病”的“灵丹妙药”。怀姜中含有更多的除含有姜油酮、姜纷等生理活性物质外,还含有蛋白质、多糖、维生素和多种微量元素,集营养、调味、保健于一身,自古被医学家视为药食同源的保健品,具有祛寒、祛湿、暖胃、加速血液循环等多种保健功能。《神农本草经》里也有关于姜的记载:“干姜,味辛温,温中止血,出汗,逐风;温脾。
红糖,未经过精炼的红糖保留了较多甘蔗的营养成分,更加容易被人体消化吸收,因此能快速补充体力、增加活力,所以又被称为「东方的巧克力」,其中不仅含有可提供热能的碳水化合物,还含有人体生长发育不可缺少的核黄素、胡萝卜素、烟酸和微量元素锰、锌、铬等各种元素。此外,红糖的含钙量是白糖的10倍,含铁量是白糖的3.6倍。将红糖煮成红糖水喝比直接吃更容易吸收其中的营养成分,且更加具有补中益气、健脾胃、暖胃的功效。红糖水对妇女月经顺畅也有帮助,可让身体温暖,增加能量,活络气血,加快血液循环,月经也会排得较为顺畅。
大枣,又名红枣,其维生素含量非常高,有“天然维生素丸”的美誉,具有滋阴补阳,补血之功效。中国的草药书籍「本经」中记载到,红枣味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能;而现代的药理学则发现,红枣含有蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、多种微量钙以及氨基酸等丰富的营养成份。
枸杞,其味甘、性平,具有补肝益肾之功效。《本草纲目》中说“久服坚筋骨,轻身不老,耐寒暑。”中医常用它来治疗肝肾阴亏、腰膝酸软、头晕、健忘、目眩、目昏多泪、消渴、遗精等病症。现代药理学研究证实枸杞子可调节机体免疫功能、能有效抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变、具有延缓衰老、抗脂肪肝、调节血脂和血糖、促进造血功能等方面的作用,并应用于临床。
怀菊花,河南省焦作市特产,中国国家地理标志产品,作为药用,以产于河南温县一带的"怀菊"最为有名,是四大怀药之一。怀菊花有很高的药用价值,属于药用菊。中国传统医学认为,菊性寒,历经寒暑,得天地之清气,有清热、解毒、祛风、清肝、明目等功效。古代医学认为,怀菊花得天地之清气,含金水之精英,饱经露霜、备受四气、善清上焦邪热、疏风解毒,清肝明目,安肠胃,调四肢,解渴消毒。久服利血气,轻身耐老,延年益寿。近代临床报道:用开水冲泡作茶饮,对高血压、头痛、失眠等症状有明显疗效。
阿胶,为补血止血、滋阴润燥之良药。临床应用于血虚萎黄、眩晕心悸、肌痿无力、心烦失眠、虚风内动、肺燥咳嗽、劳咳咯血、吐血、便血崩漏等方面具有显著疗效。阿胶具有生血作用,可用于失血贫血、缺铁贫血、再生障碍贫血及年老体弱、儿童、妇女的滋补。
蜂蜜是一种营养丰富的天然食品。蜂蜜含有与人体血清浓度相近的多种无机盐、维生素和有益人体健康的微量元素,以及天然果糖、葡萄糖、淀粉酶、氧化酶、还原酶等。蜂蜜的功效与作用:护肤美容、抗菌消炎、促进组织再生、促进消化、提高免疫力、促进长寿、改善睡眠、保肝作用、抗疲劳、促进儿童生长发育、保护心血管、润肺止咳等。蜂蜜与其他食材还有很好的调和作用。
以下具体说明本发明怀姜糖膏的配比。
本发明提供了一种怀姜糖膏,其制备原料包括怀姜、红糖、蜂蜜、大枣、枸杞、怀菊花、阿胶;其配方包括如下组分(按重量配比):怀姜25-30%、红糖30-35%、蜂蜜5-10%、大枣25-30%、枸杞1-2%、怀菊花1-2%、阿胶0.5-1%。
实施例一
一种怀姜糖膏,配方按包括如下组分(按重量配比):怀姜30%、红糖30%、蜂蜜7.5%、大枣30%、枸杞1%、怀菊花1%、阿胶0.5%。

一种怀姜糖膏,配方按包括如下组分(按重量配比):怀姜25%、红糖35%、蜂蜜10%、大枣25%、枸杞2%、怀菊花2%、阿胶1%。

一种怀姜糖膏,配方按包括如下组分(按重量配比):怀姜25%、红糖35%、蜂蜜5%、大枣30%、枸杞2%、怀菊花2%、阿胶1%。
本发明还提供了一种制备怀姜糖膏的方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤1)将怀姜清洗干净,榨汁;
步骤2)将姜汁加热至60-90°,熬制1-3小时;

在本发明中的食材原料选取上,本申请人经过长时间的选材和对比,选用怀姜作为主材,辅配红糖、蜂蜜、大枣、枸杞、怀菊花、阿胶。这些都是常用的活血暖胃食材。为了提高各组分的功效,创新性地将大量的多种食材,如怀姜、红糖、大枣等,分步并反复熬制,经过加热并高度浓缩,复配而成膏状体可溶性冲剂。其从营养成分上而言,浓缩了大量食材精华,其营养性比一般的活血药品大大增加;从调理疗效上看,将多种食材相混融,使得人们容易地吸收到多种营养成分,调理效果非常理想,且没有添加剂,纯天然食材,避免长期服用产生的副作用;从产品形式上看,高度浓缩制备而成可冲制的膏剂,突破了现有膏状药材的固形物值的水平,不仅浓缩了营养精华,而且服用方便高效,突破了常规的熬汤熬药的方式,通过提高固形物含量,显著提升怀姜糖膏的整体营养成分比例和食用效果,即需要更多的原料才能提取制备获得,起到显著的解体寒胃寒、温经止痛的功能。
上述技术方案仅体现了本发明技术方案的优选技术方案,本技术领域的技术人员对其中某些部分所可能做出的一些变动均体现了本发明的原理,属于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种怀姜糖膏,其特征在于,其制备原料包括怀姜、红糖、蜂蜜、大枣、枸杞、怀菊花、阿胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种怀姜糖膏,其特征在于,其配方包括如下组分(按重量配比):怀姜25-30%、红糖30-35%、蜂蜜5-10%、大枣25-30%、枸杞1-2%、怀菊花1-2%、阿胶0.5-1%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种怀姜糖膏,其特征在于,其配方按包括如下组分(按重量配比):怀姜30%、红糖30%、蜂蜜7.5%、大枣30%、枸杞1%、怀菊花1%、阿胶0.5%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种怀姜糖膏,其特征在于,其配方按包括如下组分(按重量配比):怀姜25%、红糖35%、蜂蜜10%、大枣25%、枸杞2%、怀菊花2%、阿胶1%。

6.一种制备怀姜糖膏的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤1)将怀姜清洗干净,榨汁;
步骤2)将姜汁加热至60-90°,熬制1-3小时;
步骤3)将充分吸水的怀姜糖果震动过滤,获得怀姜糖纯果汁;
步骤4)将初步熬制的姜汁加入红糖和大枣,温度在60-90°熬制6-8小时;
