Abstract
一种浓缩型保健养生茶制品的制备方法。具体包括:该茶制品是由柏叶、松针、罗汉果、南瓜、竹叶、荷叶、普洱茶组成,然后将上述原料通过粉碎、兑水煮料并浓缩得到茶水原料,最后将茶水原料进行脱水而得浓缩型的粉末状茶制品成品。本发明中每种材料功能效果都很突出,几种组合起来后所体现的保健效果更为彰显。通过实施本发明,制备出来的是高浓度的浓缩型粉末状茶制品成品。这种产品在流通时十分便利,而且在配制茶饮料时也很方便,仅用0.5克的浓缩型茶制品即可泡制成0.5公斤的茶饮料,而茶饮料的营养及功效更加明显。同时,本发明不但保健效果好,而且范围广泛,老少皆宜,不限制人群,市场前景非常好。

技术领域
本发明属于一种功能性茶制品的制备技术领域,具体涉及到一种浓缩型保健养生茶制品的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,市面上的保健养生茶品种繁多,而大多是以名贵的中草药材、药用真菌、珍稀花卉,如铁皮石斛、人参、冬虫夏草、灵芝、金花茶、金银花等组合起来配制而成,形成的茶饮料保健效果较好,但却是价格昂贵,非一般百姓能消费得起。
同时,当前的茶制品多是由多种原料组合而成,形成的产品形态是将各种原料粉碎后混合搭配起来而得一种粉末状混合物料,然后将混合物料按量分装起来得可泡制的茶制品。或者是将各种原料搭配形成混合物料后再兑水,接着通过萃取得茶饮料。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供全新的一种浓缩型保健养生茶制品的制备方法。具体包括:该茶制品是由柏叶、松针、罗汉果、南瓜、竹叶、荷叶、普洱茶组成,然后将上述原料通过粉碎、兑水煮料并浓缩得到茶水原料,最后将茶水原料进行脱水而得浓缩型的粉末状茶制品成品。本发明中每种材料功能效果都很突出,几种组合起来后所体现的保健效果更为彰显。通过实施本发明,制备出来的是高浓度的浓缩型粉末状茶制品成品。这种产品在流通时十分便利,而且在配制茶饮料时也很方便,仅用0.5克的浓缩型茶制品即可泡制成0.5公斤的茶饮料,而茶饮料的营养及功效更加明显。
所述的柏叶具有造血、通气活血、安眠养神、消除脂肪等功效,对合并动脉硬化或高血压的患者,止血亦较迅速。
所述的松针是松科植物的嫩叶。松针富含蛋白质、抗菌素、叶绿素、植物纤维,植物酵素、8种氨基酸和胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素E、氨基酸等多种元素。其中,胡萝卜素、维素C、维生素E有抗衰老之功效。对治疗脑中风、动脉硬化、对血压可双向调节、性功能减退、高血脂、糖尿病、便秘、青年人的经常感冒、青春痘、过敏性鼻炎、肥胖等特殊的疗效。我国古代就有吃松针、饮松针茶而获享高寿的记录。
所述的罗汉果的一种名贵药材,性凉味甘,功能清肺润肠。主治百日咳,痰火咳嗽,血燥便秘等症;对于治疗急性气管炎,急性扁桃体炎,咽喉火,急性胃炎都有很好的疗效。用罗汉果冲入开水浸泡,是一种极好的清凉饮料,既可提神生津,又可预防呼吸道感染,常年服用,能延年益寿。罗汉果汁还可用于烹调,清香可口,罗汉果被人们誉为“神仙果”。另外,罗汉果含一种比蔗糖甜300倍的甜味素,但它不产生热量,所以是糖尿病、肥胖等不宜吃糖者的理想替代饮料。
所述的南瓜含有多糖、氨基酸、活性蛋白、类胡罗卜素及多种微量元素等对人体有益的成分。其中,南瓜多糖是一种非特异性免疫增强剂,能提高机体的免疫功能,促进细胞因子生成,通过活化补体等途径对免疫系统发挥多方面的调节功能;南瓜中丰富的类胡罗卜素在机体内可转化成具有重要生理功能的维生素A,从而对上皮组织的生长分化、维持正常视觉、促进骨骼的发育具有重要生理功能;南瓜中高钙、高钾、低钠,特别适合中老年人和高血压患者,有利于预防骨质疏松和高血压;此外,南瓜中含有人体所需的多种氨基酸,其中赖氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、苏氨酸等含量较高。中医认为,南瓜性味甘、温,归脾、胃经,有补中益气、清热解毒之功,适用于脾虚气弱、营养不良、肺痈、水火烫伤。《本草纲目》言其“补中益气”。南瓜含瓜氨酸、精氨酸、麦门冬素及维生素A、B、C、果胶、纤维素等。南瓜中的果胶能调节胃内食物的吸收速率,使糖类吸收减慢,可溶性纤维素能推迟胃内食物的排空,控制饭后血糖上升。果胶还能和体内多余的胆固醇结合在一起,使胆固醇吸收减少,血胆固醇浓度下降。因而南瓜有“降糖降脂佳品”之誉,患有糖尿病者,常取本品佐餐,不仅可以果腹,而且还可以降糖降脂,可谓一举数得。最近还发现南瓜中还有一种“钴”的成分,食用后有补血作用。南瓜含有丰富的维生素a、b、c及矿物质,必需的8种氨基酸和儿童必需的组氨酸,可溶性纤维、叶黄素和磷、钾、钙、镁、锌、硅等微量元素。近代营养学和医学表明,多食南瓜可有效防治高血压,糖尿病及肝脏病变,提高人体免疫能力。随着国内外专家对蔬菜的进一步研究,发现南瓜不仅营养丰富,而且长期食用还具有保健和防病治病的功能。南瓜自身含有的特殊营养成份可增强机体免疫力,防止血管动脉硬化,在国际上已被视为特效保健蔬菜。
所述的竹叶在我国拥有悠久的食用和药用历史,是国家认可并批准的药、食两用的天然植物。研究表明,竹叶提有效成分包括黄酮、酚酮、蒽醌、内酯、多糖、氨基酸、微量元素等,具有优良的抗自由基、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗疲劳、降血脂、预防心脑血管疾病、保护肝脏、扩张毛细血管、疏通微循环、活化大脑、促进记忆、改善睡眠、抗癌症、美化肌肤等功效。据相关研究报道,在“第二届国际天然抗氧化剂会议”上,国内外多位学者报告了关于天然生物黄酮对抗癌药引起的骨髓毒性及免疫功能抑制的影响,对冠心病患者微循环、血小板功能的影响及心肌出血的改善。
所述的荷叶含有莲碱、原荷叶碱和荷叶碱等多种生物碱及维生素C。具有消暑利湿,健脾升阳,散瘀止血的功效。中国自古以来就把荷叶奉为瘦身的良药,明代《本草纲目》中记载“荷叶升发阳气、去脂瘦身、散淤血,荷花镇心益色、驻颜轻身”。荷叶中除了含有普通饮品所含的碳水化合物、脂质、蛋白质等常规成分外,还富含多种生物碱、黄酮类化合物,具有降脂、减肥,清除人体有害自由基,抗衰老、美容、抑菌、止痉孪等保健作用。荷叶茶经国家有关部门鉴定对人体没有任何毒副作用,常年饮用,瘦身延年、有益健康。
所述的普洱茶属于全发酵茶。其具有降脂减肥、防癌抗癌、健齿护齿、护胃养胃、抗衰老、防辐射、醒酒、利尿、美容等功效。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种浓缩型保健养生茶制品的制备方法,技术方案中该茶制品是由柏叶、松针、罗汉果、南瓜、竹叶、荷叶、普洱茶组成,然后将上述原料通过粉碎、兑水煮料并浓缩得到茶水原料,最后将茶水原料进行脱水而得浓缩型的粉末状茶制品成品。
包括如下步骤:
1、原料组成及配比:柏叶26%、松针11%、罗汉果15%、南瓜12%、竹叶16%、荷叶12%、普洱茶8%。
2、原料处理:将上述原料分别粉碎至能过80~100目备用。
3、浓缩:将上述原料按量组合起来得混合物料,接着将混合物料和水按1:10的重量比把混合物料混入水中,然后将水加热到80~90度,并保持温度持续至水分蒸发掉二分之一时,停止加热,待水温冷却到30~40度时再用250~300目滤网过滤得澄清的茶水原料。
4、成品:将茶水原料放到蒸发机里进行水分蒸发,得到浓缩型的粉末状茶制品成品。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明所提出来的浓缩型粉末状茶制品加工方法措施独特,而且加工过程工艺简单,容易实施。
2、本发明组合而成的各原料来源广、成本低廉,形成的成品成本低。
3、本发明中每种材料功能效果都很突出,几种组合起来后所体现的保健效果更为彰显。
4、通过实施本发明,制备出来的是高浓度的浓缩型粉末状茶制品成品。这种产品在流通时十分便利,而且在配制茶饮料时也很方便,仅用0.5克的浓缩型茶制品即可泡制成0.5公斤的茶饮料,而茶饮料的营养及功效更加彰显。
5、通过实施本发明,所添加的罗汉果提高了茶饮料的适口性,而罗汉果含一种比蔗糖甜300倍的甜味素,但它不产生热量,所以是糖尿病、肥胖等不宜吃糖者的理想替代饮料。
6、本发明不但保健效果好,而且范围广泛,老少皆宜,不限制人群,市场前景非常好。

下面结合实施例对本发明的方法进一步说明。

1.一种浓缩型保健养生茶制品的制备方法,其特征在于:该茶制品是由柏叶、松针、罗汉果、南瓜、竹叶、荷叶、普洱茶组成,然后将上述原料通过粉碎、兑水煮料并浓缩得到茶水原料,最后将茶水原料进行脱水而得浓缩型的粉末状茶制品成品;
包括如下步骤:
(1)原料组成及配比:柏叶26%、松针11%、罗汉果15%、南瓜12%、竹叶16%、荷叶12%、普洱茶8%;
(2)原料处理:将上述原料分别粉碎至能过80~100目备用;
(3)浓缩:将上述原料按量组合起来得混合物料,接着将混合物料和水按1:10的重量比把混合物料混入水中,然后将水加热到80~90度,并保持温度持续至水分蒸发掉二分之一时,停止加热,待水温冷却到30~40度时再用250~300目滤网过滤得澄清的茶水原料;
