本发明涉及营养保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
造成人体肥胖的主要原因有以下几点:1、进食过多:喜食高脂肪、高蛋白、甜类食品,而富含纤维素的蔬菜水果摄入偏少,暴饮暴食、晚餐进食过多、过晚、经常酒宴等造成摄食能量过多,多余的能量以脂肪形式储存起来导致肥胖;2、遗传因素:肥胖有一定的家族倾向。双亲均肥胖者,子女约2/3为肥胖,双亲中尤母亲肥胖者,子女中约近50%超重或肥胖;3、脾气虚、运化功能减弱,致使运化水湿功能低下,能量代谢发生障碍,多余的水分与脂肪不断蓄积形成肥胖;4、胰岛素分泌异常:肥胖患者往往有高胰岛素血症,而有易饥感,因而摄食热量过多;5、随着人们生活水平的不断提高以及节奏的不断加快,导致人们的压力过大而运动量相对减少,也有可能导致身体肥胖。
肥胖表现为脂肪细胞增多或细胞体积增大,从而使全身脂肪组织块增大并与其他组织失去正常比例的一种状态。肥胖常伴随着各种代谢紊乱,如高胰岛素血症、高血脂、高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、痛风、脂肪肝等一系列代谢性综合病症,严重影响人体健康。
目前针对肥胖症的治疗主要有以下几种方法:药物治疗、手术治疗、饮食控制治疗等。药物治疗往往会给人体带来一些副作用,减肥的效果也不是很理想;手术治疗虽然是见效较快的方法,但是手术时的疤痕很难修复,另外手术治疗极易反弹,治标不治本;饮食疗法虽然很健康,但是人们往往难以坚持,减肥效果不是很理想。

步骤二、分别将枸杞、去核红枣、蔓越莓、苹果、香蕉、猕猴桃、樱桃、芒果、水蜜桃、桂圆低温冷冻干燥,将水分蒸发掉,至水分含量为3%,然后将其粉碎成80目以上的细粉;
步骤三、将混合坚果经烘焙、干燥、粉碎成80目以上的细粉;

其中的高纤高蛋白复合谷粉,按照重量份数计包括以下组份:
燕麦5~20份、藜麦0.5~10份、糙米粉0.5~10份、大豆分离蛋白0.5~10份、芝麻分离蛋白0.5~10份、青稞0.5~5份、玉米0.5~5份、富硒大米0.5~5份。
其中的混合水果,按照重量份数计包括以下组份:
苹果1~3份、香蕉1~3份、猕猴桃1~3份、樱桃1~3份、芒果1~3份、水蜜桃1~3份、桂圆1~3份。
其中的混合坚果,按照重量份数计包括以下组份:
碧根果0.5~1份、巴旦木仁0.5~1份、核桃0.5~1份、榛子仁0.5~1份、松子0.5~1份、杏仁0.5~1份。
其中的复合多元维生素包括配比为:150μg:0.3μg:2.28μg:0.3mg:0.3mg:0.3mg:10μg:30mg:3mg:18μg:1mg的维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸。
本发明提供了一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将燕麦、藜麦、糙米粉、大豆分离蛋白、芝麻分离蛋白、青稞、玉米、富硒大米进行烘焙、粉碎成80目以上的高纤高蛋白复合谷粉;
步骤二、分别将枸杞、去核红枣、蔓越莓、苹果、香蕉、猕猴桃、樱桃、芒果、水蜜桃、桂圆低温冷冻干燥,将水分蒸发掉,至水分含量为3%,然后将其粉碎成80目以上的细粉;
步骤三、将混合坚果经烘焙、干燥、粉碎成80目以上的细粉;
步骤四、将步骤一所得高纤高蛋白复合谷粉、步骤二所得细粉、步骤三所得细粉、菊粉、变性淀粉、低聚木糖、魔芋精粉、大麦若叶、左旋肉碱、胶原蛋白肽、黑芝麻肽和复合多元维生素混合均匀;
步骤五、将上述所得产物进行灭菌,灭菌后装入包装袋,制得一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉。
本发明所采用的各组份的具体功效如下:
高纤高蛋白复合谷粉:能够促进生长发育、参加机体物质代谢、形成抗体,增强免疫力和提供能量,提高纤维摄取量,提供饱腹感。
菊粉:菊粉是一种天然的水溶性膳食纤维,调节肠道微生物菌群,改善肠道健康,防止便秘。
变性淀粉:主要利用变性淀粉良好的黏结性、分散性和水溶性。
低聚木糖:双歧杆菌利用低聚木糖,产生大量的短链脂肪酸,能刺激肠道蠕动,增加粪便湿润度,并保持一定的渗透压,从而防止便秘发生。
魔芋精粉:润肠通便、减少对脂肪的吸收。魔芋中的纤维能促进胃肠蠕动,润肠通便,防止便秘和减少肠对脂肪的吸收,有利于肠道病症的治疗,并能减少体内胆固醇的积累。另外,魔芋精粉还能够充饥减肥:魔芋是低热食品,其中所含的葡萄甘露聚糖会吸水膨胀,可增大至原体积的30~100倍,因而食后有饱腹感,是理想的减肥食品。
大麦若叶:排除肠道毒素、抑制糖份和胆固醇吸收。
左旋肉碱:促进脂肪转化成能量。
胶原蛋白肽:保护胃粘膜,可促进骨的形成,增强低钙水平下的骨胶原结构,从而提高了骨强度,即达到了预防骨质疏松症的作用。
黑芝麻肽:补充蛋白质,促进脂肪代谢,减肥。
枸杞:养肝,滋肾,润肺。
红枣:滋阴补阳,补血之功效。
蔓越莓:天然抗菌保健水果。
苹果:补充身体所需的营养元素。
混合坚果:营养丰富,含蛋白质、油脂、矿物质、维生素较高,对人体生长发育、增强体质、预防疾病有极好的功效。
复合多元维生素:补充多种维生素,提高人体免疫力。

实施例1降脂减肥代餐营养粉的制备
1)取苹果1g、香蕉1g、猕猴桃1g、樱桃1g、芒果1g、水蜜桃1g、桂圆1g,混合均匀,得混合水果。
2)取碧根果1g、巴旦木仁1g、核桃1g、榛子仁1g、松子1g、杏仁1g,混合均匀,得混合坚果。
3)取燕麦15g、藜麦6g、糙米粉6g、大豆分离蛋白6g、芝麻分离蛋白6g、青稞3.5g、玉米3.5g、富硒大米3g,进行烘焙、粉碎成80目以上,得高纤高蛋白复合谷粉。
4)分别将1g枸杞、1g去核红枣、1~3g蔓越莓、1g混合水果低温冷冻干燥,将水分蒸发掉,至水分含量为3%,然后将其粉碎成80目以上的细粉;
5)将1g混合坚果经烘焙、干燥、粉碎成80目以上的细粉;
6)将步骤4)所得细粉、步骤5)所得细粉、40g高纤高蛋白复合谷粉、10g菊粉、10g变性淀粉、5g低聚木糖、3g魔芋精粉、3g大麦若叶、3g左旋肉碱、2g胶原蛋白肽、1g黑芝麻肽和0.5g复合多元维生素混合均匀;
7)将上述所得产物进行灭菌,灭菌后装入包装袋,制得一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉。
实施例2降脂减肥代餐营养粉的制备
1)取苹果2g、香蕉2g、猕猴桃2g、樱桃2g、芒果2g、水蜜桃2g、桂圆2g,混合均匀,得混合水果。
2)取碧根果0.5g、巴旦木仁0.5g、核桃0.5g、榛子仁0.5g、松子0.5g、杏仁0.5g,混合均匀,得混合坚果。
3)取燕麦20g、藜麦10g、糙米粉10g、大豆分离蛋白10g、芝麻分离蛋白10g、青稞5g、玉米5g、富硒大米5g,进行烘焙、粉碎成80目以上,得高纤高蛋白复合谷粉。
4)分别将3g枸杞、3g去核红枣、3g蔓越莓、3g混合水果低温冷冻干燥,将水分蒸发掉,至水分含量为3%,然后将其粉碎成80目以上的细粉;
5)将10g混合坚果经烘焙、干燥、粉碎成80目以上的细粉;
6)将步骤4)所得细粉、步骤5)所得细粉、70g高纤高蛋白复合谷粉、15g菊粉、20g变性淀粉、10g低聚木糖、5g魔芋精粉、5g大麦若叶、5g左旋肉碱、5g胶原蛋白肽、3g黑芝麻肽和0.9g复合多元维生素混合均匀;
7)将上述所得产物进行灭菌,灭菌后装入包装袋,制得一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉。
实施例3降脂减肥代餐营养粉的制备
1)取苹果3g、香蕉3g、猕猴桃3g、樱桃3g、芒果3g、水蜜桃3g、桂圆3g,混合均匀,得混合水果。
2)取碧根果0.8g、巴旦木仁0.8g、核桃0.8g、榛子仁0.8g、松子0.8g、杏仁0.8g,混合均匀,得混合坚果。
3)取燕麦18g、藜麦8g、糙米粉8g、大豆分离蛋白8g、芝麻分离蛋白8g、青稞4g、玉米4g、富硒大米4g,进行烘焙、粉碎成80目以上,得高纤高蛋白复合谷粉。
4)分别将1g枸杞、3g去核红枣、2g蔓越莓、2g混合水果低温冷冻干燥,将水分蒸发掉,至水分含量为3%,然后将其粉碎成80目以上的细粉;
5)将1g混合坚果经烘焙、干燥、粉碎成80目以上的细粉;
6)将步骤4)所得细粉、步骤5)所得细粉、8g高纤高蛋白复合谷粉、3g菊粉、3g变性淀粉、0.1g低聚木糖、0.1g魔芋精粉、0.1g大麦若叶、0.1g左旋肉碱、0.5g胶原蛋白肽、1g黑芝麻肽和0.2g复合多元维生素混合均匀;
7)将上述所得产物进行灭菌,灭菌后装入包装袋,制得一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉。
实施例4降脂减肥代餐营养粉的制备
1)取苹果1.5g、香蕉1.5g、猕猴桃1.5g、樱桃1.5g、芒果2g、水蜜桃2g、桂圆2g,混合均匀,得混合水果。
2)取碧根果0.6g、巴旦木仁0.6g、核桃0.6g、榛子仁0.6g、松子0.6g、杏仁0.6g,混合均匀,得混合坚果。
3)取燕麦15g、藜麦2g、糙米粉3g、大豆分离蛋白3g、芝麻分离蛋白3g、青稞2g、玉米2g、富硒大米4g,进行烘焙、粉碎成80目以上,得高纤高蛋白复合谷粉。
4)分别将1g枸杞、2g去核红枣、2g蔓越莓、3g混合水果低温冷冻干燥,将水分蒸发掉,至水分含量为3%,然后将其粉碎成80目以上的细粉;
5)将7g混合坚果经烘焙、干燥、粉碎成80目以上的细粉;
6)将步骤4)所得细粉、步骤5)所得细粉、20g高纤高蛋白复合谷粉、12g菊粉、18g变性淀粉、7g低聚木糖、4g魔芋精粉、4g大麦若叶、5g左旋肉碱、2g胶原蛋白肽、2g黑芝麻肽和0.4g复合多元维生素混合均匀;
7)将上述所得产物进行灭菌,灭菌后装入包装袋,制得一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉。
试验例
一般的,现有血脂的检测指标如下:
总胆固醇(TC):正常范围为5.23~5.69mmoL/L。如果超过5.72mmoL/L,可视为血脂增高。
甘油三脂(TG):正常范围为0.56~1.7mmoL/L。如果超过1.7mmoL/L,为甘油三脂升高,是动脉粥样硬化和冠心病的危险因素。
高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C):正常范围为大于1.00mmoL/L。
病例1
孙某,男,50岁,患有高脂血症。经医院检查,其总胆固醇含量超过5.72mmoL/L,具有以下症状:乏力、头晕、视物模糊,血液粘稠度过高。食用本发明的降脂减肥代餐营养粉一个月后,总胆固醇含量下降至5.69mmoL/L,继续食用本发明的降脂减肥代餐营养粉一个月后,总胆固醇含量保持在5.45mmoL/L左右,乏力、头晕、视物模糊等症状消失,血液粘稠度降低,各项功能恢复至正常状态。
病例2
黄某,女,48岁,患有高脂血症。经医院检查,其甘油三脂含量超过1.7mmoL/L,经就医后状况仍无改善。食用本发明的降脂减肥代餐营养粉一个月后,体重明显减轻,甘油三脂含量下降,继续食用本发明的降脂减肥代餐营养粉一个月后,甘油三脂含量下降至1.7mmoL/L,维持在1.1mmoL/L左右,血脂水平达到正常状态,身体各项机能恢复至正常状态。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉,其特征在于,按照重量份数计包括以下组份:
高纤高蛋白复合谷粉8~70份、菊粉3~15份、变性淀粉3~20份、低聚木糖0.1~10份、魔芋精粉0.1~5份、大麦若叶0.1~5份、左旋肉碱0.1~5份、胶原蛋白肽0.5~5份、黑芝麻肽1~3份、枸杞1~3份、红枣1~3份、蔓越莓1~3份、混合水果1~3份、混合坚果1~10份、复合多元维生素0.2~0.9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉,其特征在于,按照重量份数计包括以下组份:
高纤高蛋白复合谷粉40份、菊粉10份、变性淀粉10份、低聚木糖5份、魔芋精粉3份、大麦若叶3份、左旋肉碱3份、胶原蛋白肽2份、黑芝麻肽1份、枸杞1份、红枣1份、蔓越莓1份、混合水果1份、混合坚果5份、复合多元维生素0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉,其特征在于,所述高纤高蛋白复合谷粉,按照重量份数计包括以下组份:
燕麦5~20份、藜麦0.5~10份、糙米粉0.5~10份、大豆分离蛋白0.5~10份、芝麻分离蛋白0.5~10份、青稞0.5~5份、玉米0.5~5份、富硒大米0.5~5份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉,其特征在于,所述高纤高蛋白复合谷粉,按照重量份数计包括以下组份:
燕麦15份、藜麦6份、糙米粉6份、大豆分离蛋白6份、芝麻分离蛋白6份、青稞3.5份、玉米3.5份、富硒大米3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉,其特征在于,所述混合水果,按照重量份数计包括以下组份:
苹果1~3份、香蕉1~3份、猕猴桃1~3份、樱桃1~3份、芒果1~3份、水蜜桃1~3份、桂圆1~3份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉,其特征在于,所述混合水果,按照重量份数计包括以下组份:
苹果1份、香蕉1份、猕猴桃1份、樱桃1份、芒果1份、水蜜桃1份、桂圆1份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉,其特征在于,所述混合坚果,按照重量份数计包括以下组份:
碧根果0.5~1份、巴旦木仁0.5~1份、核桃0.5~1份、榛子仁0.5~1份、松子0.5~1份、杏仁0.5~1份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉,其特征在于,所述混合坚果,按照重量份数计包括以下组份:
碧根果1份、巴旦木仁1份、核桃1份、榛子仁1份、松子1份、杏仁1份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉,其特征在于,所述复合多元维生素包括配比为:150μg:0.3μg:2.28μg:0.3mg:0.3mg:0.3mg:10μg:30mg:3mg:18μg:1mg的维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸。
10.制备权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将燕麦、藜麦、糙米粉、大豆分离蛋白、芝麻分离蛋白、青稞、玉米、富硒大米进行烘焙、粉碎成80目以上的高纤高蛋白复合谷粉;
步骤二、分别将枸杞、去核红枣、蔓越莓、苹果、香蕉、猕猴桃、樱桃、芒果、水蜜桃、桂圆低温冷冻干燥,将水分蒸发掉,至水分含量为3%,然后将其粉碎成80目以上的细粉;
步骤三、将混合坚果经烘焙、干燥、粉碎成80目以上的细粉;
步骤四、将步骤一所得高纤高蛋白复合谷粉、步骤二所得细粉、步骤三所得细粉、菊粉、变性淀粉、低聚木糖、魔芋精粉、大麦若叶、左旋肉碱、胶原蛋白肽、黑芝麻肽和复合多元维生素混合均匀;
步骤五、将上述所得产物进行灭菌,灭菌后装入包装袋,制得一种降脂减肥代餐营养粉。
