本发明涉及保健品技术领域,尤其涉及一种增强免疫力玛咖粉西洋参淫羊藿胶囊。
背景技术
抵抗力指的是在中枢神经系统的控制下,人体的各个系统分工合作,密切配合,保证了生命活动的正常进行。其中免疫系统功能是防御外界病原微生物的侵入,避免引起各种疾病。人体的这种防御能力就是抵抗力。由于目前西药无法快速有效的增强抵抗力,因此人们对快速有效增强抵抗力的中药药物存在极大的需求。
淫羊藿是一种中国常用中药,具有很高的药用价值。味苦涩,适宜失眠者使用。多年生草本植物,植株高20-60厘米,根状茎粗短,木质化,暗棕褐色,茎直立,有棱,无毛,通常无基生叶。主治补肾壮阳,祛风除湿。治阳痿不举,偏风不遂,小便淋沥,筋骨挛急,咳嗽,病后青盲,虚火牙痛,半身不遂,腰膝无力,风湿痹痛,四肢不仁。
西洋参,味甘辛,性凉,无毒。《特产研究》认为西洋参入心、肺、肾三经,以补益为主,可滋阴降火,益气生津;主要成分为人参皂苷,有效增强中枢神经功能,在抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降糖降血压等方面有良好的功效。
玛咖粉,以玛咖为原料,经切片、干燥、粉碎、灭菌等步骤制成,已被卫生部批准作为新资源食品。国际植物、生物学家和医药专家经过对玛咖的深入研究,应用先进的分析技术不断发现神奇的玛咖所具有的独特而且丰富的对人类健康、繁衍、对抗衰老、提供生命动力的植物化学成分和生物活性物质,为玛咖对人类的保健功效和药理作用提供了科学依据。集几十年科学家的研究成果,发现玛咖含有多种生物碱活性成分、介子油苷、甾醇、多种氨基酸及对人体健康起特殊生理功能的活性次生代谢物质。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种增强免疫力玛咖粉西洋参淫羊藿胶囊,以玛咖粉和淫羊藿提取物作为主料,配以西洋参粉和蜂王浆,四者配合能够有效缓解身体疲劳,增强免疫力的功效,同时有效保存了玛咖的活性成分和其它挥发性成分,抑制了鲜蜂王浆的褐变现象。

优选地,所述冷冻干燥的具体操作为:将玛咖置于冷冻干燥机中降温至-25~-20℃,在真空度为10~20Pa下保温30~40min,接着升温至-5~0℃,保温30-50min,再升温至20~30℃,保温20~35min。
优选地,所述超微粉碎条件为:进料速度为0.05~0.1g/s,温度为15~20℃,进料压力为3~5MPa,粉碎压力为5~6MPa,均粉碎时间为50~80min。
优选地,进料压力和粉碎压力相等。
优选地,所述微囊化使用的包囊材料为海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、阿拉伯胶中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
优选地,蜂王浆速冻粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将鲜蜂王浆置于真空搅拌罐中,加入甘草提取液,鲜蜂王浆和甘草提取液重量比1∶1-2,甘草提取液中甘草酸的浓度为30-40wt%,搅拌均匀,过滤,在低温下真空干燥,粉碎得到鲜蜂王浆粉;
S2、将新鲜芦荟洗净沥干、切段,然后用热水烫漂进行灭酶处理,冷却后浆,加入果胶酶、纤维素酶酶解,过滤得芦荟汁,减压浓缩,蒸干得芦荟浸膏;
S3、将鲜蜂王浆粉和芦荟浸膏在-25~-20℃下真空干燥并混合均匀,得到蜂王浆速冻粉。
优选地,步骤S1中,真空干燥的温度为-15~10℃。

本发明中,采用自动旋转扎囊机,按每粒胶囊填充400mg囊内填充物。
本发明以玛咖粉和淫羊藿提取物作为主料,配以西洋参粉和蜂王浆,其中,玛咖具有很好的提高增强免疫力、抗压力、抗疲劳和抗癌等作用,同时并对呼吸疾病、抑郁症、贫血症等有很好的治疗效果,淫羊藿提取物中富含淫羊藿多糖,具有增强机体免疫功能的作用,能增强和保持正常的肾上腺皮质功能和免疫功能;西洋参和蜂王浆具有很好的补益、抗衰老的功效,可滋阴降火、益气生津,其中含有的西洋参多糖和蜂王浆中含有的维生素还具有很好的降血糖、降血脂的作用,四者配合能够有效缓解身体疲劳,增强免疫力的功效。本发明中采用冷冻干燥-超微粉碎-微囊化的工艺制备玛咖粉,有效保存了玛咖的活性成分和其它挥发性成分,减少了芥子油苷的水解,提高了玛咖粉的纯度,在超微分散阶段,控制进料压力和粉碎压力,一方面超微末的成形性,另一方面避免了反喷的现象导致出粉率的降低,最后通过包囊材料进行微囊化,提高了玛咖有效成分的利用露和稳定性。同时在对蜂王胶速冻干燥过程中,添加了甘草提取液和芦荟浸膏,甘草提取液中含有的甘草酸和芦荟能够有效抑制蜂王浆的褐变现象,利于延长蜂王胶保鲜期,提高蜂王浆速冻粉的品质;同时甘草和芦荟的添加并不会影响复合胶囊作用的发挥,且甘草和芦荟本身含有的有益组分利于进一步提高蜂王浆的作用,提高人体综合体质。

实施例1
一种增强免疫力玛咖粉西洋参淫羊藿胶囊,包括胶囊壁和囊内填充物,囊内填充物的原料按重量份包括:玛咖粉20份、西洋参粉10份、淫羊藿提取物40份、蜂王浆速冻粉10份、淀粉30份;所述玛咖粉经冷冻干燥、超微粉碎、微囊化制得;所述淫羊藿提取物以淫羊藿叶片为原料提取得到;
所述玛咖粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
冷冻干燥:将玛咖置于冷冻干燥机中降温至-25℃,在真空度为10Pa下保温40min,接着升温至-5℃,保温30min,再升温至20℃,保温35min;
超微粉碎:将冷冻干燥得到的玛咖进行超微粉碎,进料速度为0.05g/s,温度为15℃,进料压力为3MPa,粉碎压力为5MPa,均粉碎时间为80min;
微囊化:向超微粉碎得到的超微玛咖粉中加入海藻酸钠,海藻酸钠用量为超微玛咖粉重量的1%,用水溶解后,在流化床中加热微囊化,得到玛咖粉;
蜂王浆速冻粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将鲜蜂王浆置于真空搅拌罐中,加入甘草提取液,鲜蜂王浆和甘草提取液重量比1:1,甘草提取液中甘草酸的浓度为30wt%,搅拌均匀,过滤,在-15℃下真空干燥,粉碎至100目得到鲜蜂王浆粉;
S2、将新鲜芦荟洗净沥干、切段,进行护色,除苦处理,然后用热水烫漂进行灭酶处理,冷却后浆,加入果胶酶、纤维素酶酶解,过滤得芦荟汁,减压浓缩,蒸干得芦荟浸膏;

所述玛咖粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
冷冻干燥:将玛咖置于冷冻干燥机中降温至-20℃,在真空度为20Pa下保温30min,接着升温至0℃,保温50min,再升温至30℃,保温20min;
超微粉碎:将冷冻干燥得到的玛咖进行超微粉碎,进料速度为0.1g/s,温度为20℃,进料压力为5MPa,粉碎压力为6MPa,均粉碎时间为50min;
微囊化:向超微粉碎得到的超微玛咖粉中加入羧甲基纤维素钠,羧甲基纤维素钠的用量为超微玛咖粉重量的0.5%,用水溶解后,在流化床中加热微囊化,得到玛咖粉;
蜂王浆速冻粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将鲜蜂王浆置于真空搅拌罐中,加入甘草提取液,鲜蜂王浆和甘草提取液重量比1:2,甘草提取液中甘草酸的浓度为40wt%,搅拌均匀,过滤,在-10℃下真空干燥,粉碎至150目得到鲜蜂王浆粉;
S2、将新鲜芦荟洗净沥干、切段,进行护色,除苦处理,然后用热水烫漂进行灭酶处理,冷却后浆,加入果胶酶、纤维素酶酶解,过滤得芦荟汁,减压浓缩,蒸干得芦荟浸膏;
S3、将鲜蜂王浆粉和芦荟浸膏在-20℃下真空干燥并混合均匀,得到蜂王浆速冻粉;鲜蜂王浆粉和芦荟浸膏的重量比为100:15。

所述玛咖粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
冷冻干燥:将玛咖置于冷冻干燥机中降温至-22℃,在真空度为15Pa下保温35min,接着升温至-2℃,保温40min,再升温至25℃,保温30min;

S2、将鲜蜂王浆粉在-22℃下真空干燥,得到蜂王浆速冻粉。
对实施例1-5所得增强免疫力玛咖粉西洋参淫羊藿胶囊中的囊内填充物的芥子油苷与市售的玛咖粉含量以及所得鲜蜂王浆粉的褐变情况进行测定,结果如下表所示:
从上述数据可以看出,本发明以采用冷冻干燥-超微粉碎-微囊化的工艺制备玛咖粉,有效保存了玛咖的活性成分和其它挥发性成分,提高了玛咖粉中芥子油苷含量。同时甘草和芦荟的添加有效缓解了鲜蜂王浆褐变的发生,利于延长蜂王胶保鲜期,提高蜂王浆速冻粉的品质。
进一步地,对本发明所得强免疫力玛咖粉西洋参淫羊藿胶囊的增强免疫力的功效进行测定:
随机选取100人服用本发明所得强免疫力玛咖粉西洋参淫羊藿胶囊,每天2粒,连续服用6个月,相比未服用胶囊前,感冒次数减少的人数比例为87.9%,且有超过95%的试验者表示精神变好,精力较以前更加充沛,健康状态较之前好。
