本发明公开了一种玫瑰茄复合饮料,其包括按原料重量百分比计0.1~5%的玫瑰茄提取物、2~5%的苹果原醋、2~5%的浓缩苹果汁、0.5~5%的蜂蜜和80~95%的水,所述玫瑰茄提取物为经醇提和正丁醇萃取后的玫瑰茄提取物。本发明采用经经醇提和正丁醇萃取后的玫瑰茄提取物作为原料之一,复配以苹果原醋、浓缩苹果汁和蜂蜜,使得该玫瑰茄复合饮料不仅具有独特的风味,且其具有优异的保健功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种玫瑰茄复合饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
玫瑰茄别名洛神花,为锦葵科植物玫瑰茄(Hibiscus Sabdariffa Linn)的干燥花萼。原产于美洲,生长于福建沿海高山。富含花青素、多元酚、呋喃醛、维生素C、接骨木三糖苷、柠檬酸等营养成份,这些成份具有抗氧化、清自由基、降压降脂、开胃消滞促消化、清热解暑生津止渴等作用。
玫瑰茄虽然具有上述综合的功能,但针对玫瑰茄进行开发上市的饮料并不多见。因此,以玫瑰茄为原料开发一种具有保健功能的复合饮料具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述技术的不足,提供一种玫瑰茄复合饮料,同时提供该复合饮料的制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种玫瑰茄复合饮料,其包括按原料重量百分比计0.1~5%的玫瑰茄提取物、2~5%的苹果原醋、2~5%的浓缩苹果汁、0.5~5%的蜂蜜和80~95%的水,所述玫瑰茄提取物为经醇提和正丁醇萃取后的玫瑰茄提取物。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,包括按原料重量百分比计0.1~1%的玫瑰茄提取物、3~4%的苹果原醋、3~4%的浓缩苹果汁、3~5%的蜂蜜和80~90%的水。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述玫瑰茄提取物按原料重量百分比计为0.5~1%。
一种如上所述的玫瑰茄复合饮料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:将玫瑰茄提取物溶于水中,然后依次加入苹果原醋、浓缩苹果汁和蜂蜜,搅拌均匀后过滤,得玫瑰茄复合饮料成品。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用经经醇提和正丁醇萃取后的玫瑰茄提取物作为原料之一,复配以苹果原醋、浓缩苹果汁和蜂蜜,使得该玫瑰茄复合饮料不仅具有独特的风味,且其具有优异的保健功能。

制备方法:
将玫瑰茄提取物溶于水中,然后依次加入苹果原醋、浓缩苹果汁和蜂蜜,搅拌均匀后过滤,得实施例1玫瑰茄复合饮料成品。
实施例2

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰茄复合饮料,其特征在于:包括按原料重量百分比计0.1~1%的玫瑰茄提取物、3~4%的苹果原醋、3~4%的浓缩苹果汁、3~5%的蜂蜜和80~90%的水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种玫瑰茄复合饮料,其特征在于:所述玫瑰茄提取物按原料重量百分比计为0.5~1%。
4.一种如权利要求1~3任一项所述的玫瑰茄复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:将玫瑰茄提取物溶于水中,然后依次加入苹果原醋、浓缩苹果汁和蜂蜜,搅拌均匀后过滤,得玫瑰茄复合饮料成品。
