本发明提供一种凤丹保健饮料,属饮料技术领域。本饮料由经生化提汁工艺处理后的凤丹汁、桑椹汁、蔗糖、品质改良剂(多聚磷酸钠、维生素C钠)及水,按常规方法制成。该饮料具有营养丰富,有较好的滋补强身、润肺健胃、宁心安神、清热利尿等保健功能。该饮料的生产方法简便、易操作、成本低。

技术领域:本发明提供一种凤丹保健饮料,属饮料生产技术领域。
背景技术:凤丹,性微寒,味辛苦,凉,入心、肝、肾经,具有清热,凉血,消瘀的功效。现有饮料品种繁多,均具有一定的营养价值,但未见采用凤丹与桑椹提取汁等生产饮料的公开报道。
发明内容:本发明的目的是要提供一种营养丰富,并具有较好保健作用的凤丹汁保健饮料。
为达到上述目的,本发明的实施方案为:采用具有镇静、降温、解热、阵痛、解痉、抗动脉粥硬化、利尿、抗溃疡、治冠心病心绞痛的凤丹与补肝肾功能的桑椹为主要原料制成。该饮料由凤丹提取汁8~10%,桑椹提取汁5~8%,蔗糖8~10%,品质改良剂(多聚磷酸钠、维生素C钠)0.2~1‰,其余为水经加工而成。该饮料的生产方法为先采用生化提取汁的方法提取凤丹、桑椹汁,然后按常规饮料生产方法在常规的设备中生产出凤丹饮料。
提取方法为:将原料清洗后,在温度10℃的条件下,在常规的生化提取设备中经10~24小时处理后分离。上述饮料的原辅料验收及加入量均按国家有关标准GB2750要求进行。
本发明的工艺流程如下:
原料→清理→破碎→生化提汁→调配→均质→杀菌→灌装→检验→成品
本发明具体实施方式:
先将清洗后的凤丹与桑椹分别浸泡8小时与2小时,捞出控水后入破碎机破碎,然后放入生化提取设备(蒸煮锅)中,加入原料重0.2%的助提剂维生素C纳,在温度10℃的条件下经40分钟后分离出提取汁。随后将8%的蔗糖、0.2‰的品质改良剂(多聚磷酸钠、维生素C钠)、其余为水进行调配,调配后在25MPa下进行均质处理,然后在135℃温度下灭菌5秒钟,随后在0.2MPa负压下封灌,最后按国家标准进行检验,装箱后即为成品。
本发明与现有技术相比,饮料具有营养丰富,有较好的滋补抗病保健功能;生产方法具有简便、易操作、成本低等优点。

1.一种凤丹保健饮料,其特征在于:该饮料由凤丹提取汁、桑椹提取汁、蔗糖、品质改良剂、水制成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种凤丹保健饮料,其特征在于该饮料各组成成份的比例为:
凤丹提取汁  8~10%,     桑椹提取汁  5~8%,
蔗      糖  8~10%,     品质改良剂  0.2~1‰,
其余为水。
