本发明公开一种红薯茶叶生产方法,涉及农用茶领域。具体步骤通过原材料采摘、分拣清洗、剪切、杀青、中药预制、中药浸泡、烘干、成品包装步骤制成。本发明机油良好保健功能;本发明能够充分利用红薯叶资源,有利社会可持续发展。

技术领域
本发明涉及农用茶领域,尤其涉及一种红薯茶叶生产方法。
背景技术
红薯叶是红薯生长过程中的茎上的叶子,有提高免疫力,保护视力,延缓衰老,解毒等作用。目前的应用多为作为饲料原材料应用,偶尔采其秧茎顶端的嫩叶炒菜食用,不能对红薯叶进行很好的利用,缺乏对红薯叶充分利用的加工方法。现有的茶叶主要采用茶树叶为主,保健功能单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述不足,提供一种红薯茶叶生产方法。
本发明提供的一种红薯茶叶生产方法,其具体步骤如下:
步骤(1),原材料采摘:采用阳历6月以后无农药化肥无污杂、绿色环保的新鲜早上露水采摘的红薯叶。
步骤(2),分拣清洗:人工对新采摘的红薯叶分拣剔除老叶及腐叶,并对红薯叶进行清洗沥净。
步骤(3),剪切:通过人工对清洗干净的红薯叶进行裁剪成1cm大小的长条。
步骤(4),杀青:将步骤(3)处理后的红薯叶长条放入烘干机内,在温度为150-180℃的环境下进行杀青5-6分钟,使得红薯叶达到半干状态。
步骤(5),中药预制:取重量份紫苏30份、陈皮30份、薄荷20份、茵陈10份的中药加入煎药锅中,再加入5000份的常温水进行煎煮1小时,等煎好后放制备用。
步骤(6),中药浸泡:将步骤(4)处理后的红薯叶放置在步骤(5)制作的中药药水中浸泡2小时,并保持药水温度在30℃。
步骤(7),烘干:将步骤(6)处理后的红薯叶捞出放置于烘干机中进行烘干。
步骤(8),成品包装:将步骤(7)处理后的红薯叶茶进行称重装袋密封,得到成品红薯叶茶。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明制作的红薯叶茶具有增强免疫力功能,提高机体抗病能力,促进新陈代谢,延缓衰老,降血糖,通便利尿,升血小板,止血,预防动脉硬化,阻止细胞癌变,催乳解毒,保护视力,预防夜盲的良好保健功能;本发明能够充分利用红薯叶资源,有利社会可持续发展。

下面通过实施例对本发明一种红薯茶叶生产方法作进一步的说明,下述实施例中所述的原料份量均为重量份:
实施例1:
步骤(1),原材料采摘:采用阳历6月以后无农药化肥无污杂、绿色环保的新鲜早上露水采摘的红薯叶。
步骤(2),分拣清洗:人工对新采摘的红薯叶分拣剔除老叶及腐叶,并对红薯叶进行清洗沥净。
步骤(3),剪切:通过人工对清洗干净的红薯叶进行裁剪成1cm大小的长条。
步骤(4),杀青:将步骤(3)处理后的红薯叶长条放入烘干机内,在温度为150-180℃的环境下进行杀青5-6分钟,使得红薯叶达到半干状态。
