Abstract

Description

具有筒管更换装置的粗纱机
本发明涉及一种在一锭翼架上至少设有一排锭翼并具有一个以能在引导装置上行驶的、带有悬挂支架的一列悬挂小车的方式来自动把满纱粗纱卷装更换成空粗纱管的粗纱机,其中粗纱卷装和粗纱筒管通过一在粗纱卷装与悬挂小车列之间的相对的往复运动来挂妥的。
这种装置在DE 42 29 296A中已有所知,导轨在锭翼以内的设置要求导轨在锭翼间距之内必须分成相应的能够转动的短节段,以便在锭翼运行时把它从其旋转区域带出,这需要一昂贵的结构。在粗纱机静止后和重新起动之前必须由这些节段构成导轨或把它拆开,以便使悬挂小车列能驶入锭翼区或使粗纱机能重新起动。这样就需要等候的时间,并延长粗纱机的停车状态。
本发明所提出的任务在于,提供一种紧邻锭翼的导轨装置,其中锭翼架可以按已知的方式在一侧加以支撑。
本发明的任务的技术解决方案在于,在一锭翼架上至少设有一排锭翼和具有一个以能在引导装置上行驶的带有悬挂支架的至少一个悬挂小车列的方式进行自动把满纱卷装更换成空筒管的装置的粗纱机,其中粗纱卷装和粗纱筒管通过粗纱卷装与悬挂小车列之间的相对往复运动来挂在悬挂支架上,其中,引导装置是制成为各排锭翼配置的导轨,它在其端部区的高度上延伸;筒管升降架上的筒管架与导轨能通过筒管升降架也横向于粗纱机的纵向的移动而处于一共同的垂直平面内,其特征在于:导轨固定设置在定翼架的下侧,紧邻锭翼排;锭翼架用于安置锭翼,而导轨是为锭翼排而设置的。
本发明的一个优选实施例是导轨就在锭翼的下方能垂直于粗纱机的纵向在通过筒管升降架的筒管架的竖直平面内移动。
在本发明的技术解决方案中,由于导轨设置在锭翼架的下侧,这样的优点是,导轨能设置在固定位置。但它要求具有这样一种可能性,即粗纱卷装或粗纱筒管在升降架上的接纳是与设置在锭翼排之间的、也就是在此接纳之间的导轨能带入到共同的垂直平面内。在一般情况下,这里筒管升降架是制成能在一相应的路段上移动,但也可制成使锭翼架或两个装置都能移动。
本发明的另一优点,即不仅导轨而且锭翼架均可设置在固定位置,并且筒管升降架也不必前后移动,但对此导轨必须制成可移动的。
导轨能以直线方式从机架向外移动。但也能围绕着沿粗纱机而延伸的轴转动,这里在两根导轨旁边机架上设有一根轴,另外一根是在粗纱机的前侧。
在一般设有两排锭翼的粗纱机中,导轨中之一是位于两排锭翼之间,另外一导轨从粗纱机的前面观察是位于两排锭翼的前面或后面。因此筒管升降架或导轨在更换筒管过程中必须向前或向后改变其位置。
筒管升降架的位置变动可以这样来实现:使它在水平方向进行横动,为了在筒管卷绕过程中可以上下移动起见,筒管升降架是可以上下移动的,以便在筒管卷绕过程中升降筒管升降架,同时筒管升降架还能作前后的移动。在本来一般是用联节轴把传动转移到升降架上的筒管架上后,附加的升降架移动不会带来结构上的问题。
筒管一般是由设置在升降架上的锭子作为一卷绕锭子来带动的。在实施方案中借助在锭翼下方行驶的导轨具有的优点是,能把锭子安排在锭翼之内而构成一翼锭,从而能节省结构高度。

在附图中仅表示出对理解本发明所必需的粗纱机的重要部件。机架1载有一牵伸机构2和一锭翼架3,其上装有两排能转动的锭翼4。锭翼架包括熟知的、在这里未详细表示的锭翼传动装置。机架1上还有一个能在竖直方向移动的筒管升降架5,其上装有能旋转的筒管6,筒管升降架6还包括熟知的、在这里未详细表示的筒管6的传动装置。
筒管升降架5是安装在沿粗纱机长度分布的许多横臂7的上面。在这些横臂7上具有竖直设置的齿条8,其上啮合着小齿轮9。小齿轮9通过用以传动其共同轴的电动机10来驱动,以便使升降架5作上下移动。通过这些传动装置能使筒管升降架以粗纱卷装所需的卷绕成形的方式而相对于锭翼作上下移动。
在图1a~1i的实施例中,筒管升降架5也可在垂直于粗纱机长度方向作前后移动,为此,它最好在每一横臂7上设有齿条11,其上啮合着小齿轮12(图1e)。小齿轮12位于一沿着筒管升降架5长度方向延伸的一根共同轴上,该轴通过电动机13能向前或向后旋转。
在锭翼架3的下方靠近锭翼4的轴承位置和其顶端区域处设有导轨14,其上有悬挂小车列15能行驶,悬挂小车列15可采用熟知的结构型式,并由互相铰接的悬挂小车所组成,它借助转动辊在导轨14上行驶,或通过熟知的由被驱动的压在悬挂小车侧面的摩擦辊所组成的摩擦轮传动来驱动,悬挂小车上载有悬挂支架16,其上可悬挂满纱卷装6或空的粗纱筒管18。在所述的实施例中,悬挂小车列所载的悬挂支架位于粗纱机锭翼4和卷装6双方的间隔的一半处。
在卷装6与空筒管18的更换过程中共同工作的粗纱机机构,例如锭翼的传动机构、使筒管升降架5往复运动的电动机10、使筒管升降架5前后移动的电动机13以及悬挂小车列15的摩擦轮传动机构均通过一控制装置20互相联系来,保证这些机构以合适的功能进行工作。从控制装置20所引出的带有箭头的直线表示粗纱机上未单独表示出的附加的工作机构。
图1a表示粗纱机筒管升降架5上的满纱卷装6与空筒管18进行更换时的输出位置。粗纱卷装6已经完成,粗纱机处于静止状态,其中锭翼4的两臂位于粗纱机的长度方向,并在导轨14上驶入带有空筒管18的悬挂小车列15。在装有空筒管18的悬挂支架16之间总是有一个空着的悬挂支架。
下一步是按图1b通过由控制装置20对电动机10的相应控制藉小齿轮9和齿条8使筒管升降架5按箭头的方向仅下降稍许,使卷装6的上部边缘处于悬挂支架16之下方,然后按图1c和图中的箭头方向通过电动机13的相应控制并藉助小齿轮12和齿条11把筒管升降架往回拖向粗纱机,使卷装6处于悬挂小车列15中的空的悬挂支架16之下。于是筒管升降架5按照图1d重新被提升,直到卷装6挂住在悬挂支架16上,然后使筒管升降架5按图1e大幅度地下降,使卷绕锭子19能容许悬挂小车列15驶过,以便带有空筒管18的悬挂支架16能在卷绕锭子19上方通过。
紧接着,使筒管升降架5按图1f重新升起,以便把空筒管18从悬挂支架16上脱钩并插在卷绕锭子19上。在筒管升降架5下降(图1g)和移位(图1h)之后,筒管升降架5便把空筒管18放在锭翼4之内。通过筒管升降架5的提升(图1i)便到达输出位置准备重新起动粗纱机。当带有卷装6的悬挂小车列15已驶离锭翼区之后,粗纱机便可立即重新起动。
在图2a和2b中表示另一种实施例,其中筒管升降架5并不能在垂直于粗纱机长轴的方向上移动。所需要的导轨与筒管升降架的相对位移在这里是通过导轨的移动来实现的。
与图1a~1i中的导轨14功能相应的导轨21,22是这样来使之移动的,它在垂直于粗纱机的长度方向上能在锭翼4下方的经过锭翼4和筒管升降架5上的筒管架的一个垂直平面内进行移位。这里,特别是从图4a和4b可知,导轨21,22能在许多分布在导轨长度方向的连杆23,24上沿水平方向前后移动。连杆23,24的移动是藉助连杆上的齿条25,26和与齿条啮合的小齿轮27,28通过电动机29,30的驱动来实现的。但也能采用流体(气动或液动)工作元件来实现。
由于两个导轨21,22必须在不同的行程内移动,所以它们各自装有宽度不同的能前后移动的连杆23或24。
图2a表示用于更换过程的输出位置:带有粗纱卷装6的筒管升降架5下降,导轨21,22仍位于回拖的位置,在这里它并不妨碍锭翼4的旋转和筒管升降架5的往复运动。在图2b中的第一步,导轨通过电动机29,30的相应控制藉助小齿轮27,28以及齿条25,26向前移动一段行程,使前导轨21位于两排卷装6之间,而后导轨22紧靠后排卷装6的后面。在此位置上,装有空筒管18的悬挂小车列15在导轨上行驶到一个位置,使其空筒管对着卷装6之间的空隙,或其空的悬挂支架16位于卷装的旁边(图4a)。下一步如图4b中所示,导轨21,22继续向前移动,直到悬挂小车列或其悬挂支架16位于锭翼4和卷装的平面内为止。于是挂在悬挂小车列15上的空筒管18进入到位于筒管升降架5上的卷装6的中间,而在图4b中不可见的悬挂支架16则位于卷装的上方。通过筒管升降架5的升降功能以及悬挂小车列21,22的移动,现在便可像前面所述那样使卷装6更换成空筒管18。
也可采用另一种方法:在未表示的过程中,导轨21,22立即驶入含有锭翼4和卷装6的平面,无装载的悬挂小车列驶入,卷装被挂在它上面,此装有卷装的悬挂小车列驶出,装有空筒管的悬挂小车列驶入,将空筒管卸落在筒管升降架上以及已卸空的悬挂小车列再行驶出,然后导轨回拖,而筒管升降架向上提升,以便重新起动粗纱机。
图3a~3e表示一种实施方案,其中不仅筒管升降架5能前后移动,而且导轨21,22是设置在锭翼4的下方并如前所述那样也能够移位。在更换过程中,导轨21,22在筒管升降架5下降和回拖之后,从其在图3a中所示的输出位置藉助电动机29,30通过小齿轮27,28和齿条25,26以不同的行程向前行驶到已下降的两排卷装6之间。此位置处于锭翼4的垂直平面内。于是载有空筒管18的悬挂小车列15便能驶入到这样的位置,使其筒管对着卷装6的空隙,或其空的悬挂支架16位于卷装的旁边(图3b)。从现在起空的悬挂支架16与卷装6便能互相就位,此时导轨21,22以垂直于机器长度的方向作相应的移动。
当上述情况出现之后,通过筒管升降架5相应的升降运动能使卷装6挂住在悬挂支架16上,从而转移到悬挂小车列15上(图3c),然后在悬挂小车列行驶约一个悬挂支架的间距之后,通过筒管升降架5又一次相应的升降运动使空筒管18从悬挂支架16上卸落并转移到筒管升降架上(图3d)。
在悬挂小车列15从粗纱机驶出以后,导轨21,22能返回到其静止位置(图3e)。在这里筒管升降架5处于其输出位置,能进行生头并高速运行。
导轨21,22在返回位置上的距离可以这样来测量,即在此位置上已载有空筒管18的悬挂小车列15能够驶入。
在一未详细表示的方法中,导轨21,22也能围绕着与粗纱机长度方向相平行的轴而可转动地设置,更换过程与前面所述的相符。
在具有在锭翼4下方驶入的导轨21,22的实施方案中,带动卷装用的锭子19′以设置在锭翼4上较为有利,因为否则的话筒管升降架5必须下降得很低,或锭翼架必须设置得很高,致使悬挂在悬挂小车列15上的卷装6和空筒管18必须在从筒管升降架上突出的卷绕锭子上方驶过。

Claims (3)

1.在一锭翼架上至少设有一排锭翼和具有一个以能在引导装置上行驶的带有悬挂支架的至少一个悬挂小车列的方式进行自动把满纱卷装更换成空筒管的装置的粗纱机,其中粗纱卷装和粗纱筒管通过粗纱卷装与悬挂小车列之间的相对往复运动来挂在悬挂支架上,其中,引导装置是制成为各排锭翼(4)配置的导轨(14),它在其端部区的高度上延伸;筒管升降架(5)上的筒管架(19)与导轨能通过筒管升降架(5)也横向于粗纱机的纵向的移动而处于一共同的垂直平面内,其特征在于:导轨(14)固定设置在定翼架(3)的下侧,紧邻锭翼排;锭翼架(3)用于安置锭翼(4),而导轨(14)是为锭翼排而设置的。(图1a~1I)
2.在一锭翼架上至少设有一排锭翼和具有一个以能在引导装置上行驶的带有悬挂支架的至少一个悬挂小车列的方式进行自动把满纱卷装更换成空筒管的装置的粗纱机,其中粗纱卷装和粗纱筒管通过粗纱卷装与悬挂小车列之间的相对往复运动来挂在悬挂支架上,其中引导装置是制成分别为各个排锭翼(4)配置的一个导轨(14),该粗纱轨还具有一个只能垂直移动的筒管升降架(5),其特征在于:导轨(21,22)就在锭翼(4)的下方能垂直于粗纱机(1)的纵向在通过筒管升降架(5)的筒管架的竖直平面内移动。(图2a、2b,4a、4b)
3.按照权利要求2的粗纱机,其特征在于,导轨(21,22)就在锭翼(4)的下方可垂直于粗纱机(1)的纵向在通过筒管升降架(5)的筒管架的竖直平面内移动并且筒管升降架(5)也可垂直于粗纱机(1)的纵向移动。(图3a~3e)
