背景技术
现有技术中,固色剂都是通用产品,在固色剂使用过程中对于不同面料而言其效果是不同的。尤其是对于涤棉混纺面料黑色染色过程中其固色性能相对较差,严重影响产品的染色性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效的提升固色性能的涤棉面料黑色染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种涤棉面料黑色染色方法,在涤棉面料染色过程中,采用黑色染料,在染料加入后的保温时间段的最后20min时加入固色剂,且固色剂用量与涤棉面料的质量比为1-2:1000,固色剂加入后继续保温,其中固色剂包括如下组分:聚氧乙烯二胺、环氧氯丙烷、三乙醇胺、过硫酸铵、1,5-二羟基萘、酚醛树脂、浓硫酸、冰醋酸、25%氨水、乙二醇单丁醚、去离子水,其中各组分的质量份数为:聚氧乙烯二胺10-20份、环氧氯丙烷5-15份、三乙醇胺8-10份、过硫酸铵2-10份、1,5-二羟基萘3-6份、酚醛树脂3-5份、浓硫酸0.3-1份、冰醋酸2-4份、25%氨水2-5份、乙二醇单丁醚3-6份、去离子水260-300份。
作为优选,上述各组分的质量份数为:聚氧乙烯二胺15份、环氧氯丙烷12份、三乙醇胺9份、过硫酸铵8份、1,5-二羟基萘5份、酚醛树脂4份、浓硫酸0.8份、冰醋酸3份、25%氨水4份、乙二醇单丁醚5份、去离子水280份。
本发明所得到的一种涤棉面料黑色染色方法,其能有效提升涤棉面料的固色性能,尤其是黑色染色过程中,能确保面料不褪色等。
