本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域，尤其是一种涤棉面料黑色染色用固色剂的制备方法，配制如下组分：聚氧乙烯二胺、环氧氯丙烷、三乙醇胺、过硫酸铵、1,5‑二羟基萘、酚醛树脂、浓硫酸、冰醋酸、25％氨水、乙二醇单丁醚、去离子水；将上述各组分放置在密闭容器内，在密闭容器内加压至1.5个大气压，然后升温至35‑45℃，搅拌并保温25‑30min，出料即可。本发明所得到的一种涤棉面料黑色染色用固色剂的制备方法，其得到的固色剂能有效提升涤棉面料的固色性能，尤其是黑色染色过程中，能确保面料不褪色等。

技术领域
本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域，尤其是一种涤棉面料黑色染色用固色剂的制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中，固色剂都是通用产品，在固色剂使用过程中对于不同面料而言其效果是不同的。尤其是对于涤棉混纺面料黑色染色过程中其固色性能相对较差，严重影响产品的染色性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效的提升固色性能的涤棉面料黑色染色用固色剂的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种涤棉面料黑色染色用固色剂的制备方法，配制如下组分：聚氧乙烯二胺、环氧氯丙烷、三乙醇胺、过硫酸铵、1,5-二羟基萘、酚醛树脂、浓硫酸、冰醋酸、25％氨水、乙二醇单丁醚、去离子水，其中各组分的质量份数为：聚氧乙烯二胺10-20份、环氧氯丙烷5-15份、三乙醇胺8-10份、过硫酸铵2-10份、1,5-二羟基萘3-6份、酚醛树脂3-5份、浓硫酸0.3-1份、冰醋酸2-4份、25％氨水2-5份、乙二醇单丁醚3-6份、去离子水260-300份；将上述各组分放置在密闭容器内，在密闭容器内加压至1.5个大气压，然后升温至35-45℃，搅拌并保温25-30min，出料即可。
作为优选，上述各组分的质量份数为：聚氧乙烯二胺15份、环氧氯丙烷12份、三乙醇胺9份、过硫酸铵8份、1,5-二羟基萘5份、酚醛树脂4份、浓硫酸0.8份、冰醋酸3份、25％氨水4份、乙二醇单丁醚5份、去离子水280份。
本发明所得到的一种涤棉面料黑色染色用固色剂的制备方法，其得到的固色剂能有效提升涤棉面料的固色性能，尤其是黑色染色过程中，能确保面料不褪色等。

实施例1：
本实施例描述的一种涤棉面料黑色染色用固色剂的制备方法，配制如下组分：聚氧乙烯二胺、环氧氯丙烷、三乙醇胺、过硫酸铵、1,5-二羟基萘、酚醛树脂、浓硫酸、冰醋酸、25％氨水、乙二醇单丁醚、去离子水，其中各组分的质量份数为：聚氧乙烯二胺10-20份、环氧氯丙烷15份、三乙醇胺10份、过硫酸铵10份、1,5-二羟基萘6份、酚醛树脂5份、浓硫酸1份、冰醋酸4份、25％氨水5份、乙二醇单丁醚6份、去离子水300份；将上述各组分放置在密闭容器内，在密闭容器内加压至1.5个大气压，然后升温至35℃，搅拌并保温30min，出料即可。
实施例2：
本实施例描述的一种涤棉面料黑色染色用固色剂的制备方法，配制如下组分：聚氧乙烯二胺、环氧氯丙烷、三乙醇胺、过硫酸铵、1,5-二羟基萘、酚醛树脂、浓硫酸、冰醋酸、25％氨水、乙二醇单丁醚、去离子水，其中各组分的质量份数为：聚氧乙烯二胺10份、环氧氯丙烷5份、三乙醇胺8份、过硫酸铵2份、1,5-二羟基萘3份、酚醛树脂3份、浓硫酸0.3份、冰醋酸2份、25％氨水2份、乙二醇单丁醚3份、去离子水260份；将上述各组分放置在密闭容器内，在密闭容器内加压至1.5个大气压，然后升温至45℃，搅拌并保温25min，出料即可。
实施例3：
本实施例描述的一种涤棉面料黑色染色用固色剂的制备方法，配制如下组分：聚氧乙烯二胺、环氧氯丙烷、三乙醇胺、过硫酸铵、1,5-二羟基萘、酚醛树脂、浓硫酸、冰醋酸、25％氨水、乙二醇单丁醚、去离子水，其中各组分的质量份数为：聚氧乙烯二胺15份、环氧氯丙烷12份、三乙醇胺9份、过硫酸铵8份、1,5-二羟基萘5份、酚醛树脂4份、浓硫酸0.8份、冰醋酸3份、25％氨水4份、乙二醇单丁醚5份、去离子水280份；将上述各组分放置在密闭容器内，在密闭容器内加压至1.5个大气压，然后升温至40℃，搅拌并保温28min，出料即可。

1.一种涤棉面料黑色染色用固色剂的制备方法，其特征是：配制如下组分：聚氧乙烯二胺、环氧氯丙烷、三乙醇胺、过硫酸铵、1,5-二羟基萘、酚醛树脂、浓硫酸、冰醋酸、25％氨水、乙二醇单丁醚、去离子水，其中各组分的质量份数为：聚氧乙烯二胺10-20份、环氧氯丙烷5-15份、三乙醇胺8-10份、过硫酸铵2-10份、1,5-二羟基萘3-6份、酚醛树脂3-5份、浓硫酸0.3-1份、冰醋酸2-4份、25％氨水2-5份、乙二醇单丁醚3-6份、去离子水260-300份；将上述各组分放置在密闭容器内，在密闭容器内加压至1.5个大气压，然后升温至35-45℃，搅拌并保温25-30min，出料即可。
