本发明公开了一种酸性阳离子交换纤维的染色方法,包括以下步骤:(1)纤维改性;(2)配制染料;(3)染色;(4)后处理。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的染色方法缩短了工艺流程,缩短了染色时间,提高了产量,减少了蒸汽和水的用量,减少了排污;本发明使用的染料,着色后有较好的稳定性,不易变色,安全性好。

一种酸性阳离子交换纤维的染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品染整领域,特别是一种酸性阳离子交换纤维的染色方法。
背景技术
离子交换纤维是一种纤维状离子交换材料,当离子交换纤维跟电解质溶液接触时,纤维上的离子能跟溶液里的离子作有选择性的交换。它分阳离子交换纤维、阴离子交换纤维和两性离子交换纤维。离子交换纤维可用于吸附重金属及色素,其作为新性功能高分子材料,具有独特的化学及物理吸附和分离性能,在一些相关领域有着不可替代的作用。
随着新型阳离子改性纤维的推广和应用,其面料不仅光泽性、透气性、吸水性好,还有个特性是低温可染色性能。一般情况下,阳离子交换纤维的染色采用二浴法来染色。二浴法染色工艺主要存在的问题是:工艺流程长、染色时间长、耗水、耗能、排污量大,且容易损伤产品,产品起毛起球、颜色不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种酸性阳离子交换纤维的染色方法,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够缩短染色时间,减少染色造成的污染,降低染色对纤维的损伤。
本发明提供了一种酸性阳离子交换纤维的染色方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纤维改性:将聚丙烯纤维加入到适量的有机醇中,并加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌状态下于回流反应,产物用水洗涤、晾干,得到预处理聚丙烯纤维,将预处理后的聚丙烯纤维浸泡于含有硫酸亚铁铵和丙烯酰胺的水溶液体系中,通氮气15min,80℃水浴接枝反应6h,反应结束后除去丙烯酰胺单体,依次用水、酸清洗产物,最后用水洗至中性,烘干至恒重,得酸性阳离子交换纤维;
(2)配制染料:将染料原料加入水中搅拌均匀,所述染料包括以下重量份数的组分:30-40份聚酰胺树脂、15-30份苯并蒽酮、15-20份吖啶稠环烃、10-20份有机羧酸化合物、10-15份聚醚改性硅氧烷、5-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、12-36份光稳定剂和5-15份抗氧剂;
(3)染色:将含有酸性阳离子交换纤维放入染缸,进水到规定水量,升温到30±5℃时加入吸水速干剂、分散匀染剂和冰醋酸,转2-5min后加入分散染料,继续转3-8min后加入沉淀防止剂,继续转2-5min后加入染料,继续转3-8min后以1-1.5℃/min升温到80±2 ℃,保温8-12min后再以0.5-1℃/min升温到100±2℃,接着再以1.5-2℃/min升温到130 ±2℃,保温55±5min后降温到80℃以下排水;
(4)后处理:对染色后的酸性阳离子交换纤维进行热水洗,皂洗,水洗,柔软处理。
优选的是,步骤(1)中所述有机醇为乙二醇、三甘醇、丙三醇中的一种。
优选的是,步骤(2)中所述染料包括以下重量份数的组分:36份聚酰胺树脂、27份苯并蒽酮、18份吖啶稠环烃、15份有机羧酸化合物、13份聚醚改性硅氧烷、7份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、30份光稳定剂和11份抗氧剂。
优选的是,步骤(3)中所述吸水速干剂的加入量为1-3g/L,沉淀防止剂的加入量为0.5-3g/L,分散匀染剂的加入量为0.5-1g/L,冰醋酸的加入量为1-2g/L。
优选的是,步骤(4)中所述柔软处理的工序采用吸水柔软剂进行,所述吸水柔软剂的用量为1-3g/L,加入吸水柔软剂后升温到35±5℃处理15-20min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的染色方法缩短了工艺流程,缩短了染色时间,提高了产量,减少了蒸汽和水的用量,减少了排污;本发明使用的染料,着色后有较好的稳定性,不易变色,安全性好。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例:一种酸性阳离子交换纤维的染色方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纤维改性:将聚丙烯纤维加入到适量的有机醇中,并加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌状态下于回流反应,产物用水洗涤、晾干,得到预处理聚丙烯纤维,将预处理后的聚丙烯纤维浸泡于含有硫酸亚铁铵和丙烯酰胺的水溶液体系中,通氮气15min,80℃水浴接枝反应6h,反应结束后除去丙烯酰胺单体,依次用水、酸清洗产物,最后用水洗至中性,烘干至恒重,得酸性阳离子交换纤维;
(2)配制染料:将染料原料加入水中搅拌均匀,所述染料包括以下重量份数的组分:30-40份聚酰胺树脂、15-30份苯并蒽酮、15-20份吖啶稠环烃、10-20份有机羧酸化合物、10-15份聚醚改性硅氧烷、5-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、12-36份光稳定剂和5-15份抗氧剂;
(3)染色:将含有酸性阳离子交换纤维放入染缸,进水到规定水量,升温到30±5℃时加入吸水速干剂、分散匀染剂和冰醋酸,转2-5min后加入分散染料,继续转3-8min后加入沉淀防止剂,继续转2-5min后加入染料,继续转3-8min后以1-1.5℃/min升温到80±2 ℃,保温8-12min后再以0.5-1℃/min升温到100±2℃,接着再以1.5-2℃/min升温到130 ±2℃,保温55±5min后降温到80℃以下排水;
(4)后处理:对染色后的酸性阳离子交换纤维进行热水洗,皂洗,水洗,柔软处理。
步骤(1)中所述有机醇为乙二醇、三甘醇、丙三醇中的一种。
步骤(2)中所述染料包括以下重量份数的组分:36份聚酰胺树脂、27份苯并蒽酮、18份吖啶稠环烃、15份有机羧酸化合物、13份聚醚改性硅氧烷、7份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、30份光稳定剂和11份抗氧剂。
步骤(3)中所述吸水速干剂的加入量为1-3g/L,沉淀防止剂的加入量为0.5-3g/L,分散匀染剂的加入量为0.5-1g/L,冰醋酸的加入量为1-2g/L。
步骤(4)中所述柔软处理的工序采用吸水柔软剂进行,所述吸水柔软剂的用量为1-3g/L,加入吸水柔软剂后升温到35±5℃处理15-20min。

Claims (5)

1.一种酸性阳离子交换纤维的染色方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)纤维改性:将聚丙烯纤维加入到适量的有机醇中,并加入二乙烯三胺,搅拌状态下于回流反应,产物用水洗涤、晾干,得到预处理聚丙烯纤维,将预处理后的聚丙烯纤维浸泡于含有硫酸亚铁铵和丙烯酰胺的水溶液体系中,通氮气15min,80℃水浴接枝反应6h,反应结束后除去丙烯酰胺单体,依次用水、酸清洗产物,最后用水洗至中性,烘干至恒重,得酸性阳离子交换纤维;
(2)配制染料:将染料原料加入水中搅拌均匀,所述染料包括以下重量份数的组分:30-40份聚酰胺树脂、15-30份苯并蒽酮、15-20份吖啶稠环烃、10-20份有机羧酸化合物、10-15份聚醚改性硅氧烷、5-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、12-36份光稳定剂和5-15份抗氧剂;
(3)染色:将含有酸性阳离子交换纤维放入染缸,进水到规定水量,升温到30±5℃时加入吸水速干剂、分散匀染剂和冰醋酸,转2-5min后加入分散染料,继续转3-8min后加入沉淀防止剂,继续转2-5min后加入染料,继续转3-8min后以1-1.5℃/min升温到80±2 ℃,保温8-12min后再以0.5-1℃/min升温到100±2℃,接着再以1.5-2℃/min升温到130 ±2℃,保温55±5min后降温到80℃以下排水;
(4)后处理:对染色后的酸性阳离子交换纤维进行热水洗,皂洗,水洗,柔软处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酸性阳离子交换纤维的染色方法,其特征在于: 步骤(1)中所述有机醇为乙二醇、三甘醇、丙三醇中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的酸性阳离子交换纤维的染色方法,其特征在于: 步骤(2)中所述染料包括以下重量份数的组分:36份聚酰胺树脂、27份苯并蒽酮、18份吖啶稠环烃、15份有机羧酸化合物、13份聚醚改性硅氧烷、7份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、30份光稳定剂和11份抗氧剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的酸性阳离子交换纤维的染色方法,其特征在于: 步骤(3)中所述吸水速干剂的加入量为1-3g/L,沉淀防止剂的加入量为0.5-3g/L,分散匀染剂的加入量为0.5-1g/L,冰醋酸的加入量为1-2g/L。
