本发明公开的是分散染料和阳离子染料双色染色工艺,其特征在于具有以下步骤:将含有涤纶纤维和阳离子改性涤纶纤维的织物放入染缸,进水到规定水量,升温到30℃时加入分散匀染剂和冰醋酸,然后加入0.001%~3%的阳离子染料和0.001%~3%的分散染料,缓慢升温至100~140℃,染色30~50min,染色结束后,先将染液温度降至70~80℃,加入还原剂并升温至80~90℃进行还原洗20~30min,再将染液降温至50~60℃进行排液。本发明的染色对象是阳离子改性涤纶和涤纶混纺、交织的织物,本发明在染缸中加入分散染料和阳离子染料,可以染得二种不同的颜色,取代了现有的二浴法染色,缩短了染色时间。

分散染料和阳离子染料双色染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,特别涉及分散染料和阳离子染料双色染色工艺。
背景技术
分散染料是一类水溶性较低的非离子型染料,其分子量较低,结构上不含水溶性基团,借助于分散剂的作用在染液中高度均一分散而进行染料,通常对涤纶纤维进行染色。
阳离子染料因含有阳离子基团,因此水溶性较好,且染色后色泽鲜艳,通常对腈纶纤维进行染色,也可对阳离子改性涤纶纤维染色。
而对于含有涤纶纤维和阳离子改性涤纶纤维的织物,通常需要同时采用分散染料和阳离子染料进行染色。
但是由于分散染料和阳离子染料离子型不同,若采用一浴染色工艺则会产生色花、色斑等疵点。因此目前均是采用二浴染色工艺,但这样耗时耗能,生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种分散染料和阳离子染料双色染色工艺,减少染色时间,提高生产效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:分散染料和阳离子染料双色染色工艺,其特征在于具有以下步骤:将含有涤纶纤维和阳离子改性涤纶纤维的织物放入染缸,进水到规定水量,升温到30℃时加入分散匀染剂和冰醋酸,然后加入0.001%~3%的阳离子染料和0.001%~3%的分散染料,缓慢升温至100~140℃,染色30~50min,染色结束后,先将染液温度降至70~80℃,加入还原剂并升温至80~90℃进行还原洗20~30min,再将染液降温至50~60℃进行排液。
所述的含有涤纶纤维和阳离子改性涤纶纤维织物为涤纶纤维与阳离子改性涤纶纤维交织的织物或者涤纶纤维与阳离子改性涤纶纤维混纺的织物。
本发明的染色对象是阳离子改性涤纶和涤纶混纺、交织的织物,本发明在染缸中加入分散染料和阳离子染料,可以染得二种不同的颜色,取代了现有的二浴法染色,缩短了染色时间。
具体实施方式
实施例一
原料:70D/72F的常规涤纶与75D/72F的阳离子改性涤纶交织的织物;
颜色:黑色、米色;
本实施例的分散染料和阳离子染料双色染色工艺具有以下步骤:将待染原料放入染缸,进水到规定水量,升温到30℃时加入0.5g/L分散匀染剂和2g/L冰醋酸,然后加入0.08338%阳离子黄10GFN染料、0.03185%阳离子翠蓝BG染料、0.02154%阳离子红HL和2%的分散黑S-WF染料,缓慢升温至100℃,染色30min,染色结束后,先将染液温度降至70℃,加入还原剂并升温至80℃进行还原洗20min,再将染液降温至50℃进行排液,最后进行水洗和酸洗。
实施例二
原料:70D/72F的常规涤纶占35.7%、75D/72F的阳离子改性涤纶占38.3%、50D/24F阳离子改性涤纶占26%;
颜色:灰、深灰;
本实施例的分散染料和阳离子染料双色染色工艺具有以下步骤:将待染原料放入染缸,进水到规定水量,升温到30℃时加入0.5g/L分散匀染剂和2g/L冰醋酸,然后加入0.13585%阳离子金黄GL-E染料、0.01343%阳离子红FBL染料、0.02626%阳离子蓝BL、2%的分散黄S-WF染料、2.03%的分散红S-WF染料和1.875%分散蓝DL-B,缓慢升温至140℃,染色50min,染色结束后,先将染液温度降至80℃,加入还原剂并升温至90℃进行还原洗30min,再将染液降温至60℃进行排液,最后进行水洗和酸洗。

1.分散染料和阳离子染料双色染色工艺,其特征在于,具有以下步骤:将含有涤纶纤维和阳离子改性涤纶纤维的织物放入染缸,进水到规定水量,升温到30℃时加入分散匀染剂和冰醋酸,然后加入0.001%~3%的阳离子染料和0.001%~3%的分散染料,缓慢升温至100~140℃,染色30~50min,染色结束后,先将染液温度降至70~80℃,加入还原剂并升温至80~90℃进行还原洗20~30min,再将染液降温至50~60℃进行排液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分散染料和阳离子染料双色染色工艺,其特征在于,所述的含有涤纶纤维和阳离子改性涤纶纤维织物为涤纶纤维与阳离子改性涤纶纤维交织的织物或者涤纶纤维与阳离子改性涤纶纤维混纺的织物。
