Abstract

本发明公开了一种天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法,具有以下步骤:①将织物浸在前处理液中,经前处理后酸洗;②将织物浸在含有直接性染料和酸性染料且pH=9~11的染液中,先在65℃~90℃的温度下染天丝45min~75min,然后用冰醋酸调节染液pH=3~5,再在80℃~110℃的温度下同时染羊毛和尼龙20min~40min,接着降温至60℃以下排液;③将染色后的织物依次进行水洗、皂洗、排液、酸性固色。本发明的方法采用一浴两步低水比染色,解决了现有的染天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物匀染性差、布面折痕、布面起毛的问题,提高了织物的染色牢度,减少了用水量,节约了能耗,尤其是适合于浅、中、深、亮等各种颜色。

天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法。
背景技术
目前染整的成本日益增加,国家对环保的要求也与日俱增,在此背景下就要求企业必须开发出高附加值的面料,并通过先进的染整技术进行生产,这样不仅节能减排,同时企业的利润也能保证。
天丝纤维是一种纤维素纤维,采用溶剂纺丝技术制取,具有非常高的刚性,良好的水洗尺寸稳定性,因为纤维横截面为圆形或者椭圆形,所以其具有较高的吸湿性,光泽亮丽,悬垂性好,飘逸性好,天丝纤维在泥土中能完全分解,对环境无污染,对生态无害,是一种环保纤维。
羊毛纤维是蛋白质组成,它具有弹性好、吸湿性强、保暖性好等优点,羊毛纺织品以其华贵高雅、穿着舒适的天然风格而著称。
天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物集天丝纤维和羊毛纤维的优点于一身,是一款很有特点的面料,但是实践中对于这种织物的染色存在以下三个问题:⑴匀染性较差;⑵布面容易折痕;⑶布面容易起毛。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种匀染性较好、布面不会折痕和起毛的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法,具有以下步骤:
①将天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物浸在前处理液中,在90℃~100℃的温度下进行前处理20min~60min,然后进行酸洗;
②将经过步骤①前处理后的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物浸在含有直接性染料和酸性染料且pH=9~11的染液中,先在65℃~90℃的温度下染天丝45min~75min,然后用冰醋酸调节染液pH=3~5,再在80℃~110℃的温度下同时染羊毛和尼龙20min~40min,接着降温至60℃以下排液;
③将经过步骤②染色后的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物先在室温下(15℃~25℃,下同)水洗20min~30min,然后在50℃~70℃的温度下皂洗20min~30min,排液后,再在50℃~70℃的温度下进行酸性固色20min~30min。
上述步骤①中所述的前处理液是每升含有1.0g~3.0g精炼乳化剂和2.0g~4.0g碳酸钠的水溶液。
所述的精炼乳化剂的主要成分为聚氧乙烯壬基酚醚。
上述步骤②中所述的染液是每升含有30g~70g元明粉、1.0g~4.0g碳酸钠、0.6g~4.0g直接性染料以及0.3g~3.0g酸性染料的水溶液;并且直接性染料的总用量为织物重量的0.6%~4.0%,酸性染料的总用量为织物重量的0.3%~3.0%。
所述的直接性染料包括为织物重量0.05%~1.0%的直接性染料Mekifast YellowTCN-GR、为织物重量0.05%~1.0%的直接性染料Mekifast Rubine TCN以及为织物重量0.5%~2.0%的直接性染料Mekifast Black TCN-R1。
所述的酸性染料包括为织物重量0.1%~1.0%的酸性染料Sunacid Yellow NFS、为织物重量0.05%~0.5%的酸性染料Sunacid Red NFS以及为织物重量0.15%~1.5%的酸性染料Sunacid Black ACE。
上述步骤③中所述的酸性固色采用的是每升含有0.5g~3.0g酸性固色剂的水溶液。
所述的酸性固色剂的主要成分为合成单宁酸衍生物。
所述天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物为天丝纤维、羊毛纤维、尼龙纤维交织的织物或者天丝纤维、羊毛纤维、尼龙纤维混纺的织物。
本发明具有的积极效果:本发明的方法采用一浴两步低水比染色,解决了现有的染天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物匀染性差、布面折痕、布面起毛的问题,提高了织物的染色牢度,减少了用水量,节约了能耗,尤其是适合于浅、中、深、亮等各种颜色。
具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法具有以下步骤:
①将天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物浸在前处理液中,在95℃的温度下进行前处理40min,然后进行酸洗。
本实施例采用的前处理液是每升含有2.0g精炼乳化剂和2.5g碳酸钠的水溶液。
其中,精炼乳化剂采用的是信守化工股份有限公司生产的SEM-35N精炼乳化剂,其主要成分为聚氧乙烯壬基酚醚。
本实施例采用的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物为35%天丝纤维、35%羊毛纤维以及30%尼龙纤维交织织物。
②将步骤①前处理后的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物浸在pH=9.8的染液中,先在80℃的温度下利用直接性染料染天丝60min,然后用冰醋酸调节染液pH=4.2,并升温至98℃,再在该温度下利用酸性染料同时染羊毛和尼龙30min,接着降温至60℃以下排液。
该pH=9.8的染液是每升含有40g元明粉、3g碳酸钠、0.65g直接性染料以及0.7g酸性染料的水溶液。其中,直接性染料的总用量为织物重量的1.55%,酸性染料的总用量为织物重量的0.7%。
直接性染料采用的是江苏德旺化工工业有限公司生产的直接性染料MekifastYellow TCN-GR、Mekifast Rubine TCN、Mekifast Black TCN-R1。
直接性染料Mekifast Yellow TCN-GR的重量为织物重量的0.05%;直接性染料Mekifast Rubine TCN的重量为织物重量的0.5%;直接性染料Mekifast Black TCN-R1的重量为织物重量的1.0%。
酸性染料采用的是江苏德旺化工工业有限公司生产的酸性染料Sunacid YellowNFS、Sunacid Red NFS、Sunacid Black ACE。
酸性染料Sunacid Yellow NFS的重量为织物重量的0.15%;酸性染料Sunacid RedNFS的重量为织物重量的0.05%;酸性染料Sunacid Black ACE的重量为织物重量的0.5%。
③将经过步骤②染色后的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物先在室温下水洗25min,然后在60℃的温度下皂洗25min,排液后,再在60℃的温度下进行酸性固色25min。
本实施例酸性固色采用的是每升含有1.0g酸性固色剂的水溶液,该酸性固色剂采用的是张家港合泰化工有限公司生产的HT-GL酸性固色剂,其主要成分为合成单宁酸衍生物。

各实施例的染色方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处见表1。

Claims (9)

1.一种天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法,其特征在于具有以下步骤:
①将天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物浸在前处理液中,在90℃~100℃的温度下进行前处理20min~60min,然后进行酸洗;
②将经过步骤①前处理后的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物浸在含有直接性染料和酸性染料且pH=9~11的染液中,先在65℃~90℃的温度下染天丝45min~75min,然后用冰醋酸调节染液pH=3~5,再在80℃~110℃的温度下同时染羊毛和尼龙20min~40min,接着降温至60℃以下排液;
③将经过步骤②染色后的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物先在室温下水洗20min~30min,然后在50℃~70℃的温度下皂洗20min~30min,排液后,再在50℃~70℃的温度下进行酸性固色20min~30min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法,其特征在于:上述步骤①中所述的前处理液是每升含有1.0g~3.0g精炼乳化剂和2.0g~4.0g碳酸钠的水溶液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法,其特征在于:所述的精炼乳化剂的主要成分为聚氧乙烯壬基酚醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法,其特征在于:上述步骤②中所述的染液是每升含有30g~70g元明粉、1.0g~4.0g碳酸钠、0.6g~4.0g直接性染料以及0.3g~3.0g酸性染料的水溶液;并且直接性染料的总用量为织物重量的0.6%~4.0%,酸性染料的总用量为织物重量的0.3%~3.0%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法,其特征在于:所述的直接性染料包括为织物重量0.05%~1.0%的直接性染料Mekifast Yellow TCN-GR、为织物重量0.05%~1.0%的直接性染料Mekifast Rubine TCN以及为织物重量0.5%~2.0%的直接性染料Mekifast Black TCN-R1。
6.根据权利要求4所述的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法,其特征在于:所述的酸性染料包括为织物重量0.1%~1.0%的酸性染料Sunacid Yellow NFS、为织物重量0.05%~0.5%的酸性染料Sunacid Red NFS以及为织物重量0.15%~1.5%的酸性染料Sunacid BlackACE。
7.根据权利要求1所述的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法,其特征在于:上述步骤③中所述的酸性固色采用的是每升含有0.5g~3.0g酸性固色剂的水溶液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法,其特征在于:所述的酸性固色剂的主要成分为合成单宁酸衍生物。
9.根据权利要求1至8之一所述的天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物的染色方法,其特征在于:所述天丝/羊毛/尼龙织物为天丝纤维、羊毛纤维、尼龙纤维交织的织物或者天丝纤维、羊毛纤维、尼龙纤维混纺的织物。
