Abstract

本发明涉及一种锦纶织物的染色方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将锦纶织物放入去油剂溶液中,微波浸渍,水洗,烘干;(2)将处理过的锦纶织物浸渍在无水乙醇中,取出后去除乙醇;(3)将锦纶织物浸渍于预处理溶液中,微波后取出水洗;(4)将锦纶织物浸没在染液中,微波染色和固色,水洗,皂洗,水洗,烘干;(5)将染色后的锦纶织物放入柔软剂溶液中;本发明将前处理后的锦纶纤维浸入在由纯天然的苹果酸、醋酸、柠檬酸和壳聚糖配制而成预处理溶液中,从而使得锦纶织物在天然植物染液中进行染色时无需借助媒染剂就能大幅提高上染率、固色率和各项染色牢度差等各项指标,节能环保。

一种锦纶织物的染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物染色技术,尤其涉及一种锦纶织物的染色方法。
背景技术
锦纶纤维织物强力好,耐磨性、吸湿性优良,服用舒适性好,因此,近年来被广泛用于与人体皮肤密切接触类的高档内衣、运动服等面料;天然植物染料色彩自然优雅、绿色环保,亲肤性好、生物可降解性好,但是,锦纶纤维大分子结构中缺乏能与天然植物染料结合的基团,采用天然植物染料染色时存在上染率低、固色率低和各项染色牢度差等问题,极大地阻碍了天然植物染料在锦纶纤维织物染色中的应用,只能借助添加媒染剂的方法来提高上染率、固色率和各项染色牢度差,但是媒染剂含有较多的金属离子,排放后会对环境造成污染。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的现状,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种无需借助媒染剂就能大幅提高上染率、固色率和各项染色牢度差等各项指标,且节能环保的锦纶织物的染色方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种锦纶织物的染色方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯碱和渗透剂溶于水以配制去油剂溶液,将锦纶织物放入到去油剂溶液中,并在微波功率200-400W下浸渍5-30min,然后在微波功率200-900W下浸渍1-8min,水洗,烘干;
(2)将步骤(1)中处理过的锦纶织物浸渍在无水乙醇中,浸渍时间5-50min,然后取出并去除锦纶织物上的乙醇;
(3)室温下,将苹果酸、醋酸和柠檬酸混合后溶于水,再将一定量的壳聚糖充分溶解于上述溶液以形成预处理溶液,将锦纶织物浸渍于预处理溶液中,置于微波炉1-10min,取出后水洗;
(4)将天然植物染料溶于水与乙醇的混合溶液以形成染液,将锦纶织物浸没在染液中进行浸染,微波染色1-7min,微波固色1-10min,水洗,皂洗,水洗,烘干;
(5)将柔软剂溶于水形成柔软剂溶液,将染色后的锦纶织物放入柔软剂溶液中浸渍15-30min,温度30-50度。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中的纯碱浓度为1-20g/L,渗透剂浓度1-5g/L,浴比1∶10-50。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中的苹果酸、醋酸和柠檬酸的比例为1:2:10-30。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中的微波功率为200-900W。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中的染液中的天然植物染料含量为2%,乙醇含量为5-70%。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中的浴比位1:10-50,微波染色的功率为200-900W,微波固色的功率位200-900W。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中的皂洗采用浓度为1-3g/L的中性皂洗液,时间5-20min,温度80-95度。
优选地,所述步骤(5)中的柔软剂溶液中的柔软剂浓度为1-5g/L。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明利用微波和无污染助剂对锦纶织物进行前处理,并使用纯天然的苹果酸、醋酸、柠檬酸和壳聚糖配制成预处理溶液,然后将锦纶织物浸入在预处理溶液中进行处理,从而使得锦纶织物在天然植物染液中进行染色时无需借助媒染剂就能大幅提高上染率、固色率和各项染色牢度差等各项指标,节能环保。
具体实施方式
1、前处理:(1)将纯碱和渗透剂溶于水以配制去油剂溶液,纯碱用量1-20g/L,渗透剂用量1-5g/L,浴比1∶10-50;(2)将锦纶织物放入到去油剂溶液中,并在低微波功率200-400W下浸渍5-30min,然后在微波功率200-900W下浸渍1-8min,水洗,烘干;(3)将上述处理过的一定质量的锦纶织物浸渍在无水乙醇中,浸渍时间5-50min,然后取出织物,去除锦纶织物上的乙醇;
2、对前处理过的锦纶织物进行染色预处理:处理试剂为壳聚糖、苹果酸、柠檬酸和醋酸混合液;室温下,将苹果酸、醋酸、柠檬酸按照1:2:10-30的比例混合后溶于水,将一定量的壳聚糖充分溶解于上述溶液,形成预处理溶液,将锦纶织物浸渍于预处理溶液中,置于微波炉1-10min,利用微波对锦纶织物进行预处理,微波功率200-900W,加热时间1-10min,水洗;
3、天然植物染料染色:将天然黄色植物染料溶于水与乙醇的混合溶液,其中天然黄色植物染料含量为2%,乙醇含量为5-70%,将锦纶织物浸没在天然黄色植物染液中进行浸染,浴比为1:10-50,微波染色1-7min,微波功率200-900W,微波固色1-10min,微波功率200-900W,水洗,皂洗(中性皂洗液1-3g/L,时间5-20min,温度80-95度)水洗,烘干;
4、柔软整理:处理和染色后的锦纶织物手感稍硬,将染色后的锦纶织物放入柔软剂溶液中浸渍15-30min,温度30-50度;柔软剂溶液中柔软剂含量为1-5g/L。
依据实施案例染色后的锦纶织物的水洗牢度、汗渍牢度、干湿摩擦牢度和日晒牢度如下:

表1中,耐汗渍色牢度按GB/T 3922-1997《纺织品色牢度耐汗渍色牢度》测试。耐摩擦色牢度按GB/T 3920-1997《纺织品色牢度耐牢度》测试。皂洗牢度按GB/T 3921.2-1997《纺织品色牢度耐皂洗牢度》测试。日晒牢度按美标AATCC16.3《耐光色牢度》在耐光牢度仪上晒20h后按标准卡评级。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的技术人员应当理解,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行同等替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神与范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种锦纶织物的染色方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯碱和渗透剂溶于水以配制去油剂溶液,将锦纶织物放入到去油剂溶液中,并在微波功率200-400W下浸渍5-30min,然后在微波功率200-900W下浸渍1-8min,水洗,烘干;
(2)将步骤(1)中处理过的锦纶织物浸渍在无水乙醇中,浸渍时间5-50min,然后取出并去除锦纶织物上的乙醇;
(3)室温下,将苹果酸、醋酸和柠檬酸混合后溶于水,再将一定量的壳聚糖充分溶解于上述溶液以形成预处理溶液,将锦纶织物浸渍于预处理溶液中,置于微波炉1-10min,取出后水洗;
(4)将天然植物染料溶于水与乙醇的混合溶液以形成染液,将锦纶织物浸没在染液中进行浸染,微波染色1-7min,微波固色1-10min,水洗,皂洗,水洗,烘干;
(5)将柔软剂溶于水形成柔软剂溶液,将染色后的锦纶织物放入柔软剂溶液中浸渍15-30min,温度30-50度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶织物的染色方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的纯碱浓度为1-20g/L,渗透剂浓度1-5g/L,浴比1∶10-50。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶织物的染色方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的苹果酸、醋酸和柠檬酸的比例为1:2:10-30。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶织物的染色方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的微波功率为200-900W。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶织物的染色方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的染液中的天然植物染料含量为2%,乙醇含量为5-70%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶织物的染色方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的浴比位1:10-50,微波染色的功率为200-900W,微波固色的功率位200-900W。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶织物的染色方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的皂洗采用浓度为1-3g/L的中性皂洗液,时间5-20min,温度80-95度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种锦纶织物的染色方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中的柔软剂溶液中的柔软剂浓度为1-5g/L。
