本发明属于床垫生产技术领域,具体涉及一种床垫包边织带及其生产工艺。
背景技术
睡眠是健康之本,除了工作、生活、身体、心理等方面的原因外,拥有“卫生、舒适、美观、耐用”的健康床垫是获得高质量睡眠的关键所在。一般说来,大多数的床垫都呈长方形,而且具有上垫和下垫;在上、下垫面的四周边沿有包边织带,用以固定床垫的外罩,也可起到装饰作用,使床垫较为美观。传统的织带采用平纹素色织物,单一性的织造方式;另外,包边织带也不能满足织物纵向伸展性与横向伸展性上的要求,易在床垫套边缘产生褶皱、打折的现象,美观性不够。
如申请号为CN201420381668.0的专利公开了一种床垫用的包边带,包括由经线和纬线织造而形成的左边部分、右边部分和中间部分,所述的左边部分和右边部分是纬线以一上一下交替在经线上、下织造形成的平纹组织,所述的中间部分是纬线以二上三下(或三上二下)交替在经线上、下织造形成的变化组织。所述的经线为涤棉混纺线,所述的纬线为涤纶低弹丝线;该发明虽说能保持包边带表面平滑过度,无拐点,但是在与床垫套缝制后易在边缘产生褶皱、打折的现象。

本发明针对背景技术所提出的问题,提供了一种床垫包边织带及其生产工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种床垫包边织带,包括织带本体,所述织带本体由左向右依次包括连连接结构、弹性骨架、带面结构和锁边结构,所述弹性骨架包括若干个相互平行共面排列的弹性橡胶条和用于包裹缠绕且连接所述弹性橡胶条的纤维伸缩编织带,所述纤维伸缩编织带包括若干个螺旋纤维编织条,且所述螺旋纤维编织条之间相互交叉连接。
进一步的,所述连接结构和所述锁边结构均是纬纱按照一上一下交替在经纱上、下的方式进行编织,所述弹性骨架是螺旋纤维编织条按照一中一上、一中一下的形式缠绕在弹性橡胶条外壁的方式进行编织,所述带面结构是由纬纱和经纱按照三上一下的组织进行编织。
进一步的,一种床垫包边织带的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)先根据织带所需呈现的颜色配制出不同颜色的染料混合液,然后将用助剂预先浸泡5~10min后的散纤维捞出,并按量倒入相对应颜色染料混合液的染缸中,利用微波加热固色处理10~20min,其中微波功率为400~600W,再将染色后的散纤维取出清洗并进行烘干;
(2)将烘干后同种颜色的散纤维进行并线,并制成涤纶丝,再根据织带的厚度要求,对涤纶丝进行整丝;
(3)将整丝后的经纱和纬纱,以及若干连续弹性橡胶条和螺旋纤维编织条共同置于纺织机中交织连接成床垫包边织带。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中助剂的原料成分包括:氨基硅油0.5~0.8g/L,酒石酸1.2~1.5 g/L,聚醋酸乙烯酯0.2~0.4g/L,木质磺酸钠0.7~1.1g/L,其余为水。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中染料混合液的原料成分包括:天然染料8~15g/L、磷钨酸5.5~8.5g/L、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸钠6~9g/L、平平加4~6g/L,阻燃剂2~4g/L,抗静电剂3~5g/L,其余为水。
进一步的,所述天然染料原材料为菘蓝、荩草、姜黄、紫草、龙胆、茜草、凤仙花、薯莨、五倍子中的一种或几种;所述阻燃剂是由二硫代焦磷酸酯和三聚氰胺尿酸盐按照质量比2:1复配而成;所述抗静电剂为高级脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、高级脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、高级脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯中的一种或多种。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明中通过增加骨架结构,弹性骨架是螺旋纤维编织条按照一中一上、一中一下的形式缠绕在弹性橡胶条外壁的方式编织而成,骨架结构具有优异的松紧活动性,从而能避免局部变形量过大造成包边织带发生褶皱或者弯曲现象;在与床垫被罩缝制时,由于床垫被罩的尺寸上可能会存在一定误差,并且缝制的工艺也会存在一定的差异,本发明的包边织带均能适用;在生产工艺中先利用助剂进行浸泡,然后再利用染料混合液进行染色,在染色的过程中利用微波进行加热进行固色,从而提高了涤纶丝的上染率和染色牢度,同时也保障了散纤维被整合成涤纶丝后的弹性和回复性能。另外,染料混合液中还添加有阻燃剂和抗静电剂,也进一步提高了纱线的阻燃性和抗静电性;在纱线并线过程中来选择不同颜色散纤维的加入比例,从而获得良好的表面颜色效果。
本发明的床垫包边织带外形美观大方,表面平整,颜色丰富,能满足了消费者对织带多样化的需求;本发明采用一体化编织,生产效率高、环保无污染,成本低,适合推广使用。

(1)先根据织带所需呈现的颜色配制出不同颜色的染料混合液,然后将用助剂预先浸泡10min后的散纤维捞出,并按量倒入相对应颜色染料混合液的染缸中,利用微波加热固色处理20min,其中微波功率为600W,再将染色后的散纤维取出清洗并进行烘干;
(2)将烘干后同种颜色的散纤维进行并线,并制成涤纶丝,再根据织带的厚度要求,对涤纶丝进行整丝;
(3)将整丝后的经纱和纬纱,以及若干连续弹性橡胶条和螺旋纤维编织条共同置于纺织机中交织连接成床垫包边织带。
其中,所述步骤(1)中助剂的原料成分包括:氨基硅油0.8g/L,酒石酸1.2~ g/L,聚醋酸乙烯酯0.4g/L,木质磺酸钠1.1g/L,其余为水;染料混合液的原料成分包括:天然染料15g/L、磷钨酸8.5g/L、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸钠9g/L、平平加6g/L,阻燃剂4g/L,抗静电剂5g/L,其余为水;所述天然染料原材料为菘蓝、姜黄、紫草和茜草四种;所述阻燃剂是由二硫代焦磷酸酯和三聚氰胺尿酸盐按照质量比2:1复配而成;所述抗静电剂为高级脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
对比例1
本对比例1与实施例2相比,步骤(1)中不使用助剂对散纤维进行浸泡,除此外其他工艺步骤均相同。
对比例2
本对比例2与实施例2相比,步骤(1)中染料混合液原料中不含有阻燃剂,除此外其他成分原料成分中均相同。
在相同的检测标准下,分别检测本发明实施例1~3和对比例1~2中整合后涤纶丝对染料混合液染色的上染率,并采用AATCC 61-2013的标准来测试水洗30次后的包边织带的耐洗色牢度,测试结果见表1:

由表1结果可知实施例1~3在生产工艺中先利用助剂进行浸泡,然后再利用染料混合液进行染色,在染色的过程中利用微波进行加热进行固色,涤纶丝的上染率和染色牢度。
在相同的检测标准下,分别检测本发明实施例1~3和对比例1~2中染色后的包边织带的阻燃性和抗静电性,测试结果见表2:

由表1结果可知实施例1~3的阻燃性得到了提高。

Claims (6)

1.一种床垫包边织带,包括织带本体,其特征在于,所述织带本体由左向右依次包括连连接结构(1)、弹性骨架(2)、带面结构(3)和锁边结构(4),所述弹性骨架(2)包括若干个相互平行共面排列的弹性橡胶条(201)和用于包裹缠绕且连接所述弹性橡胶条(201)的纤维伸缩编织带,所述纤维伸缩编织带包括若干个螺旋纤维编织条(202),且所述螺旋纤维编织条(202)之间相互交叉连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种床垫包边织带,其特征在于,所述连接结构(1)和所述锁边结构(4)均是纬纱按照一上一下交替在经纱上、下的方式进行编织,所述弹性骨架(2)是螺旋纤维编织条(202)按照一中一上、一中一下的形式缠绕在弹性橡胶条(201)外壁的方式进行编织,所述带面结构(3)是由纬纱和经纱按照三上一下的组织进行编织。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种床垫包边织带的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)先根据织带所需呈现的颜色配制出不同颜色的染料混合液,然后将用助剂预先浸泡5~10min后的散纤维捞出,并按量倒入相对应颜色染料混合液的染缸中,利用微波加热固色处理10~20min,其中微波功率为400~600W,再将染色后的散纤维取出清洗并进行烘干;
(2)将烘干后同种颜色的散纤维进行并线,并制成涤纶丝,再根据织带的厚度要求,对涤纶丝进行整丝;
(3)将整丝后的经纱和纬纱,以及若干连续弹性橡胶条和螺旋纤维编织条共同置于纺织机中交织连接成床垫包边织带。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种床垫包边织带的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中助剂的原料成分包括:氨基硅油0.5~0.8g/L,酒石酸1.2~1.5 g/L,聚醋酸乙烯酯0.2~0.4g/L,木质磺酸钠0.7~1.1g/L,其余为水。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种床垫包边织带的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中染料混合液的原料成分包括:天然染料8~15g/L、磷钨酸5.5~8.5g/L、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸钠6~9g/L、平平加4~6g/L,阻燃剂2~4g/L,抗静电剂3~5g/L,其余为水。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种床垫包边织带的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述天然染料原材料为菘蓝、荩草、姜黄、紫草、龙胆、茜草、凤仙花、薯莨、五倍子中的一种或几种;所述阻燃剂是由二硫代焦磷酸酯和三聚氰胺尿酸盐按照质量比2:1复配而成;所述抗静电剂为高级脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、高级脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、高级脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯中的一种或多种。
