Abstract

本发明所提供的锦纶特深色染色工艺,首先采用碳酸钙溶液对锦纶纱线进行表面研磨,控制研磨的强度和碳酸钙的粒径,防止对锦纶纱线的强度造成太大影响,同时将光滑的锦纶纱线表面形成大量凹坑,方便后续染料与纤维的结合;染色用天然染料与助染剂搅拌均匀得到天然染料染液,采用浸染工艺染色后,皂洗、高温固色,即可完成染色。本发明采用的碳酸钙溶液处理虽然浴比较高,但是碳酸钙溶液可以反复利用;后续染色过程中,直接一步处理,然后皂洗,高温固色处理,即可。本发明的染色方法,不但无需染色后再进行后处理,程序大大简化,而且得到的特深色纱线皂洗色牢度高,相比于传统的染色方法,节能环保效果显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织染料技术领域,尤其涉及一种锦纶特深色染色工艺。
背景技术
在人类历史上,天然燃料为美化人们生活做出了不可磨灭的贡献。从19世纪末开始,由于合成染料的迅速发展,使得天然燃料基本上退出了织物染色领域。随着人类环保意识的不断增强以及对自身健康的日益关注,部分合成染料对人类健康和生态环境所产生的危害越来越引人注目。随着现代技术水平的提高,尤其是现代制造业水平的提高,人们对服装业的安全、保健等要求越快越高,天然染料又开始为人们所重视。天然染料中动植物染料是由生物体中提取的,与环境相容性好,可生物降解。天然染料大多为中药,在染色过程中,其药物和香味成分与色素一起被织物吸收,除染色功能外,天然染料还具有药物、香料等多种功能,使染色后的织物对人体有特色的药物保健功能。
目前天然染料在对纤维进行染色的过程中,为了达到更好的织物色牢度,都会添加一些化学助剂。
聚酰胺俗称尼龙(Nylon),英文名称Polyamide(简称PA),密度1.15g/cm3,是分子主链上含有重复酰胺基团-[NHCO]-的热塑性树脂总称,包括脂肪族PA,脂肪—芳香族PA和芳香族PA。其中脂肪族PA品种多,产量大,应用广泛,其命名由合成单体具体的碳原子数而定。由美国著名化学家卡罗瑟斯和他的科研小组发明的。尼龙是聚酰胺纤维(锦纶)的一种说法,可制成长纤或短纤。聚酰胺主要用于合成纤维,其最突出的优点是耐磨性高于其他所有纤维,聚酰胺纤维的强度比棉花高1-2倍、比羊毛高4-5倍,是粘胶纤维的3倍。但聚酰胺纤维的耐热性和耐光性较差,保持性也不佳,还都存在吸湿性和染色性差的缺点,传统的锦纶染色过程非常复杂,对天然染料的染色效果不佳,尤其是特深色染色效果尤其差,故有必要研究一种锦纶特深色染色工艺,从而提高锦纶染色的色牢度和环保性能。
发明内容
为了达到天然环保的染色效果,本发明提供一种锦纶特深色染色工艺。
一种锦纶特深色染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、将锦纶纱线浸入碳酸钙溶液中,搅拌使锦纶纱线在溶液中分散均匀;
B、对溶液进行超声波处理,超声功率为150-300W,浴比为1:(15-25),处理时间为8-15min,处理完毕后取出锦纶纱线;
C、将锦纶纱线放入醋酸溶液中浸泡10-20min,取出后水洗并晾干;
D、将天然染料和助染剂加入去离子水中混合均匀,得到天然染料染液;
E、将锦纶纱线浸入天然染料染液中,加入pH调节剂,采用浸染工艺对锦纶纱线进行天然染料染色,所述的浸染工艺参数为:pH 3.5-4.5,天然染料用量为12-20% o.w.f.,温度:85-90℃,染色时间:15-25min,浴比为1:(6-10);
F、将染色后的锦纶纱线置于5-8g/L的皂洗液中,然后在温度为60-70℃条件下洗涤3-5min;然后用水洗并40-50℃烘干,接着在120-130℃条件下高温固色处理90-120s,即可完成染色。
优选的,所述的步骤A中,所述的碳酸钙溶液的浓度为8-20%,所述的碳酸钙的粒径为50-120μm。
优选的,所述的步骤D中,所述的天然染料为植物天然染料,进一步优选的,所述的植物天然染料为薯莨天然染料、红花天然染料、五倍子天然染料中的任意一种。
优选的,所述的步骤D中,所述的助染剂,包括以下成分:柠檬酸、壳聚糖、乙二醛和乙酸乙酯。
优选的,所述的步骤D中,所述的助染剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:柠檬酸0.5-1%、壳聚糖 2-5%、乙二醛 1-2%和乙酸乙酯 余量。
进一步优选的,所述的助染剂与天然染料的质量比为1:(6-12)。
优选的,所述的步骤E中,所述的pH调节剂为冰醋酸或者稀硫酸。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的锦纶特深色染色工艺,首先采用碳酸钙溶液对锦纶纱线进行表面研磨,控制研磨的强度和碳酸钙的粒径,防止对锦纶纱线的强度造成太大影响,同时将光滑的锦纶纱线表面形成大量凹坑,方便后续染料与纤维的结合;用醋酸浸泡可以去除残余的碳酸钙分子;染色用天然染料与助染剂搅拌均匀得到天然染料染液,采用浸染工艺染色后,皂洗、高温固色,即可完成染色。本发明采用的碳酸钙溶液处理虽然浴比较高,但是只要将碳酸钙溶液的浓度控制在8-20%,就可以反复利用;后续染色过程中,直接一步处理,然后皂洗,高温固色处理,即可。本发明的染色方法,不但无需染色后再进行后处理,程序大大简化,而且得到的特深色纱线皂洗色牢度高,相比于传统的染色方法,节能环保效果显著。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。应当理解,本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例,对本发明所做的任何形式上的变通和/或改变都将落入本发明保护范围。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有的份、百分比均为重量单位,所采用的设备和原料等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
一种锦纶特深色染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、将锦纶纱线浸入碳酸钙溶液中,搅拌使锦纶纱线在溶液中分散均匀;
B、对溶液进行超声波处理,超声功率为250W,浴比为1:18,处理时间为12min,处理完毕后取出锦纶纱线;
C、将锦纶纱线放入醋酸溶液中浸泡15min,取出后水洗并晾干;
D、将天然染料和助染剂加入去离子水中混合均匀,得到天然染料染液;
E、将锦纶纱线浸入天然染料染液中,加入pH调节剂,采用浸染工艺对锦纶纱线进行天然染料染色,所述的浸染工艺参数为:pH 3.8,天然染料用量为15% o.w.f.,温度:88℃,染色时间:20min,浴比为1:7;
F、将染色后的锦纶纱线置于6.5g/L的皂洗液中,然后在温度为68℃条件下洗涤4.5min;然后用水洗并45℃烘干,接着在126℃条件下高温固色处理95s,即可完成染色。
所述的步骤A中,所述的碳酸钙溶液的浓度为16%,所述的碳酸钙的粒径为50-120μm。
所述的步骤D中,所述的天然染料为薯莨天然染料。
所述的步骤D中,所述的助染剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:柠檬酸 0.75%、壳聚糖 3.5%、乙二醛 1.2%和乙酸乙酯 余量。所述的助染剂与天然染料的质量比为1:8。
所述的步骤E中,所述的pH调节剂为冰醋酸。
实施例2
一种锦纶特深色染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、将锦纶纱线浸入碳酸钙溶液中,搅拌使锦纶纱线在溶液中分散均匀;
B、对溶液进行超声波处理,超声功率为300W,浴比为1:25,处理时间为8min,处理完毕后取出锦纶纱线;
C、将锦纶纱线放入醋酸溶液中浸泡20min,取出后水洗并晾干;
D、将天然染料和助染剂加入去离子水中混合均匀,得到天然染料染液;
E、将锦纶纱线浸入天然染料染液中,加入pH调节剂,采用浸染工艺对锦纶纱线进行天然染料染色,所述的浸染工艺参数为:pH 3.5,天然染料用量为20% o.w.f.,温度:85℃,染色时间:25min,浴比为1:6;
F、将染色后的锦纶纱线置于8g/L的皂洗液中,然后在温度为60℃条件下洗涤5min;然后用水洗并40℃烘干,接着在130℃条件下高温固色处理90s,即可完成染色。

D、将天然染料和助染剂加入去离子水中混合均匀,得到天然染料染液;
E、将锦纶纱线浸入天然染料染液中,加入pH调节剂,采用浸染工艺对锦纶纱线进行天然染料染色,所述的浸染工艺参数为:pH 4.5,天然染料用量为12% o.w.f.,温度:90℃,染色时间:15min,浴比为1:10;
F、将染色后的锦纶纱线置于5g/L的皂洗液中,然后在温度为70℃条件下洗涤3min;然后用水洗并50℃烘干,接着在120℃条件下高温固色处理120s,即可完成染色。
所述的步骤A中,所述的碳酸钙溶液的浓度为8%,所述的碳酸钙的粒径为50-120μm。
所述的步骤D中,所述的天然染料为植物天然染料,进一步优选的,所述的植物天然染料为五倍子天然染料。
所述的步骤D中,所述的助染剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:柠檬酸 0.5%、壳聚糖 5%、乙二醛 1%和乙酸乙酯 余量。所述的助染剂与天然染料的质量比为1:12。
所述的步骤E中,所述的pH调节剂为冰醋酸。

以下对采用实施例1-3和对比例1的锦纶特深色染色工艺得到的锦纶纱线进行色牢度性能测试,具体的测试结果如表1所示。
具体测试方法如下:
a)耐摩擦色牢度试验按GB/T 3920执行。
b)耐水色牢度试验按GB/T 5173执行。
c) 耐汗渍色牢度试验按GB/T 3922执行。
d) 耐皂洗色牢度试验按GB/T 3921-2008规定执行,采用单纤维贴衬,试验条件为A(1)。
e)耐唾液色牢度试验按GB/T 18886执行。

由以上测试数据可以知道,采用本发明的锦纶特深色染色工艺,染色后的纱线具有非常好的色牢度。

A、将锦纶纱线浸入碳酸钙溶液中,搅拌使锦纶纱线在溶液中分散均匀;
B、对溶液进行超声波处理,超声功率为150-300W,浴比为1:(15-25),处理时间为8-15min,处理完毕后取出锦纶纱线;
C、将锦纶纱线放入醋酸溶液中浸泡10-20min,取出后水洗并晾干;
D、将天然染料和助染剂加入去离子水中混合均匀,得到天然染料染液;
E、将锦纶纱线浸入天然染料染液中,加入pH调节剂,采用浸染工艺对锦纶纱线进行天然染料染色,所述的浸染工艺参数为:pH 3.5-4.5,天然染料用量为12-20% o.w.f.,温度:85-90℃,染色时间:15-25min,浴比为1:(6-10);
F、将染色后的锦纶纱线置于5-8g/L的皂洗液中,然后在温度为60-70℃条件下洗涤3-5min;然后用水洗并40-50℃烘干,接着在120-130℃条件下高温固色处理90-120s,即可完成染色。
2.如权利要求1所述的锦纶特深色染色工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤A中,所述的碳酸钙溶液的浓度为8-20%,所述的碳酸钙的粒径为50-120μm。

6.如权利要求1所述的锦纶特深色染色工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤D中,所述的助染剂,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:柠檬酸 0.5-1%、壳聚糖 2-5%、乙二醛 1-2%和乙酸乙酯余量。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的锦纶特深色染色工艺,其特征在于,所述的助染剂与天然染料的质量比为1:(6-12)。
8.如权利要求1所述的锦纶特深色染色工艺,其特征在于,所述的pH调节剂为冰醋酸或者稀硫酸。
