一种涤纶低温染色用环保载体制备方法,涤纶低温染色用环保载体由下列原料按重量百分比配比制成:N‑烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺30‑50%,环氧大豆油10‑20%,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯10‑20%,苯甲酸苄酯10‑20%,吐温2‑5%,浓乳600#2‑5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚2‑5%,溶剂5‑10%,高效消泡剂1.5%~4%。本发明一种涤纶低温染色用环保载体制备方法。与传统产品相比,不仅提高了锦纶纤维染色的匀染效果,达到永久不褪色、不着色、弹性好,而且在使用过程中能加快其上色速率,产品质量稳定性好,耐磨性能优,同时还具有生产成本低、节能减排,利于环境保护等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织行业染整技术领域,具体针对纺织行业染色的应用,而提供一种涤纶低温染色用环保载体制备方法。
背景技术
涤纶低温染色广泛应用于纺织行业,通过使用后的涤纶具有强度高、弹性佳、耐磨性好、防霉防蛀等优点,该产品主要用于纺织行业中的锦纶纤维领域。在使用时可通过扩散进入纤维,能与NH3反应生成离子键合,由于PH值的不同,因此对于纤维的吸附后的H+的量有着很大的变化,随着染料上染锦纶纤维的速率越快,其PH值也由高到低进行快速变化,也进一步提高了染色的均与性和稳定性,市场应用前景十分广阔。
目前市场上一般应用的普通涤纶低温染色工艺,不仅染色效果差,而且生产成本高,产品质量不稳定,尤其是对周边环境还会造成污染,特别是由于所用原材料的不同,而带来生产废水处理回用无法彻底解决。因此迫切需要通过技术创新来改进现有生产工艺技术,提高产品质量,彻底杜绝污染环境问题,用新方法新工艺来替代现有传统产品,从而达到产品技术升级,走绿色发展之路的目的。
发明内容
本发明针对现有涤纶低温染色产品所存在的染色速率低、均匀性差、产品质量不稳定,环境污染大等方面,提供一种强度高、染色速率高、耐磨性能好、不退色、环境污染小,而提供的一种涤纶低温染色用环保载体制备方法。
本发明通过以下工艺技术方案来实现:本发明一种涤纶低温染色用环保载体制备方法,涤纶低温染色用环保载体由下列原料按重量百分比配比制成:N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺30-50%,环氧大豆油 10-20%,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯10-20%,苯甲酸苄酯 10-20%,吐温2-5%,浓乳600# 2-5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚 2-5%,溶剂 5-10%,高效消泡剂1.5%~4%。
涤纶低温染色用环保载体优选原材料重量百分比组分配比为:N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺30-45%,环氧大豆油10-18%,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯10-18%,苯甲酸苄酯 10-19%,吐温2-4%,浓乳600# 2-4.5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚 2-4%,溶剂 5-9%,甲苯1.5%~3%,高效消泡剂1.5%~3%。
本发明以100公斤为单位,其重量百分比组分配比为N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺43%,环氧大豆油17%,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯15%,苯甲酸苄酯10%,吐温3%,浓乳600# 4%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚3%,溶剂 7%,甲苯2%,高效消泡剂2%。
在本发明中:N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺选用含量为99.0%、环氧大豆油选用含量为98.5%、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯选用含量为95%、苯甲酸苄酯选用含量为97.5%。
所述的溶剂选用甲苯或二甲苯。
所述的高效消泡剂选用聚二甲基硅氧烷。
本发明一种涤纶低温染色用环保载体制备方法,其生产工艺步骤如下:
(1)依次将N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、环氧大豆油、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、苯甲酸苄酯。吐温、浓乳加入反应釜中混合,并开启搅拌机均匀搅拌;
(2)待均匀搅拌30分钟后,分别加入高效消泡剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚,然后开启搅拌机进行不断搅拌,同时开始慢慢加温,2小时后,逐步升温至110~120℃;
(3)当升温至120~130℃时,开始加入溶剂和甲苯,并不断搅拌,40分钟后开始抽真空,期间原材料在反应釜中,混合反应时间控制在6~8小时;
(4)反应完成后,关闭蒸汽阀门,开启冷冻设备,冷却时间控制在5~7小时,直至冷却到5℃时,开始放料,物料通过60um(目)过滤筛进行过滤;
(5)将所制得的涤纶低温染色用环保载体,按国家行业标准检测合格后,进行计量包装入库。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明一种涤纶低温染色用环保载体制备方法。与传统产品相比,不仅提高了锦纶纤维染色的匀染效果,达到永久不褪色、不着色、弹性好,而且在使用过程中能加快其上色速率,产品质量稳定性好,耐磨性能优,同时还具有生产成本低、节能减排,利于环境保护等优点。

实施例1
本实施例1:涤纶低温染色用环保载体由以下原材料重量百分比组分配比:N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺44%,环氧大豆油17%,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯14%,苯甲酸苄酯9%,吐温2%,浓乳600# 4%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚3%,溶剂 6%,甲苯3%,高效消泡剂2%。
其工艺操作步骤如下:
(1)依次将N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、环氧大豆油、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、苯甲酸苄酯。吐温、浓乳加入反应釜中混合,并开启搅拌机均匀搅拌;
(2)待均匀搅拌30分钟后,分别加入高效消泡剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚,然后开启搅拌机进行不断搅拌,同时开始慢慢加温,2小时后,逐步升温至120℃;
(3)当升温至120℃时,开始加入溶剂和甲苯,并不断搅拌,40分钟后开始抽真空,期间原材料在反应釜中,混合反应时间控制在7小时;
(4)反应完成后,关闭蒸汽阀门,开启冷冻设备,冷却时间控制在5小时,直至冷却到5℃时,开始放料,物料通过60um(目)过滤筛进行过滤;
(5)将所制得的涤纶低温染色用环保载体,按国家行业标准检测合格后,进行计量包装入库。
实施例2
本实施例2:涤纶低温染色用环保载体由以下原材料重量百分比组分配比:N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺43%,环氧大豆油15%,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯16%,苯甲酸苄酯9%,吐温3%,浓乳600# 4%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚3%,溶剂 5%,甲苯4%,高效消泡剂2%。
其工艺操作步骤如下:
(1)依次将N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、环氧大豆油、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、苯甲酸苄酯。吐温、浓乳加入反应釜中混合,并开启搅拌机均匀搅拌;
(2)待均匀搅拌40分钟后,分别加入高效消泡剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚,然后开启搅拌机进行不断搅拌,同时开始慢慢加温,3小时后,逐步升温至115℃;
(3)当升温至130℃时,开始加入溶剂和甲苯,并不断搅拌,40分钟后开始抽真空,期间原材料在反应釜中,混合反应时间控制在6小时;
(4)反应完成后,关闭蒸汽阀门,开启冷冻设备,冷却时间控制在7小时,直至冷却到5℃时,开始放料,物料通过60um(目)过滤筛进行过滤;
(5)将所制得的涤纶低温染色用环保载体,按国家行业标准检测合格后,进行计量包装入库。
实施例3
本实施例3:涤纶低温染色用环保载体由以下原材料重量百分比组分配比:N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺42%,环氧大豆油13%,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯18%,苯甲酸苄酯8%,吐温3%,浓乳600# 3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚4%,溶剂 6%,甲苯3%,高效消泡剂2%。
其工艺操作步骤如下:
(1)依次将N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、环氧大豆油、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、苯甲酸苄酯。吐温、浓乳加入反应釜中混合,并开启搅拌机均匀搅拌;
(2)待均匀搅拌45分钟后,分别加入高效消泡剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚,然后开启搅拌机进行不断搅拌,同时开始慢慢加温,4小时后,逐步升温至125℃;
(3)当升温至125℃时,开始加入溶剂和甲苯,并不断搅拌,50分钟后开始抽真空,期间原材料在反应釜中,混合反应时间控制在5小时;
(4)反应完成后,关闭蒸汽阀门,开启冷冻设备,冷却时间控制在6小时,直至冷却到5℃时,开始放料,物料通过60um(目)过滤筛进行过滤;
(5)将所制得的涤纶低温染色用环保载体,按国家行业标准检测合格后,进行计量包装入库。
通过本发明的1~3实施例,经检测,所得相关质量指标结果如表1所示。

1.一种涤纶低温染色用环保载体制备方法,其特征在于,涤纶低温染色用环保载体由下列原料按重量百分比配比制成:N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺30-50%,环氧大豆油 10-20%,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯10-20%,苯甲酸苄酯 10-20%,吐温 2-5%,浓乳600# 2-5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚 2-5%,溶剂 5-10%,高效消泡剂 1.5%~4%;
所述的N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺选用含量为99.0%、环氧大豆油选用含量为98.5%、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯选用含量为95%、苯甲酸苄酯选用含量为97.5%;
所述的溶剂选用甲苯或二甲苯;
所述的高效消泡剂选用聚二甲基硅氧烷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶低温染色用环保载体制备方法,其特征在于,涤纶低温染色用环保载体优选的原材料重量百分比组分配比为:N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺30-45%,环氧大豆油10-18%,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯10-18%,苯甲酸苄酯 10-19%,吐温2-4%,浓乳600#2-4.5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚 2-4%,溶剂 5-9%,甲苯1.5%~3%,高效消泡剂1.5%~3%;采用的生产工艺步骤如下:
(1)依次将N-烷基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、环氧大豆油、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、苯甲酸苄酯、吐温、浓乳加入反应釜中混合,并开启搅拌机均匀搅拌;
(2)待均匀搅拌30分钟后,分别加入高效消泡剂、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚,然后开启搅拌机进行不断搅拌,同时开始慢慢加温,2小时后,逐步升温至110~120℃;
(3)当升温至120~130℃时,开始加入溶剂和甲苯,并不断搅拌,40分钟后开始抽真空,期间原材料在反应釜中,混合反应时间控制在6~8小时;
(4)反应完成后,关闭蒸汽阀门,开启冷冻设备,冷却时间控制在5~7小时,直至冷却到5℃时,开始放料,物料通过60um(目)过滤筛进行过滤;
