本发明公开了一种休闲皮带的制作工艺，包括以下步骤：（1）染色：选择皮革，根据所需颜色调颜料，对皮革进行染色，然后自然晾干；（2）采用压制机对染色后的皮革进行高温压制，温度为30-50℃，然后人工修色；（3）压弧焦边：采用压弧机对皮革进行压弧，在100-200℃高温下压成焦边，焦边宽度根据模具设计宽度；（4）分条：压弧形成焦边后，冷却，用分条机进行分条；（5）编制：人工编制，安装卡扣。本发明的休闲皮带的制作工艺，工艺简单，生产出来的皮带强度高，不易变形，耐摩擦性好，颜色牢固，不易变色，美观，耐用。

一种休闲皮带的制作工艺
 
技术领域
本发明涉及皮革加工技术领域，尤其涉及一种休闲皮带的制作工艺。
 
背景技术
    皮革行业是中国轻工行业中的支柱产业。近年来，随着中国皮革工业的快速发展，中国正式成为全球皮革生产大国，其为我国的外汇收入也作出重要的贡献。皮带在皮革行业中，应用越来越广泛。目前，市场上的皮带品种很多，但是多数皮带的强度低，使用时间长了，极易变形，在反复见水和干燥后会变硬，易断裂，
而且皮带颜色容易变色，特别是皮带边角处的耐摩擦性低，颜色不牢固，容易变色，既影响舒适感又影响美观。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种休闲皮带的制作工艺，制作方法简单，制作出来的皮带强度高，不易变形，耐摩擦性好，颜色牢固，不易变色。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种休闲皮带的制作工艺，包括以下步骤：
（1）染色：选择皮革，根据所需颜色调颜料，对皮革进行染色，然后自然晾干；
（2）采用压制机对染色后的皮革进行高温压制，温度为30-50℃，然后进行修复，人工修色；
（3）压弧焦边：采用压弧机对皮革进行压弧，在100-200℃高温下压成焦边，焦边宽度根据模具设计宽度；
（4）分条：压弧形成焦边后，冷却，然后用分条机进行分条；
（5）编制：分条后进行人工编制，最后安装卡扣。
步骤（1）中所述的颜料是通过下述方法调成的：按重量份数取颜料膏100份、柔软剂40份、蜡剂30份、消光剂30份、丙烯酸树脂200份、聚氨酯树脂100份、水250份，先将颜料膏、柔软剂、蜡剂和消光剂混合，搅拌均匀，然后加入水搅拌，最后加入丙烯酸树脂和聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀，得到所需颜料。
步骤（1）中所述的染色，是通过手动喷枪将颜料均匀喷涂于皮革的表面，喷涂2-3次，每喷涂一次后待涂层晾干后，再进行下一次喷涂。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明的休闲皮带的制作工艺，在染色阶段，通过颜料膏调制颜料对皮革表面进行喷涂，同时，修色后，在100-200℃高温下进行压弧焦边，可以提高皮带边角处的耐摩擦性，颜色牢固，不容易变色，本发明工艺简单，生产出来的皮带强度高，不易变形，耐摩擦性好，颜色牢固，不易变色，美观，耐用。
 
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明，但本发明不仅限于这些实施例，在未脱离本发明宗旨的前提下，所作的任何改进均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1:
一种休闲皮带的制作工艺，包括以下步骤：
（1）染色：选择皮革，根据所需颜色调颜料，颜料的调制：按重量份数取颜料膏100份、柔软剂40份、蜡剂30份、消光剂30份、丙烯酸树脂200份、聚氨酯树脂100份、水250份，先将颜料膏、柔软剂、蜡剂和消光剂混合，搅拌均匀，然后加入水搅拌，最后加入丙烯酸树脂和聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀，得到所需颜料；然后对皮革进行染色，通过手动喷枪将颜料均匀喷涂于皮革的表面，喷涂3次，每喷涂一次后待涂层晾干后，再进行下一次喷涂，最后自然晾干；
（2）采用压制机对染色后的皮革进行高温压制，温度为50℃，然后进行修复，人工修色；
（3）压弧焦边：采用压弧机对皮革进行压弧，在200℃高温下压成焦边，焦边宽度根据模具设计宽度；
（4）分条：压弧形成焦边后，冷却，然后用分条机进行分条；
（5）编制：分条后进行人工编制，最后安装卡扣。
本实施例制作出的皮带强度高，不易变形，耐摩擦性好，颜色牢固，不易变色，美观，耐用。国内皮带的颜色强度合格为：干擦≥3级，湿擦≥2级。对本实施例的皮带进行了颜色摩擦牢度测试，得到干擦≥4级，湿擦≥3级。本实施例皮带的颜色摩擦牢度高，颜色牢固，耐磨性好。

Claims (3)

1.一种休闲皮带的制作工艺，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
（1）染色：选择皮革，根据所需颜色调颜料，对皮革进行染色，然后自然晾干；
（2）采用压制机对染色后的皮革进行高温压制，温度为30-50℃，然后进行修复，人工修色；
（3）压弧焦边：采用压弧机对皮革进行压弧，在100-200℃高温下压成焦边，焦边宽度根据模具设计宽度；
（4）分条：压弧形成焦边后，冷却，然后用分条机进行分条；
（5）编制：分条后进行人工编制，最后安装卡扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的休闲皮带的制作工艺，其特征在于：步骤（1）中所述的颜料是通过下述方法调成的：按重量份数取颜料膏100份、柔软剂40份、蜡剂30份、消光剂30份、丙烯酸树脂200份、聚氨酯树脂100份、水250份，先将颜料膏、柔软剂、蜡剂和消光剂混合，搅拌均匀，然后加入水搅拌，最后加入丙烯酸树脂和聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀，得到所需颜料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的休闲皮带的制作工艺，其特征在于：步骤（1）中所述的染色，是通过手动喷枪将颜料均匀喷涂于皮革的表面，喷涂2-3次，每喷涂一次后待涂层晾干后，再进行下一次喷涂。
