本发明涉及丝巾制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种轻薄绣花丝巾制作工艺。
背景技术
丝巾是用真丝做成的,围在脖子上用于搭配服装,起到修饰做用的物品,形状各异色彩丰富款式繁多,适合不同年龄段的人群。丝巾早在公元前3000年,埃及人所采用的缠腰布、有流苏的长裙、古希腊时代的缠布服装等都能找到类似领巾的痕迹,可以说丝巾的历史就是从一块布开始。丝巾最初并不作为装饰用,而是以御寒为主要功能。现代丝巾的真正形成是在二十年代,跳脱出长披肩与头巾的传统使用方式,丝织的长巾开始被使用,领巾的折法、结法等技巧慢慢受到重视。三十年代,当时方形的领巾与长巾流行的材质大多为丝或人造丝,花色十分大胆,极具设计风格的品牌特别受欢迎,著名的 Hermes丝巾就在这个时期上市了。随着社会的不断发展,人们对丝巾的热爱程度也越来越高,近年来,丝巾受到了越来越多的年轻人的追捧。无论是送礼还是佩戴,无论春夏秋冬,都很适宜佩戴丝巾。作为丝绸之国的中国,中国的丝巾以丝杭为代表的,然而大部分商家为了单纯的追求利益,大大了忽略了丝巾的品质,造成国内市场上的丝巾质量参差不齐。基于上述陈述,本发明提出了一种轻薄绣花丝巾制作工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种轻薄绣花丝巾制作工艺。
一种轻薄绣花丝巾制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、采购真丝材质的素胚布,将质量检查合格的素胚布剪裁成所需的尺寸规格,幷置于90~108℃的烘箱内干燥至恒重,得预处理后的素胚布;
S2、调制所需的印花染料,利用台板印花机对素胚布进行印花处理得印花布料,将所得的印花布料置于密闭的汽蒸箱内,在高温128~142℃下进行蒸化处理;
S3、根据设计需要配置染色用染料,对印花布料进行染色,完成染色后置于微波炉中加热15~25s,取出后进行皂洗和水洗处理,完成清洗后置于90~108℃的烘箱内干燥至恒重;
S4、将制版师设计制作好的花样上传到到绣花机的电脑,采用电脑绣花机进行自动绣花,然后将布料的四周向内折2.8~3.2mm的边,在冷压状态下,对布料进行烫金处理,并对烫金图案进行上光处理;
S5、采用人工缝制的方法,在布料的四周和边角缝上流苏,完成缝制即得丝巾,检查合格即可包装出厂。
优选的,所述步骤S1中的真丝材质为双绉、素绉缎、乔其纱、电力纺或重绉中的一种,且优选素绉缎。
优选的,所述步骤S2中的印花染料由以下重量百分比的原料组成:活性染料5~10%、淀粉8~15%、海藻酸钠2~4%、硼砂1~1.8%、水杨酸钠1~1.8%、硅胶15~25%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3~0.8%、火油12~24%、余量为水。
优选的,所述步骤S2中的印花染料由以下重量百分比的原料组成:活性染料8%、淀粉12%、海藻酸钠3%、硼砂1.5%、水杨酸钠1.2%、硅胶20%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5%、火油18%、余量为水。

本发明提出的一种轻薄绣花丝巾制作工艺,采用真丝材质的素胚布为基材,采用印花、染色、绣花、烫金和人工缝制流苏相关工序完成整个丝巾的制作工艺,本发明在采用印花前对素胚布进行干燥预处理,利用活性染料及相关助剂混合配制印花用染料,利用台板印花机对素胚布进行印花处理,所得印花上色效果均一、色彩鲜艳,蒸化后固色效果好,采用冷烫金技术对布料进行烫金处理,并对烫金后图案进行上光处理,有效的避免了金属加热烫金对真丝材质造成的损伤,最后纯手工进行流苏缝制,本发明所得丝巾外观高端、大气,手感柔软、光滑,通过对原料和工艺的严格把关,保证了丝巾的质量,本发明制作工艺操作简单,重复性好,可进行批量生产,生产效率高,值得推广。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一
本发明提出的一种轻薄绣花丝巾制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、采购素绉缎素胚布,将质量检查合格的素胚布剪裁成所需的尺寸规格,幷置于95℃的烘箱内干燥至恒重,得预处理后的素胚布;
S2、调制所需的印花染料,其中印花染料由以下重量百分比的原料组成:活性染料8%、淀粉12%、海藻酸钠3%、硼砂1.5%、水杨酸钠1.8%、硅胶20%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5%、火油20%、余量为水,将所述重量百分比的原料进行混合后,在高温110℃的条件下,加热3h,边加热边以400r/min的转速进行混合搅拌,混合至颜色均匀即得所需的印花染料,利用台板印花机对素胚布进行印花处理得印花布料,将所得的印花布料置于密闭的汽蒸箱内,在高温135℃下进行蒸化处理;
S3、根据设计需要配置染色用染料,对印花布料进行染色,完成染色后置于微波炉中加热20s,取出后进行皂洗和水洗处理,完成清洗后置于100℃的烘箱内干燥至恒重;
S4、将制版师设计制作好的花样上传到到绣花机的电脑,采用电脑绣花机进行自动绣花,然后将布料的四周向内折2.8mm的边,在冷压状态下,利用冷烫金技术对布料进行烫金处理,并对烫金图案进行上光处理;
S5、采用人工缝制的方法,在布料的四周和边角缝上流苏,完成缝制即得丝巾,检查合格即可包装出厂。

S2、调制所需的印花染料,其中印花染料由以下重量百分比的原料组成:活性染料10%、淀粉8%、海藻酸钠2%、硼砂1%、水杨酸钠1.5%、硅胶25%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3%、火油24%、余量为水,将所述重量百分比的原料进行混合后,在高温120℃的条件下,加热2.5h,边加热边以450r/min的转速进行混合搅拌,混合至颜色均匀即得所需的印花染料,利用台板印花机对素胚布进行印花处理得印花布料,将所得的印花布料置于密闭的汽蒸箱内,在高温142℃下进行蒸化处理;
S3、根据设计需要配置染色用染料,对印花布料进行染色,完成染色后置于微波炉中加热22s,取出后进行皂洗和水洗处理,完成清洗后置于108℃的烘箱内干燥至恒重;
S4、将制版师设计制作好的花样上传到到绣花机的电脑,采用电脑绣花机进行自动绣花,然后将布料的四周向内折3mm的边,在冷压状态下,利用冷烫金技术对布料进行烫金处理,并对烫金图案进行上光处理;
S5、采用人工缝制的方法,在布料的四周和边角缝上流苏,完成缝制即得丝巾,检查合格即可包装出厂。
本发明实施例一~三中提出的轻薄绣花丝巾制作工艺,生产的丝巾外观高端、大气,手感柔软、光滑,随机选取300名年龄在18~58岁不等的女性,分别调查实施例一~三中生产的丝巾的市场受欢迎度,与现有的同价格的丝巾,得出如下结果:
