本发明构想以节水环保染印为基础,公开了一种缇花涤纶面料数码直喷印花技术处理剂及一种缇花涤纶面料数码直喷印花工艺,本发明可以数码印花后完全不影响缇花涤纶织物表面手感,及生产工艺能源消耗低(热转印花需200度以上高温),生产过程中不需消耗热转印纸张,减少碳及水排放,达到绿能产业,本数码彩印缇花涤纶织物产品具备1.表面图案清晰,2.图案没有渗化晕色现象,彩印图案清晰3.得色性高,颜色图案鲜艳4.处理剂容易洗除可保有原手感及物性。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能领域,具体涉及一种缇花涤纶面料数码直喷印花技术处理剂及一种缇花涤纶面料数码直喷印花工艺。
背景技术
现在数码印花加工主要有两种方式,1.以热转印方式将打印好的图案于热转印纸转烫到织物表面。此须高消耗能源及耗费纸张,另热转印花之产品在缇花织物上凹凸纹路会因热压而将纹路压平影响手感及视觉感,织物表面亦会因热压产生光泽。2.数码印花直喷技术目前有在棉及锦纶织物此因上色温度低技术门坎不高,而涤纶织物因需高温上色,且目前会有渗色及得显色性不高,及具备研发技术门坎。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种缇花涤纶面料数码直喷印花技术处理剂及一种缇花涤纶面料数码直喷印花工艺。
根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种缇花涤纶面料数码直喷印花技术处理剂,包括:质量比为73%的水、15%聚酯类高分子材料、10%尿素以及2%柠檬酸。
一种缇花涤纶面料数码直喷印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)、通过计算机进行数码绘喷印样板;
(2)、对白色缇花涤纶织物通过权力要求1的处理剂进行处理;
(3)、然后通过数码彩印机将绘制图案以高温分散型墨水直接喷涂在处理好的白色缇花织物上形成图案层;
(4)、接着对完成彩印后的缇花织物进行高温蒸化处理;
(5)、最后进行固色水洗处理。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)为将质量比为73%的水、15%聚酯类高分子材料、10%尿素以及2%柠檬酸进行搅拌混合,然后均匀涂于白色缇花涤纶织物表面。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)的高温蒸化处理为将彩印后的白色缇花涤纶织物放置于130℃的高温密闭的空间内进行显色处理。
进一步的,所述显色处理的时间控制在15分钟。
与现有技术优势比较,本发明可以数码印花后完全不影响缇花涤纶织物表面手感,及生产工艺能源消耗低(热转印花需200度以上高温),生产过程中不需消耗热转印纸张,减少碳及水排放,达到绿能产业,生产过程中不需消耗热转印纸张减少环境消耗,本数码彩印缇花涤纶织物产品具备1.表面图案清晰,2.图案没有渗化晕色现象,彩印图案清晰3.得色性高,颜色图案鲜艳4.处理剂容易洗除可保有原手感及物性。
具体实施方式
本实施例提供的一种种缇花涤纶面料数码直喷印花技术处理剂,提供了一种种缇花涤纶面料数码直喷印花技术处理剂,包括:质量比为73%的水、15%聚酯类高分子材料、10%尿素以及2%柠檬酸。
一种缇花涤纶面料数码直喷印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)、通过计算机进行数码绘喷印样板;
(2)、对白色缇花涤纶织物通过权力要求1的处理剂进行处理,该处理为将质量比为73%的水、15%聚酯类高分子材料、10%尿素以及2%柠檬酸进行搅拌混合,以1000g前处理剂为例,将20g的柠檬酸,100g的尿素,150g的G-polyesteradhesive(聚酯类)加入730g的纯水中均于搅拌,然后均匀涂于白色缇花涤纶织物表面,;
(3)、然后通过数码彩印机将绘制图案以高温分散型墨水直接喷涂在处理好的白色缇花织物上形成图案层;
(4)、接着对完成彩印后的缇花织物进行高温蒸化处理,具体的是将彩印后的白色缇花涤纶织物放置于130℃的高温密闭的空间内进行15分钟的高温蒸化显色处理;
(5)、最后进行固色水洗处理,即可得到成品。
与现有技术优势比较,本发明可以数码印花后完全不影响缇花涤纶织物表面手感,及生产工艺能源消耗低(热转印花需200度以上高温),生产过程中不需消耗热转印纸张,减少碳及水排放,达到绿能产业,生产过程中不需消耗热转印纸张减少环境消耗,本数码彩印缇花涤纶织物产品具备1.表面图案清晰,2.图案没有渗化晕色现象,彩印图案清晰3.得色性高,颜色图案鲜艳4.处理剂容易洗除可保有原手感及物性。

2.一种缇花涤纶面料数码直喷印花工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)、通过计算机进行数码绘图喷印样板;
(2)、对白色缇花涤纶织物通过权力要求1的处理剂进行处理;
(3)、然后通过数码彩印机将绘制图案以高温分散型墨水直接喷涂在处理好的白色缇花织物上形成图案层;
(4)、接着对完成彩印后的缇花织物进行高温蒸化处理;
(5)、最后进行固色水洗处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可识别二维码粘扣带,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)为将质量比为73%的水、15%聚酯类高分子材料、10%尿素以及2%柠檬酸进行搅拌混合,然后均匀涂于白色缇花涤纶织物表面。
4.根据权利要求2所述的可识别二维码粘扣带,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)的高温蒸化处理为将彩印后的白色缇花涤纶织物放置于130℃的高温密闭的空间内进行显色处理。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可识别二维码粘扣带,其特征在于,所述显色处理的时间控制在15分钟。
