Abstract
本发明公开了一种印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:选择面料,并对面料进行除尘处理;对面料进行热压处理,并对面料分别上透明UV漆、附着底漆和防裂漆和底色漆;一次印花处理,将经过预处理的面料进行印花处理;调制处理液,将面料投入处理液中充分浸润,保持20‑25℃,处理20‑30min,然后升温至60‑75℃,保持60‑90min,清水洗净;将半成品面料放入烘干机中烘干,烘干温度为120‑130℃;二次印花处理,在图案表面上一层UV面漆;水洗、烘干。本发明提供一种印花工艺,工艺简单,可以提高印花质量,层次感强,着色牢固,不容易褪色。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物印花领域,尤其涉及一种印花工艺。
背景技术
面料印花也称为织物印花,是使用染料或涂料在织物上形成图案的过程,印花是局部染色,要求有一定的染色牢度。目前常用的印花技术主要包括机械印花,机械印花由印花机器一次性完成,印花机器是单一的机器。机器印花的缺点是印花的图形比较粗糙、色彩不够艳丽、层次感较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种印花工艺,工艺简单,可以提高印花质量,层次感强,着色牢固,不容易褪色。
本发明的技术方案:一种印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:选择面料,并对面料进行除尘处理;
S2:对面料进行热压处理,并对面料分别上透明UV漆、附着底漆和防裂漆和底色漆;
S3:一次印花处理,将经过预处理的面料进行印花处理;
S4:调制处理液,将面料投入处理液中充分浸润,保持20-25℃,处理20-30min,然后升温至60-75℃,保持60-90min,清水洗净;
S5:将半成品面料放入烘干机中烘干,烘干温度为120-130℃;
S6:二次印花处理,在图案表面上一层UV面漆;
S7:水洗、烘干。
前述的一种印花工艺,其特征在于,所述S4中的处理液包括如下质量百分比成分:茶皂素4-5%,木瓜蛋白酶2-3%,海藻糖1-1.5%,其余为水。
前述的一种印花工艺,其特征在于,所述防裂漆由多聚磷酸铵、水泥、有机粘土、滑石粉、云母粉、有机硅油和水组成。
本发明的有益效果:该印花工艺工艺简单,可以提高印花质量,层次感强,着色牢固,不容易褪色。

下面实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例:一种印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:选择面料,并对面料进行除尘处理;
S2:对面料进行热压处理,并对面料分别上透明UV漆、附着底漆和防裂漆和底色漆;
S3:一次印花处理,将经过预处理的面料进行印花处理;
S4:调制处理液,将面料投入处理液中充分浸润,保持20-25℃,处理20-30min,然后升温至60-75℃,保持60-90min,清水洗净;
S5:将半成品面料放入烘干机中烘干,烘干温度为120-130℃;
S6:二次印花处理,在图案表面上一层UV面漆;
S7:水洗、烘干。

S4:调制处理液,将面料投入处理液中充分浸润,保持20-25℃,处理20-30min,然后升温至60-75℃,保持60-90min,清水洗净;
S5:将半成品面料放入烘干机中烘干,烘干温度为120-130℃;
S6:二次印花处理,在图案表面上一层UV面漆;
S7:水洗、烘干。
