本发明涉及转印用硅胶油墨。按重量百分比组成为,硅油92‑94%、甲基三氯硅烷3‑4%、三甲基氯硅烷2‑3%和苯基氯0.1‑1%。本发明的转印用硅胶油墨,在热转印时,不需要在织物和印花之间添加有机溶剂胶水层,而是将热熔胶粉直解撒于硅胶油墨上,直解烘干,无需有机溶剂胶水层,节约了工序,降低了污染。本发明相比于现有技术,无需转印多次,节省成本,生产效率高。

技术领域
本发明属于丝网印刷领域,特别涉及一种用于丝网印刷的,环保的转印用硅胶油墨。
背景技术
随着科技的发展及生活水平的提高,人们对服装的要求不仅仅局限于服装的质量和样式,更多的追求个性化。因此在服装上开始印制各种图案,使得织物热转印印花行业逐渐兴起。现在很多面料为了降低生产成本和保持色泽的鲜艳,在染色后都不按正常进行洗水烘干,所以在将印花热转印到织物上时,面料的色样会升华到印花的表面上来,很难看,为了解决防升华问题,现有技术采用隔离剂,在印花和织物之间先涂刷一层有机溶剂胶水作为隔离层,再通过热转印方式将印花热压熨烫到织物的隔离层上。众所周知,有机溶剂污染大,不仅危害工人的身体健康,同时污染环境;另一方面所采用的油墨也都具有污染性,同样危害工人的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种降低生产成本,环保的转印用硅胶油墨。
本发明采用的技术方案是:转印用硅胶油墨,由硅油、甲基三氯硅烷、三甲基氯硅烷和苯基氯制成。
上述的转印用硅胶油墨,按重量百分比组成为,硅油92-94%、甲基三氯硅烷3-4%、三甲基氯硅烷2-3%和苯基氯0.1-1%。
上述的转印用硅胶油墨在转印印花中的应用。方法如下:先将转印用硅胶油墨用涂刷机涂刷于网版上,然后在转印用硅胶油墨上均匀撒上热熔胶粉,送入烘箱中于100-150℃下烘干即可得到转印印花。
本发明的有益效果是:1)本发明的转印用硅胶油墨,在热转印时,不需要在织物和印花之间添加有机溶剂胶水层,而是将热熔胶粉直解撒于硅胶油墨上,直解烘干,无需有机溶剂胶水层,节约了工序,降低了污染。2)本发明的转印用硅胶油墨,具有防止织物色彩升华到印花上的功能,使用时,无需先涂刷有机溶剂胶层,可直接将印花印制在织物上。3)本发明相比于现有技术,无需转印多次,节省成本,生产效率高。4)本发明硅胶油墨环保,油墨本质和添加剂都是无毒无害,无气味,最大限度保护了操作工的人体健康。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(一)配方
转印用硅胶油墨,按重量百分比组成为,硅油93.9%、甲基三氯硅烷3%、三甲基氯硅烷3%和苯基氯0.1%。
(二)制备方法:将硅油、甲基三氯硅烷、三甲基氯硅烷和苯基氯,搅拌混合均匀。
(三)应用
将转印用硅胶油墨置于涂刷机上,采用涂刷刮的方式将油墨涂刷刮于网版上,然后将热熔胶均匀撒于油墨上,然后送入烘箱中于100-150℃下烘干即可得到转印印花。需要印到织物上时,只需要将印花通过转印机热压熨烫到织物上,而不需要额外在织物上涂刷一层有机溶剂胶层。
采用本申请的转印用硅胶油墨印制的印花,耐拉扯,耐水洗,粘接性强。

1.转印用硅胶油墨,其特征在于由硅油、甲基三氯硅烷、三甲基氯硅烷和苯基氯制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转印用硅胶油墨,其特征在于,按重量百分比组成为,硅油92-94%、甲基三氯硅烷3-4%、三甲基氯硅烷2-3%和苯基氯0.1-1%。
3.权利要求1所述的转印用硅胶油墨在转印印花中的应用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于,方法如下:先将转印用硅胶油墨用涂刷机涂刷于网版上,然后在转印用硅胶油墨上均匀撒上热熔胶粉,送入烘箱中于100-150℃下烘干即可得到转印印花。
