一种印花工艺。提供了一种工艺简单,提高印花质量,色彩艳丽的印花工艺。包括以下步骤:S1:选择面料,并且对面料进行除尘处理;S2:一次印花处理,将经过预处理的面料进行印花处理;S3:调制处理液,将面料投入处理液中充分浸润,保持30‑35℃,处理30‑42min,然后升温至50‑80℃,保持1‑1.5小时,清水洗净;S4:将半成品面料放入烘干机中烘干,烘干温度为120℃‑130℃;S5:二次印花处理,在图案表面喷涂固色剂;S6:水洗、烘干。本发明得到的印花图形精细、色彩艳丽、层次感强烈,并且着色牢固,不容易褪色。

一种印花工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及织物印染领域,尤其涉及面料的印花工艺。
背景技术
面料印花也称为织物印花,是使用染料或涂料在织物上形成图案的过程,印花是局部染色,要求有一定的染色牢度。目前常用的印花技术主要包括机械印花,机械印花由印花机器一次性完成,印花机器是单一的机器。机器印花的缺点是印花的图形比较粗糙、色彩不够艳丽、层次感较差。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种工艺简单,提高印花质量,色彩艳丽的印花工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:包括以下步骤:S1:选择面料,并且对面料进行除尘处理;
S2:一次印花处理,将经过预处理的面料进行印花处理;
S3:调制处理液,将面料投入处理液中充分浸润,保持30-35℃,处理30-42min,然后升温至50- 80℃,保持1-1.5小时,清水洗净;
S4:将半成品面料放入烘干机中烘干,烘干温度为120℃ -130℃;
S5:二次印花处理,在图案表面喷涂固色剂;
S6:水洗、烘干。
步骤S5和S6之间,还包括汽蒸,高温常压法150- 175℃,汽蒸时间为3~6min。
步骤S3中的处理液按照如下质量百分比配置:茶皂素2-3%,木瓜蛋白酶1-1.5%,果酸0.5-1%,海藻糖0.6-0.9%,柠檬酸0.3-0.5%,其余为水。
本发明工艺中,首先经过一次印花处理,形成初印花;再通过预处理液的调制,对面料进行了预处理,使得面料结构发生变化,便于二次印花,使得印花可靠。本发明得到的印花图形精细、色彩艳丽、层次感强烈,并且着色牢固,不容易褪色。
具体实施方式
本发明包括以下步骤:S1:选择面料,并且对面料进行除尘处理;
S2:一次印花处理,将经过预处理的面料进行印花处理;
S3:调制处理液,将面料投入处理液中充分浸润,保持30-35℃,处理30-42min,然后升温至50- 80℃,保持1-1.5小时,清水洗净;S2通过将面料浸润,使其结构发生变化,便于后续的印花,提高印花的可靠性;
S4:将半成品面料放入烘干机中烘干,烘干温度为120℃ -130℃;
S5:二次印花处理,在图案表面喷涂固色剂;
S6:水洗、烘干。

步骤S3中的处理液按照如下质量百分比配置:茶皂素3%,木瓜蛋白酶1.5%,果酸1%,海藻糖0.9%,柠檬酸0.5%,其余为水。

1.一种印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:选择面料,并且对面料进行除尘处理;
S2:一次印花处理,将经过预处理的面料进行印花处理;
S3:调制处理液,将面料投入处理液中充分浸润,保持30-35℃,处理30-42min,然后升温至50- 80℃,保持1-1.5小时,清水洗净;
S4:将半成品面料放入烘干机中烘干,烘干温度为120℃ -130℃;
S5:二次印花处理,在图案表面喷涂固色剂;
S6:水洗、烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种印花工艺,其特征在于,步骤S5和S6之间,还包括汽蒸,高温常压法150- 175℃,汽蒸时间为3~6min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种印花工艺,其特征在于,步骤S3中的处理液按照如下质量百分比配置:茶皂素2-3%,木瓜蛋白酶1-1.5%,果酸0.5-1%,海藻糖0.6-0.9%,柠檬酸0.3-0.5%,其余为水。
