本发明的目的在于提供一种涤纶织物的数码印花工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种涤纶织物的数码印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:配置数码印花浆料;
S2:配置预处理剂;
S3:将涤纶织物采用去离子水清洗干净,并干燥,然后置于S2中的预处理剂中,二浸二轧,随后取出涤纶织物并进行干燥,得到预处理织物;
S4:通过S1得到的浆料对S3中的预处理涤纶织物表面进行上浆处理;
S5:预处理涤纶织物表面上浆后,送入热压机,将织物置于高温高压环境下进行热压处理;
S6:对S5热压处理后的织物进行烘干;
S7:将S6得到的织物进行数码喷印处理,然后进行汽蒸处理;
S8:对S7得到的织物先冷水洗,然后热水洗,随后进行皂洗;
S9:对S8得到的织物先热水洗,然后冷水洗,最后烘干处理。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S1中的浆料包括以下质量分数的组分:分散红为60-80%,分散桃红为15-20%,扩散剂10-15%,匀染剂为3-6%,抗皱柔软剂为3-6%,抗泳移剂为1-3%。

S7:将S6得到的织物进行数码喷印处理,然后进行汽蒸处理;
S8:对S7得到的织物先冷水洗,然后热水洗,随后进行皂洗;
S9:对S8得到的织物先热水洗,然后冷水洗,最后烘干处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶织物的数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中的浆料包括以下质量分数的组分:分散红为60-80%,分散桃红为15-20%,扩散剂10-15%,匀染剂为3-6%,抗皱柔软剂为3-6%,抗泳移剂为1-3%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种涤纶织物的数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述抗泳移剂为丙烯酸与丙烯酞胺的共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶织物的数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中的预处理剂是将黄原胶、聚丙烯酸纳、柠檬酸溶于去离子水中搅拌混合均匀,然后加入壳聚糖/纳米蒙脱土复合材料,搅拌混合均匀后依次加入柔软剂、消泡剂,搅拌混合制得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种涤纶织物的数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述柔软剂为氨基硅油,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶织物的数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中的轧余率为100%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶织物的数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中的热压压力为3-5kgf/cm2,加热温度为200-300℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶织物的数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S7中的汽蒸处理的条件为100-120℃下处理30-60min。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶织物的数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S8和S9中的冷水温度为10-15℃,热水温度为60-80℃。
